TNA veteran praises WWE NXT’s Tatum Paxley

Rosemary has been winning championships in TNA and other promotions for over a decade. But it’s a champion in NXT who is on her mind these days.

In an interview with Dom Smith at Soundsphere Magazine, Rosemary talked about the “weirdos” in society who needed someone to represent them on television.

“Look at Tatum Paxley,” she said. “She’s got a wonderful following. We absolutely adore her. And to allow her to be this alternate character that she is, and to show that kind of love for what she is, her true self on television.”

Rosemary wrestled Paxley twice in September of 2024, before Paxley went on to win the NXT Women’s Championship and Women’s North American Championship.

“And we’ll say quite frankly,” she added, “10 years ago, someone like her is a is a midcard act, never a champion, because she’s just a weird kid. It’s not someone they feel they can promote to the top. Well, she is now. There is more of acceptance for weird kids like her, like us, like so many countless others out there.”

The interview covered other subjects as well, including how Raven is helping Rosemary to bring Allie back from the dead in TNA.

Aron Stevens on how NWA helped him reconcile ‘bitter taste’ from WWE & TNA experiences

While Aron Stevens says he would have declined a return to WWE back in 2024, he’s more open to it now while giving praise to the NWA for helping get rid of the “bitter taste” he had from the pro wrestling industry.

Speaking on the Xenia Did That podcast, the former Damien Sandow in WWE was asked whether his WWE return was a closed chapter or something he would consider in the future.

He said there was no desire to with his current schedule and touched on his NWA run helping him reconcile with the bitter taste he had for the industry following his WWE release. He also talked about the change in TNA management which influenced his decision to leave that company.

“I don’t have a desire to (return to WWE). There’s just so many other things that I have on the horizon right now that I finally reconciled and that’s another thing: NWA has been great with me. When I left WWE, I had a very bitter taste for the wrestling industry and in TNA, that was good. That was a lot of fun in TNA and then they switched management and then management got a little you know, I just wasn’t really digging the way the company was going. So, I just left and was out in L.A. doing my thing.”

“And Billy (Corgan) calls, tells me about NWA. Well, I don’t know. He goes, ‘Oh, you got a plane ticket. Come on.’ And then I went to Georgia. Been with him ever since. And it’s truly helped me reconcile some internal stuff, you know what I mean? It’s been good. I don’t despise the industry anymore, you know what I mean? I have a different perspective now.”

Stevens added that his response would have been a definite no if WWE called him back 18 months ago, but now he would be open to considering it.

“If WWE called, it’s not something I really think about. If they called, alright, I would of course listen. I mean, I may say yes, I may say no. There are so many factors that go into that, but I would’ve said no a year and a half ago. I totally would have ve said no. Now it’s like, you never know. You never know, but I’m certainly not like, having any aspirations. I’m far too concerned with trying to do the best I can where I’m at.”

Stevens had two stints with WWE, the first from 2003 to 2007, and then from 2010 to 2016. He had a brief run with the NWA between the WWE runs and eventually made another comeback in 2019 there where he remains an active competitor.

Report: Location being finalized for TNA Slammiversary

The location for this year’s TNA anniversary show may be a familiar one.

Jon Alba of Sports Illustrated is reporting that TNA is planning to hold this year’s Slammiversary event at the UBS Arena in Belmont, New York, the same site as last year’s show. According to Alba, the negotiations to bring the pay-per-view back to New York is in its final stages, with contracts expected to be signed shortly for not just Slammiversary, but for TNA’s other remaining major shows of 2026.

TNA announced last year’s show as having a crowd of 7,623, a North American attendance record for the promotion. The show featured the return of AJ Styles to TNA for the first time since 2014. The main event had Trick Williams successfully defending the TNA World Championship against Joe Hendry and Mike Santana in a three-way match.

TNA’s next special event is Sacrifice, which takes place on March 27. That will feature Santana defending the TNA World title against Steve Maclin, Leon Slater defending the X Division title against Eric Young, and Arianna Grace facing Lei Ying Lee and Dani Luna in a three-way for the Knockouts title.

