Evil Uno and Colt Cabana have revealed new details about AEW: Fight Forever.
They were on-hand at Gamescom in Germany on Wednesday and went live on Twitch with new footage of the game.
In-game footage of Kenny Omega vs. Adam Cole with Aubrey Edwards officiating was shown. Uno discussed the game’s controls and noted that they are similar to past wrestling games with strike, grapple, strong strike, and strong grapple options. Blocking and reversals are performed by using the left and right bumper buttons. A momentum bar is shown at the bottom of the screen and players are able to use signature moves when it’s filled.
Other notes from the stream:
A “deep career mode” was confirmed. Players will go “on the road” with AEW in this mode and select a manager as well.
The controls were described as “easy to learn but hard to master.”
Kick-outs and escaping submissions are done through button-mashing as opposed to mini-games.
There are 40 different weapons that are useable in the game. Characters can grab them from under the ring.
The rating of the game is 16+ and blood will be included.
“In the future sometime,” “soonish” and “stay tuned” were all responses given to questions about when the game will be released.
Mixed-gender matches are possible. Wrestlers can also be placed in matches against themselves. CPU vs CPU matches will also be possible.
Online play was referred to as “a big part” of the game.
You can modify most things including entrances, ring attire, and arenas.
Original music by Max Caster is featured in the game.
Stray Dog Army (Barrett Brown & Misterioso) defeated Midnight Heat (Eddie Pearl & Ricky Gibson)
Pearl and Brown kept missing elbow drops on each other early on. Misterioso did a giant swing to Gibson later, and Brown caught Gibson in the face with a low dropkick mid-swing.
When Brown was running off the ropes, Eddie Pearl, who was on the ground outside the ring, pulled at Brown’s ankle, tripping him up. This allowed Ricky Gibson to spike Brown with a DDT for a count of two.
Midnight Heat worked Brown over in their corner for a while. When the crowd started stomping and clapping in support of Brown, Pearl spat at the crowd, which elicited lots of boos.
Brown was almost able to tag out to Misterioso, but Midnight Heat pulled him back towards the center of the ring, slamming him down with a combination side Russian leg sweep and backcracker.
Misterioso made the save for Brown. Gibson whipped Misterioso into the ropes, but Misterioso caught himself before flying out of the ring, setting himself up between the top and middle ropes, much like Andrade el Idolo often does. He then threw Gibson to the floor and crashed onto Gibson with an Asai moonsault, but Misterioso looked to have slammed his foot/ankle/knee into the guardrail on the way down. It looked brutal live, and even more so on video. The live crowd gasped. Thankfully Misterioso was OK, I think, because just moments later he helped Brown finish off Midnight Heat. The finish came when Misterioso hopped back into the ring to catch Pearl with a superkick and lung-blower before Barrett Brown sent him flying with a Claymore kick for the win. Kudos to Misterioso for finishing the match smoothly because that Asai moonsault landing looked rough. Stray Dog Army advances to the semi-finals.
“Filthy” Tom Lawlor defeated Bad Dude Tito
Both Lawlor and Tito are in Japan right now for NJPW’s G1 Climax 32 tour, with Lawlor a part of this year’s A Block competition.
So, this was really good. Bad Dude Tito’s style meshed perfectly with how “Filthy” Tom wrestles, and from the get-go you could sense an organic chemistry between the two.
Tito slammed Lawlor into the corner and lit him up with chops. Lawlor answered back with a few of his own. They traded leglocks and heel hooks next.
Tito used a waistlock takedown from behind before locking in a double wrist-lock. “Filthy” rolled out and used a drop toe-hold on Tito, causing him to fall forward. Lawlor then transitioned into a face lock before pivoting to Tito’s legs. Lawlor yanked Tito’s leg into a crab hold before falling backwards, pulling Tito’s leg away from his hip flexor.
Lawlor jumped Tito into his guard and locked on a guillotine choke but Tito muscled him off. Lawlor teased a tomoe nage throw, then flipped Tito around into a rear naked choke while grapevining the legs. Tito escaped and slapped on a standing ankle lock before Lawlor moved to a triangle choke, then armbar.
The fight moved from the ground to the feet after about five minutes in. Lawlor connected with an enzuigiri kick to the back of Tito’s head. Tito answered with one of his, then followed up with a rolling elbow. The crowd heated up.
