Tessa Blanchard shares PMs with La Rosa Negra, comments on past allegations

Tessa Blanchard has shared private messages with La Rosa Negra on social media.

In early 2020, several female wrestlers accused Blanchard of bullying and other backstage behaviours, including an incident where she is alleged to have used a racial slur during an argument with La Rosa Negra in 2017.

On Saturday, Blanchard wrote that she and La Rosa Negra are on good terms and shared private messages the two have exchanged.

Blanchard captioned her post with:

“La Rosa and I are on very good terms and talk every now and then, usually about wrestling! Would love to get her in TNA one day.”

The private messages exchanged in the photo Blanchard attached read:

Blanchard: “Honestly, I don’t think it’s worth rehashing. It’s in the past, and we’ve both moved forward. At this point, it’s really no one else’s business. I’m just glad we’re in a better place now, and I’d rather focus on that.

We remember things differently, and that’s okay. However, we both know race had nothing to do with what happened that night. At the end of the day, what matters is where we are now, not what’s behind us. I hope you keep succeeding & doing your best because I love to see it!!! ❤️

La Rosa Negra replied: “Hahahaha let me defend you in TNA!!!!
Jajajaja i was talking with Moody Jack about story lines and the reel of the (in ring) came out!!!
We start laughing in good way and well…… just hoping u are well!! ✌️”

Blanchard and La Rosa Negra also released a joint Instagram post in 2023 that Blanchard captioned with, “Time, growth, and healing. A picture is worth a thousand words.”

Tessa Blanchard: ‘I’m tired of being used as clickbait’ over racism allegations

Tessa Blanchard says she is tired of being used as clickbait.

In early 2020, Blanchard was accused by multiple female wrestlers of bullying, racism, and other backstage behavior issues. The allegations included an incident in which Blanchard was accused of using a racial slur toward another female wrestler.

In several recent social media posts, Blanchard said she has made mistakes in her life but denied being racist.

Blanchard wrote:

“I’m not perfect, made plenty of mistakes in my life.. racism is not one of them nor has that ever been in my heart. An incident from 10 years ago has continuously gotten twisted into something that race had absolutely nothing to do with because of the social climate. I’m tired of being used as click bait. Move on.”

On Thursday, when asked on social media whether she is a racist, Blanchard responded:

“Nope. Never have been. Let’s move the hell on.”

Blanchard is currently part of the Diamond Collective in TNA Wrestling alongside Victoria Crawford, Mila Moore, and Robert Stone. When a user on X suggested Blanchard was the only talented member of the group, she responded:

“Wrong Mr. Troy, put respect on my team!!! Mila is the prodigy of Ace Steel & we need Moore of her. Victoria has been to Wrestlemania multiple times & held countless championships across generations. Robert is the smartest guy in NXTNA and doesn’t settle for less than greatness!”

Tessa Blanchard reveals reason for recent absence from TNA Wrestling

Tessa Blanchard published a YouTube video on Sunday explaining her recent absence from TNA Wrestling.

Blanchard hasn’t wrestled for TNA since July but is scheduled to face Gia Miller at tonight’s Bound for Glory pay-per-view in Lowell, Massachusetts. She wrestled her first match in nearly three months on Friday night in Arena Mexico for CMLL against Lluvia.

In her YouTube video, Blanchard revealed that she took time off to have cosmetic surgery. The first part of the video appears to have been filmed before the surgery. In it, Blanchard says:

I’ve been going back and forth on whether or not I wanted to share this with you all and it’s a bit personal. It’s vulnerable and honestly, I wasn’t really sure how it would be received, but I’ve always tried to be real with the people who follow me. So, here it is: I have decided to get a boob job.”

This isn’t something that I’m doing for clout. This isn’t a gimmick. It’s not about trying to live up to someone else’s idea of beauty. It’s something that I’ve thought about for a long time and now I’m finally doing it, but for me.

Blanchard also revealed that someone who had been a mentor to her early in her career had told her she would need to have breast augmentation to be successful in the wrestling industry.

The second part of her video appears to have been filmed around the time of her surgery, which she had in Guadalajara on July 30.

“I want to control the narrative on this. That’s the whole point of this video, is to control my own narrative about it. Because there’s going to be a million people that, once something is public, anyone and everyone is allowed to have an opinion, right? I don’t want this twisted into something that it’s not. This is for me. I feel happy.”

On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer addressed Blanchard’s match against Lluvia from Arena Mexico on Friday night, saying her match didn’t have any heat. A link to the episode is available here.

Blanchard’s full video is available below:

CMLL notes: Tessa Blanchard, Mercedes Mone, Persephone

CMLL made two major announcements regarding their women’s division on their Wednesday night CMLL Informa talk show.

Tessa Blanchard will return to the promotion for the first time in 2025 on the Friday, October 10 event at Arena Mexico as announced on Informa. Blanchard was a regular for the promotion throughout 2023 and 2024, but has not worked for the promotion in 2025 after rejoining TNA Wrestling at the beginning of this year.

No opponent has been announced for Blanchard.

Also announced on Informa, Mercedes Mone will make her next defense of the CMLL World Women’s Championship on their Friday, October 17 event. Persephone will challenge Mone for the title at that show.

Persephone was part of the TBS title four-way at Forbidden Door in London in August, a match where Mone retained the Championship. Mone has held the CMLL World Women’s title since defeating Zeuxis for the gold at AEW Grand Slam Mexico this past June.

BVV: Was TNA Under Siege the worst show of the year?

Last Friday’s TNA Under Siege may have been the worst premium show produced by any major wrestling company in North America in 2025.

On this week’s Big Vinny V Show, I talk all about it.

It started and ended well enough, but the four matches in the middle ranged from dangerous (Spitfire vs. the Elegance Brand) to amateurish (Order 4 vs. Rascalz, Hartwell & the world’s most disappointing mystery partner) to barely professional (Tessa Blanchard vs. Arianna Grace) to dead on arrival (Masha Slamovich vs. Victoria Crawford).

Oh, and the dumbest storyline in entertainment—Robert Stone’s inexplicable power trip—just gets dumber.

We’ll break down the gory details on the Big Vinny V Show.

Tessa Blanchard pulled from TNA TV taping, Border Brawl due to injury suffered at Under Siege

The following contains spoilers for future episodes of TNA Impact.

Former TNA World Champion Tessa Blanchard did not appear at Saturday’s TNA TV taping in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, or at Sunday’s Border Brawl event due to an injury.

Announced by the promotion on Sunday, Blanchard missed both shows due to temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction suffered during her match with Arianna Grace at Friday’s TNA Under Siege. The brief statement read that Blanchard “is expected to be medically cleared and return to action imminently.”

TMJ dysfunction is described as “problems with the joint that connects the jaw to the skull, causing pain and difficulty with jaw movement.”

On Saturday, Blanchard was replaced by Victoria Edwards in a tag match featuring she and Robert Stone against Santino Marella and Arianna Grace. A storyline reason is said to have been given for her not competing.

On Sunday, she was set to take on Jody Threat but told the live crowd she wasn’t cleared and introduced Vipress as her replacement.

The controversial 29-year-old made her surprise return to TNA in December 2024 and was put in a feud with the departing Jordynne Grace. She has competed once for the Knockouts title upon her return, but was unsuccessful in dethroning Masha Slamovich at April’s Rebellion.

Santino Marella & Arianna Grace issue tag team challenge for TNA Impact

Santino Marella and Arianna Grace are looking for revenge.

In a segment that took place backstage, Marella announced he was going to talk to the higher-ups in TNA to get a match against Stone, who in recent weeks has cemented himself as the ‘sherrif’ of TNA above Marella. Arianna Grace suggested they take on Stone and Tessa Blanchard in a tag match, wanting to avenge her loss earlier in the night. The announcers hoped that the match would be made official for Thursday.

A show-long storyline at Under Siege saw Marella being bullied by Stone, who sent the TNA Director of Authority to the back before Grace’s match against Tessa Blanchard. Despite putting up a fight, Grace was unable to beat Blanchard.

One new match was added for the next episode of Impact, as Lei Ying Lee will be in action. After retaining her title over Victoria Crawford, Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich called out Lee, saying she was worthy of a title match. Lee came out and stared down the champion until Stone came out and said title matches had to be earned, and Lee will get the opportunity to do so this Thursday.

The updated lineup for TNA Impact:

TNA Impact, Thursday, May 29 —

  • International Champion Steve Maclin defends against Matt Cardona
  • Lei Ying Lee in action

TNA Under Siege live results: Joe Hendry & Elijah vs. Frankie Kazarian & Trick Williams

With their showdown looming for the TNA World title at Sunday’s WWE NXT Battleground, reigning titleholder Joe Hendry and Trick Williams will be on opposite sides of tonight’s TNA Under Siege from Brampton, Ontario, Canada.

Hendry teams with Elijah against Williams and Frankie Kazarian.

TNA Tag Team Champions Nic & Ryan Nemeth will take on Matt Hardy & Leon Slater with Jeff Hardy unable to head to Canada.

Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich defends against Victoria Crawford (the former Alicia Fox); International Champion Steve Maclin defends against Matt Cardona; and Knockouts Tag Team Champions Ash & Heather by Elegance defend against Spitfire in a no DQ, falls count anywhere match where Spitfire must break up if they lose.

The main card is rounded out by Tessa Blanchard vs. NXT’s Arianna Grace; AJ Francis vs. Mike Santana; Eddie Edwards vs. Cody Deaner where a Deaner loss means the end of his TNA career; and Mustafa Ali, The Great Hands & Tasha Steelz vs. The Rascalz, Indi Hartwell & a mystery partner.

The pre-show will feature Rosemary vs. Xia Brookside.

**********

Sherriff Stone & Santino Marella Open Countdown To Under Siege

The show begins with Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt welcoming the viewing audience at home, as arrival footage of various stars, including TNA World Champion Joe Hendry and WWE NXT Superstar Trick Williams, are shown.

Inside the arena, Robert Stone is in the ring with a microphone. He says he came out here to welcome everyone to the show. Also to say how surprised he is all of these hick losers were able to afford tickets. He calls himself Sherriff Stone and rants negatively about Santino Marella.

Toronto’s own Santino Marella’s theme hits and out comes the TNA Director of Authority to a big pop to confront Sherriff Stone. Santino tells “Bobby Stoner” that he has a big mouth. He tells Stone that these people believe in him, and that’s why he’s in the position he is.

Santino vows to make the decisions the people want tonight, the same way he always has. “And you’re a some-of-a-gun!” he concludes. Stone says “tonight your daughter is going to be in this ring with one of the most dangerous women in wrestling history.”

He warns Santino that Tessa isn’t gonna hold back. He says he’s a good guy and he called the local hospital to make sure they’ve got a comfortable room that says “Arianna Grace” on it. Santino asks Stone if he thinks he’s funny trying to intimidate a young lady.

Santino says he’ll react like a father, not an authority figure, if something happens to his daughter tonight. He tells Stone to look in his eyes so he knows how serious he is being when he says it. That’s how the opening segment wraps up.

Rosemary vs. Xia Brookside

A video package airs and then the show returns inside the arena, where the lights go out. Rosemary’s theme hits and out she comes for the lone advertised pre-show match. She settles in the ring and Xia Brookside’s “American Pie”-sounding entrance tune hits to bring out her opponent.

