Wicked Garden match, mixed tag team bout part of next week’s TNA Impact

TNA has announced next week’s Impact lineup, and it includes the unique Wicked Garden match.

Midway through this Thursday, May 28, 2026, episode of TNA Impact, the promotion released a brief lineup of next week’s matches.

After Indi Hartwell requested herself to be in a mixed tag-team match with Santino Marella against Arianna Grace and Channing Stacks, Marella, the on-screen director of authority in TNA, granted them the match.

Next week’s lineup will also see The Righteous (Dutch & Vincent) face The Hardys (Jeff Hardy & Matt Hardy) in a Wicked Garden match. The four men have been through a roller coaster relationship, with them being on similar sides and then again feuding. Currently in a rivalry against each other, the Hardys’ feud against The Righteous also saw the return of the Broken Matt Hardy and The Willow gimmicks.

Next week’s lineup will also see BDE in a match against Eddie Edwards.

TNA Impact next week’s lineup

  • The Righteous (Dutch & Vincent) vs. The Hardys (Jeff Hardy & Matt Hardy) in a Wicked Garden match
  • Indi Hartwell & Santino Marella vs. Arianna Grace & Channing Stacks
  • BDE vs. Eddie Edwards

BVV: Recapping weak episodes of TNA Impact & AAA

Well, you can’t win ’em all. TNA and AAA both put up TV shows last week, but neither turned out to be particularly exciting.

Vince Verhei talks about them all on the latest Big Vinny V Show.

TNA is still six weeks out from Slammiversary and seems to be in no hurry to put a card together. So, Impact featured EC3 making a very uninspiring return against Eric Young; a promo segment building a feud exactly zero fans could possibly want to see; a short, forgettable tag team championship match, which was followed by a longer, non-title tag team match that felt more important; and a completely new and original program pitting a babyface challenger against a heel authority figure.

And then, it was capped off by an Arianna Grace main event, of all things.

Meanwhile, in AAA, there’s a pointless banger of a three-way, an AEW special of a debut, and a main event angle that accomplished nothing.

Thank god I’m entertaining. Come listen to the Big Vinny V Show!

New TNA Knockouts World Champion crowned on Impact

Lei Ying Lee has defeated Arianna Grace to crown herself the brand new TNA Knockouts World Champion.

On Thursday, during the May 7, 2026 episode of TNA Impact, fans saw Lee defeat Grace in the main event of the episode to become a two-time TNA Knockouts World Champion.

WWE wrestler Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo accompanied his fiancee, Arianna Grace, to the ring. However, toward the closing end of the match, Stacks was removed from ringside by the referee following his constant distraction and interference.

Lee would then drop Grace with a neckbreaker from the top rope to keep her down for the three-count. She had previously lost the title to Grace in February at the No Surrender special, but has now regained it.

Formerly known as Xia Li in WWE, she parted ways with the promotion and joined TNA in 2024, and is currently a two-time TNA Knockouts World champion.

Lei Ying Lee already has her next TNA Knockouts World title challenger

After turning heel on Lei Ying Lee at TNA Rebellion, Lee’s former ally Xia Brookside has already made her intentions clear to go after the title.

Responding to a tweet on social media, Brookside shared her intentions. “Last time I supported you. This time i take everything from you!”

Knockouts title match added to next week’s live TNA Impact

TNA Wrestling has added two matches to the lineup for next week’s live episode of TNA Impact.

Knockouts World Champion Arianna Grace will defend her title against Jody Threat. Threat earned the title shot by winning the Knockouts Battle Royal at No Surrender.

Also added is a four-way tag team match with The Righteous vs. Sinner and Saint vs. Rich Swann & BDE vs. The System.

The show takes place Thursday, March 5 at the Gateway Center Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. TNA will return to the venue the following night for a set of television tapings.

Three matches are now advertised to air on next week’s show. Another two matches have been announced for the Atlanta TV tapings, but may not necessarily air on the live show.

TNA Impact announced lineup for Thursday, March 5, 2026

  • X-Division Champion Leon Slater defends against Nic Nemeth
  • The Righteous vs. Sinner and Saint vs. Rich Swann & BDE vs. The System in a four-way tag team match
  • Knockouts World Champion Arianna Grace defends against Jody Threat

Announced for Atlanta TV tapings on March 5:

  • Elayna Black vs. Mara Sade
  • Atlanta Street Fight: Moose vs. Cedric Alexander

BVV: TNA No Surrender with Santana & Slater vs. Nemeth & Edwards

TNA No Surrender in a nutshell: the stuff you expected to deliver did, and the stuff you didn’t expect to deliver was much, much better than expected.