Tito used an exploder suplex on Lawlor. Lawlor went for one of his own, but Tito countered and threw another exploder. Later, Tito caught Lawlor with a deadlift German suplex. Tito was on offense for much of this bout. He caught Lawlor with a blockbuster off the second rope and earned a close two-count. Lawlor moved to another rear naked choke, but Tito countered into a Blue Thunder bomb for another nearfall. Lawlor wouldn’t stay down.
“Filthy” Tom ripped Tito with a Penalty Kick in the chest for two. He next went for a kamigoye knee strike, but Tito spat in his face. Lawlor then plowed him with the knee, then turned around while keeping Tito locked in a straightjacket hold and threw a knee to the back of Tito’s head.
Lawlor went for another choke sleeper, but Tito rammed Lawlor into the corner before he could really cinch it in. The finish saw Lawlor spike Tito with a bulldog DDT, planting Tito head-first into the mat. Lawlor picks up the win in his last singles bout before the G1 Climax 32 tournament. Really good match.
STRONG Openweight Tag Team Tournament Round One:
Aussie Open (Mark Davis & Kyle Fletcher) defeated Dark Order (Evil Uno & Alan Angels)
Dark Order got a loud reaction upon arrival. Lots of AEW fans, or non-regular NJPW fans, were in attendance at the Ignition tapings.
Angels and Fletcher had an excellent exchange at the top of the match. Aussie Open later hit some impressive double-team moves on Angels, at one point pulling off a double-team slingshot elbow that put Angels on the mat.
When Uno tagged in, the crowd popped before he could even do anything. The AEW rub. Uno at one point tossed Fletcher’s leg to the referee, then took Fletcher down with a running neckbreaker. Angels reappeared and took both of Aussie Open down with a diving bodypress.
When Uno laid Fletcher out with a deadlift German suplex, five minutes had passed. Angels did a moonsault to Davis on the floor.
Later, Fletcher was able to take the heavier Uno down with a vertical suplex. He then tagged out to Mark Davis, who’d ragdoll Alan Angels around the ring, launching him from corner to corner. When the fight spilled onto the floor, Angels dove onto Davis with a tope through the ropes. When he rolled Davis back into the ring, he went for another aerial attack from the top rope, but Davis caught Angels mid-air with a chop.
Aussie Open put Angels down with a double-team Emerald Flowsion move for two. When they went for their finisher, Angels countered with a hurricanrana that took Davis out onto the floor. Evil Uno connected with a somersault senton onto Davis.
Dark Order used a quick combo of strikes before Uno pinned Fletcher for two. Ten minutes had passed. Uno, now shirtless, and Davis got into a chop battle next. The crowd was as loud as ever behind Dark Order at this point.
Davis super-plexed Uno off the second rope. Angels landed on Fletcher with a frog splash. Finally, Aussie Open were able to elbow Angels into a dazed stupor before putting him away with the Coriolis for an emphatic win. Aussie Opens advances to the semi-finals of the STRONG Openweight tag team tournament.
Final thoughts:
I liked “Filthy” Tom vs. Bad Dude Tito’s match the best on tonight’s episode, but the final bout between Aussie Open and Dark Order was awesome action. If innovative, high-octane tag team wrestling is your thing, you should probably check this one out.
Lawlor and Tito had an abbreviated main event style match that told a good story. Bad Dude Tito is one of the most underrated and overlooked wrestlers on the market today, and I imagine he’ll make some noise this summer while on tour in Japan teaming with JONAH of TMDK.
Evil Uno has opened up regarding Stu Grayson’s departure from AEW.
Speaking to NBC Sports Boston, Uno says that it’s “a little weird” not having Grayson in the company but is confident he’ll do great wherever he ends up next.
“It’s a little weird. He’s my friend so I have an understanding of what he was going through, it’s not like it took me by surprise,” Uno said. “This was a mutual decision. He wanted something out of his contract and they did not have that for him and he wasn’t going to continue if it wasn’t for that and he was fine walking away and he’s not upset in any way.”
“I still see him. We run a wrestling school back in Canada and we still see each other once or twice a week,” he continued.
Regarding no longer having his long time partner by his side, Uno is confident he’ll do fine without him in AEW and also knows that Grayson will do well wherever he ends up next.