The bell sounds and Rosemary immediately charges across the ring, screaming and quickly going to work on Brookside. The commentators talk about how Rosemary has been trying to convince Brookside to turn to the dark side in recent weeks.

Brookside fights back, blasting Rosemary with a big kick. Rosemary rolls out to the floor and ends up stopping to yell at Hannifan at the commentary desk. She turns around to Brookside leaping off of the top turnbuckle for a big splash on the floor.

Back inside the ring, Rosemary starts to shift the offensive momentum in her favor. Upon settling into a commanding lead, she takes Brookside to the mat and slows things down, slapping a rear choke on her and squeezing away.

The crowd rallies behind Brookside and she eventually escapes. Rosemary stops to back the referee in the corner and intimidate him, before turning and putting the boots to Brookside some more on the mat. She goes for a running splash in the corner, but Brookside moves.

Rosemary wraps her legs around Brookside, looking for the upside-down tarantula in the ropes, however Brookside avoids it and counters with a big Samoan drop. She fires up with some rapid-fire-style clotheslines, before blasting Rosemary with a big super kick.

Brookside stomps Rosemary down in the corner, mud-hole-style like ole’ “Stone Cold” himself. She backs up, and runs into Rosemary with repeated knees, stopping only to let out a big scream. Rosemary fights back and catches Brookside off-guard with a spear.

Both are down and slowly recovering. Rosemary takes over again and heads out to the floor. She looks under the ring for something. She pulls out a staple gun. She also introduces a belt to the mix. Brookside gets her hands on the belt.

She ends up using it and going completely nuts, shrieking and screaming as she whips Rosemary with it, and a bunch of security guards who try and hit the ring. She looks around with a crazy look in her eyes after the referee calls for the bell.

Brookside sees the carnage she has caused all around her with bodies everywhere. The fans chant “One more time! One more time!” She looks around and after a slight hesitation, begins unleashing belt-whips to everyone-and-anyone in reaching distance. The crowd went absolutely nuts for that.

Match Result: Rosemary defeats Xia Brookside via Disqualification

Mike Santana vs. KC Navarro (w/ AJ Francis)

The Countdown to Under Siege pre-show wraps up and the elaborate cold open video package airs to get things started for the TNA Under Siege 2025 main card. Inside the arena, the theme for Mike Santana hits and out he comes through the crowd.

Santana is wearing pink and black in a tribute to Canadian legend Bret Hart in his home country. The entrance tune for his opponent, AJ Francis, hits. Francis comes out cutting a heel promo trashing the Toronto Maple Leafs for cheap heat.

Francis then reveals that it will be fellow First Class member KC Navarro, not himself, that Santana will be facing tonight. Santana at this point grabs Navarro from the ring apron and yanks him over the top-rope, slamming him onto the mat.

The bell sounds to get things officially started. Santana immediately jumps into a comfortable, commanding offensive lead. He hits a running back-elbow to Navarro in the corner. He slams him down and then hits a standing senton for a two-count.

In his second tribute of the show, Santana hits the Three Amigos sequence on Navarro and then pops up, stops and points to the fans as the Brampton crowd breaks out in a loud “Eddie! Eddie!” chant. Santana gets distracted dealing with Francis at ringside.

The distraction allows Navarro to hit a big move, which shifts the offensive momentum in his favor for the first time in the bout. He controls the action for a minute or two, but then Santana hits a Rolling Buck-50 to begin taking back over. Santana finishes things off with Spin the Block for the win.

After the match, Santana celebrates his win and then stops and looks at Navarro on the mat. He helps him up and begins showing him a sign of respect after going through battle with him, only for Francis to hit the ring with his crutch and attack Santana from behind.

Navarro didn’t seem to be into it. Francis orders him to come help. Navarro hesitates, but ultimately begrudgingly does so. Francis then grabs Navarro’s hand and raises it with his own, soaking up the boos from the Savannah crowd in attendance.

Match Result: Mike Santana defeats KC Navarro

Gabby Laspisa Fills In For Gia Miller Tonight

After the main card opener wraps up, Hannifan and Rehwoldt appear on camera and announce that Gia Miller is on vacation, so filling in for her tonight is Gabby Laspisa.

She then appears at ringside, where she does some interviews with local celebrities, including the Brampton mascot. It is mentioned that Gia Miller will return in two weeks at TNA Against All Odds.

Cody Deaner vs. Eddie Edwards

The video package airs to set the stage for the next match of the show, which features Cody Deaner fighting for his career in TNA Wrestling, as he battles Eddie Edwards in a match he must win if he wants to remain in TNA.

After the package wraps up, a nervous Deaner is shown watching on a monitor backstage. Eric Young walks up and approaches him and tells him he thinks he’ll be fine. Inside the arena, the lights go down and the theme for The System hits.

Eddie Edwards makes his way out accompanied by Alisha Edwards. He heads to the ring for the second main card match of the evening, and third overall. Canada’s own Cody Deaner comes out next to a pretty good reaction from his home country crowd.

The bell sounds and Deaner stops to look around and soak up the atmosphere. “Cody! Cody!” chants spread throughout the building. Edwards gets in Deaner’s face and finger pokes him in the chest. Deaner slaps him. Edwards and Deaner trade chops back-and-forth.

Deaner gets off to a surprising early offensive lead, only for it to be cut short when Alisha Edwards gets involved from ringside when the referee wasn’t looking. Edwards takes over and beats Deaner down. Edwards hits a brutal Blue Thunder Bomb to Deaner on the apron from the floor.

Edwards hits a super-plex to Deaner off of the ropes, and followed up with his finisher for a super close two-count. The crowd and commentators alike were shocked that Deaner survived that. Deaner fights back and hits Sliced Bread on the floor.

Back in the ring, Edwards puts on The System ring behind the referee’s back. He knocks out Deaner with it. He goes for the cover, but again somehow Deaner kicks out. The crowd explodes. Deaner comes to life and begins fighting back.

Unfortunately for Deaner, however, Alisha snuck in a low-blow moments later, which was immediately followed up by Edwards with his Boston Tea Party finisher. Edwards goes for the quick follow-up cover and gets the pin. It looks like Deaner’s career in TNA is over.

Match Result: Eddie Edwards defeated Cody Deaner

The Northern Armory (Eric Young, Judas Icarus & Travis Williams) vs. The System (Moose, Brian Myers & JDC)

The rest of The System come out to mock and taunt Deaner about that fact. Brian Myers then thanks his best friend Eddie Edwards for finally retiring Deaner. He tells the fans they can see Deaner tomorrow at his new job at their local gas station.

JDC gets a turn taunting him, and then Moose takes a long turn, where he also trashes Canada. This brings out Eric Young and The Northern Armory in cloaks and hoods. Young asks how long The System thought they were going to let them talk trash.

Young says it looks like The System has a honey badger with them. He says they’ll bring their own Honey Badger, the Brampton Mascot, to be with them. It’ll be an impromptu six-man tag-team bout. A referee runs down and the bell sounds.

JDC and Judas Icarus kick things off for their respective teams. Icarus starts off strong and tags in Williams. Williams picks up where he left off, and JDC tags in Myers. Icarus tags back in and goes to work on Myers. He goes for a cover, but Myers kicks out.

Myers tags in Moose. The TNA X-Division Champion gets chants of his name from the Canadian crowd. He points to Young and tells Icarus he wants him. Icarus backs up and tags in the TNA veteran. The crowd roars as Canada’s own Young enters the ring and stares down Moose.

The System begin to take over, shifting the offensive momentum in their favor. They make some frequent tags, keeping Icarus isolated in the ring and on their side of town. Icarus eventually lands a big kick that allows him to make the much-needed hot tag to Young.

Young comes into the ring with a ton of energy, hitting anything that moves. He climbs to the top-rope and leaps off, connecting with a picture-perfect cross-body splash on Moose for a close two-count. The Brampton Honey Badger gets the crowd going.

Moose crotches Young on the top, killing the crowd noise instantly. Icarus and Williams come over as Moose climbs up after Young. They hoist him up together and hit a double power bomb. Young follows up with a flying elbow smash off the top-rope for a super close two-count.

Young plays to the crowd and calls for the piledriver. Before he can hit it, however, he turns around and walks into a big spear from Moose. Moose goes for the immediate follow-up pin attempt, but Icarus hits the ring to break it up.

JDC helps clean house but walks into a super kick from Young. Moose rushes in for a spear, but is hit by a super kick from Young. Young gets Moose up on his shoulders and hits a strong death valley driver on the big-man.

Moose yanks Young into the corner and motions to Alisha for something. She pulls out a kendo stick from under the ring. The Brampton Honey Badget mascot tries to stop her, but she whacks him with the kendo stick and knocks him out.

She then blasts him with repeated shots on the ground before passing the kendo stick to Moose. The Brampton City Councilman gets involved, taking the kendo stick from Moose. The Head of the Brampton Board Trade gets the kendo stick and guards the ring as Young hits a piledriver on Moose for the win.

Match Result: The Northern Armory defeated The System

TNA Knockouts Tag-Team Titles (Match By Elegance)
Ash & Heather By Elegance (c) vs. Spitfire (Jody Threat & Dani Luna)

It’s time for championship action with a twist in our next match of the evening. The TNA Under Siege ‘Tag Lines’ graphic flashes on the screen to run down the TNA Knockouts Tag-Team Championship “Match By Elegance” bout.

The match features reigning champions Ash & Heather by Elegance and the challengers, the Spitfire duo of Jody Threat and Dani Luna, in essentially a “no rules” bout dubbed “Match by Elegance.” Spitfire vow to never team together if they don’t win tonight.

New TNA signees to the Knockouts division, Harley Hudson and Myla Grace, are shown in the crowd before the match gets started. Spitfire’s theme hits and Threat and Luna make their way out wearing apropos “Do or Die” shirts.

Reigning TNA Knockouts Tag-Team Champions Ash and Heather by Elegance are personally introduced by their concierge, George Iceman. They come out in outfits taunting the Canadian crowd, after Iceman took some cheap-heat shots at the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Spitfire charge across the ring and immediately get this no-rules bout underway, attacking the champs. After beating them down, the two reach under the ring and pull out a table. Within a minute into the match, a table is already set up at ringside.

Heather pulls out a can of hair-spray and sprays it into the eyes of Threat, shifting the offensive momentum in her team’s favor for the first time. Ash and Heather double-team Threat at the top of the ramp.

Heather holds her as Ash comes out with a dressed up stop sign looking like an old 1980s Jim Cornette tennis racket cover. She hits a big suplex to Threat onto the stop sign. She grabs a steel chair, unfolds it and sets it up. She does the same with a second chair.

Threat ends up hitting a suplex to Ash onto the two facing unfolded steel chairs. She lets out a big scream afterwards and then drags Ash by her hair back down the ramp towards the ring. The champs take back over and double-team Threat, giving her an impromptu makeover.

In the ring, a kendo stick is introduced into the mix, as is a bunch of baby powder and a pink umbrella. The fans chant “We want tables!” George Iceman throws the ‘glitter bomb’ into Threat’s eyes. He hands Ash a champagne bottle, which she breaks over Luna’s head.

George Iceman taps into his inner-Das Wonder Kid, Alex Wright, by doing his old one-move-only dance on the ring apron to taunt the Canadian crowd. Threat ends up making him pay for it, slamming him down to the floor.

She goes after Ash in the ring and hits a Tiger Driver for a close two-count, broken up by a shot from a pink garbage can lid by Heather. A sack of something is pulled out and poured all over the mat. It’s a bunch of rhinestones.