Jeff Hardy, Tessa Blanchard, Mike Santana, and more part of next week’s TNA Impact lineup

Following a successful and eventful March 19 episode of TNA Impact, several new matches and segments were announced for next week’s episode.

With TNA Sacrifice 2026 scheduled for next week, on March 27, the promotion has announced the show lineup for its next episode of Impact and the final one before Sacrifice.

After Moose defeated Brian Myers in an extremely short match, he was announced to face Bear Bronson next week.

TNA World Champion Mike Santana is also scheduled to team up with X-Division Champion Leon Slater and face The System (Cedric Alexander & Eddie Edwards). The rest of the card includes Jeff Hardy in a singles match, Mustafa Ali taking on BDE, and Tessa Blanchard in a multi-women match.

TNA Impact next week’s lineup

  • Moose vs. Bear Bronson
  • Mustafa Ali vs. BDE
  • Jody Threat, Harley Hudson & Myla Grace vs. Victoria Crawford, Mila Moore & Tessa Blanchard
  • Eddie Edwards & Cedric Alexander vs. Leon Slater & Mike Santana
  • Jeff Hardy vs. Brian Myers

Bear Bronson: If you are unhappy in a promotion, ‘you need to leave’

Bear Bronson hopes to have set an example that other wrestlers can learn from.

Last June, Bronson departed AEW when his contract with the promotion expired. He then spent time reestablishing himself on the indies before joining TNA Wrestling, where he’s received a bigger push than he did in AEW. Bronson was largely off television toward the end of his AEW run. He was best known as one half of the now-defunct tag team Bear Country/Iron Savages while with AEW.

The I Love Wrestling Podcast spoke with Bronson about his time with TNA so far. Betting on himself was scary, but Bronson is thrilled that it has paid off. He does not blame AEW for not utilizing him more. Bronson feels every wrestling promotion is just trying to do their best, and you’re not always going to be in their plans.

“This is just everything that I’ve ever wanted,” he said about TNA. “It’s something that I hope wrestlers can learn from. To where, if you are unhappy somewhere, you could point fingers and you can blame and whatever, whatever. But at the end of the day, every wrestling company is just trying. They’re just trying their best with the pieces that they have, and they’re not always thinking about you.

“So if you are unhappy, you need to leave. And you need to go get yourself battle ready. Because that’s what I knew I needed to do. I left one place and said, ‘You know what? I’m not going to even try to get signed anywhere else. I just need to reconnect with the wrestler that I know is inside here.’ And I think between then and now, I’ve had about 120 matches under my belt since leaving. Then I had places knocking on my door. And that’s where it feels right, and that is where — I’m a completely different animal than I was before. A completely different animal.”

It was officially announced this January that Bronson has signed a contract with TNA. He’s a member of The System with Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, and Cedric Alexander. Bronson and his mentor Myers are the current number one contenders to TNA Tag Team Champions The Hardys.

BVV: A much improved episode of TNA Impact

The TNA Impact reviews on the Big Vinny V Show are back for another week and it’s a good thing, too, because this was the best episode in the AMC era.

The main event saw Moose and Cedric Alexander tear things up in an Atlanta street fight, but the show was stolen by a trios match pitting Order 4 against Trey Miguel, Rich Swann & BDE. We also had two other fun matches with The Hardys vs. Sinner & Saint, and AJ Francis vs. Elijah.

Mind you, there was plenty of stupid stuff too: the Steve Maclin storyline got even dumber, Santino is a horrible GM, and there was a completely incomprehensible Rosemary segment.

We’ll take in the good, the bad, and the ugly on the new Big Vinny V Show!

TNA Wrestling announces partnership with iHeartMedia

TNA Wrestling has entered into a new partnership with iHeartMedia, a broadcasting company focused on radio and podcasting.

The partnership will see iHeartMedia branding featured on a number of TNA’s platforms. In addition to that, iHeartMedia will collaborate with TNA to help promote its upcoming events.

