TNA Impact live results: NXT’s Cora Jade & Wes Lee in action

The WWE NXT invasion of TNA Wrestling will continue on tonight’s Impact.

After confronting Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich at Genesis, Jade will make her TNA in-ring debut tonight against Hyan.

She will be joined by fellow NXT roster mate Wes Lee who will take on former X-Division Champion Ace Austin. Lee returned briefly last July as part of the initial NXT/TNA crossover.

For the first time since losing the TNA World title, Nic Nemeth will give his thoughts that will kick off the show.

After making his surprise return at Genesis, former X-Division Champion Mustafa Ali will take on former Digital Media Champion Laredo Kid.

Following his unsuccessful attempt to quit the company, Josh Alexander will team with Eric Young against Alexander’s former teammates The Northern Armory (Judas Icarus & Travis Williams).

Leon Slater vs. Brian Myers and a Sami Callihan promo directed toward Mance Warner and Steph De Lander rounds out the show.

The Nemeth’s & First Class Kick Off This Week’s Show

The show opens up inside the Impact Zone in San Antonio, TX. with Nic Nemeth’s entrance tune. McKenzie Mitchell is shown in the ring and she introduces “The Wanted Man” himself, who comes to the ring to kick things off.

“Genesis was a hell of a night for TNA. Unfortunately, it was not a great night for myself,” Nemeth begins. He makes no excuses. Joe Hendry was the better man, and now Joe Hendry is your TNA World Champion. He insists that isn’t a sob-story, and he makes it clear when one gets knocked down, they get up and do something about it.

He says so in 2025, that’s what he plans to do. As he tries continuing, he is cut off. “My brother is not happy with what happened at TNA Genesis,” says Ryan Nemeth, who comes to the ring and insists Nic got robbed, and that Hendry got lucky.

Ryan goes on to call Hendry a poser, a loser and a “two-pump chump.” He tells Nic he’s better, even if he’s too modest to say it. He vows 2025 will be Nic’s year and calls Hendry a fraud. Nic stops him. He thanks him for the kind words but again insists Hendry earned the win and the title.

“It’s not all doom and gloom, think about it,” Nic continues. He says he can go for the world title and he and Ryan can go for the tag-titles. He is interrupted by KC Navarro, who annoyingly repeats the phrase, “Pardon me?!” in obnoxious fashion.

AJ Francis begins, “Allow me to reintroduce myself, my name is …” well he didn’t continue with “HOV,” we can say that much. He says he’s not here to talk to Ryan, he’s here to talk to the Nemeth brother who actually matters. He mocks Nic’s plans to go for the world title.

Francis goes on to talk about his own end of 2024 and how since then, “Papa’s got a brand new bag,” another song rip-off, to boast about his new TNA deal. He says it’s a new era in TNA and it’s the “T-N-AJ-Francis Era.”

Ryan yells back, “Hey my brother does not deserve to be interrupted, my brother demands respect!” Nic goes on to tell First Class he doesn’t know who they think they are. Ryan cuts him off and says he and his big brother are going to fight them tonight.

TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella’s theme hits and he comes out to announce Ryan & Nic Nemeth vs. First Class in tonight’s main event. His theme hits again and just as fast as he appeared, he was gone.

Tessa Blanchard Punks Out Arianna Grace & Gia Miller

Backstage, Gia Miller is standing by with “The Liaison” Arianna Grace, when up walks Tessa Blanchard. Grace introduces herself to her in bubbly fashion. Blanchard tells her she doesn’t tell her what to do. Grace insists they’re on the same team.

Blanchard blasts her for playing dress up and having everything handed to her. Grace runs off crying. “That’s right, go,” Tessa taunts. She then tells Gia she’s not needed, punks her, takes her microphone and says, “Tessa Blanchard answers to nobody.”

On that note, Tom Hannifan and Matt Rehwoldt run down the advertised lineup for tonight as the match graphics flash on the screen. We then head to the first commercial break of the show.

Cora Jade defeated Hyan

When the show returns, the digital exclusive shared before the show, which features Cora Jade “big-timing” and getting into a pull-apart with Xia Brookside is shown. Jade was initially looking for TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich.

Inside the arena, Cora Jade’s theme hits and the WWE NXT Superstar makes her way to the ring for the first match of the evening. In the ring already is her opponent, Hyan. The bell sounds to get things started, and the two lock-up.

Jade takes the early control with ease. She hits a dropkick on Hyan and hops on the ropes to lay down and boast. She yanks Hyan down by her hair and then plays to the crowd again. She chokes Hyan over the middle rope and then hits a running elbow to her back.

She tries the same thing a second time, but Hyan moves. Hyan hits wasteland and goes for the cover, but Jade kicks out and takes over on Hyan in the corner, before hitting her Jaded finisher for the easy win. Jade beats Hyan down some more afterwards, prompting Xia Brookside to run out for the save.

Jade pretends to run off, and as Brookside turns to check on Hyan, Jade re-enters the ring behind her and hits Brookside with Jaded. Jade is standing tall admiring her dastardly deeds when the theme for Slamovich hits. The TNA Knockouts Champion runs to the ring, and this time Jade runs off for real, stopping briefly to wear Masha’s cowboy hat and taunt her from the ramp.

Gia Miller Interviews Wes Lee, Tyriek & Tyson

Backstage, Gia Miller is standing by with Wes Lee, Tyriek and Tyson. Lee guesses the question is “Why?” in reference to his actions towards his former partners, The Rascalz. He talks about his goal of being NXT Champion and mentions how Tyriek and Tyson are after tag-team gold.

Lee says it all starts tonight when he takes out “The Resident Magician that ya’ll have, Ace Austin.” The three walk off on that note and then the show heads into another commercial time out.

Santino Marella Served Papers & Makes An Announcement

When the show returns, Ash & Heather by Elegance are with George Iceman, who serves Santino Marella with papers from their lawyers. He complains about the Knockouts tag-team title match from Genesis and demands justice.

Santino tells them to relax and announces a battle royal for next week, where the winner earns a Knockouts title bout. He says they are both in it, as are these two who walk up, Spitfire.

Dani Luna and Jody Threat talk trash and get under the skin of the Elegant duo while also being announced for next week’s high stakes battle royal.

Brian Myers (w/ Moose, Eddie Edwards, JDC & Alisha Edwards) defeated Leon Slater

Inside the Impact Zone, The System’s theme hits and out comes the entire group for Brian Myers’ advertised match. Moose, Eddie Edwards, JDC and Alisha Edwards enter the ring with him and they all show off the rings they got each other.

The theme for Leon Slater hits, and out comes the promising young prospect to the ring. After a competitive early back-and-forth, Slater pulls ahead. With Myers on the floor, Slater hits the ropes to build up momentum for a dive, only for all of The System to stand in front of Myers and stop him.

Due to the distraction at ringside as Slater tried pursuing The System on the floor, Myers takes over on offense and brings the action back into the ring. Myers enjoys a few minutes in the offensive driver’s seat until Slater hits a big splash off the ropes.

After shifting the momentum into his favor, Slater goes on his trademark, fast-paced, explosive high-flying offensive showcase for his big comeback. He heads to the top but sees Myers standing, so he leaps over his head and lands on his feet, before blasting Myers and getting a close two-count.

Myers surprises an unsuspecting Slater with an enzugiri, before following up with an even bigger move for a close two-count of his own. The crowd bit on that as the finish. Myers backs into a corner and stalks Slater. He charges at Slater, who drops and rolls up Myers for a crafty two-count.

Slater hits a single leg dropkick that sends Myers to the floor. Slater plays to the crowd before building up a full head of steam. Once again his big dive tease is shut down. This time, however, Slater sprints towards the corner and hits a turning spiraling splash over the ring post to Myers on the floor.

On the floor, Slater dodges an attempted attack by Moose and Eddie Edwards, before blasting JDC on the apron with a big kick. Alisha Edwards slides one of The System’s bulky rings on Myers’ hand. Myers blasts Slater with it behind the referee’s back. He hits his finisher and gets the win.

Sami Callihan Attacks Mance Warner Backstage

Backstage, Mr. 23 himself, no, not Michael Jordan, but Mance Warner, is shown walking-and-talking with Steph De Lander, who still has the TNA Digital Media Championship.

Out of nowhere, Sami Callihan attacks Warner from behind. Hannifan says we’ll hear from Calliahan next. On that note, the show heads into another commercial break.

The System Taunts Leon Slater Backstage, The Hardys Defend Him

When the show returns, Leon Slater is being mocked by Frankie Kazarian. The System come in and do the same, telling Slater he can hold their rings or be their errand boy. The Hardys finally come up and defend Slater.

The System taunt them, calling Slater the English Hardy Boy. Matt Hardy insists Slater has star written all over him. He says next week, The G.O.A.T.’s will stand next to that man. The System say they’ll see them there.

Sami Callihan & Mance Warner Brawl Continues

Although we were scheduled to “hear” from Sami Callihan, instead we “see” him, as he emerges from the production arena next to the entrance area, still brawling with Mance Warner. Callihan beats Warner down at ringside and throws him in the ring. He grabs a baseball bat and heads into the ring with it.

Rehwoldt talks on commentary about Callihan’s questionable history with bats in TNA. Callihan blasts Warner with a steel chair and then places it over his head. He hoists his baseball bat up, but sees Steph De Lander coming down to the apron.

Callihan reaches over to deal with De Lander, who throws Warner the belt. Warner blasts Callihan with it. De Lander holds Callihan’s lifeless head up and Warner charges at him and blasts him with a knee strike. He taunts Callihan and then makes out with De Lander as the crowd boos.

Steve Maclin Warns Eric Young About Josh Alexander

When the show returns, Eric Young and Steve Maclin are talking backstage. Maclin warns Young about aligning himself with Josh Alexander. He says he’s not going to say, “I told you so.” He walks off. Young says, “I’ll be fine.”

Mustafa Ali defeated Laredo Kid

Inside the Impact Zone, the theme for Laredo Kid hits and out comes the popular masked wrestling star for the next match of the evening. He settles in the ring and then the theme hits to bring out Mustafa Ali as his opponent in what will be Ali’s first TNA match in six months.

The bell sounds and this one gets underway with Ali slowly circling Kid with an ear-to-ear smile on his face. The lock up and Ali grabs a headlock. He hits the ropes and shoulder blocks Kid down. He hits the ropes again and hits a hurricanrana, stopping to admire his work.

Ali traps Kid in a submission on the mat. Kid escapes, but Ali hits him with a hard open-hand slap. He hits the ropes but runs into a big move from Kid that nearly takes his head off. Kid goes for the cover, but only gets two. Ali goes for a backslide with his feet on the ropes, but the referee catches him.

While arguing with the referee, Ali is rolled up from behind by Kid, who gets a close two-count. Ali blasts Kid with a loud open-hand chop. Kid answers back with one of his own. With Ali on the floor, Kid hits the ropes to build up a full head of steam before diving head first into a standing Ali.

On the floor, Ali grabs and tears at Kid’s mask while also hitting him with a thumb to the eye. Kid answers back with a Bas Rutten style palm strike. Ali fights back and hits a cradle DDT off the apron onto the floor. In the ring, Ali immediately heads to the top-rope and hits a 450 splash for the win. The show heads to another commercial break after the match.

Mike Santana Confronts Mustafa Ali Backstage

When the show returns, Mustafa Ali is all smiles backstage with his personal security. He talks about the successful start to his campaign and how it is going to continue, when up walks Mike Santana, who asks if they have a problem. Ali’s security moves in, so Ali tells them it’s okay.

Santana says they can handle this like men after the disrespect Ali showed him at TNA Genesis. Ali says he just had a grueling match. He says he knows a supporter of his campaign who might be interested and walks off.

The Northern Armory (Travis Williams & Judas Icarus) and Eric Young & Josh Alexander fight to a No Contest

Inside the Impact Zone, The Northern Armoy duo of Travis Williams and Judas Icarus make their way out to the ring for the next match of the evening. They settle inside and their music dies down.

The catchy-ass entrance for Eric Young goes down next, with the commentators catching the viewing audience at home up on the risk Young is taking in trusting Josh Alexander tonight.

Finally, Josh Alexander’s tune hits and out comes “The Walking Weapon” in his first in-ring performance since quitting TNA after losing in an “I Quit” match to Mike Santana at TNA Genesis. Alexander and Young talk before the bell.

Young and Icarus kick things off for their respective teams. Young slams the hell out of Icarus, who tags in Williams. Young tags in Alexander, who takes the early offensive lead over his former ally. Icarus comes in, but Alexander handles both Northern Armory members by himself.

Alexander backs Icarus into the corner and chops the hell out of him. He does the same and whips him into the opposing corner, but Williams runs the apron and leaps in front of the turnbuckles to prevent his partner. Icarus follows up and blasts Alexander and then tags Williams in.

Both members of The Northern Armory hit back-to-back diving splashes onto Alexander on the floor. Back in the ring, Williams goes for the cover on Alexander, but only gets two. Alexander fights back and makes the much-needed tag, only for Young to hit the ring, turn around and knock the hell out of him.

Young does the slow, horror movie-style evil turn and flashes the equally evil smirk to the crowd after a long glare. Meanwhile, Icarus and Williams are beating the crap out of a lifeless Alexander, as Young directs traffic. Young finishes Alexander off with a jumping piledriver. The show heads to another commercial break.

Wes Lee defeated Ace Austin

When the show returns, Wes Lee’s theme hits and out comes the WWE NXT Superstar for the second NXT vs. TNA crossover match of the evening. The ABC entrance music hits next and out comes Ace Austin, as the commentators do a live read for TNA’s new deal with BLCKSMTH.

Austin snatches up a side head-lock off the initial lock-up. Lee cartwheels his way out of it and isolates the arm of Austin, cranking on the limb until Austin reverses and brings Lee down to the mat, controlling his arm.

The slow-paced action speeds up from here, with each guy running the ropes, hitting the match and flipping to avoid move-attempts from the other, all while ultimately doing nothing but landing one up-kick each.

At this point, fans chant “NXT! NXT” but they are eventually overtaken by a “TNA! TNA!” chant. Interestingly enough, the chants continue to out-shine the slow action in the ring, with a loud single “Boring!” chant being heard as Lee throws nothing-happening kicks at Austin.

Austin starts to fight back, and things begin to pick up once again. Austin hits a big leaping forearm to Lee from the apron. He looks for a springboard kick, but Lee avoids it. Austin hits a side-Russian leg-sweep, and quickly pops back to his feet for a fancy leg-drop.

The crowd comes to life in the background as Austin works over Lee in the corner. Austin comes off the ropes with a big kick to the back of the neck of Lee. He follows up with a cover, but only gets two. Austin muscles Lee up with a gut-wrench seated powerbomb for another two-count.

Austin calls for his finisher, but as he waits for Lee to get up, Tyson and Tyriek run out. Austin sees them coming and meets them at the end of the ramp from the apron. He hits a couple of kicks and then builds up a head of steam for a turning dive, where he almost landed on his head.

Back in the ring, Austin looks to springboard off the ropes from the apron, when Tyson and Tyriek get involved again from the floor. The distraction allows Lee to blast an unsuspecting Austin with his finisher for the win.

The NXT trio attack Austin afterwards. The Rascalz run out to make the save, and then the show heads into another commercial break, with the main event waiting on the other side.

Joe Hendry Concert Next Week

When the show returns, a commercial airs for TNA at Full Sail University. We then shoot to TNA World Champion Joe Hendry in a blue room. “Say his name, and he appears,” Hendry begins, as always.

He talks about how he’s unsure who will emerge as his first title challenger. In the meanwhile, next week, on TNA iMPACT, you’re going to see Joe Hendry in concert. He tells us we’ll be treated to a form of entertainment like no other.

The Nemeth Brothers (Nic Nemeth & Ryan Nemeth) defeated First Class (AJ Francis & KC Navarro)

It’s main event time!

After Hannifan and Rehwoldt run down the advertised lineup for next week’s TNA iMPACT on February 6 (see lineup below), the show returns inside the Impact Zone where First Class duo KC Navarro and AJ Francis make their way out for the main event of the evening.

The obligatory unzip and moan precedes the theme for the former top dog in TNA, as Nic Nemeth makes his way out accompanied by the man proud to be his little brother, Ryan Nemeth. The Nemeth Brothers head in the ring, with Ryan wearing a jacket to match his big brother.

After the bell sounds, Francis and Ryan Nemeth kick things off for their respective teams. Francis kicks Ryan down to one knee and demands he tag in “big bro.” Ryan obliges, and “The Wanted Man” hits the ring, shifting the offensive momentum in his team’s favor.

Nic lands a big leaping forearm that gets Francis second-guessing himself enough to voluntarily head over and tag out. Navarro comes in, but doesn’t fare much better in the initial exchanges. Navarro mocks Nemeth’s hip-swivel taunt, but it backfires as Nic blasts him upon turning around.

Nic and Ryan team up for some double-team spots, which culminates with Francis and Navarro both on the floor upset and re-grouping. On that note, the show heads into a mid-match commercial break as the main event of the evening continues.

When the show returns, the First Class duo of Francis and Navarro are in a comfortable offensive lead, utilizing frequent tags to keep a fresh man on the beaten down Ryan at all times, all-the-while taunting Nic on the apron.