The champs hit a double-team spot to Threat onto the pile of rhinestones. They go for the cover, but Luna breaks it up just in time to keep this one going. Iceman gets involved again to help Heather. Maggie Lee gets involved as well.

This leads to Ash dropping Luna, and Luna’s head clipping the table on the way down. Ouch. Ash picks Luna back up and lays her on the table. She climbs back up to the top and leaps off to put Luna through the table.

Threat attacks Lee in the ring, but gets hit as she tries to dive through the ropes with a trash can lid by Heather. Ash hits her Rarified Air finisher and covers her for the win. With the win, Ash and Heather by Elegance retain the TNA Knockouts Tag-Team Championships.

t also means Spitfire must break up and never team together again. Ash throws something in the face of a fan as she is heading back up the ramp. The camera barely caught this. Didn’t seem like part of the show.

Match Result: Ash & Heather By Elegance defeated Spitfire to retain TNA Knockouts Tag-Team Titles

Order 4 (Mustafa Ali, Tasha Steelz, John Skyler & Jason Hotch) vs. Raj Singh, Indi Hartwell & The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz)

A video package airs showing Mustafa Ali’s attack of Ace Austin, resulting in him being injured and pulled from a scheduled eight-man tag-team bout on tonight’s show. The package wraps up and the theme for Mustafa Ali hits.

Out he comes with the rest of Order 4 — Tasha Steelz and The Great Hands duo of John Skyler and Jason Hotch. The four-person team settle inside the squared circle for our next match of the evening. They await the arrival of their opposition.

The theme for The Rascalz hits and the Canadian crowd pops as Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz make their way down to the ring. Their entrance tune for their first partner hits, and out comes newcomer to the TNA Knockouts scene, former WWE and WWE NXT Superstar Indi Hartwell.

With the three known members of the opposing team now in the corner, they are taunted on the microphone by The Great Hands, who ask where Ace Austin is. They say it’s four on three, and they should just forfeit.

Before they can continue, out comes a completely different-looking Campaign Singh addressing Ali on the microphone. He says he used to treat Ali like a mentor. The crowd gives Singh the “What?” treatment after each sentence he speaks into the mic.

“Let me cook, Brampton,” he says, hoping to stop it. It, of course, only made it worst. Singh calls Ali a narcissist with a God complex. He says he’s here to tell him to his face that in his hometown of Brampton, Ontario, whether he likes it or not, he’s a B-Town Boy and representing this place in TNA Wrestling.

He says after all this time, everything he’s said is nothing more than him just being “full of sh*t.” Those are the final words from Singh, as he blasts Ali to get the fight off-and-running. Raj Singh, formerly known as Campaign Singh, is the mystery fourth competitor, and Ace Austin’s replacement for The Rascalz and Indi Hartwell team.

We hear the bell to make things official, and then we see The Rascalz hit a big dive to take out The Great Hands on the floor, as Singh works over Ali on the ramp. In the ring, Steelz is putting the boots to Hartwell. Hartwell takes over and hits a side-slam for a two-count.

Hartwell hits a huge high spot, connecting with a cutter to Steelz on the entire pile of bodies in the ring. The crowd exploded for that. Moments later, Ali hits a baseball slide to take out Hartwell on the floor for some dark heat. He finishes Singh off with a 450 splash in the ring.

After the match, he further attacks Singh as Steelz pleads for him to stop. While this is happening, Ali yanks his arm away, hitting Steelz and knocking her down. She looks shocked. The Great Hands look shocked. Ali looks unfazed. He walks off as Hannifan talks with disgust about him on commentary.

Match Result: Order 4 defeated Raj Singh, Indi Hartwell & The Rascalz

Arianna Grace vs. Tessa Blanchard

Backstage, Santino Marella is shown with his daughter, “The Liaison” Arianna Grace. He tells her it’s time. He tells her this is no joke. She assures him she’s ready. She says Tessa Blanchard has done nothing but underestimate her the entire time.

She vows to kick her ass tonight. Santino gets choked up with pride and they walk off together. Back inside the arena, veteran referee Jimmy Korderas is shown in a brief cameo appearance in the crowd. Tessa Blanchard’s theme hits and out she comes to a ton of heat.

Arianna Grace’s entrance tune hits next, and out in a “Macho Man” Randy Savage-looking robe comes Mrs. NXT and The Liaison, Arianna Grace. Santino Marella accompanies her to the ring. Before the match starts, Robert Stone makes his way out.

“Sherriff” Stone tells Santino without an official manager’s license, he’s going to have to ban him from ringside. He stands there and waits for Santino to leave before anything else happens. An official comes out and also makes sure he leaves. The bell sounds and off we go.

Tessa immediately takes an early dominant offensive lead, as the Canadian crowd just as fast gets on her case with loud “She’s a racist!” chants. Tessa gets Arianna on the ground at ringside and ground-and-pounds her with a vengeance as the “She’s a racist!” chants get going again.

Tessa walks over to the guard rail and just glares at the fans close-up, and it actually got them to stop the chant — for the time being. As the action resumes in the ring, Tessa puts the boots to Arianna as anti-chants get going again. She stops and taunts the crowd.

After some more dominant offense from Blanchard, things start to finally shift a bit, as Grace gets in some offense. She hits a big dropkick and a big slam for a two-count. After another minute in control, Tessa takes back over and hits Buzzsaw and Magnum for the win.

Once the match wraps up, Blanchard poses and taunts the crowd and then heads to the back. Santino Marella comes back out and checks on his daughter. He helps Arianna out of the ring. As this is happening, Robert Stone comes out and says big deal she lost, they’ve got a show to continue. He orders them to hurry up and leave.

Match Result: Tessa Blanchard defeated Arianna Grace

TNA Knockouts Championship
Masha Slamovich (c) vs. Victoria Crawford

From there, “Sherriff Stone,” still in the ring after his unnecessary spotlighting of an ejecting of Santino Marella and Arianna Grace from ringside, introduces who he says will be the next TNA Knockouts Champion. Victoria Crawford, formerly known as Alicia Fox, comes out.

The theme for the reigning and defending TNA Knockouts Champion hits and Masha Slamovich makes her way out. She settles inside the squared circle and after McKenzie Mitchell handles the formal pre-match ring introductions for the champion and challenger, the bell sounds.

Immediately Slamovich takes the early offensive lead. Almost immediately Robert Stone, who is still at ringside despite not having a manager’s license of his own, which the commentary team points out, gets involved. This leads to Crawford taking over and starting a prolonged offensive lead.

One single fan chants “Crawford’s Crazy!” which prompts Crawford to literally stop what she’s doing, pop her head through the ropes, which are facing the hard camera, and shouts an insult back to the fan loud enough that it was audible on the broadcast.

Now the crowd is dead silent. One fan is doing the “Booorrrringgg! Booorrrringgg!” chant. As Slamovich starts to take over, Stone gets involved from ringside again, distracting the referee. Crawford hits a huge piledriver for a close two-count.

Stone distracts the referee again and slides the TNA Knockouts title belt to Crawford. Crawford picks it up and goes to use it, but the referee stops her. Slamovich accidentally knocks out the referee and then turns around into a big belt shot from Crawford.

Stone gets involved again, but this time Slamovich fights back. She hits her Requiem finisher to Crawford on the title belt. She rolls her over and covers her. The referee makes the count and Slamovich wins and retains her TNA Knockouts Championship.

After the match, Slamovich talks about looking for a worthy challenger. She says she’s been seeing Lei Ying Lee as of late, and she has earned her respect. She tells her to come down and accept her challenge to face her next for the TNA Knockouts Championship.

The lights go out and Lei Ying Lee’s theme hits. Out comes the former WWE Superstar once known as Xia Li, fresh off of her debut MMA fighting win last week, something that is brought up and mentioned on the air by the commentary team.

Robert Stone comes back out. “Sherriff Stone” in his leather suit asks what is going on out here. He says wrestlers can’t just walk around making the matches they want. He says Lei Ying Lee might very well be worthy of a title shot, but if she wants it, she’ll have to earn it by winning a match next week on Impact.

Match Result: Masha Slamovich defeated Victoria Crawford to retain the TNA Knockouts Title

Sabu Tribute

From there, the camera pans over to the commentary desk to show Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt. Rehwoldt says at this time they turn their attention to a sad story from the pro wrestling world. He mentions the passing of the legend Terry “Sabu” Brunk.

He calls Sabu someone who motivated many wrestlers, including himself. A very special extended video package airs with footage of Sabu in TNA in the past, with new comments from several TNA wrestlers, pro wrestling veterans and personalities. Rest in peace to Sabu.

TNA World Tag-Team Championships
The Nemeths (Nic Nemeth & Ryan Nemeth) (c) vs. Matt Hardy & Leon Slater

After the Sabu tribute wraps up, the TNA Under Siege ‘Tag Lines’ graphic flashes on the screen to set the stage for the co-main event of the evening, where the TNA World Tag-Team Championships will be on-the-line.

The iconic sounds of The Hardys theme music hits the house speakers inside the CAA Centre in Brampton, and out comes Matt Hardy with his hand-picked partner, Leon Slater. The challengers settle inside the squared circle and pose on the ropes to a big pop.

We hear the trademark unzip and, well, pleased female sounds, that always precede the entrance tune for “The Wanted Man” Nic Nemeth, who makes his way out accompanied by “The Hollywood Hunk” and his little brother, Ryan Nemeth. The Nemeths settle in the ring for their title defense.

Nic Nemeth and Matt Hardy kick things off for their respective teams. Matt leads the crowd in “Delete! Delete!” chants. Nemeth takes over after a minute or two, and Ryan loudly cheers him on from the apron. “That’s my big brother!”

Leon Slater tags in, and starts off strong, but is ultimately beaten down in double-team fashion by Nic and Ryan. Nic settles in as the legal man and continues to go to work on Slater, as the fans try and rally behind him.

Ryan hits Slater from behind the referees back to kill Slater’s comeback attempt. Nic tags Ryan back in, and Ryan goes to work on Slater while continuing to keep him isolated on the Nemeth’s side of the ring. He stops to turn and taunt Matt, doing the Jeff Hardy hand-flip dance-style pose.

Fans break out in a loud “We want Matt!” chant as Ryan and Nic continue to utilize frequent tags to keep a fresh man on the beaten down Slater at all times. Slater finally hits a DDT on Ryan to buy himself some much-needed time. He makes the badly needed hot tag to Matt.

Matt Hardy hits the ring with a ton of energy as the Brampton crowd explodes. He goes to work on Nic, who tags in for the other team. Slater comes back in and hits a Twist of Slate, leading into a Plot Twist from Hardy for a close two-count. In the end, ultimately The Nemeths steal the win to retain.

Match Result: The Nemeths defeated Matt Hardy & Leon Slater to retain TNA Tag-Team Titles

Father & Daughter Want A Match Together

Backstage, Santino Marella is telling his daughter, Arianna Grace, that she had a good showing for herself tonight. She says that’s not what she wanted. She wanted a fair fight. Santino says he’s gonna talk to higher-ups and get a match against Robert Stone.

As he continues talking, Arianna stops him and says she wants in on it. She says how about Santino and Arianna against Stone and Tessa Blanchard. Santino says he’s gonna talk to some people and make it happen. He vows to make Stone pay to the Cobra on Impact.