“Through its national network of radio stations, podcasts and streaming platforms, iHeartMedia will collaborate with TNA Wrestling to amplify key events, premium live broadcasts and major moments throughout the year, connecting fans with the action both inside and outside the ring,” a press release said.

iHeartMedia has a network of radio stations across the United States and produces a slate of podcasts. The Battleground Podcast, hosted by Nashville radio host Tim Battle, is iHeart’s official wrestling podcast.

The press release announcing the partnership notes that iHeartMedia will be the presenting sponsor for TNA’s PPV pre-shows for all remaining 2026 events. iHeartMedia will also sponsor TNA’s premium ticketing program, and iHeartMedia branding will be showcased at events and on TNA’s website and digital platforms.

“As part of the agreement, iHeartMedia will serve as the Presenting Sponsor of the TNA Wrestling Pay-Per-View Pre-Show for all remaining 2026 premium live events,” the announcement said. “The integration will feature prominent brand visibility across broadcast graphics, in-arena announcements and event marketing tied to TNA’s major premium live events throughout the year.

“iHeartMedia will also be the Presenting Sponsor of the TNA Wrestling Dream Seats, the premium front-row seating program at TNA live events. The sponsorship will include branded seating elements, digital ticket integrations, in-arena announcements and exclusive fan engagement opportunities throughout the year.”

The partnership will officially begin on April 11 when TNA holds Rebellion 2026 in Cleveland.

“We are excited to welcome iHeartMedia as a national partner for TNA Wrestling,” TNA President Carlos Silva said. “Their ability to connect with audiences across radio, podcasts and digital platforms makes them an ideal partner as we continue to expand our reach and bring the energy of TNA to fans across the country.”

AJ Styles wishes Abyss got to compete in WWE Royal Rumble

AJ Styles wishes a fellow TNA legend got the chance to compete for WWE at least one time.

While speaking on the Phenomenally Retro Podcast, the now-retired Styles reflected on one of his favorite TNA matches against Abyss. Styles reflected on their Lockdown 2005 bout and labeled Abyss one of the top five giants he’s worked with across his extensive career.

“So this was the first time every match [on the PPV] was in a cage and we were the main event,” Styles said. “They go, ‘Well, what the heck are we going to do?’ Every match was in a cage. So we started our first, I believe it was the first 10 minutes of our match. The match hadn’t even started yet. It was on the outside. We’re going, fighting all around, and then once we get in the ring, ding ding ding, the match starts. We did another 10 to 15 minutes. But it was one of my favorite matches because — I mean tacks, I got busted open, chains, top of the cage, like outside of the cage, like it was, I don’t know who thought of all this stuff.

“I would love to tell you it was me, but I’m pretty sure it was both of us that came up with this. But I really think that was a brilliant match based on what we had to work with. But it’s like you said, he was probably one of the better big men, definitely that I’ve ever wrestled. He is right up there in my top five of ‘big man’ that could do it all and was willing to do it and could go and had great moves and a different character. Like, he was so good, man.”

Styles further praised Abyss’ character and revealed that there were backstage talks in WWE about having him compete in a Royal Rumble match at one point. However, that never ended up coming to fruition.

“There was a moment in time where we thought we were going to have him in the Royal Rumble. It didn’t go through and I hate that for him,” Styles said. “It would have been just like a stamp on Abyss. The character finally made it to the WWE. I would’ve loved that, but I guess somebody didn’t agree.”

Abyss (Chris Park) never got to make his WWE in-ring debut, but he’s now been working behind the scenes for the company as a producer since 2019. Last month, he made an on-screen appearance during a tribute WWE held for Styles following his retirement.

The 48-year-old Styles wrestled his final match this January and is set to be honored with a WWE Hall of Fame induction next month during WrestleMania weekend.

TNA signs Candice Michelle for backstage role

Candice Michelle recently resurfaced in TNA Wrestling — and it’s now been confirmed that she is officially under contract with the promotion.