“I’m pretty confident I’ll do okay and I’m sure Stu, wherever he does land, will do fantastic as well because he’s truthfully one of the best wrestlers, probably, in the world and I think most people are just unaware of it.”
A TNT title match, as well as Adam Cole vs. Evil Uno, has been added to Friday’s Rampage.
Sammy Guevara will defend the TNT title against Isiah Kassidy on this coming Friday’s show. Cole vs. Uno was also confirmed prior to tonight’s main event on AEW Dynamite.
The TNT title match was set up tonight in a backstage promo, where Matt Hardy of the AHFO told Kassidy to get the title from Guevara.
Guevara unified both TNT titles last week on Dynamite, when he defeated Cody Rhodes in a ladder match. He had defeated Dustin Rhodes at Battle of the Belts last month to win the interim TNT Championship after Cody was unable to defend the title on the show due to medical protocols.
Cole, in a backstage promo, said he was still undefeated despite losing to Orange Cassidy on Dynamite last week as Lights Out matches don’t count in the AEW record books. He said that after he beat Evil Uno on Friday, the world would know what he wants.
Already announced for Rampage is a FTW Championship match between Ricky Starks and Jay Lethal and a singles match between Mercedes Martinez and Thunder Rosa.
Bryan Danielson’s march to his AEW World title match begins Wednesday on Dynamite as he takes on Evil Uno of the Dark Order for the first time.
The undefeated Danielson defeated Miro at Saturday’s Full Gear pay-per-view in the finals of the World title eliminator tournament to earn the shot. He will face new champion Hangman Page at a date to be announced following Page’s title win over Kenny Omega Saturday.
Page is affiliated with the Dark Order, so this will begin the storyline to that eventual clash. Wednesday’s show will be in the new champion’s home state of Virginia for the first time so it’s assumed he will be there as well.
Here’s the rest of the currently announced lineup for the post-PPV show:
Orange Cassidy & Tomohiro Ishii vs. The Butcher & The Blade
TNT Champion Sammy Guevara vs. Jay Lethal title match
Hikaru Shida vs. Nyla Rose in a TBS title tournament match
Dante Martin & Lio Rush vs. The Acclaimed
Wednesday will mark the AEW in-ring debuts for both Ishii and Lethal. Ishii is part of the Chaos faction in New Japan that Cassidy and Best Friends recently aligned with while Lethal signed with AEW over the weekend after a long tenure with Ring of Honor.
The Pinnacle (FTR and Shawn Spears) will team up to face The Dark Order (Evil Uno, Stu Grayson, and John Silver) in a trios match.
In recent weeks, The Dark Order has experienced turmoil within their ranks largely stemming from the decision to not help Hangman Adam Page, who was taken out by The Elite last month after he failed to win the elimination tag match that would have given him a shot at AEW World Champion Kenny Omega.
FTR most recently faced Santana and Ortiz of the Inner Circle on the final Dynamite before All Out. They lost, tying their feud after winning their first match at Fight for the Fallen in July.
Here is the full lineup for tonight’s AEW Dynamite, which takes place in Cincinnati, Ohio:
AEW stars appeared at tonight’s PWG Mystery Vortex 7 event.
In the co-main event, Orange Cassidy wrestled Evil Uno, with Cassidy winning the match. Elsewhere on the card JD Drake, part of the Wingmen stable in AEW, lost to ROH’s Brody King following a lariat on the second match of the card.
The main event of the show had ROH’s Bandido, who is both the ROH and PWG World Champion, defeat Impact’s Black Taurus in the main event. Malakai Black appeared at the end of the show following the match, where he helped Bandido and Brody King from an attack by a new group consisting of Super Dragon, Demonic Flamita, and Taurus.
ROH and Impact wrestlers also appeared on the card this evening, the first PWG show since late 2019. Impact’s Trey Miguel teamed with MLW’s Myron Reed to defeat Aramis and Rey Horus, the latter of whom also is a regular for ROH. Jonathan Gresham and Tony Deppen also appeared on the card.
The TNT Championship will be on the line on tonight’s Friday Night Dynamite as Miro defends the title against The Dark Order’s Evil Uno.