It wouldn’t be TNA without some illogical booking and nonsensical backstage segments, but the in-ring material was so good that none of that mattered.

The main event pitted TNA World Champion Mike Santana and X Division champion Leon Slater against Nic Nemeth & Eddie Edwards in an ECW throwback match with a cast of thousands doing run-ins, interference, and returns.

We also saw the Hardys and the Righteous operating as a shockingly good team to take on Order 4.

But the real story was the contributions from people you’d least expect, such as Indi Hartwell, Arianna Grace, and most of all, the great Mike Jackson.

Come join the fun on the Big Vinny V Show!

New Knockouts Champion crowned at TNA No Surrender

WWE NXT Wrestler Arianna Grace has defeated Lei Ying Lee to become the brand-new Knockouts Champion at TNA No Surrender.

On Friday, February 13th, Grace, with Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo by her side, faced off against Lee for the Knockouts World title.

The final moments of the match saw Grace pull out her father, Santino Marella’s signature ‘cobra’, before using it herself on Lee. She followed it up with her own finisher to secure the victory and become the new champion.

The loss tonight marked an end to Lee’s Knockouts title reign, which lasted around 88 days. Lee had won the title from another NXT wrestler, Kelani Jordan, last year in November, 2025.

Tonight’s win marked Grace’s first wrestling championship win across all of the promotions she has been a part of.

Earlier in the night, Jody Threat also won the Knockouts Battle Royal to earn a future title shot for the Knockouts World Championship.

WWE NXT’s Arianna Grace opens up about working with father Santino Marella

Getting to work with her father on-screen is a blessing that Arianna Grace didn’t expect to happen this early in her career.

Grace (Bianca Carelli) signed with WWE in 2022 and has been featured in NXT with her pageant queen character. Her father, former WWE wrestler Santino Marella, is currently with TNA Wrestling as the promotion’s Directer of Authority. They’ve gotten the chance to work together with Grace serving as an on-screen liaison between NXT and TNA. The father-daughter duo even teamed up earlier this year in a loss to Robert Stone & Victoria Crawford in a match for TNA.

While speaking with The Wrestling Classic, Grace opened up about how much working with her father has meant to her. She also expressed pride in how well Marella is able to perform in the ring at 51 years old.

“Awesome. So awesome. So unbelievable. I never thought it was actually going to happen this early in my career, so that was like a surprise blessing,” Grace said. “But just like how I said with [her fiance Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo] here, when I work with him — work already doesn’t feel like work — but it’s like a gift. So the same goes with my dad. Like, seeing my dad at work — it’s not work to begin with because I love my job. But now it’s like, ‘Oh my God. And my dad who is one of my best friends, he’s here too. This is so much fun.’ Like, it is so awesome.

“And I am super proud of him. Because he was out of the ring for a little while, and he crushed it when we had our tag match and his singles match with Robert Stone. And he had a match with Ethan Page on NXT too, and he just did such an unbelievable job. He kept up with the NXT pace. I didn’t know if the old man had it in him, but he had it in him. He did great.”

Grace and Channing Lorenzo got engaged in December 2024 and have been teaming together on NXT house shows as of late.

BVV: Was TNA Under Siege the worst show of the year?

Last Friday’s TNA Under Siege may have been the worst premium show produced by any major wrestling company in North America in 2025.

On this week’s Big Vinny V Show, I talk all about it.

It started and ended well enough, but the four matches in the middle ranged from dangerous (Spitfire vs. the Elegance Brand) to amateurish (Order 4 vs. Rascalz, Hartwell & the world’s most disappointing mystery partner) to barely professional (Tessa Blanchard vs. Arianna Grace) to dead on arrival (Masha Slamovich vs. Victoria Crawford).

Oh, and the dumbest storyline in entertainment—Robert Stone’s inexplicable power trip—just gets dumber.

We’ll break down the gory details on the Big Vinny V Show.

Santino Marella & Arianna Grace issue tag team challenge for TNA Impact

Santino Marella and Arianna Grace are looking for revenge.