TNA posted a video today with Carlos Silva and Tommy Dreamer presenting Michelle with her contract. In the clip, Silva — the president of TNA — said Michelle will be part of the TNA team and working behind the scenes.

“Candice, it’s so great that you’re going to be part of the TNA team, be behind the scenes with us as a former champion, bringing all of that experience to all the women here at TNA,” Silva said. “It’s going to be great. We’re just so happy. I’ve got your contract here. I think it’s got everything that we talked about, and we just look forward to building this together.”

Michelle said she didn’t know that professional wrestling would come back into her life like this, but she’s happy to be back home in the industry. Dreamer reached out to her about the opportunity — and she’s looking forward to helping out.

“To give me a platform so that I can help build this with you guys and be a small little piece of that and see where I can fit in there on any angle, it’s just really a dream come true,” she said.

Michelle was a one-time Women’s Champion for WWE during the 2000s. She was shown in attendance at TNA’s AMC premiere this January and has been backstage at other shows since.

TNA pulls Lei Ying Lee from TJPW event, issues apology

TNA Wrestling has issued an apology for having to pull one of its stars from an upcoming event in Japan.

In December 2025, it was announced that Lei Ying Lee would be heading to Japan this March for Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling’s Grand Princess 2026. A subsequent announcement was then made last week with it being revealed that Lee was slated to team with Sareee against Miyu Yamashita & Arisu Endo at the March 29 show. However, Lee’s appearance has now been canceled.

TJPW described the cancellation as “sudden” and said that, while they’ve been discussing the situation with TNA, the decision to pull Lee from the show remains unchanged. TJPW’s announcement includes a statement from TNA, who apologized for having to cancel the appearance and said that neither Lee nor TJPW are at fault.

“TNA sincerely apologizes for Lei Ying Lee’s inability to participate in TJPW’s Ryogoku Sumo Hall show on March 29,” TNA said.

“Neither Lee nor TJPW are at fault for this situation, and we thank TJPW for accommodating this change.
Once again, we apologize to TJPW, TJPW fans, as well as Miyu Yamashita, Arisu Endo, and Sareee who were announced in this match with Lee, for the absence of Lei Ying Lee at the last minute for the Ryogoku Sumo Hall show which we know is very important for TJPW. We wish TJPW continued success and appreciate their partnership.”

TNA has its Sacrifice 2026 special coming up on March 27 and a TV taping set for March 28, which could be the reason for having to remove Lee from the TJPW show. Both of those TNA events are being held at the Alario Center in Louisiana.

Lee formerly wrestled for WWE as Xia Li and is a one-time Knockouts Champion since joining TNA.

TNA Impact live results: Moose vs. Cedric Alexander Atlanta Street Fight

TNA Impact is back on AMC tonight.

A.J. Francis, who recently re-signed with TNA, will face Elijah in singles action. Moose will take on Cedric Alexander in an Atlanta Street Fight, with the rest of The System banned from ringside. Ricky Sosa will make his AMC debut on the show. Indi Hartwell will also be in action, though her opponent has not been announced.

We will also hear from Steve Maclin, who has been ordered to apologize to Tom Hannifan. The Hardys are set for tag team action against Sinner and Saint. A six-man tag team match is also scheduled, with Trey Miguel, BDE, and Rich Swann facing Order 4.

Tonight’s episode was taped on March 6, 2026, at Gateway Center Arena in College Park, Georgia. TNA’s next live event will be Sacrifice on Friday, March 27, at the Alario Center in the New Orleans area.

Our live coverage kicks off at 9 p.m. Eastern.

From Atlanta, Georgia.

Tom Hannifan & Matthew Rehwoldt were on commentary.

TNA World Tag Team Champions The Hardys v. Sinner & Saint (Travis Williams & Judas Icarus)

This match is non-title. Williams dropkicked Matt Hardy using his own partner’s shoulders as a perch for a near fall. There was a one minute heat segment on Matt before he backdropped Icarus and got the hot tag to Jeff. Icarus escaped a Twist of Fate and got the tag to Williams. Williams hit Hardy with a dropkick in the corner, and Icarus followed up with a frog splash for two.