Joe Hendry & Elijah vs. Trick Williams & Frankie Kazarian

It’s main event time!

The pre-match video package airs now showing the road to tonight’s tag-team main event, which features TNA World Champion Joe Hendry and Elijah joining forces to battle “The King of TNA” Frankie Kazarian and WWE NXT Superstar Trick Williams.

After the package wraps up, the show returns back inside the CAA Centre, where Kazarian’s theme hits to bring him out first. He settles in the ring to some heat from the Canadian crowd in attendance. Trick’s catchy-ass entrance tune hits next.

Loud chants of “Whoop that Trick!” echo throughout the building as the former WWE NXT World Champion makes his way out and heads to the ring to join his partner, Kazarian, as they await the arrival of their opposition for this headline attraction.

Elijah’s guitar strum is the next thing the fans hear, and they explode once again. Elijah makes his way out with his trademark guitar over his shoulder. The viral smash hit, “I Believe in Joe Hendry” hits next, and out comes the reigning TNA World Champion.

Hendry does the full ring entrance routine, with the crowd doing the wave in the background with him. The commentators, ironically enough, focus more on Hendry’s title defense against Trick at tomorrow night’s WWE NXT Battleground 2025 show than the main event about to happen now.

After the bell sounds to get things started, it is Elijah and Kazarian who kick things off for their respective teams. Elijah controls the early offensive exchanges. He tags in Hendry and the crowd roars. Hendry calls for Trick to tag in as well. The crowd wants it, too.

Trick does not. Kazarian continues the action instead, with Hendry beating him down and throwing him around the ring with hip-tosses, before tagging Elijah back in. The two hit a double-team spot on Kazarian. Elijah goes for the cover, but only gets a two-count.

Kazarian finally tags out for the first time, and slowly Trick makes his way into the ring. The crowd breaks out in loud “Whoop that Trick!” chants. He walks over and boots Elijah in the gut. He throws Elijah down to the mat and continues to shift the momentum to his team’s favor.

As the action continues, Trick and Kazarian get into an argument on the apron on opposite sides of the ring ropes. Trick is then knocked into Kazarian, sending Kazarian flying and crashing and burning on the floor at ringside.

All four end up brawling at ringside and through the crowd, which is making a ton of noise with the action up close-and-personal. Back in the ring, Hendry and Elijah take it to Trick and Kazarian. Hendry hoists Kazarian up for his stalled suplex.

At the same time, Elijah does his “Walk With Elijah” top-rope old school spot. Hendry holds Kazarian forever, and Elijah does the top-rope tight-rope walk all the way around the ring before leaping down at the same time Hendry finally finished his suplex.

Things calm down and settle back into man-on-man action in the ring. Trick hits a Trick Kick out of nowhere. Kazarian tags in and takes over, working over Elijah as the crowd tries rallying behind him, encouraging him to make the tag.

He finally does, but Trick hits the ring to distract the referee. The referee doesn’t see the tag as a result, and forces Hendry back to the ring apron. Kazarian goes to work on Elijah, but Elijah hits a float-over counter into a power bomb.

Both guys are down and out. They each slowly recover and begin crawling to their respective corners. They each make the tag. In comes Hendry and Trick to face off as the legal men in the ring for the first time in the match. Hendry immediately goes to work on Trick.

Hendry has Trick laid out. He looks around at the crowd and does the big dramatic turn. He then does the stomp and clap “We will rock you!” routine. He hits an Olympic slam on Trick for a close two-count. Trick fights back with a standing urinagi for a two-count.

Trick heads up to the second rope. He leaps and Hendry catches him, but the momentum takes him down. He rolls through and stands back up while holding Trick. He goes for a big move, but Trick counters into a DDT, and then tags in Kazarian.

Kazarian hits a leg drop off the ropes to Hendry for a close two-count. He sets the TNA World Champion up for the Chicken Wing, but Hendry avoids it and fights back. He hits an Attitude Adjustment on Kazarian for a close two-count of his own.

Hendry tags Elijah back in. Elijah looks for the Highwayman’s piledriver, but Kazarian avoids it. He tags Trick back in. Trick catches Elijah running at him with a big boot. Elijah fights back with a flying knee that flattens the WWE NXT Superstar.

He covers him for a two-count. Trick blasts Elijah with a Trick Shot as Kazarian attacks Hendry on the floor. Kazarian heads over and grabs the guitar that Elijah brought out with him. The commentators bring up Elijah blasting Kazarian with the guitar on last night’s Impact.

Kazarian doesn’t get to use the guitar before he ends up back in the ring. Elijah hits his piledriver. Trick comes in and he’s got the guitar. The referee wrestles it away from him as Elijah has a pin on Kazarian. The crowd was counting almost to ten before the referee finally counted, only getting to two.

Trick accidentally blasts Kazarian with his Trick Shot finisher. Hendry knocks Trick out to the floor and then hoists Kazarian up and connects with his Standing Ovation finisher. Hendry covers Kazarian and gets the three count for the victory.

After the match, Hendry and Trick have a stare down as Hannifan promotes their TNA World Championship showdown scheduled for the upcoming WWE NXT Battleground 2025 premium live event on Sunday night. That’s how TNA Under Siege 2025 goes off the air.

Match Result: Joe Hendry & Elijah defeated Trick Williams & Frankie Kazarian

**********
Eddie Edwards (w/ Alisha Edwards) defeated Leon Slater in a TNA Sacrifice Advantage Match

After the usual recap video package for last week’s show, the “Cross the Line” theme and intro video plays to get things started as always. Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt welcome us to the show as the camera shot settles inside the Impact Zone at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida.

The System’s theme music hits and out comes the group to accompany Eddie Edwards onto the stage. They wish him well and head to the back. Edwards heads to the ring accompanied by Alisha Edwards and settles inside the squared circle for the opening match of the evening.

Leon Slater’s entrance tune hits and out comes the young talented prospect accompanied by his team for the TNA Sacrifice 2025 pay-per-view steel cage main event match on Friday night in El Paso, TX. They head to the back and Slater makes his way to the ring by himself.

As soon as Slater hits the ring, while still in his entrance gear and with his music still playing, Edwards tries to get the early jump. It backfires, however, as Slater sees it coming and counters. Slater jumps off to an early offensive lead in this TNA Sacrifice Advantage Match.

Slater hits a hurricanrana that sends Edwards sailing through the ropes, where he crashes and burns on the floor at ringside. On the floor, Edwards takes over and sends Slater crashing shoulder-first into the steel steps with authority. Back inside the ring, Edwards enjoys several minutes of offensive control.

The show heads into a mid-match commercial break as Edwards remains in a comfortable offensive lead. When the show returns, Slater fights back, but Edwards cuts his comeback short and hits a Blue Thunder Bomb for a close two-count.

Slater amps up for another comeback attempt, but again Edwards cuts it short. He sends Slater shoulder-first into the ring post from inside the ring, and then follows up by flattening Slater with his Boston Knee Party finisher for the win.

With the victory, Edwards has secured the advantage in the Steel Cage main event of TNA Sacrifice 2025 on Friday night. After the match, Hannifan and Rehwoldt run down matches still to come, and then the show heads into another commercial time out.

Mance Warner & Steph De Lander Taunt Sami Callihan

The show returns to Sami Callihan talking directly into the camera in fired-up fashion, ranting about how Mance Warner is lucky that Santino Marella put a no physicality clause ahead of their TNA Sacrifice match.

As Callihan continues to rant, he is blatantly taunted by Steph De Lander and Warner, who appear next to him and push and shove him, daring him to do something about it. Callihan again reminds Warner it’s only one more day.

Wes Lee defeated Laredo Kid

Back inside the Impact Zone, the familiar sounds of Wes Lee’s theme music hits and out comes the WWE NXT Superstar. He settles inside the squared circle while Tyson Dupont and Tyriek Igwe hang out at ringside. Lee’s opponent, masked fan-favorite high-flyer Laredo Kid, makes his way out next.

The bell sounds and things get underway. Kid isolates Lee’s arm early on and cranks away at it. Lee flips and escapes, and then rolls out to the floor to re-group. As he does, Kid tries to baseball slide him, but he side-steps him and rolls back in the ring.

In the ring, Kid shoulder-blocks Lee down to the mat, hits the ropes and then hits a hurricanrana that sends Lee right back out to the floor. Kid leaps to the ring apron, back-kicks Lee and then springboards off the middle rope with a moonsault splash onto Lee on the floor.

Kid whacks Lee with an open-handed palm strike to the chest. He heads to the top-rope and leaps off, connecting with a picture-perfect cross-body splash for a close two-count. Lee catches Kid with a kick and takes over. He snarls in a tight close-up camera shot and then goes to work on Kid in the corner.

Lee hits a big brainbuster for a two-count. Kid fights back into competitive form, but ultimately Lee takes over and finishes him off with a Cardiac Kick. Afterwards, The Rascalz and Ace Austin come out and vow to close the chapter and send them back to NXT. “Smoke ’em if you got ’em! See you tomorrow night!”

Santino Marella Makes TNA Sacrifice Announcement

When the show returns, Spitfire come up complaining to Santino Marella. Also bugging the Director of Authority is Ash and Heather by Elegance and George Iceman.

The shot-caller for TNA announces a three-on-two match for TNA Sacrifice 2025 where Ash & Heather By Elegance and George Iceman take on Spitfire duo Jody Threat and Dani Luna. Iceman freaks out that he has to wrestle.

Xia Brookside defeated Rosemary via Disqualification

Inside the Impact Zone, the theme for Xia Brookside hits and out comes the TNA Knockout for the next match of the evening. The lights go down and up come the dark red lights. Rosemary makes her way out and heads to the ring, creepy-crawling into the camera before the match gets underway.

As soon as the bell sounds, Rosemary bull-rushes Brookside into the corner by the face. Brookside fights her way free and dropkicks Rosemary. Brookside comes off the ropes with a bit of a Kangaroo Kick, babyface-MJF style. Brookside goes for a suplex, but Rosemary blocks it and grabs her by the throat.

Rosemary sends Brookside into the ropes with a push of the throat, and then slams her down by the throat before unloading on her with ground and pound. Rosemary controls the action for a few more minutes, but then Brookside starts to fight her way back.

She hits her finisher in the corner, but only gets two. She goes for another big spot, and then grabs Rosemary’s foreign object. She takes a good, long look at it while contemplating using it.

Ultimately, she doesn’t get the chance, as Rosemary sprays the green poison mist in her eyes and the referee calls for the bell. Brookside screams in pain while touching her eyes. Brookside is declared the winner via disqualification. The show heads into another commercial break.

Steve Maclin & Eric Young Have A Drink And A Chat

When the show returns, we hear some depressing music and in a music video fashion, we see Steve Maclin drinking by a campfire. As the video continues, the music stops and we see Eric Young is sitting next to him drinking with him.

Maclin says he already made his position clear about where they stand. He says they respect each other but they’ve got their own paths. Young asks what happens when those paths inevitably meet and they have to make a decision.

JDC defeated Cody Deaner

Back inside the Impact Zone, JDC’s theme hits and The System member makes his way to the ring for the next match of the evening. He settles inside and his music dies down.

Cody Deaner’s entrance tune hits and out he comes with a microphone in-hand. He talks about how he feels great to be here. He says he’s a proud father of multiple kids. He says his professional life wasn’t going so well.

He decided to put his fate in the hands of the people, and since that time, he’s had the best time of his life. He says now he’s about to have fun beating the crap out of a member of The System.