Eventually, Ryan makes the much-needed hot tag to Nic, who comes in the ring with a ton of energy off the hot tag, immediately shifting the offensive momentum back in his team’s favor. He hits the Jerry Lawler Heart Attack special rapid-fire elbow spot on Navarro, which brings Francis in.

Ryan also hits the ring and takes care of Francis, while Navarro surprises Nic with a roll-up in the ring for a close two-count. Navarro blasts Nic with a big super kick for another close pin attempt seconds later. Nic fights back and hits a FameAsser on Navarro.

Ryan tags himself in, just as Nic hits Danger Zone. Ryan steals the pin and over-celebrates as Nic watches in disbelief, before ultimately hesitantly celebrating with his little brother. Francis carries Navarro like a baby to the back as Hannifan and Rehwoldt wrap things up.

Next Week:
* TNA Knockouts No. 1 Contender Battle Royal
* Leon Slater & The Hardys vs. Moose, JDC & Eddie Edwards
* Mike Santana vs. Matt Cardona

TNA Impact live results: Genesis fallout, NXT Tag Team title match

The first live TNA Impact in eight years will likely be a newsworthy one given last Sunday’s Genesis pay-per-view and last week’s announcement of an official WWE/TNA partnership.

New TNA World Champion Joe Hendry will be on the show following his victory over now-former champion Nic Nemeth on Sunday.

After making an appearance and getting involved in the TNA Tag Team title match, NXT Tag Team Champions Fraxiom (Axiom & Nathan Frazer) will defend their titles against The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel).

TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich will team with Knockouts Tag Team Champions Spitfire against Rosemary and Ash & Heather by Elegance following their respective title matches last Sunday.

In a non-title match, TNA Tag Team Champions The Hardys will face X-Division Champion Moose & JDC.

After defeating Jordynne Grace, Tessa Blanchard will make an appearance as will Josh Alexander who quit the promotion Sunday but is contractually obligated to appear per Santino Marella.

**********
After several minutes of live audio being tapped in on the TNA+ feed, Tom Hannifan eventually informed the truck of this, and the audio stopped. The cold open video package aired to start off the first live show in eight years, recapping the action from TNA Genesis 2025.

Santino Marella Teases Surprises, History-Making Show

Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt welcome the viewing audience at home to the special live episode from San Antonio, TX. After a slickly-produced opening camera shot, footage is shown of Gia Miller talking with the TNA Director of Authority, Santino Marella, who teased “a couple of surprises” for the show.

Joe Hendry Kicks Off Special Live Episode

From there, the usual “Cross the line” theme and accompanying opening video hit to formally open the show. Back inside the Impact Zone, the viral smash hit, “I Believe in Joe Hendry” plays as the brand new TNA World Champion Joe Hendry makes his way out to the ring.

Rehwoldt calls tonight the start of a new era led by Hendry. He and Hannifan are shown on camera to emphasize again how important tonight is to TNA, and how significant being live is. Hendry does the dramatic soap opera turn to the hard-camera as his entrance tune wraps up.

“Say his name, and he appears! Joe Hendry is your TNA World Champion!” are the first words to come out of Hendry’s mouth. Fans respond with a loud “You deserve it!” chant. Hendry thanks the fans, noting anytime he faced an uphill battle, they had his back.

He said the journey to the title was then, but this is now. He said he went to Santino Marella and told him that not only will he be a fighting champion, but he’ll put his title on-the-line against anyone, from anywhere. “And folks, trust me when I say anything can happen, because for the first time in eight years, TNA iMPACT is live!”

With that said, the theme for TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella hits and out he comes with a microphone in-hand. He congratulates Hendry and confirms his story about coming to him insisting he’ll be a fighting champion inside and outside of TNA.

He says he had an individual who took him up on his offer. So tonight in the main event, it’ll be Joe Hendry defending his title against “Alwayz Ready” Matt Cardona. “The Indy God” comes out with a big smile on his face. The opening segment wrapped up on that note.

Eric Young Wants To Help Josh Alexander, Steve Maclin Doesn’t

Footage of Josh Alexander quitting TNA at TNA Genesis 2025 is shown. Afterwards, a backstage digital exclusive from Sunday’s PPV is shown, with Eric Young asking how after all that, Alexander is really going to quit and leave. Alexander doesn’t say a word and walks off.

Back live, Steve Maclin is with Eric Young, and asked why he bothered wasting his time. Young said he saw something. Maclin said he did too, at one time, but not anymore. He reminds him of the despicable acts of Alexander as of late. Young says he wants to help him. Maclin makes it clear he does not.

Up walks “The Walking Weapon” himself. He says he’s not here to make excuses. He says he’s here to tell Young and Maclin he respects them both. He thanks them for everything over the years. He tries extending his hand for a shake, but doesn’t get any buyers.

Rehwoldt and Hannifan are shown on camera again to recap the Alexander situation. They promote a segment later in the show where we will learn more about Alexander’s status. They run down the rest of the lineup for tonight as the match graphics flash across the screen, and then the show heads into the first commercial of the evening.

Nic Nemeth To Addresses TNA Status Next Week

When the show returns, we see Gia Miller backstage talking to Ryan Nemeth, when his big brother Nic shows up. Nic Nemeth tells Miller that next week he will address his TNA status. Ryan then gets on Miller’s case, insisting she pre-screen her questions in the future, as not to upset his big bro.

Rosemary, Ash & Heather By Elegance defeated Spitfire (Dani Luna & Jody Threat) & Masha Slamovich

Inside the Impact Zone, George Iceman takes a cowboy hat and stomps on it to show the Texas crowd what he thinks of “The Lone Star State.” He then introduces the Knockout duo of Ash and Heather By Elegance. They come to the ring and are joined by their partner, Rosemary, who makes her way out next.

Their opponents, TNA Knockouts Tag-Team Champions Spitfire make their way out first. Dani Luna and Jody Threat come to the ring and stop at ringside. The entrance tune for their partner hits, and out comes TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich.

Six-Knockouts tag-team action kicks things off inside the ring on the first live episode of TNA Impact in eight years. Threat and Ash kick things off for their respective teams. Ash pushes and slaps Threat, and gets decked with a big right hand in response by Threat.

Threat goes to work on Ash in the corner with repeated shots. Threat works Ash over for a few more seconds before tagging in Luna. Luna scoops Threat up and bodyslams her onto Ash for a close two-count. Ash tags out and in comes Heather by Elegance.

She quickly decides against engaging, instead tagging Rosemary and quickly rolling out to the floor. Meanwhile, Luna shoulder tackles Rosemary and begins working over her arm. Luna makes the blind tag to Threat, and the two hit some double-team action on Rosemary, finishing with a seated splash for a two-count.

Rosemary fights back, snatching Threat up by the throat and muscling her into the corner with one arm. With her other free arm, Rosemary snatches up her own partner, Heather, by the jugular as well. She shouts some orders at her and then tags Ash in.

Ash takes out Threat with a clothesline after Heather snuck in a knee to the back on the ropes. Rosemary tags back in and grounds and pounds Threat before letting out a war-cry scream. She hits a big splash on Threat in the corner and then hits an exploder suplex for a two-count.

Masha Slamovich tags in and takes out any-and-everyone in sight with bullish offensive spurts and flurries. Threat tags in and takes over, hitting slams and drivers on everyone until she is kicked out of the ring. Slamovich hits a spinning kick on Ash and tags in Luna.

Ash rolls Luna up out of nowhere, but only gets two. Luna back suplexes Ash onto her elegant dome — three times in a row. As the action continues, the theme for WWE NXT Superstar Cora Jade hits. She makes her way down with a folder in her hand.

She hands it to Slamovich, who pulls out an X-ray photo of herself. Cora pulling a page out of Slamovich’s own playbook leads to Ash rolling up a distracted Slamovich for the win. After the match, the show heads into another commercial break.

Josh Alexander Addresses Quitting TNA Wrestling

When the show returns, Josh Alexander’s theme hits and “The Walking Weapon” makes his way out alongside Northern Armory associates Travis Williams and Judas Icarus. He gets on the mic and is booed Dominik Mysterio and Don Callis-style.

Alexander, who was promoted as being contractually obligated to appear, starts by thanking TNA for giving him the opportunity to address some things, “because I certainly didn’t have to.” He talks over the loud boos about how he wants to be remembered for the good times he had in TNA, not the past few months.

He says he’s been here six years and his son is now six years old. His son has only ever known him as a TNA wrestler. As a former champion and someone who risked it all to achieve his dream. On June 19, 2002, Alexander was 15 years old. He tuned into the first TNA broadcast and was inspired.

Fans start giving him the “What?” treatment along with more sustained booing as he tries to continue his Hulk Hogan at Saturday Night’s Main Event style fighting-against-the-grain promo. He says if you believe one thing, believe this — his time in TNA over the past six years has been a dream come true.

It’s now time for him to step away. “Guys, guys …relax.” He tells Judas and Travis not to worry because they have all the talent in the world. He talks about going to bat for the two with TNA management. He says The Motor City Machine Guns did as well.

He calls them the best up-and-coming tag-team in the world. “You can do this, just do it the right way. Because it’s gonna be without me.” They tell him he can’t quit. Alexander says he can and has. They tell him he doesn’t understand. He can’t leave. They then sneak-attack him.

As the two continue to beat down Alexander, Eric Young sprints out from the back to make the save. He tells them he knows they haven’t been around long enough to know what’s going on. “One, you don’t mess with Texas, and two, you don’t mess with Eric Young and ‘The Walking Weapon.'”

He tells him next week it’ll be Williams and Icarus against Young and Alexander. Hannifan says “let’s see if it gets made official.” He and Rehwoldt run down the remaining lineup for tonight as the match graphics flash across the screen, and then the show heads into another commercial break.

The Hardys defeated Moose & JDC

When the show returns, The System theme hits and out comes Moose and JDC, accompanied by Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers and Alisha Edwards. The duo head to the ring for the next match of the evening, as Hannifan and Rehwoldt talk about the last live Impact eight years ago featuring the debut of Moose.

After they settle inside the squared circle, their music pipes down, the iconic tune for the Hardys pipes in, and the San Antonio crowd goes insane as Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy make their way to the ring. The TNA Tag-Team Champions settle inside for their non-title match to loud “Hardy! Hardy!” chants.

As they head to opposite corners to pose for the fans, they are ambushed and attacked from behind by Moose and JDC. The System duo pound on The Hardys for a few seconds, but then the champs fight back. They put JDC and Moose in the same corner and hit their trademark Poetry in Motion spot.

Matt and JDC settle as the legal man starting the match off. Matt bounces JDC’s dome off the turnbuckles over-and-over again as fans chant “DELETE! DELETE!” He hits an elbow to the back of a standing JDC’s head after leaping off the middle rope. He looks for Twist of Fate, but JDC escapes.

A brief Alisha Edwards leads to a cheap shot from Moose to the back of Matt’s head. JDC follows up and then tags in Moose. The TNA X-Division Champion settles in the ring and picks up where JDC left off, taking it to Matt as fans loudly boo. Moose quickly tags back out and JDC takes back over.

JDC controls the action for a couple of minutes, but misses when going for Down ‘N’ Dirty. This buys Matt enough time to make the much-needed tag to Jeff. “The Charismatic Enigma” hits the ring off the hot tag and the crowd goes wild as he takes it to JDC and Moose by himself.

Alisha Edwards gets involved again, leading to another brief shift of offensive momentum, but it quickly swings back in the other direction. Jeff takes his shirt off and hits his trademark top-rope Swanton Bomb for the pinfall victory. The Hardys pose with their titles in the ring to the adoring crowd to wrap things up.

23 Is Just A Number … Or Is It?

The Hardys head over to say something to Hannifan and Rehwoldt, but as they do, the lights in the Impact Zone begin flickering.

The mysterious and cryptic 23 flashes on the big screens on the entrance ramp like they have the past several weeks, as a voice says “23 is just a number.” Hannifan points out that today is January 23, a.k.a. 1/23, as the show heads into another commercial break.

When the show returns, Sami Callihan makes his way down to the ring. Hannifan says a match was scheduled for right now, but Callihan has taking over. Callihan demands his music be cut and then immediately makes it clear he’s sick of waiting and mind games about this “23” mystery.

He tells 23 to get down here right now. Some music begins playing. Out comes Steph De Lander. The new TNA Digital Media Champion. She claims she won the title in the divorce. “What’s mine is mine and what’s his is mine!”

She says now that her husband is out the door, she wants to introduce us to her boyfriend. The lights go out. The 23 vignette plays again. “23 is just a number.” When the lights come back on, Mance Warner is in the ring. He attacks Callihan.

“The Southern Psycho” is in TNA and literally you can hear a pin drop for his highly-promoted debut. He takes De Lander’s title and the two make out, Edge-Lita style, to end the segment. The show heads into another a TNA Rebellion 2025 trailer.

Fraxiom (c) defeated The Rascalz to retain the NXT Tag-Team Championships

When the trailer wraps up, we return in the Impact Zone, where Hannifan and Rehwoldt introduce “The Liaison” Arianna Grace, who joins them on guest commentary. They hype up the NXT Tag-Team Champions Fraxiom defending against The Rascalz.

The bong hits begin as the lights go out. When they come back on, The Rascalz duo of Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz descend from their treehouse and head to the ring for their big inter-promotional title opportunity.

After they settle in the ring, the theme for NXT Tag-Team Champions hits, and out comes the Fraxiom duo of Axiom and Nathan Frazer. The “Tag Lines” tale of the tape style graphic flashes on the screen and then the bell sounds to get things started.

Miguel and Axiom kick things off for their respective teams. Miguel takes Axiom down and isolates his left arm. He cranks away at it, but Axiom flips around and escapes, launching Miguel across the ring with a big shot. He wraps up Miguel in a side-stretch after tagging in Frazer.

Frazer hits the ropes Bron Breakker-quick before launching himself knee-first into the open mid-section of Miguel. Rehwoldt encourages Grace to speak, and she does by talking about being friends with Fraxiom. Important contributions from “The Liaison” only, of course.

Fraxiom continue to utilize frequent tags, keeping a fresh man in the ring and keeping Miguel isolated on their side of the ring at all times. Minutes later, Wentz finally gets the hot tag and helps pick up the pace and shift the offensive momentum into The Rascalz’ favor.

Wentz hits a standing shooting star press for a close two-count. Fans react with a loud “This is Awesome!” chant as Wentz and Frazer continue to fly all over the ring in fast-forward-looking-fashion. Fraxiom hit a double-team spot on Miguel as the referee was checking on Wentz.

Frazer hits a super-plex on Wentz off the ropes. He rolls through and hoists him up again, hitting another as Axiom adds the contribution of a super kick on the way down. Frazer follows up with an immediate cover, but only gets two. Wentz fights back with a spinning knee to the chin off the ropes.

Everyone is down and recovering as the crowd shows them some more love. Wentz hits Axiom with an enormous kick that pops the crowd and commentary team-alike. He walks into a big shot from Axiom after that, but Miguel hits the ring and The Rascalz take over with some double-team spots.

Frazer goes for a springboard moonsault off the ropes, but is met with stereo super kicks from Rascalz on the way down. The Rascalz hit the Street Sweeper off the ropes double-team spot for a close two-count. WWE NXT Superstar and former member of The Rascalz, hits the ring.

Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe attack Wentz from behind as Lee distracts the referee. Fraxiom take over on Miguel in the ring. Axiom hits a Spanish Fly. Frazer follows up with his splash off the ropes for the win. Fraxiom retains. After the match, the show heads to another commercial break.

Mike Santana Interrupted By Returning Mustafa Ali

When the show returns, Mike Santana’s theme hits and he makes his trademark custom ring entrance through the crowd, as Tom Hannifan refers to him as the new standard in TNA. Santana settles in the ring and talks about beating Josh Alexander at TNA Genesis.

Santana boasts getting the torch of the standard of TNA passed to him by Alexander, and that he made him say those two magic words he claimed he never would, which, of course, were “I Quit.” Santana then makes his TNA World Championship aspirations clear.

It seemed like that was going to be it, but as Santana gets ready to leave, he is cut off by the familiar sounds of the entrance music of Mustafa Ali. Ali comes out and comes into the ring with Santana. Ali confirms he has signed with TNA. He says the company needs great leadership, and he is that leader.

Ali announces a campaign in which he becomes the next world heavyweight champion. Santana makes a crooked face while standing calmly in the corner taking this all in. Ali reminds us all that “In Ali, we trust!” His theme hits again. Ali side-stares Santana, smirks and exits the ring.

Tessa Blanchard Talks San Antonio & Blanchard Family History

Backstage, we see a shot of Tessa Blanchard’s locker room door, complete with the name plate on the door. A security guard knocks on the door and out she comes. The security guard waves the direction for her to walk, and informs her she’s next.

Tessa “Bill Goldberg” Blanchard is next. The show heads to another commercial break on that note. When the show returns, Tessa’s hip-hop theme, which mentions her name and diamond references, hits. She makes her way out to boos.

Blanchard talks about Texas, and San Antonio in particular, as a place her family made their name. She says the Blanchard’s own San Antonio. Her father, Tully Blanchard, is shown in the background smiling as she continues to talk.