In a segment that took place backstage, Marella announced he was going to talk to the higher-ups in TNA to get a match against Stone, who in recent weeks has cemented himself as the ‘sherrif’ of TNA above Marella. Arianna Grace suggested they take on Stone and Tessa Blanchard in a tag match, wanting to avenge her loss earlier in the night. The announcers hoped that the match would be made official for Thursday.

A show-long storyline at Under Siege saw Marella being bullied by Stone, who sent the TNA Director of Authority to the back before Grace’s match against Tessa Blanchard. Despite putting up a fight, Grace was unable to beat Blanchard.

One new match was added for the next episode of Impact, as Lei Ying Lee will be in action. After retaining her title over Victoria Crawford, Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich called out Lee, saying she was worthy of a title match. Lee came out and stared down the champion until Stone came out and said title matches had to be earned, and Lee will get the opportunity to do so this Thursday.

The updated lineup for TNA Impact:

TNA Impact, Thursday, May 29 —

  • International Champion Steve Maclin defends against Matt Cardona
  • Lei Ying Lee in action

WWE NXT wrestlers Arianna Grace, Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo get engaged

Another WWE couple is celebrating the holiday season with an engagement.

NXT wrestlers Arianna Grace (Bianca Carelli) and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo (Mitchell Lavalley) are now engaged to be married. The couple shared the news on social media Friday morning after Lorenzo proposed to Grace at the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Grace called this the proposal of her dreams and said she’s blessed to have Lorenzo as her future husband.

“Yes to forever,” Grace wrote. “Last night was so perfect, and I am so in love. Excited to share… we are engaged!!!!!!!! Woooohoooo!!!!!”

Grace is the daughter of former WWE wrestler/current TNA Wrestling authority figure Santino Marella. She’s been a comedic character in the NXT women’s division since signing with WWE in 2022.

Lorenzo, a former NXT Tag Team Champion, is a member of Tony D’Angelo’s The Family faction.

The NXT roster has had an end-of-the-year break with its Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve episodes being taped in advance. The show will be back live on January 7 with its annual New Year’s Evil episode.

Earlier this week, Maxxine Dupri and NXT prospect Anthony Luke also announced their engagement.

WWE NXT wrestlers appear at Thursday TNA Impact taping

The relationship between TNA Wrestling and WWE NXT continued at Thursday’s Impact taping in Nashville, Tennessee.

While full spoilers from the Skyway Studios taping have yet to emerge, images on social media from fans in attendance showed Sol Ruca, Wendy Choo and Brinley Reece in action in addition to on-screen “NXTNA liaison” Arianna Grace.

Ruca and Choo were previously announced for the show, competing in a trios match that saw Ruca team with TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace and Masha Slamovich against Choo, Rosemary and Tasha Steelz. Reece took on Ash by Elegance.

The taping was originally set to take place last weekend in Spartanburg, South Carolina, but was canceled due to the effects of Hurricane Helene in the region.

If you have spoilers from Thursday’s taping, please email us the results.

Here’s a few notes that have emerged from Thursday:

  • Sami Callihan, PCO & Joe Hendry defeated The System
  • Josh Alexander defeated Eric Young
  • A three-way Full Metal Mayhem match was made for Bound For Glory between The System, ABC and the Hardys
  • Frankie Kazarian will be the special guest referee for the Bound for Glory title match between World Champion Nic Nemeth and Joe Hendry

TNA Victory Road notes: New champions crowned, Arianna Grace & JBL appear

Friday’s TNA Victory Road streaming special saw three new champions crowned.

Just two weeks after winning the gold in an Ultimate X match, Zachary Wentz of The Rascalz lost it back to former champion “Speedball” Mike Bailey. The end came when Bailey countered a UFO cutter with a Flamingo Driver to win the title and kick off his third reign as champion.

**********

Later in the show, Spitfire (Dani Luna & Jody Threat) avoided having to split up as they defeated the makeshift team of Masha Slamovich & Tasha Steelz for the Knockouts Tag Team titles.

Steelz was a fill-in for Alisha Edwards who wasn’t cleared to compete following a recent injury during a match. After the match, Edwards confronted Slamovich about losing and slapped her. Steelz then attacked Slamovich and aligned with Edwards.

The win ends the 133-day reign for Slamovich and begins a second run for Spitfire after their first one lasted just 56 days.