Cue up the four way brawl, and Williams was dumped to the floor. Matt delivered the Side Effect and Jeff went to the top for a Swanton Bomb. But Williams pulled Matt out of the ring and Icarus pulled Jeff to the mat. Jeff kicked Icarus low, Matt hit Williams with the Twist of Fate, and Jeff locked Icarus in his new submission, the “Spinal Destination.”

Match Result: The Hardys defeated Sinner & Saint when Icarus tapped out (5:08).

After the match, Jeff hit Williams with the Swanton Bomb, which seemed unnecessary. Then everyone shook hands.

— Gia Miller interviewed the Elegance Brand. The Concierge said Micike James and ODB need to stop riding the Elegance Brand’s coattails. Next week, Mr. Elegance will debut in the ring. Former TNA Knockout Goldy Locks came on the scene to chastise the Elegance Brand for not respecting the Knockouts that came before them.

TNA keeps bringing out these old acts like ODB and Goldy Locks, but they’re not do a great job explaining who they are, or why they’re important.

Indi Hartwell v. Kelsey Heather

Heather missed a double handspring blow in the corner. Hartwell dropped her with a suplex. Heather caught Hartwell with a spilt-legged bulldog, but missed a moonsault off the middle rope. Hartwell hit a series of clotheslines and a spinebuster, then hit the Hurts Donut to finish.

Match Result: Hartwell pinned Heather after the Hurts Donut.

After the match, Hartwell grabbed the house mic. Hartwell didn’t come to TNA just to have matches, she came to TNA to be Knockouts Champion. Arianna Grace doesn’t deserve to be champion, and Hartwell demanded a shot at the title.

Arianna Grace and Stacks came out and Grace told Hartwell you don’t just get title shots by asking, and Hartwell can get in the back of the line.

— The Hardys and the Righteous conferred near a garage door in the back. The Righteous promised to watch the Hardys back against the System. The Nemeths came along, and they also want a title shot.

Trey Miguel, Rich Swann & BDE v. Mustafa Ali, John Skylar and Jason Hotch (or Order 4)

Ali cut his hair. If he was gonna get his hair cut, he should have done a hair v. hair match with Elijah! That feels like such a missed opportunity.

The match kicked off with a brawl which spilled to the floor, where Skylar and Hotch threw Miguel against the edge of the ring apron.

Order 4 triple-teamed BDE in the ring while his partners struggled to get to their corner. BDE caught Skylar with a small package for a near fall. Skylar backdropped BDE into the turnbuckles. Skylar held BDE open so Hotch had Ali could hit stereo rolling hangman’s neckbreakers. That was a nice spot.

Ali dropkicked BDE in the corner. BDE went for a destroyer but it didn’t look good (I think Skylar may have thought he was going to be sunset flip) and Hotch caught him with a clothesline.

BDE hit Hotch with a spinning DDT and just as both teams made hot tags… the show cut to a break. Blarg.

So after a seven minute heat segment and ill-timed commercial, we’re back to Swann running wild on Ali. Swann spiked Ali with a rana for a near fall. The Great Hards made the save and everyone was brawling. Stereo superkicks sent the Great Hands to the floor, which were followed up by stereo dives. Swann hit a RVD-style frog splash on Ali for a near fall.

Miguel got the tag, and he dumped the Great Hands and blew the doors off of Order 4 with incredible high-flying offense. Tasha Steelz jumped up on the apron to distract Miguel, and Jada Stone chased into the crowd. Stone hit Steels with a dive off the entrance ramp.

Back in the ring, BDE hit Skylar with a springboard cutter, but Hodge caught him with a spinning uranage. Miguel suplexed Hodge out of his boots, then hit Hodge with a sliding destroyer to the floor. Ali caught Miguel with a dive, Swann caught Ali with a kick, and Skylar took out Swann with a spear on the floor.