Following their win over PAC and Penta El Zero Miedo on last week’s show, The Young Bucks will be in action again tonight. They will team with Brandon Cutler against PAC, Penta and Eddie Kingston. It was Cutler’s interference last week that cost PAC and Penta their match.
The Pinnacle will speak for the first time since their Stadium Stampede loss at the Double or Nothing PPV.
Cody Rhodes has teased a match announcement that will take place during an interview segment with Tony Schiavone. Sting and Darby Allin will also make an announcement on the show.
AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and Don Callis have promised to air footage that proves a conspiracy exists to force Omega to lose the AEW title.
Christian Cage will be in action against Angelico. Hangman Page and Preston “10” Vance will face Team Taz’s Brian Cage and Powerhouse Hobbs.
In the women’s division, Nyla Rose will take on Leyla Hirsch.
Lance Archer will also be in action tonight.
Our live coverage begins at 10 p.m. Eastern time.

Show Report —
The show opened with the Pinnacle arriving in a limousine.
**********
Matt Hardy, flanked by The Hybrid2, addressed Christian Cage. He said Christian was jealous of how much money Hardy’s made, and that he would never financially recover from this. Angélico’s mission in this match is to injure Christian.
Christian Cage defeated Angélico (w/ Matt Hardy & Jack Evans)
They performed chain wrestling early on, with Angélico getting the better of Christian. Christian smacked him and did the ten punches in the corner. He stayed on the top rope, but Angélico cut him off and brought him down hard. Angélico targeted Christian’s arm.
Christian fought back with a couple strikes and a sunset flip, but Angélico tried to turn it into the Navarro Death Roll before landing a soccer kick. He locked on a modified juji gatame, forcing Christian to reach the ropes to break it. Christian made his comeback with a reverse tornado DDT.
A missile dropkick from Christian got two. Angélico sent Christian to the floor and Jack Evans tried to get involved, but Christian scared him away and hit a neckbreaker over the ropes. A diving headbutt followed for two.
Angélico wrenched Christian’s arm to take him down, but Christian countered a dive with an up kick and cradled him for two. A kick and a jackknife pin from Angélico got two of his own. They conked heads on a ripcord, leading to a double down.
Christian avoided a corner attack and hit a pendulum kick followed by a diving uppercut. He went for the Killswitch, stared Hardy down, and hit it for the win.
– Evans attacked after the match, but Christian fought him off. Hardy used the numbers advantage to hit a Twist of Fate. Jungle Boy ran out for the save.

Cody Rhodes interview
Schiavone announced that Brock Anderson, the son of Arn, would be making his debut next week in a tag team match — teaming with Cody Rhodes against QT Marshall and Aaron Solow. He brought out Cody, Arn, and Brock.
Cody said that next week, Brock would steal home base and hit a home run. It’s a tough standard that dads have for us, but if anyone can do it, Brock can. Cody wants revenge himself, considering last week he was beaten by Anthony Ogogo.
Marshall interrupted and said he pinned Cody in the middle of the ring all by himself, just like he came out all by himself. He told Cody he’d had enough with the nepotism and passion projects. When they go back on the road, Marshall wants a full house to see him whoop Cody’s ass. He proposed a South Beach strap match.
Cody wanted to do the match now, but after cooler heads prevailed, Marshall whipped Arn with his belt. Brock took Marshall down with a Thesz press before officials ran out to break it up.

A video promo played where Kingston said “the enemy of my enemy is my friend.” He said they’d have to work together tonight, but PAC just stared silently and walked off.
Don Callis joined commentary for the match.
Eddie Kingston, PAC, & Penta El Zero Miedo defeated The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) & Brandon Cutler
PAC and Matt started off, with the babyface team easily beating Matt down. The Bucks forced Cutler to tag in, where he was immediately taken down by PAC. Kingston wanted to tag in, but PAC ignored him to tag in Penta, who hit a diving stomp to the rear for two. Penta ripped open Cutler’s tracksuit and starched him with a chop.
Kingston tagged in and hit repeated knees to the gut followed by a stomp for two. He followed it up with a vertical suplex and an elbow drop for another two. PAC tagged himself in, leading Kingston and him to exchange words, but PAC took the fight to Cutler and implored the Bucks to tag in. Matt did, and was immediately taken out with a hip toss and a dropkick. Nick tripped entering the ring but tripped up PAC, allowing Matt to hit a dropkick ahead of the commercial.