**********

The System did rebound as Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards regained the TNA Tag Team titles, defeating ABC. The end came when Alisha got involved during the match, grabbing Chris Bey’s ankle. That gave her husband, Eddie, the opening he needed to hit the Boston Knee Party for the pin and win.

It’s Edwards’ seventh reign with the titles and his second reign with Myers. The win ends the 55-day third reign for Bey and Ace Austin.

**********

In the other two title matches, TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth successfully defended against Moose in the main event while Jordynne Grace defeated NXT’s Wendy Choo to retain the Knockouts title.

As part of Nemeth’s win, JBL once again appeared for the second straight streaming special, this time getting physical by taking out the aforementioned Edwards and Myers with pair of Clotheslines from Hell so they couldn’t interfere.

*********

In a full circle moment, TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella reunited on-screen with his daughter, current NXT star Arianna Grace. Earlier this month, Grace was named the official liaison between TNA and NXT with Marella saying he wants to keep things professional between them. The clip was originally shared by TNA on their X account, but they deleted the post.

**********

Joe Hendry was announced as appearing on this Thursday’s edition of Impact which will be taped Saturday in San Antonio.

TNA Impact notes: Xia Li, Arianna Grace, next week’s lineup

News and notes coming out of Thursday’s TNA Impact episode —

  • A “Coming Soon” vignette aired for former WWE talent Xia Li. Li has wrestled under the name Xia Zhao since debuting on the independent scene in August after being released by WWE in April.

  • Arianna introduced NXT’s Karmen Petrovic as the mystery opponent for Jordynne’s open challenge on Thursday’s episode, with Jordynne retaining.
  • The former Dirty Dango, now JDC, was officially initiated into The System as he teamed with Moose to defeat Joe Hendry & Mike Santana in the Impact main event.

The Hardys will be in tag team action against The System on next week’s Impact. The announced lineup for the Thursday, September 12 TNA Impact:

  • Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy vs. Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards
  • Heather Reckless vs. Gisele Shaw
  • Steve Maclin vs. Hammerstone
  • Ace Austin & Chris Bey vs. AJ Francis & KC Navarro in a tornado tag match

WWE NXT wrestlers appear at TNA Impact tapings

This post contains spoilers.

NXT wrestlers made an appearance during the TNA Impact tapings.

Arianna Grace and Karmen Petrovic appeared during Saturday’s tapings in Louisville, Kentucky. At one point, Petrovic challenged Jordynne Grace for the TNA Knockouts Championship.

The appearances come as TNA and NXT have continued to use talent on their shows as part of a working relationship between the two promotions. During Impact tapings held earlier this month, Dante Chen, Wolfgang, and Riley Osborne appeared. Osborne also appeared during Friday’s Emergence event, failing to win the Ultimate X match for the X Division title.

Rosemary made an appearance on Tuesday’s NXT, losing to Kelani Jordan but seemingly forming an alliance with Wendy Choo, who will face Jordan this Sunday at NXT’s No Mercy premium live event. Two TNA stars will also wrestle at No Mercy, with Zachary Wentz facing former friend Wes Lee and Joe Hendry challenging Ethan Page for the NXT Championship.

Tag team matched added to WWE NXT Heatwave kickoff

A tag team match has been announced for NXT Heatwave’s kickoff.

Arianna Grace and Karmen Petrovic will team up on Sunday to take on Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx. This follows an angle that took place on NXT.

Tuesday’s show saw Petrovic trying to cheer up Grace after she lost to Sol Ruca last week. Jayne and Nyx walked in and started taunting both women. Petrovic challenged Nyx to a match later in the night. Nyx won the match after Jayne caused a distraction.

Backstage, Ava told Petrovic about the match at Heatwave. Grace entered Ava’s office and revealed herself as Petrovic’s partner, which Petrovic didn’t seem thrilled about.

Here’s the updated lineup for NXT Heatwave this Sunday:

  • NXT Championship: Trick Williams defends against Ethan Page, Je’Von Evans, and Shawn Spears
  • NXT Tag Team titles: Nathan Frazer & Axiom defends against Chase U (Andre Chase & Duke Hudson)
  • NXT North American Championship: Oba Femi defends against Wes Lee
  • NXT Women’s Championship: Roxanne Perez defends against Lola Vice
  • NXT Women’s North American Championship: Kelani Jordan defends against Sol Ruca
  • Kickoff: Arianna Grace & Karmen Petrovic vs. Jacy Jayne & Jazmyn Nyx