She talks about her grandfather, Joe Blanchard, bringing the first wrestling to cable television “before WWE was even a thought.” Easy, they’re you’re partners now! She mocks San Antonio for not having a real sports team. She says the Spurs don’t count.

The only thing San Antonio is famous for is losing the Alamo. She talks about her family looking at her and seeing something greater than any Von Erich, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin or any Funk. “Tessa, you are going to be great.” She said most parents don’t do that. She says you have to pay the price to be great.

Fans can say whatever they want about her, “but you will never hear that Tessa Blanchard is not great. The standard here in TNA Wrestling has just been raised.

It is time to step up or shut up. At TNA Genesis, I took out the trash, and now it’s time to get back to business.” She claims Tessa Blanchard answers to no one and her music hits again to wrap things up.

Joe Hendry (c) defeated Matt Cardona to retain the TNA World Championship

It’s main event time!

The Tale of the Tape “Tag Lines” graphic flashes on the screen to set the stage for the main event of the evening. Frankie Kazarian’s theme hits and out comes the self-proclaimed “King of TNA” and Call Your Shot Gauntlet winner, with his trophy in-hand. He joins Hannifan and Rehwoldt on commentary.

From there, the “Alwayz Ready” theme hits and out comes “The Complete” Matt Cardona, as he is being called. Cardona settles inside the squared circle and poses on the ropes ahead of his big title opportunity in his return TNA appearance.

After Cardona settles inside the squared circle, the familiar sounds of Joe Hendry’s catchy-ass entrance tune plays to bring out the brand new TNA World Champion and face of the new era of TNA, Joe Hendry. The fans in San Antonio clearly believe, and are making as much known as he heads to the ring.

A fan holding up a “Joe Hendry believes in breakfast tacos” sign is shown on camera. Got to love the San Antonio creativity. McKenzie Mitchell is shown on-camera and handles the formal pre-match ring introductions for the champion and challenger.

Hannifan mentions #TNAWrestling is trending number one in Sports in America on X as the show heads into a quick pre-match commercial break. When the show returns, the bell sounds to get things started. Hendry over-powers Cardona off the initial lock up.

Kazarian talks on commentary for the second time since sitting down about being in a bad mood. He claims if JBL shows his face inside the Impact Zone, he might just knock him out. Meanwhile, Hendry goes to work with repeated chops to Cardona in the corner.

Cardona hits Hendry low and taunts the booing crowd in the Boeing Center. Hendry fights back and takes over. Hendry hits his trademark stalling suplex spot. “252 pounds of pure motivation” continues to work over Cardona, until “The Indy God” knocks him out of the ring and chokes him with his t-shirt.

As Cardona rubs it in the fans faces, he turns and leaps on Hendry, who catches him and Donkey Kong’s him off the hard part of the ring apron from the floor with an A.A. As Kazarian boats smelling good tonight on commentary, Cardona pokes Hendry in the eyes and takes over as the show heads into a mid-match commercial break.

When the show returns, Hannifan runs down the advertised lineup for next week’s show (see below), as Cardona continues to work over Hendry in the ring. Hendry begins to fight back, and stomps and claps to lead the fans in “We will rock you” sounding comeback background noise.

Cardona cuts Hendry’s comeback short, however, and the cheers quickly turn to loud droning boos. Cardona looks for the Re-Boot, but Hendry avoids it and begins fighting back again. He looks for a power bomb, but Cardona escapes and blasts Hendry in the throat.

He follows up with a missile dropkick and close-range DDT for a two-count. Cardona complains to the referee. He turns around and looks for Radio Silence, but Hendry avoids it. The referee gets bumped just as Hendry hits his Standing Ovation finisher. “That’s certainly a shame, isn’t it?” says Kazarian on commentary.

Kazarian claims this is where Hendry would normally grab brass knuckles, which Hannifan quickly points out is actually a page out of Kaz’s own playbook. Cardona blasts Hendry with a blatant low-blow while the referee was still down. Kaz says his monitor went out, so he didn’t see it. Rehwoldt didn’t either, of course.

Cardona rubs his hands together and eyes the TNA World Championship at the timekeepers table. He picks it up and continues his fixated stare at it as he heads to the ring. JBL comes out through the crowd and takes out Cardona with a Clothesline from Hell. Fans chant “JBL! JBL!”

Hendry is stuck confused at JBL’s actions. He turns around and is blasted by a recovered Cardona with the title. Cardona covers him just as the referee comes back to life. Hendry kicks out at two-and-a-half. Hendry fights back and hits a Standing Ovation seconds later for the win, getting the first defense of his TNA World Championship under his belt. That’s how the first live TNA Impact in eight years goes off the air.

Next Week:
* Eric Young & Josh Alexander vs. Travis Williams & Judas Icarus

TNA Impact live results: The final stop before Genesis

The final TNA Impact before this Sunday’s Genesis pay-per-view hits the airwaves tonight, headlined by a face-to-face confrontation between TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth and challenger Joe Hendry.

In non-title action, Tag Team Champions Matt & Jeff Hardy will take on Sami Callihan & PCO. If Callihan and PCO win, they will be added to a three-way title match Sunday that includes The Rascalz.

Ahead of their Clockwork Orange House of Fun match Sunday, TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich and Rosemary will have a “confessional.”

Former TNA World Champions Steve Maclin & Eric Young will team up against First Class’ AJ Francis & KC Navarro.

Leon Slater will take Trent Seven while Jake Something goes one-on-one with former Digital Media Champion Laredo Kid.

Josh Alexander will be on hand to share some thoughts while Ash & Heather by Elegance host a “pre-launch celebration” ahead of their challenge of Knockouts Tag Team Champions Spitfire on Sunday.

**********
Leon Slater defeated Trent Seven

The show opens with a shot of an enthusiastic “TNA! TNA!” chant from fans inside the Impact Zone, as Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt welcome us to the show. Frankie Kazarian’s theme hits and out comes the Call Your Shot Gauntlet winner for special guest commentary.

After the self-proclaimed “King of TNA” takes his seat alongside Hannifan and Rehwoldt, the focus shifts back to the ring where Leon Slater is introduced for the opening contest. Hannifan brings up Kazarian’s recent conversation with Slater and their scheduled match on the TNA Genesis “Countdown” pre-show.

From there, the entrance tune for Trent Seven hits and out he comes to the ring for his first TNA match since his TNA Final Resolution loss to Ace Austin. He snubs a fan at ringside before settling in the ring. The bell sounds and Seven snatches up the arm of Slater, who flips out and takes Seven down to the mat.

Slater whips Seven into the corner and follows in with a big splash. He does a little dance to taunt Seven and then blasts him with a reverse enzugiri that sends him out to the floor. Slater plays to the crowd, hits the ropes and charges at Seven with a big boot that knocks him off the ring apron and back to the floor.

He looks for a springboard high spot to the floor, but Seven avoids it and counters with a snap-dragon suplex. Seven rolls in the ring and smiles as the referee begins his count. Slater is shown clutching his shoulder in pain at ringside. Slater leaps and dive into the ring at the count of nine-and-a-half.

The two begin getting after it again, with Slater surprising Seven with a few pin attempts and finishing with a leaping kick that sends Seven crashing to the mat. Slater sits Seven on the top turnbuckle and climbs up after him.

He looks for a super-plex but Seven counters with a modified gut-wrench super-plex for a close two-count. Seven follows up with a Seven Star Lariat and a big piledriver for another close two-count. He sets up for a Birming-Hammer, but Slater counters. Slater back-slides Seven for a two-count.

Seven hits a right hand and this time connects with the Birming-Hammer, but again only gets a count of two. Seven and Slater fight out to the floor, where Slater hits a big DDT on the ramp. Seven rolls off the ramp. Slater backs up and waits for him to get up. He charges at him and connects with a high spot off the ramp. Back in the ring, he leaps off the ropes with a 450 splash for the pinfall victory. Excellent opener.

Afterwards, Seven does the standing bow gesture to Slater in a tip-of-the-cap moment of endorsement. Kazarian leaves his seat at the commentary desk and tries for a sneak attack, but Slater turns and catches him. Kazarian pumps the breaks.

Championship Celebration By Elegance Pre-Launch

When the show returns, George Iceman makes his way out with a microphone in-hand. The crowd gives him the Dominik Mysterio and Don Callis treatment as he tries to introduce the Championship Celebration By Elegance Pre-Launch.

He introduces the lovely, the beautiful, the elegant, Ash By Elegance. She comes out alongside Heather by Elegance. Iceman unveils two cardboard cutouts in the ring that shows Ash and Heather with the TNA Knockouts Tag-Team Championships around their waists.

Ash cuts an acceptance speech-style promo, thanking her makeup artists and such, before tearing up and getting emotional while thanking Iceman. Spitfire duo Dani Luna and Jody Threat come out with their TNA Knockouts Tag-Team Championships in-hand. They call them delusional Barbie doll wannabes.

Ash takes exception to these comments and calls Spitfire a team that belongs on the clearance rack. She laughs at her own joke and gets enraged that they don’t find it funny as well. They brawl and then Spitfire takes the cardboard cutout and hit their double-team finisher on it. They rip its’ head off and throw it at Ash.

Gia Miller Interviews PCO & Sami Callihan

Backstage, Gia Miller is standing by with PCO and Sami Callihan. She brings up their match tonight against The Hardys and mentions how if they win, the tag title match at TNA Genesis becomes a three-way with them added.

Callihan promises victory and says they are going to Genesis. PCO gives Miller a compliment that makes her blush. The show heads into another commercial break on that note.

Eric Young & Steve Maclin defeated First Class (AJ Francis & KC Navarro)

When the show returns, First Class duo AJ Francis and KC Navarro make their way to the ring as Hannifan and Rehwoldt do a live ad-read for TNA’s new partnership with BLCKSMTH. Eric Young’s entrance tune hits next and he comes out.

Steve Maclin comes out last and shakes hands with actor Judd Lormand, who is shown and acknowledged on the broadcast in a brief cameo appearance. The bell sounds and Young and Navarro kick things off for their respective teams. Navarro disrespects Young, which angers the TNA veteran.

Young slaps Navarro in the back of the head — loud — before tagging in “Bulletproof” Steve Maclin. Maclin and Young hit a double-team sequence and then Maclin settles into a comfortable offensive lead. Francis provides an assist and Navarro hits a big dive to Maclin on the floor.

First Class takes over on that note, with Francis tagging in and taking it to Maclin in the corner of the ring. Francis tags out and the two hit another double-team spot. They do their “Money! Money! Money!” chant and Navarro picks up where Francis left off, dominating Maclin in one-sided fashion.

Francis runs over and hits Young with a cheap shot to knock him off the apron. Navarro goes over and taunts Judd Lormand, who shoves him down on his ass. Francis comes over and snatches Lormand up by his collar until officials separate them.

Back in the ring, Maclin hits a big slam on Francis that buys him enough time to make the much-needed tag to Young. Navarro also tags in, but it is Young off the hot tag who fires up and takes over on offense. Maclin hits a dive to Francis on the floor.

Young hits a flying elbow drop off the ropes to Navarro for the win. After the match, as Young and Maclin are celebrating, The System duo of Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers come out with Alisha Edwards. They stare down Young and Maclin and touch fists before the show heads to another commercial break.

Masha Slamovich & Rosemary’s Confessional

When the show returns, footage of TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich’s cameo appearance from this week’s WWE NXT is shown. They mention Slamovich being impressed with Cora Jade.

Once that wraps up, the show shoots to a dark, shadowy look at Rosemary, with footage of Rosemary’s recent matches being sliced in. We see that Rosemary is sitting in a confessional booth like at church. On the other side is Slamovich. They each speak their piece.

Rosemary talks about how they were the epitome of violence in the Knockouts division. She says everything has built to this Clockwork Orange House of Fun showdown for the title. She promises it to be the most violent Knockouts match in TNA history.

Slamovich says they’re either going to touch the sky, or she’s going to drag her to hell with her. That’s how the brief video package segment wraps up. The show heads into another commercial break.

Mike Santana vs. Josh Alexander At Genesis Now An “I Quit” Match

Footage of Judas Icarus and Travis Williams attacking Mike Santana at Prestige Wrestling from over the weekend is shown as the show returns from the break.

Inside the Impact Zone, Josh Alexander and The Northern Armory come to the ring. The crowd gets on Alexander’s case with “Baldie” chants. Alexander says Santana was injured last week and can’t wrestle at TNA Genesis. Santana’s theme hits and he comes out through the crowd.

From the crowd, Santana cuts a promo and says as long as he can breathe he’ll fight. He says it will be an “I Quit” match between them at TNA Genesis. Alexander says if Santana can ever make him say “I Quit” he’ll shake his hand.

He says that’ll never happen, though. Santana vows to be the new standard-bearer in TNA. On that note, the show heads into another commercial time out.

Jake Something defeats Laredo Kid

When the show returns, Laredo Kid’s theme hits and the masked fan-favorite immediately makes his way out to the ring for the next match of the evening here on the TNA Genesis 2025 “go-home show.”

After Kid settles in the ring, his music dies down. The entrance tune for his opponent hits, and out comes Jake Something. The bell sounds and this one-on-one contest gets officially off-and-running.

Fans chant for Kid straight out of the gate. He starts off well, but Something quickly takes over. He launches Kid to the entrance ramp. Kid fights back with forearms upon returning to the ring. Something blasts him with a single forearm that drops him. He goes for the cover, but only gets two.

Kid hits a wild DDT off a flip that gets a close two-count on the big man. Something takes over from there. He sits the masked man on the ropes and climbs up after him. He hits a super Something bomb off the ropes for the pinfall victory.

Ace Austin Ready To Capture Gold This Sunday

After the match, a really excellent, extended video package airs to tell the journey of Ace Austin in TNA, leading up to his big TNA X-Division Championship showdown against Moose at TNA Genesis this Sunday night.

A lot was made of his connection to Chris Bey and how he’s doing this in his honor. The show heads into another commercial break after this wraps up.

The Hardys defeated PCO & Sami Callihan

It’s main event (match) time!

When the show returns, Sami Callihan’s music hits and out comes “The Death Machine” for the final match of the evening. He settles in the ring to a big pop from the Atlanta crowd, and then his partner’s entrance tune hits. Out comes “The French-Canadian Frankenstein.”

As PCO settles in the ring, the ominous and cryptic “It’s just a number” 23 vignette airs as the lights in the Impact Zone goes out. We move on, however, as the iconic sounds of The Hardys’ entrance tune hits. Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy make their way out for this non-title match.

If Callihan and PCO get the victory in this one, they will be added to the TNA Tag-Team title tilt at TNA Genesis involving The Hardys and The Rascalz. The bell sounds. It will be Jeff Hardy and Sami Callihan kicking things off for their respective teams. Fans loudly chant “Hardy! Hardy!”

Callihan jumps into the early offensive lead. He quickly tags in PCO. The two go for a double-team spot, but Matt hits the ring to prevent it. All four end up in a dramatic staredown before a wild brawl breaks out between all four guys.

As the fight spreads out to the floor, the show heads into a mid-match commercial break. As soon as the show returns, The Hardys are seen hitting their trademark Poetry in Motion double-team spot on Callihan for a two-count. The Rascalz are shown in split-screen watching on.

Callihan takes back over on offense and tags in PCO. The big man hits the ring and continues to pummel Matt Hardy. Jeff eventually gets the much-needed hot tag to help shift the momentum back into the favor of The Hardys. Jeff hits his trademark Whisper in the Wind spot for a close two-count.

Jeff hits a Twist of Fate on Callihan. Matt follows up with a Twist of Fate on Callihan of his own. Jeff climbs to the top-rope and takes his shirt off. He hits a Swanton Bomb and goes for the cover. 1-2-3. The Hardys win. It will be The Hardys vs. The Rascalz in a pure tag-team title “dream match” at TNA Genesis. The show heads to another commercial break.

Nic Nemeth, Joe Hendry Go Face-To-Face

It’s main event (segment) time!

The show returns to an on-screen appearance by Hannifan and Rehwoldt. They plug TNA Genesis 2025 this Sunday. As they talk about the show, Jordynne Grace approaches the desk and puts a headset on while standing. She leaves a contract on the table and says Tessa Blanchard hasn’t signed yet.

She’s leaving it here so it’s easy to find and there are no excuses. Their match isn’t signed for Sunday yet, and Grace says if Blanchard doesn’t show up, it won’t be the first time. She storms off. The commentators finish running down the lineup for Sunday’s show.

Inside the Impact Zone, the familiar sounds of the viral smash hit, “I Believe in Joe Hendry” hits. Out comes the TNA home-grown star to the ring for the final segment of the evening. Nic Nemeth’s entrance tune hits next and the TNA World Champion joins him in the ring for their face-to-face.

Hendry begins on the microphone first. He talks about how he has to win this Sunday. He says he will, and a new era will begin in TNA, which will start with him lifting up the TNA World Championship. Fans react with loud “We believe! We believe!” chants.

Nemeth acknowledges that clearly everyone still believes in Joe Hendry. He says Hendry needs to know one thing, though. He knows what the TNA World Championship means to him and everyone else out there. He says he damn well better believe he knows what it’s like to hold that title.