Skylar tossed Miguel back in the ring. He went for a slingshot spear, but Miguel ducked that and hit the Shellshock, then followed up with the Lightning Spiral.

Match Result: Miguel, Swann & BDE won when Miguel pinned Skylar (12:01).

Everything after the commercial break was fire.

After the match, Ali eyed up Miguel’s TNA International Title belt before handing it to him. Miguel v. Ali should be tremendous.

TNA Injury Report:

  • The Home Town Man is cleared.
  • Leon Slater is out after Eric Young dropped him with a piledriver.
  • Cedric Alexander and Moose are cleared for the Atlanta Street Fight.

— Mike Santana was in the back waiting for Steve Maclin. Daria Rae came along and warned Santana that if he touches Maclin before the title match, he will be stripped of the title. Santino Marella then showed up to declare that if Maclin touches Santana, then Maclin will be fired, again (like that will stick) and he’ll be deleted from the TNA archives. And then Daria and Santino argue until Steve Maclin showed up to say hi to the champ.

— In the back, Grace complained to Stacks about all the top contenders who want title shots. They happened upon Indi Hartwell around a corner. Stacks distracted Indi to set her up for a completely lame attack from Arianna Grace. Grace (weakly) hit her in the knee with her title belt, then threw some weak kicks at Hartwell. Santino Marella threw Grace and Stacks out of the building which Xia Brookside tended to Hartwell.

Steve Maclin’s Contractually Obligated Apology

Mike Santana watched from the crowd. Maclin was happy to be back on Thursday nights, but it was like he never left (cause he never did). Maclin pulled out a “prepared statement” and almost immediately got the “What!” treatment from the crowd. Maclin issued the kind of fake apology/non-apology that would make any politician, or Ryan from The Office proud.

Maclin has an opportunity to be a two time TNA World Champion, and used Santana’s ego to get himself a title shot the way Santana used his addiction to make the fans care about him. Maclin said maybe he could film his meetings at the VA or play voicemails from his dead father to get sympathy from the crowd. And sure Santana said Maclin will be facing death’s door, but Maclin went face to face with death when he served his country (and that was supposed to be a heel line?). Maclin promised he would meet Mr. Mayhem at Sacrifice. The crowd booed.

I could really do without all the dead father stuff.

— The cast of “Tulsa King” is in the audience, but I only recognized the guy from “Silicon Valley” or “Freaks and Geeks.”

AJ Francis v. Elijah

Frankie Kazarian joined the commentary team, and it sounded like he was talking through a tin can.

Elijah clotheslined Francis to the floor and then followed him out with a springboard plancha. Why did WWE get rid of Elijah again? Elijah hit Francis with a drive-by knee and taunted Kazarian.

Back in the ring, Francis came back with a pop-up right hand, which (according to Hannifan) he calls “The Right Hand of God”. Francis hit Elijah with a running knee in the corner. Francis went for a powerbomb, but Elijah blocked it and countered with an Alabama Slam. That was a great spot.

Elijah caught Francis with a high knee for a near fall. Elijah went to the top, but Francis caught him. Francis went for a superplex, but Elijah fought out of it, and then Francis walked with Elijah into a springboard destroyer! Elijah went for a cover but Francis kicked out.

Franics dropped to the floor to get a breath and rehydrate. Elijah followed and hit Francis with a superkick, grabbed a drink from the commentary table, then threw the drink at Kazarian’s face. Elijah tried to get back in the ring, but Kazarian caught Elijah and snapped his neck against the top ropes. Francis then hit Elijah with a chokeslam.

Match Result: Francis pinned Elijah after a chokeslam (5:51).

Kazarian and Francis tried to lay out Elijah with a beating, but The Home Tome Man chased the heels off with a pipe. I’d like to see more of Francis and Elijah feuding and less of Kazarian.

— Eric Young challenged Leon Slater for Sacrifice.