JDC gets on the microphone and assures Deaner that these people don’t care about his children. The fans cut him off with a loud “Yes we do! Yes we do!” chant. JDC says all he cares about is his match at TNA Sacrifice tomorrow.

He tells Deaner to step through the ropes, hop off the ring apron and take the loss like a man. “Be a man, don’t be a disappointment to your children for the rest of your life,” JDC says, before shoving Deaner, GUNTHER-bully style.

Deaner teases exiting the ring, but stops and says the choice isn’t his or JDC’s. It’s the people’s choice. He asks the people if he should just leave and let the referee count him out, or should he stay and “punch this jerk in the face ten times!”

He tells JDC the people have spoken and then clocks him in the face with a punch. The bell sounds and things continue from there. Deaner climbs up on JDC and tries delivering on his ten-punch-promise, but he only got to four before JDC countered and took over.

Deaner started to fight back, but JDC stuck him with a cheap-shot thumb to the eye. He followed that up with his Falcon Arrow finisher for the pinfall victory. After the match, the show heads into another commercial break.

Tessa Blanchard & Cora Jade defeated Masha Slamovich & Lei Ying Lee

When the show returns, Arianna Grace is making her way to the commentary desk, where she will join Hannifan and Rehwoldt on the call for the next match of the evening, which will be a TNA Knockouts tag-team tilt.

Tessa Blanchard’s theme hits and out she comes to the ring. She settles inside and then the entrance tune for her tag-team partner, WWE NXT Superstar Cora Jade, hits. After the heel duo settle inside the squared circle, the music hits to cue their opposition.

Out first to the ring comes Lei Ying Lee. She settles in the ring as Hannifan talks about the new plans and pricing for the company’s TNA+ streaming subscription service. Lee’s partner, reigning TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich, makes her way out next.

The bell sounds to get things started. All four women stare each other down from opposite sides of the ring. Slamovich kicks things off for her team. It looks like Jade will do the same for hers, but she decides against it, opting instead to tag in Blanchard.

Blanchard and Slamovich go face-to-face and Blanchard pie-faces her to gasps from the crowd. Slamovich fights back and hits a dropkick. She puts her down again and then dares Jade to tag in. Blanchard tags her and Jade hesitantly comes in as fans chant “Masha’s gonna kill you!”

Jade dares Lee to tag in. Slamovich reaches back and tags her in. Lee comes in and goes right to work on Jade, blasting her with an assortment of kicks. She climbs up her in the corner and hits the multiple-punch sequence. She slams her down and covers her, but only gets two.

Jade takes advantage of some confusion in the ring and hits a gut-wrench on Lee for a two-count of her own. She tags in Blanchard and the fans boo as she goes to work on Lee. Blanchard hits her Magnum finisher off the top but Slamovich prevents things from ending there.

Lee and Jade brawl on the floor, while Slamovich and Blanchard, both looking beat up and tired, trade shots in the ring. Slamovich hoists Blanchard onto her back, but Blanchard rakes at her eyes to escape. Blanchard goes for a move, but Lee hits the ring and blasts her with Thunderstruck.

Jade then comes in and blatantly hits Slamovich with the title belt. The referee didn’t see it. Blanchard follows up with Buzzsaw and covers her for the pinfall victory. After the match, the show heads into another commercial break.

Summit With Mustafa Ali & Mike Santana

The show returns to the advertised Summit with Mustafa Ali and Mike Santana. Santana apologizes for being late after finally showing up and taking a seat, while The Great Hands and Tasha Steelz stand behind him. Tom Hannifan sits in between Ali and Santana and asks questions.

Hannifan asks Ali first about why he chose to have an issue with Santana upon returning to TNA. Ali says it isn’t about having an issue with Santana. He’s here to be the leader TNA needs. He can handle the pressure. He says Mr. Santana can’t handle the pressure.

Santana finally speaks up and is baffled that Ali says something like he can’t handle pressure. He goes on for the 100th time about his rough past and all that he’s overcome. He says he’s had nothing but pressure since joining TNA. He says he felt plenty of pressure taking out The System by himself.

He says he also felt a lot of pressure at TNA Genesis when he faced one of the toughest men of his career and made him say “I Quit.” Hannifan points out to Ali that no one has defeated Santana in singles action in over six months. Ali says that’s a good point, but then tells Santana what he described is not pressure.

Ali tells Santana that pressure is failing and dusting yourself off and coming back to take over. He says pressure is having the camera men, the medical people in the back and all of the other staff depend on you. He says Santana isn’t a leader, he’s an addict. Santana tells Ali “you’re full of sh*t.”

Santana asks Ali if he thinks he’s not on to him, or if the people in the locker room haven’t caught on to his true intentions as well. He says no one thinks he’s really here for the betterment of TNA. He says even his people standing behind him sees it.

He tells him he accepted the reality that he’s an addict a long time ago, but today, he’s an addict for these people, for this company and for the people in it. He says for every addict out there, he’s shown them it’s possible to hit the bottom and rise.

Ali says he feels too more tension here. He says everyone needs to calm down. He picks up a bottle of wine and says, “and maybe take a drink.” Santana didn’t like that. Ali tells Santana at TNA Sacrifice, he will lose. He says he’s gonna pray for mercy, and then he’s gonna take one sip and finish the bottle.

And another one, and another one, and then he’s gonna let everyone he just mentioned down, including himself. But worse, he’s gonna break his daughters heart. As soon as Ali said that, Santana launched across the table and attacked him. He beat down his goons and even drew his hand back at Tasha.

He restrained himself, however, and ended up getting jumped by Ali and The Great Hands. They put the boots to him until Ali yells, “Enough!” He then opens the wine and pours a glass. He sits it next to Santana and tells him, “That’s for when you wake up.” He walks off. Santana comes to and sees the drink. He hits it. The show heads into another commercial break.

Joe Hendry (c) defeated Ryan Nemeth to retain the TNA World Championship

It’s main event time — Part 1!

But first, when the show returns, Hannifan and Rehwoldt run down the updated lineup for Friday’s TNA Sacrifice 2025 special event. Added to the lineup is Frankie Kazarian vs. Steve Maclin, as well as First Class duo AJ Francis & KC Navarro against the team of Laredo Kid & Octagon Jr.

Kazarian found out about his match as he joined Hannifan and Rehwoldt, uninvited, to be part of the call for the upcoming main event title tilt. After he freaks out about the news, he takes a seat and gets ready for the final match of the evening.

The familiar sounds of Joe Hendry’s theme hits the house speakers inside Full Sail University and out comes the TNA World Champion for his latest title defense against a yet-to-be-announced opponent. Santino Marella comes out and says he has an opponent for Hendry.

Before he can continue, Ryan Nemeth’s theme hits and out comes “The Hollywood Hunk.” He gets on the microphone and says his big brother returns in one day. He also says his big brother has given him his contracted title rematch as a former champion.

He heads to the ring, the bell sounds, Hendry hits Standing Ovation and covers him for the easy victory to retain his TNA World Championship in mere seconds.

Joe Hendry (c) defeated Hammerstone to retain the TNA World Championship

It’s main event time — Part 2!

In the ring, Hendry pops up after pinning Nemeth for his successful title defense. Santino Marella comes back out and apologizes for Nemeth doing that. He says he wasn’t really the opponent he had planned for Hendry. He asks Hendry if he wouldn’t mind working again.

With that said, the TNA Director of Authority reveals the real title challenger for the TNA World Champion, and out comes Hammerstone. Hannifan points out on commentary that Hammerstone hasn’t been seen on the scene in TNA for months.

As he heads to the ring, the show heads to a quick pre-match commercial break. When the show returns, the bell sounds and things get officially off-and-running. Hendry takes the early offensive lead on Hammerstone, who the commentators joke has gotten even bigger since he was last around.

Hendry goes to hook Hammerstone and hoist him up for his stalled suplex spot, but Hammerstone blocks it and sends the TNA World Champion sailing into the ring post, before he crashes and burns on the floor at ringside. Hammerstone heads out after him and adds some more punishment to Hendry at ringside.

After Hammerstone beats Hendry down some more on the floor, the show heads into a mid-match commercial break with the champion still very much on the defensive, and the muscled up challenger in a definitive offensive lead.

When the show returns from the final time out of the evening, Hendry is shown starting to fight back into competitive form as the crowd inside the Impact Zone begin loudly rallying behind him. Hendry hoists Hammerstone up and this time connects with his trademark stalled suplex spot.

Hendry hits a Fall Away slam and then does the big dramatic head-turn for a big pop. He does the stomp-stomp clap routine, leading the fans in the “We Will Rock You” themed rallying cry, as he looks to try and finish off the big man.

Hendry hoists Hammerstone over his shoulders, but Hammerstone escapes and hits a German suplex. He picks Hendry up and power bombs him into the mat with authority for a close two-count. He transitions into a Boston Crab and cranks back on the lower back of the champ.

Kazarian complains about the voice of the lady behind him at the commentary desk. Hammerstone looks to hoist Hendry up, but Hendry counters and hits a big back-suplex. He hoists Hammerstone up onto his shoulders. He launches him up high and slams him down.

He grabs Hammerstone by the throat and lifts him up for his Standing Ovation finisher. He follows up with the immediate cover for the pinfall victory and his second successful title defense of the evening. The System and The Colons hit the ring to attack Hendry afterwards.

The theme for The Hardy Boyz hits and out comes the TNA World Tag-Team Champions Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy, with Leon Slater and Elijah behind them. Everyone brawls in and around the ring. Hannifan wraps things up by saying, “tomorrow night will be carnage at TNA Sacrifice!”

Joe Hendry Encore Concert With Elijah & The Colons

After the recap package for last week’s show and special live version of the “Cross the line” intro, we see a shot of Full Sail University, as Tom Hannifan welcomes us to the show alongside Matthew Rehwoldt. Already in the ring is Joe Hendry, seated with a guitar in his lap and fans chanting “We believe!”

Hendry says it’s been a busy couple of months for him, and he knows that everyone wants to know what is next for him and the TNA World Championship. He reiterates his willingness to defend the title against anyone from any company. He said he wrote a song about it. “Like to hear it, here it goes!”

He mentions Sheamus not believing his eyes, and his favorite moment being beating up The Miz. He has lines about it being hard to be humble when he was in the Royal Rumble. He mentions Roman Reigns throwing him out, and makes a reference about John Cena and his willingness to defend his title against him.

While wrapping up his first song of the encore concert, he is cut off by The Colons. The duo make their way to the ring introducing themselves to the TNA audience. They say this isn’t a popularity contest for them. They are serious wrestlers and violent people. Fans chant “Where’s Carlito?” at them.

As they go to rush the ring for an attack, the lights go out and we hear the familiar guitar strum. A spotlight shines on the entrance and out comes Elijah, formerly known as Elias, with a guitar over his shoulder. Fans chant “Holy sh*t!” He sings about joining TNA tonight.

“If you wanna walk with me, or you believe in Joe Hendry … you’re in luck!” Fans chant-sing “Oh walk with Elijah” to the White Stripes melody, and Elijah starts playing that riff impromptu. Fans react with a loud “This is Awesome!” chant.

He mentions having a Colon-clog going on and says it could use a Colon-cleanse. He asks Joe if he’s got his guitar ready. As he enters the ring, he is cut off by the theme for TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella. He mentions not one, but two big surprises to start off the night.