Nemeth says this isn’t just a chance for a shot, or a music video or a tweet. This is every single day. It’s an entire different level, and you live that way every single day, not even sleeping some nights. He doesn’t know if Hendry is quite ready for that yet.

He says Hendry has earned everything he’s got so far, and he’s said it every step of the way. He wants to clear the air on one last thing. He asks the production truck to play a clip for him. We see footage of JBL taking out Hendry with a Clothesline from Hell at TNA Bound For Glory 2024, and then doing the same to Ryan Nemeth.

Nemeth says what JBL did was all on him. He says he was out and unaware it was even happening. He says when he came to, what he did see was JBL taking his brother’s head off. He says had he known he’d interfered, it’d of been a different story.

All he knew was his brother had his head taken off and Hendry was pulling himself into the ring. Hendry says let’s assume everything Nemeth said is true. He says one thing still doesn’t make sense. Ryan Nemeth’s theme hits. He tells Nemeth that Hendry is a two-timer.

He doesn’t care about the title or the fans or Nemeth. Joe Hendry cares about one thing — Joe Hendry. Hendry says he’s wasted enough time on Ryan Nemeth. Ryan tells him to say it to his face. Ryan hits the ring and Hendry hoists him up for a Standing Ovation, only for Nemeth to take him out with a super kick.

Nic and Ryan Nemeth stand over a fallen Hendry and look down at him. Hendry comes to and looks up at them. Fans chant “Kick your brother!” as Nic, who slowly walks over and picks up his TNA World Championship. He puts it on his shoulder and stands next to his brother.

He leaves the ring as his theme plays. Hendry continues to recover in the ring as Hannifan and Rehwoldt plug this Sunday’s TNA Genesis 2025 pay-per-view one final time. Tessa Blanchard hits the commentary desk and signs the contract that Grace left earlier.

She grabs Hannifan, but Grace shows up and snatches her up from behind. She slams her over the barricade and brings her in the ring. She hoists Blanchard up but Blanchard escapes out the back door. Blanchard goes for a move, but Grace blocks it. Grace yells, “This is MY division — MINE!”

She hits a Juggernaut Driver and leaves Blanchard laying. Her theme hits as she grabs Tessa and rolls her out of her ring. She stands tall in the ring as the TNA Genesis 2025 “go-home” episode of TNA Impact comes to a close. Thanks for joining us!

TNA Impact live results: Tessa Blanchard returns, eight-woman tag team match

While tonight’s TNA Impact doesn’t have a lot of pre-announced in-ring action, a litany of the company’s stars will be on the show.

In an eight-woman tag team bout, Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich, Jordynne Grace and Knockouts World Tag Team Champions Spitfire will take on Rosemary, Tasha Steelz, and Ash & Heather By Elegance.

After making her surprise return at December’s Final Resolution to attack Grace, former World Champion Tessa Blanchard has said she will be seen tonight. Grace is also scheduled to share some thoughts, likely about Blanchard.

TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth will make an appearance ahead of his title defense against Joe Hendry who will also appear on tonight’s show.

In an X-Division match, Ace Austin will take on KUSHIDA while Ryan Nemeth goes one-on-one with Rhino. In both cases, the match features an individual who is no longer with the company.

The main card is rounded out by Mike Santana having something to say ahead of this month’s Genesis.

**********
An “In memory of” graphic for Jax Dane airs to kick things off. Highlights of TNA Final Resolution 2024 are shown, and then we see arrival shots of the team of Jordynne Grace, Masha Slamovich and Spitfire.

Joe Hendry Kicks Off 2025 For TNA

As advertised, the familiar sounds of Joe Hendry’s viral hit theme song plays. The number one contender for the TNA World Championship and opponent for reigning title-holder Nic Nemeth at TNA Genesis 2025, Joe Hendry, makes his way to the ring to kick off tonight’s show, and 2025 in general for TNA.

“Say his name, and he appears,” is the opening line for arguably TNA’s most popular star. Hendry says his New Year’s Resolution for 2025 is to become TNA World Champion, and the start of “The Joe Hendry Era.” He vows to win the title at TNA Genesis 2025.

Hendry leads fans in a “We believe!” chant. As he talks about his plans to leave TNA Genesis 2025 with the title, he is interrupted by the theme of Ryan Nemeth. The brother of TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth makes his way to the ring.

Ryan Nemeth gets on the mic and says his big brother is not going to like this. He tells Hendry he’s not a main-eventer. He’s a mid-carder. “A pretty good one, too!” He also calls him a snake and a backstabber who plays macho head games to try and get ahead in TNA. He says he nor Nic trust him.

Hendry admires Ryan’s ability to come out here and “tell these little stories.” He asks who wants to hear a little story of his own. He talks about going to the doctor due to sleep issues. He can’t sleep on his long flights. The doctor says he’s got just the thing.

“Have you ever heard of the Ryan Nemeth comedy special?” He says after ten seconds, he was out like a light. He says if he’s a mid-carder, Ryan is a janitor. “So go mop that floor, and get Joe Hendry a coffee.” Fans chant “Coffee! Coffee!”

He says this main-eventer has business to attend to, so it’s enough stealing TV time for Ryan Nemeth. Hendry says that’s enough glory for Ryan. Ryan says he’ll get all the glory he needs when he beats the Hall of Famer Rhino later. He tells Hendry he can sit front row when it happens later. Hendry asks if he said “later?” He asks who wants to see it right now. The fans pop. He says “in that case, play the music.”

Ryan Nemeth defeated Rhino via Disqualification

The “Gore! Gore!” theme hits and out comes TNA Hall of Fame legend Rhino. As he heads to the ring for our first match of the evening, the show heads into a quick pre-match commercial break. When the show returns, the bell sounds to start things off.

Nemeth tries begging off with a handshake offer early on, but it does him no good, as Rhino takes the early lead. Nemeth fights back into competitive form, until Rhino hits a big TKO for a close two-count. Nemeth grabs a chair from outside of the ring and brings it in.

Rhino blasts Nemeth before he can use it. Nemeth drops the chair, Rhino picks it up and takes a long look at it. Nemeth crawls back up and as he does, Rhino whacks him across the back with the chair. The referee calls for the bell. Nemeth wins via disqualification.

Gia Miller Interviews Jordynne Grace

Backstage, Gia Miller is standing by with Jordynne Grace. She asks “The Juggernaut” about being attacked by the returning Tessa Blanchard at TNA Final Resolution. Grace talks about Tessa “taking her ball” and going home.

She says now she’s trying to return and lay-claim to the leader of the locker room, and reap the benefits off of the backs of the hard work she and others put in while Tessa was gone. She says she knows she’s “the same old Tessa.”

She vows to wait by the door all night to give Tessa the “nice, warm welcome she truly deserves.” That wraps up the brief backstage interview. Tom Hannifan runs down the action still to come before the show heads into another commercial time out.

The Rascalz & The Hardys Will Do Battle For Gold At TNA Genesis

The show returns to The Rascalz duo of Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz talking about The Hardys holding the TNA World Tag-Team Champions. They call them legends and talk about growing up doing swanton bombs off of their couches. They ask what fans think about The Rascalz vs. The Hardys for the titles.

After they finish, The Hardys themselves walk up. Matt Hardy says the two remind them of themselves. He calls them talented, good looking, hungry, extreme and fearless. He mentions a big show called TNA Genesis coming up in Texas later this month.

He thinks a big show like that deserves a big match like this. The Rascalz claim they’ll tear the roof off the place. “Smoke ’em if you got ’em!” They pose together to end the newsworthy backstage segment.

Ace Austin defeated KUSHIDA

Inside the Impact Zone, the familiar sounds of KUSHIDA’s entrance tune plays. After he settles in the ring, the ABC theme hits and Ace Austin cartwheels his way out of the entrance tunnel. He heads to the ring for our next match of the evening as Hannifan and Matt Rehwoldt talk about Austin beating Trent Seven at TNA Final Resolution.

The bell sounds to get this one officially off-and-running. Hannifan plugs the Help Support Chris Bey efforts at TNAWrestling.com/Bey. The two lock-up and KUSHIDA takes Austin’s back and ankle picks him. He spins around him like Brock Lesnar on Frank Mir in his UFC debut many moons ago.

Austin scrambles back to his feet and takes a breather on the top turnbuckle before re-engaging. KUSHIDA and Austin end up on the mat again, with KUSHIDA looking to attack the legs of Austin with submission attempts.

Following a long head scissor hold, the two scramble back to their feet again, where Austin connects with a big drop kick. KUSHIDA fights back and locks in a vicious cross arm-breaker on Austin on the hard part of the ring apron outside of the ring ropes.

They fall out to the floor as the show heads into a mid-match break. When the show returns, Austin is selling his arm as he makes a big fired up offensive comeback. He looks for an homage to Chris Bey with an Art of Finesse, but KUSHIDA avoided it.

Off the top-rope, KUSHIDA once again traps Austin in a straight armbar on the mat. He transitions to a triangle attempt, but Austin escapes. Austin goes for the Art of Finesse again, but once more KUSHIDA blocks it and counters with a dropkick.

He looks for Back to the Future, but Austin avoids it and connects with a spin kick of his own. Austin follows up with the Ace up his Sleeve for the pinfall victory in an absolute thriller.

Moose & Ace Austin To Do Battle For Gold At TNA Genesis

Austin gets on the mic and says every day Chris Bey fights for a better life, and he fights for him in the ring. He talks about Bey with tears in his eyes before surgery saying his situation means Austin has to go on a crazy singles run and win the big one for him.

He talks about being a top guy in the company for a long time. He thinks it’s time he becomes “the” top guy for “the” top title. He says he wants Nic Nemeth and the TNA World Championship. Instead, he is cut off by the familiar sounds of the entrance tune for the TNA X-Division Champion Moose.

Moose says the TNA X-Division Championship is the flagship title in TNA. Without it, TNA wouldn’t be what it is. He calls himself “The Franchise” of TNA and what makes it the hottest wrestling company on the planet right now. Moose says when Austin talks about going after the top title, Moose is holding onto the top title.

He says Austin is scared of him. “So go ahead, take the easy way out and go ahead and go after Nic Nemeth and the TNA title.” Austin cuts him off. Moose tells him to shut the hell up. “Just like your partner Chris Bey.” Austin smacks the mic outta his face and calls him a “disrespectful piece of sh*t.”

He says “maybe you don’t know how to count this high, but I’ve been X-Division Champion not once, not twice, but three times.” He talks about carrying the X-Division for years. He says if he wants to learn something about the X-Division, he’s standing in the ring with the right guy.

He says he’ll happily become a four-time TNA X-Division Champion right now. The theme for TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella hits. Marella says it’ll be Moose vs. Ace Austin for the TNA X-Division Championship at TNA Genesis 2025.

Steve Maclin, Josh Alexander & Jonathan Gresham Brawl With The System

Backstage, Steve Maclin, Josh Alexander and Jonathan Gresham all agree they’re pissed off. They ask what they’re going to do about it. In walks The System, sans Moose and the ladies, who asks what they’re going to do, too.

They do this ignorantly, while standing right in front of the aforementioned trio. All six end up in a big brawl that we see all of three seconds of. The camera pans to Jordynne Grace padding up and getting ready for the big multi-person main event later in the show.

Big Tag-Team Match Announced For Next Week

On that note, the show cuts to another commercial break. When the show returns, we see a lengthy match excerpt as the TNA+ Moment of the Week. We return live to Ryan Nemeth being checked by the doctor after being hit with a chair. “Wait until my big brother hears about this!”

Joe Hendry and Rhino against Nic and Ryan Nemeth is made for next week when all four end up bickering, with Santino Marella entering the picture and making the match official.

Mike Santana Confronted By Josh Alexander & The Northern Armory

Inside the Impact Zone, the hip-hop sounds of Mike Santana’s theme hits. He makes his way to the ring through the crowd. He gets on the mic and says he’s going to do what he does best and speak from the heart.

He talks about his tough life on the streets growing up, his hard times in rehab beating addiction. He talks about coming to TNA and becoming one of the best after people said he made career suicide. He said it’s time to get back to the path of purpose, and that’s becoming the standard of TNA.

As he continues to talk, the theme for Josh Alexander hits to cut him off. Out comes “The Walking Weapon” along with the other duo from The Northern Armory. Alexander gets on the mic and says everyone says they want to be the guy, but very few can actually rise to the occasion and obtain it.

Alexander says they’re cut from the same cloth. He tells Santana he’s always liked him. He calls him tough and talented. He loses his cool at some fans and yells at them to shut their damn mouth, but worse, as it was bleeped out. He turns and talks to them off-mic, off-camera for a moment, and then returns to his point.

He tells Santana he might not be who he is today if not for the wars between LAX and The North. He asks how that ended. He says he was beat by The North and sent packing, whereas The North became the longest-reigning champions in this company’s history. He leans right in Santana’s face and says he left for green pastures and asks what happened. He tells him he failed.

He says he’s the man who beat Christian Cage to become TNA World Champion. He lost it before he could wrap it around his waist, but he didn’t piss and moan. He came out the next week and won again, then he beat Bronson Reed and climbed until he got back to the top of the mountain. It was destiny.

As long as he’s in TNA, Mike Santana will never be “the guy.” Alexander and The Northern Armory go to leave. Santana stops them. “Hey, where you going?” He says Alexander might be right. He stayed here and beat killer after killer to become the face of TNA.

“Now was it you, or because you was kissing ass and sucking up to the man with the pencil.” Santana brings up Alexander’s bald-ass head. Fans chant “Bald-Ass Head! Bald-Ass Head!” Alexander glares at them. Santana says he can whoop all three of their asses.

He says how about next week he goes through Alexander and his entire squad in one night. He vows to prove he’s what he says he is, which is the nastiest ever. “I’ll see your b*tch-ass next week.” Mic drop.

Nic Nemeth & Ryan Nemeth Talk Upcoming Business

we shoot backstage and see Jordynne Grace gearing up still when she is met by her partners for tonight’s eight-Knockouts tag-team main event. Santino Marella tells them they’re up next. On that note, the show heads into a commercial break.

When the show returns, Frankie Kazarian and JDC have some fun mocking Leon Slater after he walks off following his refusal to accept the self-proclaimed “King of TNA’s” offer to essentially be his errand-boy.

Back inside the Impact Zone, the theme for “The Wanted Man” hits and out comes TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth. He says he has a lot to say, so he’s going to get right down to it. He talks about facing Joe Hendry at TNA Bound For Glory. He says Hendry was “this close” to becoming TNA World Champion.

Nemeth puts over Hendry some more, before pointing out how he can’t keep putting him over because he’s going to kick his ass in a couple of weeks. He talks about representing the TNA locker room as the TNA World Champion. He says TNA Genesis will be a special night.

He knows Hendry is bringing everything he’s got, and we all know he’s coming to steal the show and stay our champion. He brings up Santino making a tag-team match with himself and his brother Ryan against Rhino and Hendry for next week. He continues to talk but is cut off by his brother.

“My brother, Nic, it is so great to see you.” He asks about him putting over Hendry. He reminds him he’s a snake. He says he’ll hit him in the back the first chance he gets, just like Rhino hit him in the back with a steel chair.

He says they’ll show everyone next week that the name Nemeth is synonymous with greatness. Nic tells Ryan not to forget he’s in this match because of him. He says he should be focusing on TNA Genesis, but says not to worry because they’ll take care of business. He walks off.

Masha Slamovich, Jordynne Grace & Spitfire (Dani Luna & Jody Threat) defeated Rosemary, Tasha Steelz, Ash & Heather By Elegance

It’s main event time!

But first, we are given the lineup for next week’s TNA Impact (see below), and Hannifan and Rehwoldt run down the updated lineup for TNA Genesis 2025, as the official match graphics flash across the screen.

Backstage, we see TNA security and officials standing over a beaten down security guard. Santino Marella runs up and says they need more security. Hannifan brings up Tessa Blanchard, but it is never confirmed to be her.

Inside the Impact Zone, Ash and Heather by Elegance make their way out to the ring. Tasha Steelz comes out next, followed by Rosemary. The first four-Knockouts team settles inside the squared circle for our final match of the evening.

TNA Knockouts Tag-Team Champions Spitfire, Dani Luna and Jody Threat, make their way out first for the opposition. They stop at the top of the stage and wait. Their music dies down and the sirens blare to bring out “The Juggernaut” Jordynne Grace.

Finally, TNA Knockouts Masha Slamovich is out next, and the babyface foursome head to the ring for our eight-Knockouts tag-team main event of the evening. Before the match gets underway, the show heads into another commercial break.

The show returns and Steelz and Slamovich are in the middle of in-progress action. Steelz is throwing kicks as Slamovich gets back to her feet. Slamovich hits the ropes and runs over Steelz with a lariat. She snap mares her down and kicks her in the back with authority.

Steelz fights back into competitive form and tags in Rosemary, who picks up where she left off, taking it to the TNA Knockouts Champion. Slamovich fights back and tags in Grace. The two hit a double-team spot on Rosemary. And another. Grace goes for the cover, but only gets two.

Spitfire takes over and hits some double-team spots that gets the crowd back on their feet. After some more back-and-forth action, the show heads into another mid-match commercial break. When the show returns, the heel team is in the lead.