Greed

The following segment actually happened. “GREED” flashed on the screen to introduce this segment. Johnny Swinger runs a casino in the locker room and thinks everyone is a wrestler from the 80s. He thinks he’s the Red Rooster. Rosemary “appeared” to give the dealer divorce papers. Oh, she and her husband can communicate telepathically, which the audience can hear (but no one else). JDC was there playing cards, and he is enjoying retirement. JDC took Sinner and Saint to Mexico after Icarus won a big hand. Swinger misquoted Roddy Piper from “They Live,” then  Swinger sold the casino to Rosemary. “Two down, five to go.” THERE IS GOING TO BE FIVE MORE OF THESE? The weird rabbit thing was back. Swinger thought that was the Gobbeldy Gooker and followed them out. And then Rosemary handed the deed to the locker room casino to Allie, back in TNA from AEW.

Ricky Sosa v. Brad Attitude

Sosa was making his TNA and AMC debut here. The crowd was into Sosa’s viral entrance, which helped make him look like a star. Sosa hit a fantastic dropkick early. Attitude hit a slingshot senton and worked Sosa over with a chinlock. Sosa came back with a release German suplex and hit a pair of running uppercuts in the corner. Sosa hit a moonsault off the top rope for two.

Attitude went to the floor, and Sosa followed him out with a plancha, clearing the top rope. Back in the ring, Attitude escaped a Blue Thunder Bomb and went for a springboard cutter. But, Sosa caught Attitude and hit him with the Blue Thunder Bomb to get the pinfall.

Match Result: Sosa pinned Attitude after a Blue Thunder Bomb (3:33).

Next Week on Impact:

  • Frankie Kazarian v. The Home Town Man
  • The Angel Warriors v. Dani Luna & Arianna Grace
  • Mr. Elegance debuts.
  • Elena Black v. Jada Stone
  • Moose v. Brian Myers
  • The Nemeths v. The Righteous

Cedric Alexander (w/OUT the System) v. Moose (w/ Alisha Edwards)

The System were barred from ringside for this match. But Alisha Edwards got to stay in Moose’s corner.

Moose was dominant early on and took the fight to the floor. Alexander reversed a suplex and grabbed a chair from under the ring.  Moose also got a chair, and they dueled with chairs on the floor. Moose won the duel and laid in some chair shots on Alexander’s back. The crowd chanted for tables while Moose limped around ringside.

Moose threw a big plastic trash can at Alexander. Moose then spent a lot of time walking around looking for weapons under the ring. Alexander made Moose pay for that by kicking a trash can lid into his face. Alexander teased pulling a table out from under the ring, then put it back to draw the ire of the crowd.

Alexander went for a spear, but Moose caught him inside the trash can. Alexander was upside down in the trash can, and Moose whacked the can with the steel chair with Alexander inside.

Alexander came back with some chair shots. Alexander procured more chairs from under the ring and a small cookie sheet. Alexander bent the cookie sheet over Moose’s back. Moose blocked an Irish whip into the corner, then sent Alexander to hell with a choke bomb/sky high.

Alexander dropped to the floor. Moose followed and went for a spear, but Alexander ducked and Moose flew into the ring steps. Alexander tried to go for the kill shot on Moose, but Alisha Edwards got in the way. Moose came back and powerbombed Alexander on the apron. They fought on the apron, and Alexander hit Moose low. Moose (who was pretty clearly hurting) took a powerbomb onto an overturned aluminum trashcan, which hardly gave at all.

Alexander threw some more chairs in the ring. Moose was laid out on the pile of chairs and went to the top. Moose popped up though and caught Alexander, then superplexed Alexander from the top rope onto the pile of chairs. That only got two.

Alexander charged into a boot from Moose, but came back with a Spanish Fly for two. Alexander went for a springboard but jumped right into a spear from Moose. Alexander dropped to the floor to regroup. Moose followed and pulled the table out from under the ring, getting a nice pop.

Back in the ring, Moose set up the table and tried to spear Alexander through it, but he got out of the way. Alexander hit a brainbuster but Moose kicked out at one. Moose came back with a headbutt, then speared Alexander through the table.