Santino says allow him to make surprise number three. Tonight in the main event it will be Joe Hendry and Elijah vs. The Colons. “And it’s gonna smell fantastic!” Elijah says there’s no reason they can’t have a little concert right now. They sing one quick chorus and the opener wraps up there.

Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel (w/ Ace Austin) defeated Tyriek Igwe & Tyson Dupont (w/ Wes Lee)

After Gia Miller has a quick word with Leon Slater backstage to promote his No DQ showdown against JDC, the show heads to a quick commercial break. When the show returns, Miller talks briefly with The Colons, who reiterate their arrival to the scene in TNA Wrestling.

Inside the Impact Zone, the NXT trio of Tyriek Igwe, Tyson Dupont and Wes Lee make their way to the ring, as Tyriek and Tyson will be in action in the opening tag-team contest. Their opposition, The Rascalz duo of Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz, make their way out accompanied by Ace Austin.

The Rascalz hit a double dive to get things started with a bang. The bell sounds and the match gets officially underway. From there, it isn’t long at all before Tyriek and Tyson completely take over and settle into the early dominant offensive lead.

Wentz starts to rally for The Rascalz, shifting the offensive momentum into his team’s favor. He hits a running shooting star for a close two-count on Igwe. Miguel tags in and picks up where Wentz left off. Wes Lee slides in for a distraction, which brings Austin over to keep things even.

The Rascalz hit a double super kick but then Tyson and Tyriek tag and hit a double-team power spot on Miguel. Wentz knocks Dupont out to the floor and hits a turning splash over the ropes. Wentz comes off the top-rope with a Meteora.

Wentz follows up with a Swanton Bomb off the top. Miguel makes the cover and picks up the win for The Rascalz. Wes Lee gets on the microphone and issues a challenge for a six-man tag-team showdown with Austin and The Rascalz against he, Tyson and Tyriek at TNA Sacrifice 2025. The show heads into another commercial break.

First Class Penthouse With AJ Francis & Many Others

Season premiere of the First Class Penthouse. AJ Francis reintroduces himself as the host of the show. He then introduces “The Blessed One” KC Navarro. Behind them are a bunch of goons and ladies. Gabby from the GabbyAF podcast. The Mafiosa Valentina and The Miami 305 Street Racing Dream Girl Carolina are also with them.

He then introduces 21-time platinum producer Reazy Renegade. They play some video to explain who he is. They introduce some Orlando rapper with millions of streams. They show a TikTok video to show who he is. No response. “These guys are losers, they don’t know anything but wrestling,” Francis says. He then introduces Noelle Foley. Yes, that Noelle Foley.

Francis asks everyone to pull their phones out and go live in case TNA cuts the feed for what he’s about to say next. He talks about the lack of opportunities for the tag-team titles. He says TNA management tried to passify him by giving him his own Piper’s Pit. He says frankly, it worked. He’s loving this. He says he liked Roddy Piper so much, he hated Hulk Hogan before it was cool.

He says just like Piper didn’t get credit for Hulkamania, he doesn’t get credit for creating Hendry-mania. He talks about going to Reality of Wrestling to help Booker T with his Zilla Fatu and drawing millions of views. He doesn’t understand why he gets no respect. He introduces his special guest on this first episode.

He calls him the legend of TNA. “Some say he’s phenomenal. He has a lot of style….the one and only, A-J…Francis!” The crowd boos. He fumbles his line while trying to make a comparison to AJ leaving TNA to make money in WWE, while he left WWE to make money and save TNA. First Class says their catchphrase and mercifully, this is over.

Lei Ying Lee defeated Rosemary

Rosemary’s theme hits after a TNA Unbreakable ad plays, and the aforementioned six-man tag-team match is confirmed for TNA Sacrifice 2025. As she makes her way to the ring, Hannifan does a live ad read for BLCKSMTH.

Lei Ying Lee makes her way out next, and then the bell sounds to get this one officially off-and-running. After some initial back-and-forth action, Rosemary takes over after hitting a big inverted DDT. Ying Lee fights back and hits an airplane spin for a two-count of her own.

From there, Rosemary tries to fight back from underneath, looking for her finisher. Ying Lee stops it, however, and counters with her own Thunderstruck finisher for the win. After the match, as Ying Lee was leaving, Rosemary caught up with her and sprayed the mist in her eyes.

Death Machine TV With Sami Callihan

Backstage, we see Sami Callihan telling his cameraman to turn the camera on. He welcomes us to a special edition of Death Machine TV, and mentions being on the hunt for Mance Warner.

He catches up with him backstage and they begin brawling. He grabs the camera and hits Warner with it. The feed cuts out and the show heads into another commercial break.

Tessa Blanchard Bullies A Doctor Backstage

Backstage, a medic is tending to Lei Ying Lee’s eye issues following the mist from Rosemary, when Tessa Blanchard walks up and says she needs the doctor to ignore her and help her instead.

The doctor makes it clear he’s tending to Lei, but Tessa isn’t having it. She insists he ignore the mid-card talent and tend to her instead. This goes on for a minute or so and ends without any real anything.

Eric Young & The Northern Armory Address Josh Alexander’s Exit

Inside the Impact Zone, Eric Young’s theme hits and out he comes with The Northern Armory duo of Judas Icarus and Travis Williams. He talks about how they did last week what they said they were going to, and sent Josh Alexander packing.

Young says Alexander started The Northern Armory, but he was too weak to hold onto it, so he took it from him. He says Judas and Travis were pawns, boys under him. Under Young’s leadership, they will become champions and they will stand next to Young at the top of TNA.

As he continues, the fans decide to loudly give him the never-ending “What?!” treatment. He says you can claim to be whatever you want, but Eric Young is the foundation of TNA. He is the life blood of TNA. He is the gatekeeper of TNA. He is the one.

He says there is one man missing. One man who should be standing next to him. That man is Steve Maclin. He tells Maclin to come out here. Nothing happens. Young says he understands. He says Maclin has a hard time trusting people. He says Maclin trusts him.

He looked into his soul and spoke to him, and it spoke back. He says they are brothers and family. They are past that. He says Maclin knew about Alexander. He warned him about Alexander. He says maybe he did it for him, or maybe he did it for Maclin.

This business isn’t right or wrong. It’s not black or white. It’s red. Red blood. Red. His theme hits again to end the promo segment. After this, Hannifan and Rehwoldt run down action still to come, with JDC vs. Leon Slater’s No DQ match coming up next. The show heads to another commercial break.

Mustafa Ali Trolls Mike Santana At A.A. Meeting

When the show returns, we shoot to what appears to be an A.A. meeting or N.A. meeting, which we see Mike Santana sitting at along with a bunch of other nameless faces in a circle “sharing,” when in walks Mustafa Ali.

Ali takes a seat and goes on to give a big speech about how everyone in the room conquered their addictions. After he wraps up, everyone claps. He leans into Santana’s ear and whispers, “Things can change Mike, but people like you don’t.”

JDC defeated Leon Slater in a No Disqualification Match

Hannifan and Rehwoldt are shown on-camera. They set up and show footage of Moose’s debut on WWE NXT earlier this week. They plug his match against Lexis King on the upcoming episode of NXT on CW From Cincinnati, OH.

Inside the Impact Zone, the theme for JDC hits and out comes The System member for scheduled No Disqualification action. He settles inside the squared circle to boos from the fans at Full Sail University.

McKenzie Mitchell then introduces his opponent, rising youngster Leon Slater. Slater comes out wearing arm bands and other tributes to The Hardys, which Hannifan points out on the broadcast. The bell sounds and this one gets underway.

Slater jumps into the early offensive lead, blasting JDC twice with a foreign object. He pulls out a table and sets it up. Slater heads back into the ring and hits his trademark running leap over the ring post splash to the floor. Fans react with a huge pop and subsequent “TNA! TNA!” chant.

He then walks into a big kick from JDC on the floor. JDC unfolds a steel chair and hits an inverted suplex to Slater, stomach-first over the top part of the chair. As Slater writhes in pain on the floor, JDC picks him up and rolls him into the ring for a two-count.

As JDC settles into a comfortable prolonged offensive lead, the show heads into a mid-match commercial break. When the show returns, we see the two fight back-and-forth with kendo stick shots. Slater takes over and lays JDC on the table on the floor. He heads to the top-rope and hits a 450 Swanton that puts JDC through the table.

He pulls JDC into the ring for the cover, but Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers from The System yank Slater out and double chokeslam him through another table on the floor. They roll him back into the ring and JDC covers him for the win.

Oba Femi Crosses The Line!

Once the match ends, Moose joins The System gang in the ring and it looks like a post-match beatdown is about to begin, when out of nowhere, the iconic sounds of The Hardys theme hits.

Out comes Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy to the ring. They settle inside the ring and then Oba Femi’s theme hits. The WWE NXT World Champion joins The Hardys and Slater in the ring as The System backs off. The show heads into another commercial break.

When the show returns, The System are complaining to Santino Marella backstage. Marella announces Moose, Edwards and Myers against Femi and The Hardys.

Tessa Blanchard Weasels Her Way Out Of Wrestling Again

Inside the Impact Zone, Tessa Blanchard makes her way out in street clothes with a microphone in-hand. She mentions her interaction with the doctor earlier and says she has not been cleared to wrestle. The crowd gets on her case. She says they all follow her on social media so sit down and shut up.

As she continues talking, she is cut off by TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella, who comes out and is upset. He tells Tessa he didn’t think she could be a bigger weasel, but then proved him wrong. He says if Tessa doesn’t wrestle next week for any reason, she is fired.

Masha Slamovich defeated Mila Moore

In the ring is the scheduled opponent for Tessa, Mila Moore. Out comes TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich, who offers to step up and take Tessa’s fight. She heads to the ring and the bell sounds.

She walks into a big kick from Moore, but quickly brushes it off, hits her finisher and wins in seconds. She stares down Tessa on the entrance stage afterwards. Cora Jade sneak attacks Masha from behind. Tessa is shown laughing while watching. The show heads into another commercial break.

Santino Marella Makes Matches For TNA Sacrifice 2025

When the show returns, Santino Marella and Arianna Grace are backstage. They announce Cora Jade vs. Masha Slamovich for the TNA Knockouts Championship at TNA Sacrifice.

They also announce Spitfire vs. Ash & Heather by Elegance for the TNA Knockouts Tag-Team Championships, and a special concierge stipulation.

Joe Hendry & Elijah defeated The Colons

It’s main event time!

But first, as Hannifan and Rehwoldt were about to announce the matches for next week’s show, they are cut off by Ryan Nemeth, who comes out talking about his big brother returning in 22 days at TNA Sacrifice. That’s his entire message. Off he goes.

After that, McKenzie Mitchell introduces the first team in the scheduled tag-team main event of the evening. The Colons make their way out and settle inside the squared circle to another loud “Where’s Carlito?!”chant.

Elijah makes his way out next for the opposition. After that, the viral smash hit “I Believe in Joe Hendry” hits as the TNA World Champion emerges to a huge pop and positive chants from the Full Sail crowd. The bell sounds and it is Colon and Hendry kicking things off.

Elijah tags in and the fans explode again. “Oh, walk with Elijah” sing-chants break out and spread throughout Full Sail as the former WWE Superstar stalks Colon. Colon drills him with two punches but then walks into a leaping clothesline from Elijah.