The opposition begins taking over until George Iceman gets involved at ringside. This allows Ash By Elegance to shift the momentum back in her team’s favor. She stomps away at Threat in the corner. Heather By Elegance tags in and takes over. Rosemary provides an assist behind the ref’s back.

As the heel foursome continue to control the action, keeping Threat on the mat and on their side of the ring, the show heads into the final mid-match commercial break of the evening. When the show returns, Threat is still isolated in the ring, with Rosemary controlling her and the crowd trying to rally behind her.

Threat finally makes the much-needed tag. The opposition begins fighting back into competitive form. There are a bunch of quick tags to give everyone some ring time in the closing minutes of the contest. At one point there are all eight competitors in the ring at the same time.

Spitfire and the Elegance duo brawl at ringside, leaving the other four alone in the ring. Grace and Slamovich double-team Steelz. Steelz fights off Grace, but turns around into a big kick from Slamovich. Slamovich follows up with her finisher for the pinfall victory.

Tessa Blanchard Kicks Out Jordynne Grace Takes Back “Her Locker Room”

As the winning team celebrates, Tessa Blanchard, who was advertised for the show, makes her expected appearance, attacking from behind. She and Jordynne Grace powder off to the back. Rosemary sprays mist at ringside. The cameras catch up with Tessa, who is beating down Grace.

She literally drags her out of the building and throws her outside. She tells her, “And now, I’m taking my locker room back.” She pulls the garage door shut and storms through the backstage area, shoving people and yelling, “Get out of my way!” That’s how the first TNA Impact of the New Year of 2025 goes off the air. Thanks for joining us!

Leon Slater vs. JDC and Jonathan Gresham vs. Frankie Kazarian make up the pre-show.

**********
JDC defeated Leon Slater

The “Countdown to Final Resolution” pre-show kicks off at 7:30pm EST. inside the sold out Center Stage in Atlanta, Georgia with Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt welcoming us to the show.

We head directly to the ring for the first of two scheduled pre-show matches. JDC of The System and Leon Slater make their respective ring walks and then the bell sounds to get things started.

JDC takes the early offensive lead, but Slater remains competitive and eventually takes over after hitting a wild high spot from the ring to the floor that pops the Atlanta crowd for the first time of the evening.

Back inside the ring, JDC takes back over and settles into a prolonged offensive lead, controlling the action for the next couple of minutes as fans try and rally behind Slater. JDC heads to the top-rope, but Slater hits a unique leaping kick that sends him crashing and burning down on the floor.

“Big Blade Slater” runs and in a single leap, easily clears the top-rope, flipping and splashing on JDC at ringside. Back in the ring, Slater looks for the top-rope 450 senton, but JDC avoids it.

JDC covers Slater and gets his feet on the ropes for added leverage for the pinfall victory. Fans loudly chant “Bullsh*t! Bullsh*t!” in reaction to the finish. Ouch. Not the ideal start to the night TNA was picturing.

Gia Miller Announces Hammerstone Is Off Tonight’s Show

In what is becoming a tradition for TNA Wrestling pay-per-view pre-shows, Gia Miller checks in with a breaking news announcement. She informs the viewing audience at home that Hammerstone has suffered an injury.

As a result, he is out of the scheduled multi-team bout. Jake Something enters the scene and insists that he can handle things by himself tonight, and doesn’t need a replacement partner.

Frankie Kazarian defeated Jonathan Gresham

Back inside the Impact Zone at Center Stage in Atlanta, the theme for the 2024 Call Your Shot Gauntlet winner, Frankie Kazarian, hits. The self-proclaimed “King of TNA” makes his way to the ring with his Call Your Shot Gauntlet trophy in-hand. The fans boo the hell out of him as he settles in the ring.

His music dies down and now the entrance tune for his opponent plays. “The Octopus” Jonathan Gresham makes his way to the ring in front of his home state fans in Georgia. The sold-out crowd is strongly behind their guy, too, as they drown out his theme music with loud cheers and pro-Gresham chants.

The bell sounds and the second and final pre-show match of the “Countdown to Final Resolution” show gets underway. Before they engage, Kazarian demands the ring announcer re-introduce him as “The King of TNA.”

She begrudgingly does, the fans boo, and then Kazarian rushes Gresham and sneak-attacks him to start this one off hot. Gresham fights back and we see several minutes spent with amateur-style grappling and mat-based submission work.

After the pace picks back up, Kazarian starts to take over. He tries a pin with his feet on the ropes, but it doesn’t work out for him. Seconds later, however, he locks in the chicken wing submission, forcing a tap from “The Octopus” and giving him the win. Kazarian poses with his Call Your Shot Gauntlet trophy afterwards.

Moose (c) defeated KUSHIDA to retain TNA X-Division Championship

The “Countdown to Final Resolution” pre-show wraps up and the elaborate cold open video package airs to start the main pay-per-view portion of the show. Inside the Impact Zone at Center Stage in Atlanta, GA., Hannifan and Rehwoldt welcome us to the final special event for TNA Wrestling of 2024.

KUSHIDA’s theme hits and he makes his way to the ring for the title opportunity he earned. He settles inside the squared circle and his music dies down. The catchy-ass entrance tune for his opponent plays, and out comes the reigning and defending TNA X-Division Champion Moose.

After the bell sounds, things get off to a quick start, with Moose immediately imposing his size and strength advantages over his smaller challenger. KUSHIDA capitalizes on one mistake by the champ and goes to work on his arm.

He continues to focus his attack on the limb, softening him up for the Surfboard Lock later in the match. He knocks Moose out to the floor and goes for a dive, but Moose catches him and Donkey Kong’s him onto the floor at ringside.

He hoists him up and powerbombs him onto the hard part of the ring apron outside of the ring ropes. Moose has it won via count-out, with the referee reaching the count of nine with KUSHIDA still unconscious and not moving, but Moose stops the referee from reaching the count of ten.

Moose then exits the ring and sprints around the ringside area around the ring. He looks for a super spear, but KUSHIDA side-steps him and sends him crashing into the steel ring steps with authority. KUSHIDA takes over back inside the ring and works over Moose’s arm some more.

This doesn’t last for long, however, as Moose quickly shifts the momentum back in his favor. Moose goes to work on KUSHIDA, all-the-while selling his left arm as nearly unusable as a result of the spear into the steps on the floor and other targeted offense from KUSHIDA early in the bout.

KUSHIDA begins showing signs of life, and ultimately fights back into competitive form. The challenger takes over and eventually gets the champion in his Surfboard Lock submission on his bad arm.

Moose struggles for quite a while in the hold, but eventually makes it to the ropes to break the hold. Moments later, Moose takes KUSHIDA out with a big spear for the win to retain the TNA X-Division Championship.

The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel) defeated Sami Callihan & PCO and Jake Something

Backstage, Gia Miller interviews AJ Francis and KC Navarro. Francis vows to capture the TNA World Championship from Nic Nemeth tonight. After the brief backstage interview segment wraps up, we head back inside the Impact Zone for the second main card bout of the evening.

The theme for The Rascalz hits and out comes the fan-favorite duo of Zachary Wentz and Trey Miguel to a big pop. They settle inside the squared circle, their music dies down, and then the entrance tune of Sami Callihan hits to bring out “The Death Machine.”

PCO’s music plays next and the crowd roars as “The French-Canadian Frankenstein” heads to the ring to join his partner Callihan in this multi-team match. After the first two teams settle in the ring, Jake Something’s theme hits and he makes his way to the ring alone.

As noted during the “Countdown to Final Resolution” pre-show, Hammerstone suffered an injury and as a result, was forced out of his scheduled match alongside Something tonight. The bell sounds and The Rascalz jump off to an early offensive lead.

The crowd comes alive throughout the first few minutes of this match unlike they have at any other point thus far in the show. Wentz and Miguel hit some cool double-team spots on Something and then PCO enters the ring and starts to take over.

Fans chant “PCO! PCO!” as he works over Miguel before tagging in Callihan. Callihan hits the ring and picks up where PCO left off, taking it to one-half of The Rascalz. Something gets back in the mix, but is taken out once again and left selling on the floor. Miguel hits a big high spot to PCO.

Callihan teases a big dive to the floor, but instead sends Wentz sailing over the ropes and out to the floor. Callihan teases it again, but instead, PCO heads to the top-rope and leaps, connecting with a PCO-sault onto the pile of bodies at ringside. Fans go nuts and we see instant replays.

Back in the ring, Callihan hits Miguel with a stunner. PCO enters the ring, but is beaten down by Miguel and Wentz. Something hits the ring and powerbombs Wentz and then powerbombs Miguel onto Wentz as he was on all fours. Something hoists up Callihan and hits a seated powerbomb.

He blasts PCO with a boot to the bread basket and hits a fourth powerbomb. PCO does The Undertaker “Deadman” sit-up and stands behind Something as he boasts to the crowd. Something turns around and PCO looks for an inverted DDT.

Instead is blasted by Miguel, who runs from the entrance ramp and leaps over the ropes with a big kick. Wentz follows in with a big cutter over the ropes. Both members of The Rascalz double-team Something and hit their finisher for the win to put an end to this exciting match.

Mystery 23 Video Plays Again

After the match, Callihan shows good sportsmanship, sharing a group hug with both members of The Rascalz. As they hug it out in a sign of mutual respect, the lights go out and the cryptic “23” video plays.

“It’s just a number!” The video ends and the lights come back on. Fans chant “What was that?! What was that?!” as the competitors still in the ring play into the confusion.

Ace Austin defeated Trent Seven

Backstage, Eric Young approaches Steve Maclin and gives him a pep talk ahead of his high stakes Fatal-4-Way No. 1 Contender match for a shot at the TNA World Championship. He tells Maclin he sees the world title in his future, and says as always, he’ll have his back.

Inside Center Stage, the theme for Trent Seven hits to set the stage for the next match of the show. He settles in the ring and the entrance tune for Ace Austin plays. The ABC tag-team member heads to the ring to a good crowd reaction.

The bell sounds and Seven gets the early offensive jump on Austin, who fights back and keeps things competitive. Austin starts to take over and stops momentarily to yell, “This one’s for Chris Bey!” He hits a big high spot, but after that, Seven starts to take over again.

Seven connects with a brutal Birminghammer on the hard part of the ring apron outside of the ring ropes. Austin isn’t moving. Seven covers him, but Austin gets his foot on the ropes just in time to avoid the three-count.

Trent starts to stalk Ace as he remains laid out in the ring. He grabs his hand and shushes the crowd before yanking and twisting the fingers to the point that cracking sounds were clearly audible. Austin fights back with a spinning heel kick that flattens Seven.

Austin goes for The Art of Finesse, but Seven avoids it and connects with a Seven-Star Lariat. He follows up with a piledriver and immediately goes for the cover, only for Austin to somehow kick out at the count of one. Austin hits The Art of Finesse this time and follows up with his finisher for the win.

Jordynne Grace defeated Rosemary via Disqualification

Highlights are shown of Frankie Kazarian’s victory over Jonathan Gresham on the “Countdown to Final Resolution” pre-show. Backstage, he talks live with his Call Your Shot Gauntlet trophy in his hands.

The self-proclaimed “King of TNA” claims his night is not over yet, teasing cashing in for the TNA World Championship later in the show. After the brief backstage segment wraps up, the stage gets set for the next match.

Rosemary’s theme hits and out she comes for scheduled Knockouts action. She heads to the ring and crawls into the camera, delivering a quick demonic message to the viewing audience before wrapping up her entrance.

The sirens sound and the theme for Jordynne Grace hits to bring out “The Juggernaut.” The former Knockouts Champion heads to the ring to a big reaction from the Atlanta crowd. The bell sounds and off we go.

Grace gets off to a strong start on offense, but it isn’t long at all before Rosemary takes over and settles into a lengthy run in control of the action. Rosemary gets her upside down spot on Grace through the ropes. Grace fights back and nearly has this one in the bag, when out of nowhere a mystery attacker strikes and the match is throw out.

Tessa Blanchard Returns, Attacks Jordynne Grace

Someone in a big puffed out jacket and ski mask beats down “The Juggernaut,” eventually unveiling herself to be Tessa Blanchard. Afterwards, Gia Miller scrambles to catch up with her backstage to ask her to explain her actions. She says she’s back to get what’s rightfully hers. She shoves Gia and walks off.

Joe Hendry defeated Josh Alexander, Steve Maclin and Mike Santana to earn World Title shot at TNA Genesis 2025

It’s time to find out who is going to be next-in-line for whomever emerges as TNA World Champion after tonight’s main event between reigning champion Nic Nemeth and challenger AJ Francis. Up next is the Fatal-4-Way No. 1 Contender match to determine the next title challenger.

Eric Young makes his way out first to join Hannifan and Rehwoldt on special guest commentary for this bout. Steve Maclin, Josh Alexander, Mike Santana and finally, Joe Hendry, each make their respective ring walks. The bell sounds and all four men stare each other down.

They all collide and begin getting after it. Within seconds, Santana hits a big dive from the ring to the floor on Alexander. As the action continues, Alexander and Hendry are left alone in the ring for a few minutes to mix it up while Maclin and Santana sell on the floor.

Alexander beats on Hendry, but as fans loudly chant “We Believe! We Believe!” Hendry starts no-selling the offense from “The Walking Weapon” and “Hulk’ing up,” ala Hulk Hogan’s infamous comeback routine. Alexander dumps Hendry out to the floor and Santana enters the ring.

Fans chant “Santana! Santana!” as he and Alexander grill each other. They finally engage, and although Santana was holding his own, it is Alexander who gains the upper-hand, knocking Santana on the ring apron and sliding in with double-knees to the back to knock him to the floor.

Alexander runs over and blasts Maclin just as he was finally recovering on the floor. Back in the ring, Alexander hits a big fireman’s carry slam on Santana and then a middle rope knee to the back of Santana’s head for a two-count. Westside Gunn is shown in a cameo appearance in the crowd.

Santana hits the rolling Buck-50 on Alexander to slow down his dominant momentum. The two fight their way up to the top-rope, where they duke it out up there. Hendry and Maclin scoop Alexander up on their shoulders and Santana leaps off the top-rope, connecting with a super-blockbuster for a huge pop and subsequent “TNA! TNA!” chant from the Atlanta crowd.

Hendry hits a super-fall-away slam to Alexander off the ropes. Santana and Maclin follow up with high spots immediately afterwards, but the subsequent pin attempts are broken up. We see dive after dive from the ring to the floor, culminating with Hendry running and clearing the top-rope for a big splash onto the pile of bodies at ringside.

The crowd explodes and settles into a loud “This is Awesome! This is Awesome!” chant. Alexander takes Santana and zip-ties him to a barricade at ringside. In the ring, Maclin looks for the K.I.A. on Hendry, only for Alexander to low-blow him.

Hendry hits Standing Ovation on Alexander seconds later for the win. Joe Hendry is moving on to challenge the winner of tonight’s main event for the TNA World Championship at the TNA Genesis 2025 pay-per-view in January.

Masha Slamovich (c) defeated Tasha Steelz in a Falls Count Anywhere match to retain the TNA Knockouts Championship

The stage is set for the next match of the evening, which features the TNA Knockouts Championship on-the-line. Tasha Steelz makes her way out accompanied by Alisha Edwards. She settles inside the squared circle and then reigning and defending champion Masha Slamovich makes her way out.

Before the match begins, the familiar sounds of Santino Marella’s theme hits and out comes the TNA Director of Authority. He mentions the Falls Count Anywhere stipulation added to this match before tonight’s show went on the air live.

He also brings up Edwards’ past and says she’s not only banned from ringside tonight, she’s not allowed in the building. He carries her out and then the bell sounds to get things officially off-and-running.

After some back-and-forth action inside the ring ropes, the two fight their way around the ringside area. As they continue to battle, they find themselves up near the top of the entrance way. Slamovich ends up hitting her finisher and scoring the pinfall in the aisle to retain.

The Hardys (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy) (c) defeated The System (Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards) in a Tables Match to retain the TNA World Tag-Team Championships

The video package for the co-main event of the evening airs to tell the story leading up to our third of four scheduled world championship matches on tonight’s year-end TNA Wrestling pay-per-view.

After the pre-match package wraps up, The System duo of Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards make their way to the ring to boos from the fans in attendance. They settle inside the ring and their music dies down.

We hear the iconic entrance tune for the reigning and defending TNA Tag-Team Champions, The Hardys, and out comes Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy for their latest title defense. The Atlanta crowd gives them by far the loudest pop of the evening.

A sustained roar grows in intensity and general volume as the legendary team settles inside the ring for their rematch against the team they originally beat to start this reign with the TNA Tag-Team Championships. The bell sounds and off we go.

Matt and Jeff both team up on Myers, before turning their attention to Edwards. They hit their trademark Poetry in Motion double-team spot in the corner and then the two go back to work on Myers. Matt hits a Plot Twist on him and then Jeff hits one on his partner.

Matt shoves Jeff and yells, “Get the tables!” The crowd didn’t seem to follow at all, but they were so clearly doing The Dudley Boyz routine from back in the Attitude Era in WWE. They head out to the floor and pull out a table, which they bring into the ring and set up together.