The Bucks and Cutler controlled throughout the break. Once back, PAC kicked his way out to reach Kingston for the hot tag. Kingston sent Matt flying with a belly-to-belly before taking out Nick with an exploder. Penta tagged in with a diving crossbody on both Bucks. Cutler controlled Penta, but Penta got out of the way on double superkicks. Penta rolled out of a cazadora into a destroyer on Nick.
Cutler swept out Penta’s legs but inadvertently ate a kick from Matt for his trouble. Penta hit Made in Japan, but Cutler ran in and broke up the pin. PAC tagged in and Kingston stopped Cutler from hitting PAC with the camera. We got a parade of big moves, concluded with a step-up tope from Penta.
PAC hit the 450 splash on Matt and transitioned into the Brutalizer, but Nick broke it up. Kingston cut off Nick with a boot, then he and PAC hit stereo dives to the outside. Matt rolled PAC up with a handful of tights for a good near fall. PAC laid in kicks, but a kick from Nick allowed Matt to hit an enziguiri-assisted buckle bomb. Cutler tagged in, but PAC avoided a springboard leg drop. Kingston killed Cutler with a spinning back fist, allowing PAC to pin him for the win.
– The Bucks immediately attacked after the match, joined by the arriving Good Brothers. Frankie Kazarian ran out to even the odds, crushing Cutler with a running lariat for good measure.

A video played, ostensibly aiming to reveal the conspiracy to screw Kenny Omega out of the AEW World Title. This was all comedy, mocking documentaries like Dark Side of the Ring. It presented Omega as the beloved champion defying the odds.

The Pinnacle Speaks
Harwood said that Stadium Stampede didn’t go the way they wanted it to go. He called out Santana & Ortiz, saying they and FTR weren’t that different — they both overcame adversity and made something of themselves. The difference is that Santana and Ortiz lost their edge. Harwood’s got a wife and kid, and he uses his edge to fill his bank account. Wheeler doesn’t have a family, and he doesn’t give a sh*t about theirs. FTR works together to build their legacy, while Santana and Ortiz are happy being a footnote.
Spears said that Guevara got lucky. It’s ridiculous that Jericho called him a “hero” last week. Guevara’s nothing more than a glorified indie wrestler. The Pinnacle are professionals, and Spears is the hero.
Wardlow said that Hager is obsessed with him. He brings out the best in Hager. Hager invited Wardlow to his comfort zone, because he knows he could never beat Wardlow in a wrestling ring. No matter where they are, they’re always in Wardlows world. He accepts Hager’s challenge.
MJF is tired of acting like he has something to prove when he’s already the best. Being the best is daunting, and it bring pressure. He grew up idolizing Jericho – he watched every promo and read every book. Back in 2019, after the Double or Nothing rally, MJF saw Jericho backstage. His heart was beating a million miles a minute because he’d have the opportunity to work with Jericho. That should’ve been a dream come true, but it wasn’t.
That haunted MJF at night, until it hit him: he had been idolizing a false god. He thought he would be like Jericho, but Jericho’s not even on MJF’s level. He’s already beaten Jericho twice, so his match request is denied.
MJF then addressed Guevara, calling him a “chickensh*t.” Guevara doesn’t belong in a ring with MJF because he’s better than him and he knows it.
Jericho appeared on the video board. The Pinnacle knows what happens when they don’t give the Inner Circle what they want. They can talk it over as they’re walking home. The camera panned over to the Pinnacle smashing the Inner circle’s limo with sledgehammers and Floyd. Santana slashed the tires and Ortiz spray-painted the side. Hager appeared with a forklift, ramming through the side of the limo and lifting it up. Guevara said he’d fight MJF any day of the week.
**********
Darby Allin answered Scorpio Sky and Ethan Page’s challenge. He said he wouldn’t replace Sting next week: he wants a handicap match. He told Sting to stay home. Sting was concerned, but Allin said “I’m not stupid,” and he wants to prove to them he can beat them. Sting said Allin’s got nothing to prove. Allin told Sting to stay home, and after some hesitation, they bumped fists.