He does Undertaker’s “old school” spot on the top-rope, clobbering Colon with a forearm across the back on the way down. He tags Hendry back in, and Hendry picks up where he left off. Fans are loudly chanting “We believe! We believe!” as the show heads into a mid-match commercial break.

When the show returns, Hendry is controlling the action until The Colons stop him dead in his tracks and take over. Eddie tags in and settles into a comfortable offensive lead, controlling Hendry on the mat as fans try and rally behind him inside Full Sail University.

Hendry starts Hulk’ing up and no-selling the offense from Colon, before fighting back and taking over. He tags in Elijah. Elijah takes the hot tag and hits the ring with a ton of energy as the crowd comes to life. He hits a big spinebuster as fans sing “Oh, walk with Elijah” again. Elijah hits a piledriver for the win. The two celebrate as Hannifan takes the show off the air.

TNA confirms Tessa Blanchard will wrestle on this week’s live episode of Impact

Tessa Blanchard will be in action on TNA Impact this week.

TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella confronted Blanchard on last week’s show, telling her she would wrestle on Thursday’s live episode from Full Sail University or face consequences.

TNA officially confirmed on Tuesday that Blanchard will compete on this week’s Impact, though her opponent has yet to be announced.

Since returning to the promotion last month, Blanchard has wrestled just once in TNA, defeating Jordynne Grace at Genesis in what was her first match for the company since March 2020. She also competed for VIP Wrestling in Haltom City, Texas, on January 31, losing to Alejandra Quintanilla (aka Alejandra Lion).

TNA also confirmed Rosemary vs. Lei Ying Lee will take place on this week’s show. The Northern Armory have been announced for the show as well.

The announced lineup for the live TNA Impact set for Thursday, February 20:

  • TNA World Champion Joe Hendry in concert
  • Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe vs. The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz)
  • No DQ match: JDC vs. Leon Slater
  • Lei Ying Lee vs. Rosemary
  • Tessa Blanchard in action
  • We’ll hear from The Northern Armory

TNA Impact live results: Genesis fallout, NXT Tag Team title match

The first live TNA Impact in eight years will likely be a newsworthy one given last Sunday’s Genesis pay-per-view and last week’s announcement of an official WWE/TNA partnership.

New TNA World Champion Joe Hendry will be on the show following his victory over now-former champion Nic Nemeth on Sunday.

After making an appearance and getting involved in the TNA Tag Team title match, NXT Tag Team Champions Fraxiom (Axiom & Nathan Frazer) will defend their titles against The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel).

TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich will team with Knockouts Tag Team Champions Spitfire against Rosemary and Ash & Heather by Elegance following their respective title matches last Sunday.

In a non-title match, TNA Tag Team Champions The Hardys will face X-Division Champion Moose & JDC.

After defeating Jordynne Grace, Tessa Blanchard will make an appearance as will Josh Alexander who quit the promotion Sunday but is contractually obligated to appear per Santino Marella.

**********
After several minutes of live audio being tapped in on the TNA+ feed, Tom Hannifan eventually informed the truck of this, and the audio stopped. The cold open video package aired to start off the first live show in eight years, recapping the action from TNA Genesis 2025.

Santino Marella Teases Surprises, History-Making Show

Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt welcome the viewing audience at home to the special live episode from San Antonio, TX. After a slickly-produced opening camera shot, footage is shown of Gia Miller talking with the TNA Director of Authority, Santino Marella, who teased “a couple of surprises” for the show.

Joe Hendry Kicks Off Special Live Episode

From there, the usual “Cross the line” theme and accompanying opening video hit to formally open the show. Back inside the Impact Zone, the viral smash hit, “I Believe in Joe Hendry” plays as the brand new TNA World Champion Joe Hendry makes his way out to the ring.

Rehwoldt calls tonight the start of a new era led by Hendry. He and Hannifan are shown on camera to emphasize again how important tonight is to TNA, and how significant being live is. Hendry does the dramatic soap opera turn to the hard-camera as his entrance tune wraps up.

“Say his name, and he appears! Joe Hendry is your TNA World Champion!” are the first words to come out of Hendry’s mouth. Fans respond with a loud “You deserve it!” chant. Hendry thanks the fans, noting anytime he faced an uphill battle, they had his back.

He said the journey to the title was then, but this is now. He said he went to Santino Marella and told him that not only will he be a fighting champion, but he’ll put his title on-the-line against anyone, from anywhere. “And folks, trust me when I say anything can happen, because for the first time in eight years, TNA iMPACT is live!”

With that said, the theme for TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella hits and out he comes with a microphone in-hand. He congratulates Hendry and confirms his story about coming to him insisting he’ll be a fighting champion inside and outside of TNA.

He says he had an individual who took him up on his offer. So tonight in the main event, it’ll be Joe Hendry defending his title against “Alwayz Ready” Matt Cardona. “The Indy God” comes out with a big smile on his face. The opening segment wrapped up on that note.

Eric Young Wants To Help Josh Alexander, Steve Maclin Doesn’t

Footage of Josh Alexander quitting TNA at TNA Genesis 2025 is shown. Afterwards, a backstage digital exclusive from Sunday’s PPV is shown, with Eric Young asking how after all that, Alexander is really going to quit and leave. Alexander doesn’t say a word and walks off.

Back live, Steve Maclin is with Eric Young, and asked why he bothered wasting his time. Young said he saw something. Maclin said he did too, at one time, but not anymore. He reminds him of the despicable acts of Alexander as of late. Young says he wants to help him. Maclin makes it clear he does not.

Up walks “The Walking Weapon” himself. He says he’s not here to make excuses. He says he’s here to tell Young and Maclin he respects them both. He thanks them for everything over the years. He tries extending his hand for a shake, but doesn’t get any buyers.

Rehwoldt and Hannifan are shown on camera again to recap the Alexander situation. They promote a segment later in the show where we will learn more about Alexander’s status. They run down the rest of the lineup for tonight as the match graphics flash across the screen, and then the show heads into the first commercial of the evening.

Nic Nemeth To Addresses TNA Status Next Week

When the show returns, we see Gia Miller backstage talking to Ryan Nemeth, when his big brother Nic shows up. Nic Nemeth tells Miller that next week he will address his TNA status. Ryan then gets on Miller’s case, insisting she pre-screen her questions in the future, as not to upset his big bro.

Rosemary, Ash & Heather By Elegance defeated Spitfire (Dani Luna & Jody Threat) & Masha Slamovich

Inside the Impact Zone, George Iceman takes a cowboy hat and stomps on it to show the Texas crowd what he thinks of “The Lone Star State.” He then introduces the Knockout duo of Ash and Heather By Elegance. They come to the ring and are joined by their partner, Rosemary, who makes her way out next.

Their opponents, TNA Knockouts Tag-Team Champions Spitfire make their way out first. Dani Luna and Jody Threat come to the ring and stop at ringside. The entrance tune for their partner hits, and out comes TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich.

Six-Knockouts tag-team action kicks things off inside the ring on the first live episode of TNA Impact in eight years. Threat and Ash kick things off for their respective teams. Ash pushes and slaps Threat, and gets decked with a big right hand in response by Threat.

Threat goes to work on Ash in the corner with repeated shots. Threat works Ash over for a few more seconds before tagging in Luna. Luna scoops Threat up and bodyslams her onto Ash for a close two-count. Ash tags out and in comes Heather by Elegance.

She quickly decides against engaging, instead tagging Rosemary and quickly rolling out to the floor. Meanwhile, Luna shoulder tackles Rosemary and begins working over her arm. Luna makes the blind tag to Threat, and the two hit some double-team action on Rosemary, finishing with a seated splash for a two-count.

Rosemary fights back, snatching Threat up by the throat and muscling her into the corner with one arm. With her other free arm, Rosemary snatches up her own partner, Heather, by the jugular as well. She shouts some orders at her and then tags Ash in.

Ash takes out Threat with a clothesline after Heather snuck in a knee to the back on the ropes. Rosemary tags back in and grounds and pounds Threat before letting out a war-cry scream. She hits a big splash on Threat in the corner and then hits an exploder suplex for a two-count.

Masha Slamovich tags in and takes out any-and-everyone in sight with bullish offensive spurts and flurries. Threat tags in and takes over, hitting slams and drivers on everyone until she is kicked out of the ring. Slamovich hits a spinning kick on Ash and tags in Luna.

Ash rolls Luna up out of nowhere, but only gets two. Luna back suplexes Ash onto her elegant dome — three times in a row. As the action continues, the theme for WWE NXT Superstar Cora Jade hits. She makes her way down with a folder in her hand.

She hands it to Slamovich, who pulls out an X-ray photo of herself. Cora pulling a page out of Slamovich’s own playbook leads to Ash rolling up a distracted Slamovich for the win. After the match, the show heads into another commercial break.

Josh Alexander Addresses Quitting TNA Wrestling

When the show returns, Josh Alexander’s theme hits and “The Walking Weapon” makes his way out alongside Northern Armory associates Travis Williams and Judas Icarus. He gets on the mic and is booed Dominik Mysterio and Don Callis-style.

Alexander, who was promoted as being contractually obligated to appear, starts by thanking TNA for giving him the opportunity to address some things, “because I certainly didn’t have to.” He talks over the loud boos about how he wants to be remembered for the good times he had in TNA, not the past few months.

He says he’s been here six years and his son is now six years old. His son has only ever known him as a TNA wrestler. As a former champion and someone who risked it all to achieve his dream. On June 19, 2002, Alexander was 15 years old. He tuned into the first TNA broadcast and was inspired.

Fans start giving him the “What?” treatment along with more sustained booing as he tries to continue his Hulk Hogan at Saturday Night’s Main Event style fighting-against-the-grain promo. He says if you believe one thing, believe this — his time in TNA over the past six years has been a dream come true.

It’s now time for him to step away. “Guys, guys …relax.” He tells Judas and Travis not to worry because they have all the talent in the world. He talks about going to bat for the two with TNA management. He says The Motor City Machine Guns did as well.

He calls them the best up-and-coming tag-team in the world. “You can do this, just do it the right way. Because it’s gonna be without me.” They tell him he can’t quit. Alexander says he can and has. They tell him he doesn’t understand. He can’t leave. They then sneak-attack him.

As the two continue to beat down Alexander, Eric Young sprints out from the back to make the save. He tells them he knows they haven’t been around long enough to know what’s going on. “One, you don’t mess with Texas, and two, you don’t mess with Eric Young and ‘The Walking Weapon.'”

He tells him next week it’ll be Williams and Icarus against Young and Alexander. Hannifan says “let’s see if it gets made official.” He and Rehwoldt run down the remaining lineup for tonight as the match graphics flash across the screen, and then the show heads into another commercial break.

The Hardys defeated Moose & JDC

When the show returns, The System theme hits and out comes Moose and JDC, accompanied by Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers and Alisha Edwards. The duo head to the ring for the next match of the evening, as Hannifan and Rehwoldt talk about the last live Impact eight years ago featuring the debut of Moose.

After they settle inside the squared circle, their music pipes down, the iconic tune for the Hardys pipes in, and the San Antonio crowd goes insane as Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy make their way to the ring. The TNA Tag-Team Champions settle inside for their non-title match to loud “Hardy! Hardy!” chants.

As they head to opposite corners to pose for the fans, they are ambushed and attacked from behind by Moose and JDC. The System duo pound on The Hardys for a few seconds, but then the champs fight back. They put JDC and Moose in the same corner and hit their trademark Poetry in Motion spot.