Hannifan casually mentions how it was good to see the legendary Raven backstage earlier tonight as The System start to fight back and take over. Myers and Edwards get rid of Jeff Hardy, who is selling on the floor as the duo set their sights on Matt. They double-team him and eventually set the table back up.

The two hoist Matt up and plant him down through the table. It was stressed during the opening moments of this one that both members of a given team must each be put through a table before the match is over. Thus, The System are half way there.

They head out to the floor and set up two tables in different spots at ringside. They grab Jeff and throw him out to the floor. On the way down, Jeff breaks through a part of the table that was set up. Whoops! Although the match should be technically over with new champions, they quickly toss that table out of the way.

They continue without the commentators bringing it up or crowd reacting in any real way. As they set up another table in position, they go to work on Jeff, only for Matt to recover and re-enter the picture. Matt hits a Twist of Fate to Myers through a table. Now The Hardys are half-way to victory as well.

Whoever is put through a table next, Edwards or Jeff Hardy, will mark the end of this tables match title tilt. As the action continues, Edwards ends up getting in a fans face in the front row. The fan throws a playful, very slight slap, but it connects.

Edwards slaps the holy hell out of the fan in return, and then shoving him, prompting two referees to jump in and make sure nothing escalates. Very odd scene that seemed all too real. Edwards yells directly into the camera, “I’m still having fun!” Myers sends Matt into the ring post and low-blows him.

Myers scrambles into the ring to stop Jeff from hitting a Twist of Fate on Edwards. Myers and Edwards join up and double-team Jeff as the second super loud-and-clearly audible “F**k The System!” chant spreads like wildfire throughout Center Stage in Atlanta.

Edwards and Myers grab Jeff and bring him into the crowd. They fight through the fans and reach the mezzanine level. They set up a table over there directly in front of a doorway with a balcony. They gloat and taunt the fans after laying Jeff on the table, only for Matt to bust through the aforementioned doors.

Matt beats down Myers and Edwards as Jeff recovers. The Hardys use chairs and then yet again we see a piece of a table broken due to Jeff. This time the commentators point out that because The System didn’t specifically put Jeff through the table, it doesn’t count and the match continues.

After getting rid of the table that partially broke, Matt sets up another one and puts Edwards on it. Jeff climbs the balcony, takes his shirt off and the girls scream. He makes his way to the railing, which he steps up on and leaps off, connecting with a Swanton Bomb that puts Edwards through the table down below. The bell sounds and The Hardys successfully retain their TNA Tag-Team Championships in a crowd-friendly tables match.

Nic Nemeth (c) defeated AJ Francis (w/ KC Navarro) to retain the TNA World Championship

It’s main event time!

The pre-match video package airs to tell the story leading up to the final match of the year-end TNA Final Resolution 2024 pay-per-view, which will feature “The Wanted Man” Nic Nemeth defending his TNA World Championship against First Class’ AJ Francis.

After the video package wraps up, the theme for First Class hits and out comes the self-proclaimed “best heel in the business,” AJ Francis. He makes his way to the ring accompanied by KC Navarro. The Atlanta crowd helps him live up to his self-proclaimed industry-leading heel claims, at least for this show, as they boo him like crazy.

The entrance tune for his opponent hits after he settles inside the squared circle. Out comes the reigning and defending TNA World Champion “The Wanted Man” Nic Nemeth. The ring announcer handles the final formal ring introductions for the champion and challenger, and then the bell sounds to get things underway.

Nemeth superkicks the hell out of Francis immediately, and follows up with a quick cover. He only gets a count of one, so he continues to work over the big challenger. He hops on his back with a sleeper-hold, but Francis escapes. Nemeth goes for a bodyslam, but struggles, and Francis takes over.

As Francis settles into his first offensive lead of the match, the fans can be heard randomly booing in the background. The camera shot switches to show 2024 Call Your Shot Gauntlet winner Frankie Kazarian walking down the ramp with his trophy in-hand. He joins Hannifan and Rehwoldt on commentary.

Nemeth, meanwhile, sees Navarro getting involved at ringside, so he turns his attention to him. He goes to drill him, but Francis sneaks in a shot from behind Navarro, allowing him to take back over the offensive lead. He slams Nemeth onto the ring apron and rolls him back into the ring.

Francis heads to the top-rope, but Nemeth cuts him off. Nemeth ends up powerbombing the big man off the ropes. This, for some reason, prompts Kazarian to mention on commentary that it “made his balls tingle.” That’s a direct quote.

Nemeth continues to settle into the offensive driver’s seat again after hitting the Jerry Lawler heart attack special rapid-elbows routine. Navarro gets involved again at ringside, this time prompting Nemeth to grab him by the hair from the ring.

Navarro drops down to the floor, which pulls Nemeth throat-first over the top-rope. Nemeth then turns into a huge spear from Francis for a close two-count. Francis climbs up to the middle rope backwards and leaps off with a Vader-Bomb for a close two-count.

Moments later, Navarro gets involved yet again from ringside. This time it was one time too many, as the referee ejects him from ringside. Francis, meanwhile, picks up Nemeth for a suplex. Nemeth escapes out of the back-door and connects with his Danger Zone finisher out of nowhere for a close two-count.

Francis fights back and goes for a moonsault off the ropes, only for Nemeth to move out of the way at the last moment. Nemeth follows up with a FameAsser on Francis for another close two-count. Francis hits a neck-breaker after catching Nemeth across his shoulders. He goes for the cover, but only gets two.

AJ Francis stalks Nemeth as he waits for him to get up. He calls for the Down Payment, and as he signals for it, Nemeth starts to finally move. The champ gets up and walks right into a Down Payment from the challenger, but has the presence of mind to roll to the floor upon landing, taking Francis’ ability to pin him out of the equation.

Francis heads out to the floor after Nemeth. The two exchange shots and then Nemeth backs up and jumps on Francis. Francis catches him and hits another neck-breaker from the entrance ramp into the ring. Francis goes to hoist Nemeth up, but Nemeth counters with a Fame-Asser, a super kick and then the Danger Zone for the pinfall victory.

With the win, Nemeth successfully retains his TNA World Championship. As soon as the match ends, KC Navarro, who was ejected from ringside, runs back out and joins Francis in a post-match attack of the champ. They continue beating Nemeth down until Joe Hendry’s theme hits.

The next challenger for TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth at next month’s TNA Genesis 2025 pay-per-view runs down to make the save. He clears the ring of Francis and Navarro. He turns around to pick up the TNA World Championship, and as he does, Nemeth happens to be recovering and returning to his feet.

Nemeth angrily yanks his title out of Hendry’s hands and raises it high in the air. Nemeth and Hendry jaw back-and-forth face-to-face in the middle of the ring as Nemeth’s theme hits and Hannifan wraps up the show on commentary. That’s how the TNA Final Resolution 2024 show goes off the air.

**********
After a video package recapping recent action heading into TNA Final Resolution airs, we shoot inside the Impact Zone for the final episode of the show before Friday night’s special event.

Moose defeated Cody Deaner to retain the TNA X-Division Championship

The awesome entrance tune for Moose hits and out comes The System leader with his TNA X-Division Championship around his waist. He settles inside the squared circle and gets on the microphone to start off this week’s show.

Moose talks about the title he has being one he will make sure is viewed as the top championship and most important in the company. He talks about Nic Nemeth having the TNA Championship, but it not having as much prestige as his title.

He talks about the legendary duo of The Hardys holding the TNA Tag-Team Championships and how they too aren’t getting as much attention as his title. He says fans are too busy chanting his name. The live crowd in attendance boos instead.

He says he doesn’t need any stupid people chanting his name. He doesn’t need their respect. When it is all said-and-done, he is going down as the best X-Division Champion in TNA history. The theme for Cody Deaner cuts him off.

Deaner says he was listening in the back “and with all due respect, you need to shut your damn mouth.” He talks about losing his way and losing his love for pro wrestling. He put his career fate in the hands of the people. Since he did that, it’s been the most fun he’s ever had in the business.

Moose points out that Deaner may have been having fun, but he hasn’t won a match since then. Deaner says he’s right but he thinks with the people behind him, he can win a match. If he has the people in North Carolina in attendance tonight behind him, he can beat Moose for the TNA X-Division Championship.

Moose says this is the easiest decision ever. He teases saying something else, but instead catches Deaner off-guard with a big boot to the chops. “Bring me a damn ref!” He says he’s going to give Deaner a shot at his title right now. He demands the bell be rung, and it is. A referee slides in the ring as Moose puts Deaner down with another big boot.

He gets back on the mic and says he wants to hear the fans chant “Cody! Cody!” They do — kind of — as Moose continues to beat him down. Moose says he’s got dinner plans, so it’s time to bring this show home. He goes for a spear, but Deaner side-steps him and sends him sailing through the ropes and out to the floor. Deaner splashes on him from the ring and sends him into the steps.

Back in the ring, Deaner tries leaping off the top, but Moose catches him. Deaner escapes and sends Moose into the corner, before rolling him up for a two-count. He hits a back-slide for another two-count. Moose goes for a suplex, but Deaner counters with a roll-up for yet another two-count.

Moose puts Deaner down with a big boot. Moose goes for another big move, but again Deaner surprises him but countering his way out of it. Deaner hits a big Sliced Bread for a super close two-count. He calls for a DDT, but Moose counters. Moose runs through Deaner with a spear for the pinfall to retain.

Gia Miller Interviews First Class & Tasha Steelz

Backstage, Gia Miller is standing by with First Class duo AJ Francis and KC Navarro, as well as Tasha Steelz. She brings up Francis having a TNA title shot against Nic Nemeth, and Steelz having one against Masha Slamovich at TNA Final Resolution.

They talk about how tonight is only a small taste of what they are going to do on Friday night when they each win the top titles in their respective divisions. Francis calls this week the culmination of his entire career’s worth. He vows to chokeslam Nemeth a bunch and take his title. The show heads to a commercial break.

Rosemary defeated Xia Brookside

When the show returns, Mike Santana is shown backstage talking, when he is approached by Josh Alexander and The Northern Armory. “The Walking Weapon” makes it clear he’s out for him in the number one contender match at TNA Final Resolution on Friday night.

Back inside the Impact Zone, Rosemary makes her way to the ring for the second match of the evening. After she settles inside the squared circle, the American Pie soundtrack-sounding theme for her opponent hits, and out comes Xia Brookside.

The bell sounds to get things started, and the two quickly hit the mat for some amateur-style chain wrestling and submission attempts. Brookside controls the early offense, but upon restarting on their feet, Rosemary suplexes Brookside down and begins shifting the momentum in her favor.

Brookside takes over a few moments later and hits Broken Wings in the corner. After the double knees, she hits a Russian leg-sweep into a pin attempt, but only gets two. She applies a cross-face onto Rosemary and cranks away, but Rosemary hangs on. Rosemary ties her legs around Brookside and leans over the ring ropes.

Brookside rolls up an unsuspecting Rosemary, who kicks out at two. Rosemary runs into a back-elbow from Brookside in the corner. Brookside goes for a unique bridge-type pin attempt, but Rosemary counters into a sleeper-hold. She hits her finisher seconds later for the pinfall victory.

After the match, Rosemary continues to attack Brookside until we hear the familiar sounds of Jordynne Grace’s theme song. “The Juggernaut” sprints down to the ring in street clothes to run off Rosemary, making the save for Brookside. She checks on Brookside in the ring to end the post-match scene. The show heads into another commercial break.

The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel) defeated Leon Slater & Laredo Kid

When the show returns, Gia Miller is shown approaching Trent Seven backstage. She informs him that he will be facing Ace Austin at TNA Final Resolution on Friday night.

Seven says he already beat Austin and The Hardys at TNA Turning Point. Austin comes up and brings up his partner’s injuries and how he’s going to make sure Seven learns how the alphabet goes tomorrow night.

Back inside the Impact Zone, the theme for Leon Slater hits and he makes his way to the ring for scheduled tag-team action. His partner Laredo Kid makes his way out next to join him.

After they settle inside the squared circle, the entrance tune for their opposition hits and The Rascalz duo of Zachary Wentz and Trey Miguel make their way out. Slater and Wentz kick things off after the bell sounds.

Following a big four-way stalemate spot, the two teams stare each other down as the crowd roars with approval in the background. On that note, the show heads into a mid-match commercial as Laredo and Miguel continue the action as the legal men in the ring for their respective teams.

When the show returns, Wentz is shown cranking away on the softened-up left arm of Slater in the middle of the ring. As things continue, The Rascalz hit a double-dive at the same time from the ring to the floor for a big pop.

Never one to be out-done in the high spot department, Slater hit a wild turning splash off the top of the ring post to the floor for an even bigger pop. Wentz gets a close two-count broken up by Kid after he and Miguel hit a double-team high spot on Slater.

Slater looked for a swanton 450 off the top, but was met with a super kick upon landing. The Rascalz follow up with their double-team finisher after that for the pinfall victory. Excellent match. Afterwards, the show heads into another commercial time out.

Sami Callihan & PCO defeated Jake Something & Hammerstone via Disqualification

When the show returns, The System are shown backstage for a quick promo segment. After Alisha Edwards’ annoying “Do you wanna know something?” intro, each member takes turns promoting their various matches at TNA Final Resolution on Friday night.

Inside the Impact Zone, Jake Something makes his way out, followed by his partner for this scheduled tag-team contest, Hammerstone. Sami Callihan’s heavy metal theme hits next and “The Death Machine” emerges. PCO’s entrance tune plays next and “The French-Canadian Frankenstein” makes his way out.

Callihan and Something kick things off for their respective teams upon the sound of the bell. Callihan gets Something down early and yells out to ask the crowd if they want to see him break his fingers. Of course the fans do, so Callihan cranks away at his digits as he writhes in pain.

PCO and Hammerstone tags in, however it is Hammerstone and Something who hit double-team offense to shift the momentum of the match in their favor for the first time. They begin utilizing frequent tags to keep a fresh man on PCO at all times, all-the-while keeping PCO isolated on their side of the ring.

After this continues for a couple of minutes, PCO hits a big dive to Something on the floor. PCO comes up bleeding. Callihan blasts Hammerstone in the ring. Callihan tags PCO and looks to help him with a double-team spot until Hammerstone uses a chair. The referee calls for the bell, giving Callihan and PCO the win via disqualification.

Cryptic “23” Returns For Second Week

After the match ruling, Hammerstone and Something are headed to the back when the cryptic 23 flashes on the screens. The lights in the building flicker on-and-off.

A unique voice is heard saying, “23 is just a number.” Callihan and PCO look confused when the lights come back on. On that note, the show abruptly heads into another commercial break.

Dani Luna defeated Heather By Elegance

As the show returns, one-half of the TNA Knockouts Tag-Team Champions, Spitfire, makes her way out, as Dani Luna heads to the ring for the next match of the evening.

After she settles inside the squared circle, her music is cut off by the annoying voice of George Iceman. Iceman trashes the local crowd and then introduces Heather by Elegance, who comes out accompanied by Ash By Elegance.

Luna takes the initial offensive lead after jumping ahead at the sound of the bell. This continues until Iceman and Ash continue to get involved at ringside. The referee ejects Iceman from the ringside area upon getting caught.

Ash gets involved again, shifting the momentum back into Heather’s favor. After she gets involved again, Luna hits a big dive from the ring to the floor onto Ash. Back in the ring, she finishes Heather off for the win to tie up the series between Spitfire and the “by Elegance” duo. After the match, the show heads into another commercial break.

Nic Nemeth, Joe Hendry & Masha Slamovich defeated AJ Francis, KC Navarro & Tasha Steelz

It’s main event time!

When the show returns, Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt run down the updated lineup for Friday night’s year-end TNA Final Resolution 2024 special event from Center Stage in Atlanta, Georgia. After they finish up, Tasha Steelz’ theme hits inside the Impact Zone.

Out comes “The Boricua Badass” for the final match of the evening. After she settles inside the squared circle, the First Class entrance tune hits to bring out her tag-team partners, the duo of AJ Francis and KC Navarro.

From there, as always, if you say his name … he appears. Someone must’ve said Joe Hendry, because the wildly popular TNA Wrestling star emerges to a rock star reception from the live crowd. He heats to the ring as the viral sensation, “I Believe in Joe Hendry” hits the house speakers.

Hendry leads the fans in the wave, per the song lyrics demands, and then does the dramatic soap opera turn and cheesy smile to complete the full ring entrance routine. His music fades down and the theme for his first partner hits.

TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich emerges and looks ready to rock and roll. She heads to the ring as the commentators plug her title defense against Steelz at Friday night’s show. Finally, the suggestive female sound byte hits to bring out “The Wanted Man” Nic Nemeth.

As the TNA World Champion heads to the ring, Hannifan and Rehwoldt talk among themselves about Nemeth’s title defense against the man who talked himself into the opportunity, First Class’ AJ Francis. He settles in the ring as the show cuts to one more pre-match commercial break.

When the show returns, Hendry and Navarro kick things off for their respective teams at the sound of the bell. Hendry settles into the early offensive driver’s seat. The fans roar with approval as he takes it to one-half of First Class.

He scoops Navarro up for a stalled-suplex, turning and showing him to each side of the crowd before dropping him back on his dome. Nemeth tags in and takes over for a bit before bringing in the Knockouts champ.