Match Result: Moose pinned Alexander after a spear through a table (16:09).

Moose’s back is getting thrashed in these brawls.

Mike Santana shares message to fans: ‘I’ve been struggling’

Mike Santana has a message for supportive fans amid ongoing mental health struggles.

The TNA World Champion, who has been open about his past struggles with sobriety and mental health, recently shared a note to fans on X. Santana acknowledged that his limited social media activity recently has been due to personal mental health challenges.

Santana also expressed appreciation for the support and encouragement he has received after sharing his experiences over the past few years.

“I’ve been struggling.

I haven’t been consistent on my socials lately, due to trying to maneuver through whatever I’ve been dealing with mentally.

Since coming back to wrestling 2 and a half years ago, I’ve been very open and honest about things I’ve gone thru and it’s allowed people to connect with me in a way that has been truly humbling.

I’m a firm believer in, everything happens for a reason…A couple days ago, while I was sitting with myself and trying to gather my thoughts. I was sent this video.

It helped put alot of things in perspective for me. It reminded me of why I do what I do and why this journey has been so important to me.

THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS HAVING MY BACK.” posted Santana.

Santana’s full post is available below:

A few weeks ago, Santana celebrated three years of sobriety. His daughter, Ariana has been a major driving force in his decision to strive for a healthier lifestyle.

Santana is in his second TNA World Champion reign. His return to the promotion in 2024 deemed fruitful more so with his push to the World Title picture and involvement with WWE NXT crossover events.

Update on AJ Francis’ TNA Wrestling contract

AJ Francis will be with TNA Wrestling through at least the end of this year.

It was announced today that Francis — previously known as Top Dolla in WWE — has re-signed with TNA. Skubie Mageza of ESPN reports that the deal is for the remainder of 2026. Francis is a former football player who attended the University of Maryland before joining the NFL with the Miami Dolphins in 2013. He spent time with several teams prior to his football career ending in 2018.

“Former Maryland Terrapin, and NFL Defensive Lineman, A.J. Francis has re-signed with TNA for the remainder of 2026,” Mageza tweeted. “He said a major reason behind his decision is the continued exposure and growth of the partnership between TNA & AMC.”

Francis was a member of the faction Hit Row during his two separate stints with WWE. He debuted for TNA in 2024, plays a heel in the promotion, and is a former Digital Media Champion.

TNA announced more contract news this week with it being confirmed that Steve Maclin has re-signed. The promotion’s next major event is Sacrifice 2026 on March 27, where Maclin is slated to challenge Mike Santana for the TNA World Championship.

Bayley: TNA Knockouts division ‘has always been a dream’ for me

The partnership between WWE and TNA Wrestling could lead to Bayley accomplishing a childhood dream.

During a recent appearance on Busted Open Radio, Bayley said her dream growing up was to do everything possible in WWE — from character work, to matches, to silly segments like obstacle courses. She also aspired to wrestle in TNA one day given how much she loved the Knockouts division during its golden era.

“That makes me happy,” Bayley said about WWE expanding its horizon with different partnerships. “I would love to dip my toes in TNA and AAA and all these things. If we have the doors to do that, I would love to.

“TNA was one of my dreams as a kid. I loved the Knockouts division. They were like the hottest division for so long. Gail Kim’s one of my favorites. I’ve done a tryout for TNA like years ago, 2010 or something. The Knockouts division has always been a dream.”

The WWE-TNA partnership has largely been focused on NXT so far, so that could be a barrier toward Bayley crossing over into the promotion.

Bayley told Busted Open that, while she doesn’t know everything about wrestling, she’s loving the mentor position that she’s growin into in WWE. She’s passing along lessons she’s learned from people like Naomi, Natalya, and John Cena during her career.

On Raw tonight, Bayley is participating in a number one contender’s gauntlet match against IYO SKY, Raquel Rodriguez, Asuka, Ivy Nile, and Lyra Valkyria. The winner earns a title shot against Women’s Intercontinental Champion AJ Lee.