Matt and JDC settle as the legal man starting the match off. Matt bounces JDC’s dome off the turnbuckles over-and-over again as fans chant “DELETE! DELETE!” He hits an elbow to the back of a standing JDC’s head after leaping off the middle rope. He looks for Twist of Fate, but JDC escapes.

A brief Alisha Edwards leads to a cheap shot from Moose to the back of Matt’s head. JDC follows up and then tags in Moose. The TNA X-Division Champion settles in the ring and picks up where JDC left off, taking it to Matt as fans loudly boo. Moose quickly tags back out and JDC takes back over.

JDC controls the action for a couple of minutes, but misses when going for Down ‘N’ Dirty. This buys Matt enough time to make the much-needed tag to Jeff. “The Charismatic Enigma” hits the ring off the hot tag and the crowd goes wild as he takes it to JDC and Moose by himself.

Alisha Edwards gets involved again, leading to another brief shift of offensive momentum, but it quickly swings back in the other direction. Jeff takes his shirt off and hits his trademark top-rope Swanton Bomb for the pinfall victory. The Hardys pose with their titles in the ring to the adoring crowd to wrap things up.

23 Is Just A Number … Or Is It?

The Hardys head over to say something to Hannifan and Rehwoldt, but as they do, the lights in the Impact Zone begin flickering.

The mysterious and cryptic 23 flashes on the big screens on the entrance ramp like they have the past several weeks, as a voice says “23 is just a number.” Hannifan points out that today is January 23, a.k.a. 1/23, as the show heads into another commercial break.

When the show returns, Sami Callihan makes his way down to the ring. Hannifan says a match was scheduled for right now, but Callihan has taking over. Callihan demands his music be cut and then immediately makes it clear he’s sick of waiting and mind games about this “23” mystery.

He tells 23 to get down here right now. Some music begins playing. Out comes Steph De Lander. The new TNA Digital Media Champion. She claims she won the title in the divorce. “What’s mine is mine and what’s his is mine!”

She says now that her husband is out the door, she wants to introduce us to her boyfriend. The lights go out. The 23 vignette plays again. “23 is just a number.” When the lights come back on, Mance Warner is in the ring. He attacks Callihan.

“The Southern Psycho” is in TNA and literally you can hear a pin drop for his highly-promoted debut. He takes De Lander’s title and the two make out, Edge-Lita style, to end the segment. The show heads into another a TNA Rebellion 2025 trailer.

Fraxiom (c) defeated The Rascalz to retain the NXT Tag-Team Championships

When the trailer wraps up, we return in the Impact Zone, where Hannifan and Rehwoldt introduce “The Liaison” Arianna Grace, who joins them on guest commentary. They hype up the NXT Tag-Team Champions Fraxiom defending against The Rascalz.

The bong hits begin as the lights go out. When they come back on, The Rascalz duo of Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz descend from their treehouse and head to the ring for their big inter-promotional title opportunity.

After they settle in the ring, the theme for NXT Tag-Team Champions hits, and out comes the Fraxiom duo of Axiom and Nathan Frazer. The “Tag Lines” tale of the tape style graphic flashes on the screen and then the bell sounds to get things started.

Miguel and Axiom kick things off for their respective teams. Miguel takes Axiom down and isolates his left arm. He cranks away at it, but Axiom flips around and escapes, launching Miguel across the ring with a big shot. He wraps up Miguel in a side-stretch after tagging in Frazer.

Frazer hits the ropes Bron Breakker-quick before launching himself knee-first into the open mid-section of Miguel. Rehwoldt encourages Grace to speak, and she does by talking about being friends with Fraxiom. Important contributions from “The Liaison” only, of course.

Fraxiom continue to utilize frequent tags, keeping a fresh man in the ring and keeping Miguel isolated on their side of the ring at all times. Minutes later, Wentz finally gets the hot tag and helps pick up the pace and shift the offensive momentum into The Rascalz’ favor.

Wentz hits a standing shooting star press for a close two-count. Fans react with a loud “This is Awesome!” chant as Wentz and Frazer continue to fly all over the ring in fast-forward-looking-fashion. Fraxiom hit a double-team spot on Miguel as the referee was checking on Wentz.

Frazer hits a super-plex on Wentz off the ropes. He rolls through and hoists him up again, hitting another as Axiom adds the contribution of a super kick on the way down. Frazer follows up with an immediate cover, but only gets two. Wentz fights back with a spinning knee to the chin off the ropes.

Everyone is down and recovering as the crowd shows them some more love. Wentz hits Axiom with an enormous kick that pops the crowd and commentary team-alike. He walks into a big shot from Axiom after that, but Miguel hits the ring and The Rascalz take over with some double-team spots.

Frazer goes for a springboard moonsault off the ropes, but is met with stereo super kicks from Rascalz on the way down. The Rascalz hit the Street Sweeper off the ropes double-team spot for a close two-count. WWE NXT Superstar and former member of The Rascalz, hits the ring.

Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe attack Wentz from behind as Lee distracts the referee. Fraxiom take over on Miguel in the ring. Axiom hits a Spanish Fly. Frazer follows up with his splash off the ropes for the win. Fraxiom retains. After the match, the show heads to another commercial break.

Mike Santana Interrupted By Returning Mustafa Ali

When the show returns, Mike Santana’s theme hits and he makes his trademark custom ring entrance through the crowd, as Tom Hannifan refers to him as the new standard in TNA. Santana settles in the ring and talks about beating Josh Alexander at TNA Genesis.

Santana boasts getting the torch of the standard of TNA passed to him by Alexander, and that he made him say those two magic words he claimed he never would, which, of course, were “I Quit.” Santana then makes his TNA World Championship aspirations clear.

It seemed like that was going to be it, but as Santana gets ready to leave, he is cut off by the familiar sounds of the entrance music of Mustafa Ali. Ali comes out and comes into the ring with Santana. Ali confirms he has signed with TNA. He says the company needs great leadership, and he is that leader.

Ali announces a campaign in which he becomes the next world heavyweight champion. Santana makes a crooked face while standing calmly in the corner taking this all in. Ali reminds us all that “In Ali, we trust!” His theme hits again. Ali side-stares Santana, smirks and exits the ring.

Tessa Blanchard Talks San Antonio & Blanchard Family History

Backstage, we see a shot of Tessa Blanchard’s locker room door, complete with the name plate on the door. A security guard knocks on the door and out she comes. The security guard waves the direction for her to walk, and informs her she’s next.

Tessa “Bill Goldberg” Blanchard is next. The show heads to another commercial break on that note. When the show returns, Tessa’s hip-hop theme, which mentions her name and diamond references, hits. She makes her way out to boos.

Blanchard talks about Texas, and San Antonio in particular, as a place her family made their name. She says the Blanchard’s own San Antonio. Her father, Tully Blanchard, is shown in the background smiling as she continues to talk.

She talks about her grandfather, Joe Blanchard, bringing the first wrestling to cable television “before WWE was even a thought.” Easy, they’re you’re partners now! She mocks San Antonio for not having a real sports team. She says the Spurs don’t count.

The only thing San Antonio is famous for is losing the Alamo. She talks about her family looking at her and seeing something greater than any Von Erich, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin or any Funk. “Tessa, you are going to be great.” She said most parents don’t do that. She says you have to pay the price to be great.

Fans can say whatever they want about her, “but you will never hear that Tessa Blanchard is not great. The standard here in TNA Wrestling has just been raised.

It is time to step up or shut up. At TNA Genesis, I took out the trash, and now it’s time to get back to business.” She claims Tessa Blanchard answers to no one and her music hits again to wrap things up.

Joe Hendry (c) defeated Matt Cardona to retain the TNA World Championship

It’s main event time!

The Tale of the Tape “Tag Lines” graphic flashes on the screen to set the stage for the main event of the evening. Frankie Kazarian’s theme hits and out comes the self-proclaimed “King of TNA” and Call Your Shot Gauntlet winner, with his trophy in-hand. He joins Hannifan and Rehwoldt on commentary.

From there, the “Alwayz Ready” theme hits and out comes “The Complete” Matt Cardona, as he is being called. Cardona settles inside the squared circle and poses on the ropes ahead of his big title opportunity in his return TNA appearance.

After Cardona settles inside the squared circle, the familiar sounds of Joe Hendry’s catchy-ass entrance tune plays to bring out the brand new TNA World Champion and face of the new era of TNA, Joe Hendry. The fans in San Antonio clearly believe, and are making as much known as he heads to the ring.

A fan holding up a “Joe Hendry believes in breakfast tacos” sign is shown on camera. Got to love the San Antonio creativity. McKenzie Mitchell is shown on-camera and handles the formal pre-match ring introductions for the champion and challenger.

Hannifan mentions #TNAWrestling is trending number one in Sports in America on X as the show heads into a quick pre-match commercial break. When the show returns, the bell sounds to get things started. Hendry over-powers Cardona off the initial lock up.

Kazarian talks on commentary for the second time since sitting down about being in a bad mood. He claims if JBL shows his face inside the Impact Zone, he might just knock him out. Meanwhile, Hendry goes to work with repeated chops to Cardona in the corner.

Cardona hits Hendry low and taunts the booing crowd in the Boeing Center. Hendry fights back and takes over. Hendry hits his trademark stalling suplex spot. “252 pounds of pure motivation” continues to work over Cardona, until “The Indy God” knocks him out of the ring and chokes him with his t-shirt.

As Cardona rubs it in the fans faces, he turns and leaps on Hendry, who catches him and Donkey Kong’s him off the hard part of the ring apron from the floor with an A.A. As Kazarian boats smelling good tonight on commentary, Cardona pokes Hendry in the eyes and takes over as the show heads into a mid-match commercial break.

When the show returns, Hannifan runs down the advertised lineup for next week’s show (see below), as Cardona continues to work over Hendry in the ring. Hendry begins to fight back, and stomps and claps to lead the fans in “We will rock you” sounding comeback background noise.

Cardona cuts Hendry’s comeback short, however, and the cheers quickly turn to loud droning boos. Cardona looks for the Re-Boot, but Hendry avoids it and begins fighting back again. He looks for a power bomb, but Cardona escapes and blasts Hendry in the throat.

He follows up with a missile dropkick and close-range DDT for a two-count. Cardona complains to the referee. He turns around and looks for Radio Silence, but Hendry avoids it. The referee gets bumped just as Hendry hits his Standing Ovation finisher. “That’s certainly a shame, isn’t it?” says Kazarian on commentary.

Kazarian claims this is where Hendry would normally grab brass knuckles, which Hannifan quickly points out is actually a page out of Kaz’s own playbook. Cardona blasts Hendry with a blatant low-blow while the referee was still down. Kaz says his monitor went out, so he didn’t see it. Rehwoldt didn’t either, of course.

Cardona rubs his hands together and eyes the TNA World Championship at the timekeepers table. He picks it up and continues his fixated stare at it as he heads to the ring. JBL comes out through the crowd and takes out Cardona with a Clothesline from Hell. Fans chant “JBL! JBL!”

Hendry is stuck confused at JBL’s actions. He turns around and is blasted by a recovered Cardona with the title. Cardona covers him just as the referee comes back to life. Hendry kicks out at two-and-a-half. Hendry fights back and hits a Standing Ovation seconds later for the win, getting the first defense of his TNA World Championship under his belt. That’s how the first live TNA Impact in eight years goes off the air.