Steelz is hesitant to enter the ring, but she does, and Slamovich turns her inside-out with a clothesline for a two-count. Navarro blasts Slamovich with a knee to the back upon her being whipped into the ropes. The crowd boos and Steelz takes over control of the offense from that point on.

On that note, the show heads into a mid-match commercial break as the six-person tag-team main event continues. When the show returns, Steelz tags in Navarro. He stops Slamovich from making the much-needed tag. He slaps a front facelock on her, but she kicks her way free and tags in Nemeth.

“The Wanted Man” fires up the fans in the Impact Zone as he shifts the offensive momentum in his team’s favor with a big fired-up comeback. The TNA World Champion hits a big neckbreaker and then the Jerry Lawler heart-attack special repeated elbow drop routine.

Steelz ties up the referee, which allows Francis to yank Nemeth down by his hair from the ring apron. Francis tags in from there and chokes Nemeth throat-first over the middle rope. Hendry ends up helping his team take over, as the crowd goes wild.

Hendry hits an impressive fall-away slam on the massive Francis. He leads the fans in a “We Will Rock You” stomp-stomp-clap sequence. One-by-one, we see bodies flying from the ring to the floor, with Hendry remaining in control of the offense in the ring.

He hits an Attitude Adjustment on Navarro and tags in Nemeth. Nemeth hits a follow-up Fame-Asser on Navarro. He goes for the cover, but Navarro breaks it up. Slamovich hits the ring, builds up a full head of steam and dives onto Steelz on the floor. Nemeth hits Danger Zone on Navarro seconds later for the win.

After the match, the action continues, as First Class attacks. Francis dumps Nemeth on his back with his finisher and takes a good, long look at the TNA World Championship laying in the ring. He picks a lifeless Nemeth up and hits another big colossal chokeslam.

He puts his foot on a fallen Nemeth’s unconscious chest and raises the TNA World Championship high over his head as First Class’ theme hits again to end the TNA Final Resolution 2024 “go-home” show. That’s how this week’s show goes off the air.

**********

Tom Hannifan and Matt Rehwoldt intro’d the show and plugged Friday’s Turning Point special. The two joined the show between matches, adding some context for the streaming special.

Sami Callihan, PCO & Joe Hendry defeated The System (Moose, Eddie Edwards & JDC)

This match was taped in Nashville in October.

Callihan hit his Cactus Driver ’97 on Edwards in stereo with PCO hitting a chokeslam on JDC. Hendry then got into the ring and hit his Standing Ovation on Edwards to get the pin and win.

Jordynne Grace defeated Dani Luna

This was taped in June in Philadelphia while Grace was Knockouts Champion. However, she didn’t come out with the belt here so there was some pre-planning going on. As expected, this was a hard hitting and entertaining match that Grace won after hitting a Grace Driver.

Thanksgiving skit

Callihan, PCO, Xia Brookside, Jason Hotch and Jon Skyler were sitting around a table in the “Death Machine Poker Tournament” and eating some Thanksgiving-esque dinner. The tl;dr of this: PCO won the pot which included pushing some of his chips and food into the middle of the table. The win pleased everyone but Hotch and Skyler which led to some arguing and Santino Marella appearing out of nowhere to book a match for next Thursday.

Oh, and someone got a pie to the face:

Mustafa Ali defeated Leon Slater and Trent Seven in a three-way

This was also from June in Philadelphia and was very quick, lasting just six minutes or so. Ali picked up the win after stealing the pin on Seven after Slater hit a swanton on him.

Jake Something (w/ Hammerstone) defeated “Speedball” Mike Bailey

This was from October in Nashville. These two have shared the ring frequently over the last two years in both TNA, Deadlock Pro, and other promotions.

Hammerstone’s presence led to the end as Bailey was going up to the top to finish Something, but Hammerstone shoved him from behind. Bailey recovered but as he went for his spinning kick, he ran into a running elbow/forearm from Something that gave the big man the victory.

Joe Hendry & Rhino defeated First Class (AJ Francis & KC Navarro)

This took place in Fayetteville, North Carolina, just a few weeks ago. The end came when Rhino took out Francis with a gore and Hendry caught Navarro with a Standing Ovation for the pin.

PCO defeated Moose (w/ The System) in a casket match

This took place this past July in Montreal following the Slammiversary pay-per-view. The casket was used during PCO’s entrance and so they decided to get the most out of it and use it again here.

This had a wild start as Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers got involved nearly immediately which led to Joe Hendry running out to even the odd. Alisha Edwards then hit a low blow on Hendry which led to PCO grabbing her. He was able to move out of the way as Moose speared her by mistake.

About a minute later, PCO hit a swanton and then simply rolled Moose into the casket for a surprisingly quick win.

TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth defeated Sami Callihan in a non-title match

This took place this past September in San Antonio, Texas, and featured Hannifan and Gia Miller on commentary. It was also a first-time ever match.

Both guys had near falls late, but Nemeth eventually picked up the win after countering a Callihan charge with a superkick and the Danger Zone for the pin and win.

Here’s the full lineup for Friday’s Turning Point:

  • TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth defends against Eddie Edwards
  • Two-out-of-three falls match: TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich defends against Jordynne Grace
  • TNA X-Division Champion Moose defends against Laredo Kid
  • No DQ match: Josh Alexander vs. Steve Maclin
  • Turkey Bowl match: Joe Hendry vs. Eric Young vs. Hammerstone vs. PCO vs. Brian Myers vs. John Skyler
  • Mike Santana vs. Frankie Kazarian
  • The Hardys (Matt & Jeff Hardy) & Ace Austin vs. The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) & KUSHIDA
  • Pre-show: Rosemary vs. Xia Brookside vs. Savannah Evans

TNA Impact live results: No DQ Knockouts title match

Tonight’s TNA Impact continues the road to next Friday’s Turning Point, headlined by a no DQ title match between Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich and Alisha Edwards.

The winner will defend the title at Turning Point, possibly against Jordynne Grace who has yet to be confirmed for the streaming special.

In a trios match, TNA Tag Team Champions The Hardys will team with Ace Austin to take on the hard-hitting trio of Trent Seven, Hammerstone & Jake Something who jumped the babyfaces last week.

In a preview of a likely Knockouts Tag Team title match next Friday, Spitfire’s Jody Threat will face Ash by Elegance.

After their skirmish last week, Frankie Kazarian will take on Rhino.

**********
Masha Slamovich (c) defeated Alisha Edwards in a No Disqualification match to retain the TNA Knockouts Championship

After Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt welcome us to the show in Fayetteville, North Carolina, the theme for Alisha Edwards hits and out comes The System member for her big championship opportunity. She settles in the ring and then her opponent, reigning TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich, makes her way out. The Tale of the Tape graphic flashes on the screen before things get started.

Jade Chung then handles the final formal pre-match ring introductions for the champion and the challenger. As Slamovich was introduced, Edwards sneak-attacks her to get the early offensive jump. The bell sounds and Edwards continues to work over the champ in the corner of the ring.

Edwards grabs a kendo stick to use in this No DQ bout, but Slamovich avoids the shot and takes over. Edwards uses a chair as the action spills out to the floor. She takes over control of the offense, rolls Slamovich back into the ring and brings the chair with her. She hits a DDT on the chair for a two-count.

Slamovich pulls out a trash can and throws it in the ring after she starts to take back over on offense. She sits it upside down in the ring and slams Edwards’ face into it like a turnbuckle. She then does the same with the turnbuckle and hoists her up. She climbs up after her in front of the vertically-placed trash can.

She looks for a superplex, but Edwards thumbs Slamovich in the eye to avoid it. She power bombs her on the top of the trash can while it was sitting upside down. Ouch. She goes for the cover, but only gets two. Edwards grabs a kendo stick and begins wearing out the champ with repeated shots.

Slamovich eventually blocks one of the shots, gets the kendo stick from her and blasts her with it. She follows that up with a package piledriver and goes for the cover. 1-2-3. Slamovich wins and retains the TNA Knockouts Championship.

Tasha Steelz immediately hits the ring and attacks Slamovich. Jordynne Grace’s theme hits and out comes “The Juggernaut” to run Steelz and Edwards off. It will be Slamovich vs. Grace at TNA Turning Point for the TNA Knockouts Championship. After the match, the show heads to a commercial break.

Jody Threat defeated Ash By Elegance (w/ George Iceman & Heather By Elegance)

When the show returns, The Rascalz duo of Zachary Wentz and Trey Miguel are backstage with KUSHIDA. The three talk about having eyes on The Hardys & Ace Austin’s showdown against Trent Seven, Hammerstone and Jake Something, as well as their match at TNA Turning Point.

Back inside the Impact Zone, Spitfire’s theme hits and out comes Jody Threat accompanied by Dani Luna. Luna wishes her well and heads to the back. After Threat settles in the ring, George Iceman comes out vowing to help make North Carolina great again.

He introduces Ash By Elegance, who comes out with Heather by Elegance. The bell sounds and Ash rolls out to the floor to avoid Threat. She rolls back in just in time to beat the referee’s count, and then turns and rolls right back out to the ringside area again.

When she comes back in, Threat starts to take it to her, only for her to butt-scoot and beg off. Heather gets involved from the floor and this allows Ash to take over and settle into a comfortable offensive lead.

Threat fights back into the lead, but when she goes for a top-rope spot, Heather distracts the ref and Iceman holds onto Ash. Threat crashes and burns on the mat down below, and Ash follows up with her finisher for the win. After the match, the show heads into another commercial break.

Mike Santana, Frankie Kazarian Have Sights Set On The Throne

When the show returns, Mike Santana’s theme hits and out he comes through the crowd. He settles in the ring and gets on the microphone. He talks about how everyone can relate to people doubting someone trying to achieve their wildest dreams.

He makes everyone a promise that he will sit atop the throne and become TNA World Champion. As he continues talking, he is cut off by the familiar sounds of the theme song of Frankie Kazarian. Out comes the self-proclaimed “King of TNA” taking issue with him talking about sitting in the throne.

He says the only throne he’s gonna sit on is a toilet somewhere in the Bronx. He says if anyone is gonna sit on the throne, it’s “The King of TNA” Frankie Kazarian. He says Santana beat Moose and that’s cool, but it’s only one win.

He boasts having the Call Your Shot trophy. Santana tells Kazarian he and his trophy smell like douchebags. Santana says before he was interrupted, he wanted to put Nic Nemeth on notice and let him know there is a new contender in line.

He says since Kazarian is out here, he’s got no problem cracking his skull. Kazarian tells him to put his hot Puerto Rican temper in his back-pocket. He will gladly send him back to the slums and streets he’s from, but he’s got bigger and better things to do as well.

He says he’ll be at TNA Turning Point and he’s gonna have his sights set on the Nemeth title bout. Santana says it’s funny he brings up Turning Point, because he doesn’t have a match yet. Kazarian says he doesn’t either, he’s taking the night off.

Santana says there’s no nights off in TNA, and he knows Santino Marella is in the back somewhere. He says he’s gonna find him and make this official. Santana tells Kazarian the people have spoken and tells him good luck tonight with Rhino, because there’s no more running for his ass.

Frankie Kazarian defeated Rhino

“Gore! Gore! Gore!” hits the house speakers and the theme for TNA Hall of Fame legend “The War Machine” Rhino plays. He makes his way out to the ring and immediately runs over Kazarian to get this match off to a hot start.

Fans chant “Rhino! Rhino!” as Kazarian re-groups at ringside as the show heads into a mid-match commercial break. When the show returns, we see Rhino dominating the majority of the action, eliciting “You still got it!” chants from the Fayetteville crowd.

After some more back-and-forth action, we see Kazarian pull off the win out of nowhere when he snuck his feet on the ropes during a pin attempt on the newest addition to the TNA Wrestling Hall of Fame. Fans boo like crazy as Kazarian taunts them with his trophy. He turns around and is run over by a gore from Rhino for a big pop.

Steve Maclin Mini Movie

In some weird, depressing mini-movie, we return to see Steve Maclin in a bar having a drink, lost in thought as sad music plays. He leaves and then Eric Young takes a seat at the same bar. We follow Maclin to his hotel where he takes a shower, looks at pictures and sleeps.

He then thinks about his military background and goes to some police station where someone walks in and sets a cop badge down. The camera pans up and it’s Eric Young. Someone pulls a chair up next to him and sits down. It’s Eric Young. Young asks Maclin if he knows why he’s here.

Young and Maclin talk in Sopranos-style psychiatrist-fashion. We see shots of the jail cell that Young returned to TNA in. Young starts yelling “Wake up Steve!” and then Maclin is shown waking up in his hotel to knocks at his door.

He opens the door and it’s, you guessed it, Eric Young. He smiles and the very bizarre, but high-quality, segment comes to an end.

Leon Slater & Laredo Kid defeated Moose & JDC

Back inside the Impact Zone, Leon Slater’s theme hits and out he comes for our next match of the evening. He settles in the ring and then his partner, Laredo Kid, makes his way out. The opponents for the two high-flyers, Moose and JDC of The System, make their way out next.

The entire group of The System come out showing off the new rings they all have after their lengthy ring presentation ceremony that took place last week. They all touch fists together like The Shield in their prime WWE days, and then Moose and JDC head to the ring while the others head to the back.

The bell sounds and Kid and JDC kick things off for their respective teams. Kid gets off to a fast start, but JDC takes over control of the action and tags in Moose. Moose delivers some punishment before Kid eventually makes the tag to Slater.

Slater hits the ring with a ton of energy, using his speed and quickness to blast Moose with a series of dropkicks in the corner of the ring. He hits a big high spot to a pile of bodies on the floor a few moments later for a big pop. Slater ends up catching JDC off-guard with a roll-up for the pin.

JDC immediately attacks Slater after the win. Moose joins in on the fun. He powerbombs Slater and directs traffic, ordering JDC to hit Down N’ Dirty off the top-rope. Laredo Kid comes in from behind with a steel chair and makes the save, running off The System duo. After things wrap up, we head to another break.

Joe Hendry Live

The show returns to the viral smash hit, “I Believe in Joe Hendry.” As always, “say his name, and he appears.” And he does, to the roar of the crowd in Fayetteville. He starts off talking about Thanksgiving being right around the corner.

Hendry says he has a lot to be thankful for this year. He says his goal is clear, though, and that is to become the TNA World Champion. He says instead he’s in a Thanksgiving Turkey Bowl match at TNA Turning Point. Instead of holding the title like he should, he might be standing here in a giant turkey suit.

He says greatness is worth the chance of humiliation. If he can beat five other TNA stars he gets that much closer to becoming TNA World Champion. He says when you have a dream and a goal, you go all the way to achieve that dream. He says anything is possible when you believe. His theme hits again to end the segment.

Nic Nemeth Ready To Steal The Show At TNA Turning Point 2024

Backstage, Nic Nemeth says it sounds like everyone still believes in Joe Hendry, but he’s focused on TNA Turning Point 2024 right now. With that in mind, he’s got his sights set on Eddie Edwards.

He says he’s ready to continue to set an example of what it takes to be a fighting champion. Nemeth says at Turning Point, the Wanted Man does what he does best, he steals the show and stays your TNA World Champion.

Savannah Evans defeated Brittany Jade

Back inside the Impact Zone, the theme for Savannah Evans hits and out she comes. Already in the ring is her opponent, Brittany Jade.

The bell sounds and we’re officially off-and-running with our next match of the evening. Evans dominates from bell to bell in a squash match, ending things with a Full Nelson Slam for the easy win. The show heads to another commercial break.

Jake Something, Hammerstone & Trent Seven defeated The Hardys (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy) & Ace Austin

When the show returns, we see Masha Slamovich backstage with the TNA Knockouts Championship, when Jordynne Grace approaches her. The two end up deciding to settle things once and for all to find out who is the best. Their title tilt at Turning Point is now a 2 out of 3 falls match.

Back inside the Impact Zone, the ring entrances for our six-man tag-team main event of the week begin, as Jake Something makes his way out to the ring. Next out is Hammerstone and then Trent Seven, to a ton of boos. The trio settles in the ring and awaits the arrival of their opposition.

Out first for the babyface team is Ace Austin, who does a tribute for his ABC tag-team partner Chris Bey. His theme dies down and the iconic sounds of The Hardys entrance tune plays to bring out North Carolina’s own Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy.

The show heads into a quick pre-match commercial break before things get underway. When we return, the bell sounds and Matt Hardy and Hammerstone kick things off for their respective teams. The Hardys do well early on, with Jeff tagging in and picking up where Matt left off.

After the trademark Poetry in Motion double-team spot, The Hardys lose control of the action, and we see Trent Seven begin shifting the offensive momentum in his team’s favor as the show heads into another mid-match commercial break.

The show returns to wild action that is all over the place. The crowd comes to life as their hometown legends The Hardys start hitting trademark spots again. Jeff hits a Swanton, both guys hit dueling Twist of Fates on the floor. Fans chant “Hardy! Hardy!”

Back inside the ring, Ace Austin is rev’d up and ready to go like a young Dana White, when Trent Seven blasts him with a low blow that the referee doesn’t see. He follows that up with the Burning Hammer for the win. The crowd boos like crazy.