**********
A video played where Evil Uno talked about his relationship with Mr. Brodie Lee. He called him “one of his best friends.” Uno would be thrilled to see any Dark Order member win the TNT Championship, but he selfishly wants it for himself. He wants to make Brodie Lee proud. Miro’s going to find out just how devious Uno can be.
**********
TNT Championship: Miro (c) defeated Evil Uno (w/ Dark Order)
This was genius.
Miro overpowered Uno right away. He laid in body shots until Uno came back with knife-edged chops. Miro shrugged them off, but was sent to the floor, selling frustration. He dragged Uno to the floor, but Uno avoided a right hand as Miro punched the ring post. A cannonball senton followed.
Back in the ring, Miro cut Uno off with a back suplex, beating him down throughout a commercial. Once back, a running shoulder block from Miro sent Uno to the floor. Stu Grayson and Alan Angels ran out to fire Uno up, and Uno barely made it back in the ring at the nine count.
Miro rolled to the floor and sent Grayson over the barricade before pursuing Angels. Uno came back with a jawbreaker before laying in forearms. A running hurricanrana took down Miro, as did a Brodie Lee-esque big boot. Uno climed to the top rope and landed a senton atomico, but Miro kicked out at one.
-1 and the rest of the Dark Order ran out to cheer on Uno. Uno stomped on Miro’s hands and landed another forearm, but Miro caught a crossbody and rolled Uno up for two. Miro was sent into the turnbuckle on the kickout, and Uno covered for a good near fall.
Uno called for the Brodie Lee discus lariat, but Miro shrugged it off and leveled Uno with a lariat of his own. Miro locked on Game Over, forcing Uno to tap.

An Andrade El Idolo video package aired. It was mostly just him putting on a suit. His name was captioned with “Face of Latinos.” Next week, he will sit down with Jim Ross.

Kenny Omega & Don Callis interview
Callis called Jungle Boy a one-hit wonder for outlasting 20 men in the Casino Battle Royale. Omega’s not going to act like Jungle Boy is some incredible challenger for the title, but he can’t bring himself to say anything disparaging about him, because he sees a little bit of Omega in himself. One day, Jungle Boy might be champion, but there’s something Jungle Boy is missing.
Omega asked what Jungle Boy is missing, and Callis said he didn’t have the guts. Jungle Boy’s music played, and he came out. Omega said he’s surprised because he’s never known Jungle Boy to be a promo guy. He knows Jungle Boy has nothing to say, because he doesn’t have the guts. He asked Callis if anyone was better on the mic than him, and Callis said no. He gave Jungle Boy five seconds to speak.
Jungle Boy simply said “you talk way too much.” Omega tried to cheap shot Jungle Boy with the microphone, but Jungle Boy avoided it. Omega raked Jungle Boy’s eyes. Jungle Boy fought out and tried to lock Omega in the Snare Trap, but the Young Bucks ran out for the save.
**********
Jade Cargill and Mark Sterling cut a promo. Sterling said that Cargill’s revenue was up by 43%. They’ve gotten rid of the hangers-on and the bamboozlers. Cargill’s got a family to feed, and they’re ensuring she can feed them. Cargill said they should capitalize on her catchphrase, and then she said it: “I’m that bitch.”
**********
Scorpio Sky said he and Ethan Page gave Allin an opportunity, but he didn’t take it. This is the dumbest decision Allin’s ever made. Page said that actions have consequences. They’ve already done all these things to Allin – what’s he going to do when they pin him in the middle of the ring? It’s only up from here for the men of the year.
Archer attacked before the bell and cut off a quick springboard with a chokeslam. He hit Blackout for the squash victory.
**********
The Wingmen spoke. Nemeth said Orange Cassidy is poorly dressed, so they invited him to for a makeover. Either they can re-make his wardrobe, or Cezar Bononi can re-arrange his face.
**********
Nyla Rose (w/ Vickie Guerrero) defeated Leyla Hirsch
Rose attacked before the bell and hit a body slam. Hirsch surprised Rose with a cross armbreaker, forcing Rose to hit the ropes. She laid in repeated forearms and a shotgun dropkick, sending rose to the floor, but Rose intercepted the tope and sent Hirsch into the ring frame.
They brawled on the floor, with Hirsch avoiding a right hand as Rose punched the ring post (just like in the Miro match). Hirsch went for an armbar on the floor, but Rose fought out and sent Hirsch into the barricade. A powerslam from Rose got two ahead of the break.
Back from break, Hirsch landed a release German suplex and a Shining Wizard. She followed it up with a step-up moonsault, but Rose grabbed the ropes on the cover. Hirsch went for the cross armbreaker, but Rose powered out with a one-arm powerbomb.
Rose draped Hirsch over the top rope, but took too long to follow up. They fought up top, but Rose sent Hirsch to the mat. Hirsch popped up and went for a top-rope Frankensteiner, but Rose caught it and landed an avalanche Beast Bomb for the win.
– Britt Baker (joined by Rebel) was interviewed. She addressed Rose, saying she was mad about Rose interrupting her celebration. She admonished Rose for making fun of Hirsch’s height. Baker’s already the best champ in company history, but Rose has nothing. She’s just another “jealous bitch in the back.” This title makes Nyla Rose, but Baker makes the title, just like she makes the division. “Yours truly, Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D.”

Next week’s Dynamite lineup:
Matt Jackson & The Good Brothers vs. Eddie Kingston, Penta El Zero Miedo, & Frankie Kazarian
Cage and Page started off, with Cage repeatedly throwing shoulders into Page’s midsection. Page turned it around, beating Cage down in the corner. Both men had each other scouted, avoiding big moves, until Page hit a running shooting star press. Cage came back with a hip toss backbreaker.
10 made a blind tag and laid in strikes on Cage. He sent Cage into the corner and landed a running pump kick, but Hobbs cut him off with a kick, allowing Team Taz to take control. An assisted powerbomb got two as Hobbs tagged in. 10 got a brief flurry of offense but was cut off with a kitchen sink knee lift into the commercial.
Once back, 10 landed on his feet on an F-5 attempt and took down Cage with a pump kick. Hobbs made a blind tag, but 10 took him out with another pump kick, allowing him to reach Page for the hot tag. Hobbs shrugged off a lariat and a powerslam. Page went for a plancha on Cage, Cage caught him, but Page countered into a hurricanrana.
Back in the ring, a moonsault press from Page to Hobbs got two. He went for the Buckshot Lariat, but Hobbs cut him off with a running crossbody before 10 broke up the pin. A tijeras sent 10 into the ropes, where Cage hit a tiger feint kick, but Cage took him out with his springboard clothesline.
10 tagged in and hit a spinebuster on Hobbs. Hobbs forced 10 into the corner, allowing for a Cage tag. Cage landed a flurry of offense on 10 followed by a High Low with Hobbs, but 10 kicked out at two.
HOOK distracted the official and Starks threw Cage the belt, but Cage tossed it aside. Starks slapped Cage, and Cage pursued him to the back. 10 tried to take advantage, but Hobbs hit a spinebuster, with Page breaking up the pin at the last second. Hobbs sent Page to the floor, but 10 hit a ripcord cutter and Page hit the Buckshot Lariat, allowing 10 to pin Hobbs for the win.
– -1 and the rest of the Dark Order came out to celebrate to end the show.
Jon Moxley made his World title defense against Kenny Omega official on last night’s AEW Dynamite.
After Omega signed the contract last week for their match at December 2nd’s Winter is Coming, Moxley put pen to paper on this week’s Dynamite. Before signing, Moxley laid Omega out with a Paradigm Shift.
Hikaru Shida defeated Anna Jay to retain the AEW Women’s World Championship on Dynamite. After the match, Abadon entered and left a blood stain on Shida’s title belt.
In the Dynamite opener, Hangman Page defeated The Dark Order’s John Silver. Dark Order’s Evil Uno made a recruiting pitch to Page after the match.
A week before Cody Rhodes and Darby Allin face Team Taz’s Powerhouse Hobbs and Ricky Starks, Taz choked out Rhodes with a Tazmission.
Chris Jericho and Jake Hager of The Inner Circle defeated SCU’s Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian after MJF hit Daniels with his Dynamite Diamond ring. Scorpio Sky saved Kazarian and Daniels from a post-match attack from the entire Inner Circle.
In the show’s final match, Butcher and Blade beat Death Triangle members PAC and Rey Fenix after an assist from Eddie Kingston. Kingston and his family assaulted Death Triangle after the match, but Lance Archer ran in to make the save and attacked Kingston.