Trent continues his heel antics afterwards until The Rascalz and KUSHIDA run out to make the save. The three shake hands with their opponents for TNA Turning Point, The Hardys and Ace Austin. That’s how this week’s show goes off the air. Thanks for joining us and don’t forget to follow F4WOnline.com’s Matt Boone on Twitter/X.

TNA Impact live results: Nic Nemeth vs. Brian Myers, Joe Hendry in action

The match toward this month’s Turning Point continues on tonight’s TNA Impact.

TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth will be in non-title action as he takes on Brian Myers of The System ahead of defending against Myers’ tag team partner Eddie Edwards at Turning Point.

After recently running afoul of Nemeth in his push for the World title, Joe Hendry will take on Nic’s brother Ryan Nemeth.

In a high-profile trios bout, The Northern Armory (Josh Alexander, Judas Icarus & Travis Williams) will battle Eric Young, Steve Maclin & Jonathan Gresham as their recent feud continues.

Mike Santana takes on KC Navarro in singles action while Rosemary will be in action following the wrap of her recent feud with NXT’s Wendy Choo.

The televised card is rounded out by former Tag Team Champions The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel) against Alan Angels & Jake Crist.

**********
Mike Santana defeated KC Navarro

Mike Santana makes his way down to the ring to kick off this week’s show. Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt welcome us to the program as Santana settles inside the squared circle. His opponent, KC Navarro, comes out next accompanied by AJ Francis.

The bell sounds and the opening contest for this week’s show gets underway. Santana jumps into an early offensive lead. Navarro gets in a couple of shots in the corner, but when he attempts a follow-up move, Santana blocks it and takes back over.

Navarro lands a dropkick to the back of Santana while he was in the corner. Navarro decided to hop out of the ring and gloat about this along with Francis. Santana, meanwhile, hits the ropes to build up a full head of steam and then launches through the ropes on the other side, taking out Navarro on the floor.

Back in the ring, Santana hits a seated Navarro with a chop that elicits gasps from the fans in the Impact Zone, and hysteric laughter from Hannifan, who took great pleasure in this on commentary. Moments later, Navarro hits a big dive to Santana on the floor.

Upon returning to the ring, Santana cuts off Navarro in the corner and blasts him with a stiff open-handed slap in the mouth. Regardless, Navarro brushes it off and begins to put together his first prolonged sequence of offense since the opening bell.

Navarro hits a big 305 dropkick through the ropes to Santana. He follows that up with a top-rope high spot for a close two-count. Navarro goes for a middle rope splash, but is caught by Santana. Santana hits a modified Styles Clash and then a sit-out powerbomb for a close two-count.

Seconds later, Santana connects with his Spin The Block finisher. After the STB, he quickly follows up with the cover and gets the pinfall victory in a fun opening match to set the tone for the evening.

Gia Miller Interviews Nic & Ryan Nemeth

Backstage, Gia Miller is standing by with Ryan Nemeth and the reigning TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth for a brief interview segment. She brings up Ryan’s bout with Joe Hendry tonight, and Nic’s against Brian Myers.

Nic says he’s going to do what he does best tonight, steal the show. Ryan tells Nic he’s going to have Nic’s back if The System try anything. Ryan then talks about his own business at-hand, noting the video Hendry shared has been ruining his life.

The Nemeth brothers wish each other luck and head off in opposite directions as the backstage segment comes to a close, and the show heads into a commercial break.

Hammerstone, Jake Something & Trent Seven Attack The Hardys & Ace Austin

When the show returns from the break, footage is shown of the chilling conclusion to last week’s show, which saw Trent Seven viciously attack his former friend and Speedball Mountain partner, “Speedball” Mike Bailey, immediately after Bailey lost the TNA X-Division Championship to Moose.

After the footage wraps up, The Hardys and Ace Austin are shown backstage talking to Seven about his actions, making it clear that they do not approve. As the talk continues, Hammerstone and Jake Something enter the picture and along with Seven, attack all three.

Santino Marella hits the scene with security and demands the heel trio leave. He calls for doctors to come check on the attacked trio as the brief backstage segment comes to an end.

The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) defeated Alan Angels & Jake Crist

Back inside the Impact Zone, the team of Alan Angels and Jake Crist make their way to the ring, as do their opponents, The Rascalz duo of Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz. The bell sounds and Wentz and Crist kick things off for their respective teams.

Wentz takes the early offensive lead and tags in Miguel. The two hit some double-team action and then do a quick tribute to WWE Tag-Team Champions The Motor City Machine Guns, and the commentators talk about The Rascalz Rebound Season following their return to The Treehouse last week.

After Angels tags in and takes over, he hits Miguel with a low blow that allows him to shift the offensive momentum into his team’s favor. He taunts the crowd and then muscles Miguel up for a fisherman’s suplex for a two-count.

Fans chant “Angels sucks! Angels sucks!” Moments later, The Rascalz pick up the win. Following the bout, a quick backstage segment is shown with Spitfire duo Jody Threat and Dani Luna, and then the show heads into another commercial break.

Josh Alexander, Judas Icarus & Travis Williams defeated Steve Maclin, Eric Young & Jonathan Gresham

When the show returns, the team of Josh Alexander and The Northern Armory of Judas Icarus and Travis Williams make their way to the ring for scheduled six-man tag-team action. Their opponents, Steve Maclin, Jonathan Gresham and Eric Young make their respective ring walks as well.

The bell sounds to get things started, and very quickly we see Maclin is eager to get his hands on “The Walking Weapon,” but just as clear to see is that Alexander is going to avoid sharing the ring with him at all costs.

After some good back-and-forth action, which featured a mid-match commercial break, the six-man tag-team bout comes to an end. Maclin gets too focused on finally getting the opportunity to beat down Alexander.

Young is accidentally bounced off the apron by Maclin, who turns around into a C4 Spike for the pin. Alexander and The Northern Armory pick up the win and quickly head to the back to a chorus of boos from the crowd. Meanwhile, inside the ring we see Young and Maclin aren’t happy with each other.

When the show returns from the break, Maclin is shown backstage, and he’s still fired up from what just went down. He comes across Santino Marella and tells him that things between he and Alexander are far from over. He tells him to do something about it, or he will.

He storms off and sees Young, who tells him he needs to start trusting him. Gresham shows up and makes it clear that as long as they have his back, he’s got theirs. Young reiterates his point to Maclin that he needs to start trusting him. “This is on you, not me.” Maclin storms off again.

Joe Hendry defeated Ryan Nemeth

In a brief backstage segment, Frankie Kazarian gloats about having the TNA Call Your Shot trophy and beating Rhino in his hometown on the night he was inducted into the TNA Hall Of Fame. Rhino walks up and threatens to beat his ass. Kazarian yells to anyone that can hear that Rhino just used profanity.

Inside the Impact Zone, “The Hollywood Hunk” Ryan Nemeth makes his way out and heads to the ring for scheduled one-on-one action. His opponent, the wildly popular Joe Hendry, heads out next and does his full entrance routine, complete with the crowd wave and dramatic soap opera head turn-finish.

Hendry then gets on the microphone for a trademark pre-match live promo. He brings up “The Ryan Nemeth Story” video that he premiered last week. “He’s Nic Nemeth’s brother … the end.” Yeah, that one.

He brings up leaving some stuff out. He had editors scour the internet and collect all of the achievements, which they have compiled in a longform video, which he calls the “Director’s Cut.” The same video from last week plays. “He’s Nic Nemeth’s brother … the end.”

Hendry says it sounds like fans want to see it one more time. He reacts to a loud “One more time! One more time!” chant, and is then ambushed and attacked from behind by Nemeth.

This starts the match off hot, but a few minutes later, Hendry takes over and finishes things off with the Standing Ovation for the easy win. Once the match wraps up, the show heads into another commercial break.

Rosemary defeated Jada Stone

When the show returns, the upcoming TNA Turning Point 2024 special event as part of WrestleCade on November 29 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina is shown and pushed by Hannifan and Rehwoldt.

Back inside the Impact Zone, the lights go out and when they come back on, Rosemary makes her way to the ring for the next match of the evening against Jada Stone.

The bell sounds, Rosemary dominates for about three or four minutes, and then hits her finisher to pick up an easy showcase victory. She does her post-match “kiss goodbye” ritual over her fallen opponent, and then the show heads into another commercial break.

Alisha Edwards, Masha Slamovich Set For No DQ Knockouts Title Showdown

When the show returns, Hannifan and Rehwoldt introduce a digital exclusive segment that showed The System celebrating backstage after last week’s show. They now have special rings that they all wear, which signifies that they run things.

After the package wraps up, we hear the unbelievably annoying, “Do you wanna know something?” catchphrase by Alisha Edwards over-and-over-and-over again, as she comes out for a quick time-killer promo.

She says a whole lot of nothing, essentially pointing out that The System have rings now, gloating that Eddie Edwards is going to beat Nic Nemeth for the TNA World Championship at TNA Turning Point 2024, and that she doesn’t like Masha Slamovich.

As she starts talking trash about Slamovich, she is cut off by the familiar sounds of the theme song for the reigning TNA Knockouts Champion. Slamovich says if Edwards really thinks her win was a fluke, how about she face her next week in a No DQ match for the TNA Knockouts Championship.

Before Edwards says anything, out comes Tasha Steelz. The two glare at Slamovich and try to intimidate her with the numbers advantage, the catchy-ass entrance tune for Jordynne Grace hits and out comes “The Juggernaut.”

Grace insists she knows who’s going to win the Slamovich-Edwards title tilt next week, and when Slamovich does, Grace says she’ll be ready for her immediate title rematch to become a four-time champion.

Nic Nemeth defeated Brian Myers

It’s main event time!

But first, the camera shot switches to the backstage area, where Ryan Nemeth is shown laid out. Nic Nemeth walks by in his ring gear ready to walk to the ring for the main event. He stops and asks Santino Marella to make sure someone helps him.

Nemeth continues walking but is stopped by Frankie Kazarian. The self-proclaimed “King of TNA” apologizes for what happened to Nic’s “jobber brother” and then wishes him good luck in his match. Nemeth keeps walking and makes his way out to the ring.

The System’s Brian Myers heads to the ring next, accompanied by Alisha Edwards and Eddie Edwards. They settle at ringside but before the match can get started, the theme for Joe Hendry hits and the crowd roars inside the Impact Zone.

Out comes the director of the smash hits, “The Ryan Nemeth Story” and “The Ryan Nemeth Story: Director’s Cut” to the ringside area with a giant ear-to-ear smile on his face. Hendry joins Hannifan and Rehwoldt on special guest commentary for the final match of the evening.

After Hendry is welcomed by the Impact play-by-play man and color-commentator, the show heads into a quick pre-match commercial break. When the show returns, we see the match in progress. Hendry mentions on commentary that he will be part of the Thanksgiving Turkey Bowl match at TNA Turning Point 2024.

Nemeth controls the offense for a minute or so, but then Myers begins to shift the offensive momentum in his favor. After Eddie Edwards gets involved at ringside, the referee makes the decision to eject him from ringside.

Regardless, Myers still gets an assist from Alisha Edwards, who is still at ringside. As Nemeth is down and out on the floor at ringside, the show heads into the final commercial break of the evening as the match continues.

When the show returns, once again Alisha Edwards is shown getting physically involved at ringside behind the referee’s back. This helps Myers maintain control of the action. Myers brings Nemeth back into the ring, but Nemeth starts to fire up for a comeback.

Myers cuts it short and gets Nemeth down throat-first over the bottom rope. He stands on the back of his neck to make matters worse. Myers hits a sidewalk slam for a two-count. Nemeth finally does start to string together some offense, but again Alisha gets involved in match-shifting fashion.

This time, Hendry stands up from his seat at the commentary desk and says he’s seen enough. He hoists Alisha up and carries her to the back to a big pop. Literally seconds later, Nemeth connects with a big super kick and his Danger Zone finisher for the win.

As soon as the match is over, Eddie Edwards, who was ejected from ringside during the match, runs back out to attack Nemeth. Myers joins in on the post-match beatdown. Hendry runs back out to make the save with a kendo stick.

As he’s cleaning house, he almost accidentally blasts Nemeth once again. He stops short, however, and gestures that he was clearly not trying to hit him. Fans chant “Hug it out! Hug it out!” as the two stare at each other.

Steve Maclin: “To Be Continued …”

The TNA iMPACT logo flashes on the screen again to end the show, but then footage is shown of Steve Maclin leaving the building. Maclin gets in a car and plays some sad music and drives off as the camera stays on a tight shot of his face.

“To be continued …” flashes on the screen and the show then officially comes to an end. That’s how this week’s show ends. Thanks for joining us and don’t forget to follow F4WOnline.com’s Matt Boone on Twitter/X.

Next Week:
* Ash By Elegance vs. Jody Threat
* Frankie Kazarian vs. Rhino
* Masha Slamovich (c) vs. Alisha Edwards (Knockouts Title No DQ)
* Trent Seven, Hammerstone & Jake Something vs. The Hardys (Matt & Jeff Hardy) & Ace Austin

TNA Impact live results: ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey vs. Moose X-Division title match

Former TNA World Champion Moose will challenge reigning X-Division Champion “Speedball” Mike Bailey in one of the featured bouts on tonight’s TNA Impact.

Moose has never held the X-Division title while Bailey is looking to extend his third reign as champion and gain his fourth successful title defense.

After Joe Hendry was unsuccessful at winning the World title at Bound for Glory, the popular star will be on tonight’s show to talk about his recent issues with Nic and Ryan Nemeth.

Despite losing her Knockouts title to Masha Slamovich last month, Jordynne Grace and the new champion will team up against Alisha Edwards & Tasha Steelz.

In what is leading to an expected title match, Knockouts Team Champion Jody Threat will go one-on-one with Heather by Elegance after Ash by Elegance defeated Dani Luna thanks to interference last week.

NXT’s Wendy Choo will return to battle now former partner and ally Rosemary.

**********
Jordynne Grace & Masha Slamovich defeated Tasha Steelz & Alisha Edwards

After a recap package of last week’s show, the show opens inside the Impact Zone where Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt welcome us to the show. Tasha Steelz makes her way out to the ring and is joined by Alisha Edwards, who is wearing a neck-brace despite being medically cleared.

The sirens then sound and the fans come to life as “The Juggernaut” Jordynne Grace makes her way out. She heads to the ring as the commentators mention her performance at the WWE NXT at 2300 Arena show on Wednesday evening. Her partner, new TNA Knockouts Champion Masha Slamovich is out next.

Knockouts tag-team action gets things started on this week’s show. Steelz and Grace kick things off for their respective teams. Grace settles into the early offensive lead and then the champ tags in and takes over.

Slamovich picks up where Grace left off, taking it to Steelz, after giving her some free chops and then blasting her out of the water with an overwhelming striking attack. She tags Grace back in and the two hit a big double-team side-slam for a two-count.

Grace goes for the Vader Bomb out of the corner, but Edwards knocks her off the ropes. Steelz follows up with a Back-Stabber to help shift the offensive momentum into her team’s favor. She pounds on Grace’s back with forearms and tags in Edwards. Edwards comes in, neck brace-and-all, and slaps a camel clutch on Grace.

Grace eventually escapes and after dumping Steelz, who was once again the legal woman, she tags in Slamovich. The Knockouts Champion goes on an offensive tear against Steelz, but when she goes for the cover, Edwards interferes to break it up.

Steelz hits the double-knees lung-blower on Slamovich. The champ quickly falls into her corner and makes the tag. Grace comes in looking for the Juggernaut Driver, but Steelz defends. Steelz hits a Crucifix Bomb for the two-count that Slamovich broke up just in time.

Edwards tags in and hops on Grace’s back with a sleeper hold. Grace makes the tag to Slamovich, who slaps a standing rear naked choke / sleeper hold on Edwards’ neck, with the neck brace-and-all, and quickly gets the win. Rehwoldt is livid at the gall of Slamovich to target Edwards’ poor neck. Neck health awareness, folks. After the match, the show heads into a commercial break.

Savannah Evans Explains Attack Of Lei Ying Lee

When the show returns, footage is shown of Savannah Evans’ return last week and attack of Lei Ying Lee. Backstage, Gia Miller asks Evans about this. She says she got tired of sitting home and watching people get opportunities. She’s back now to take her own. And she’s done talking to Gia, too.

Rosemary defeated Wendy Choo in a No Disqualification match

Back inside the Impact Zone, WWE NXT Superstar Wendy Choo’s theme hits and she makes her slow, creepy walk to the ring with her little bedazzled sleep eye mask on her forehead.

The lights in the building go out and the entrance tune for her friend turned rival Rosemary plays. She comes out with her little walking stick and makes her own creepy, slow ring walk.

It’s time for No DQ action in the Knockouts division. The bell sounds and Choo has her loaded pillow, while Rosemary has her cane. Weapons are legal in this one. Choo beats down Rosemary in the corner and hits a big leaping elbow drop for an early two-count.

Choo hits a running kick to the grill of Rosemary in the corner as Hannifan does a live ad-read for the Chris Bey auction this Friday. Rosemary is hung in a tree of woe laying over the ropes above the ring apron. Choo hits a dropkick to send her down to the floor at ringside — the hard way.

As Rosemary recovers outside the ring, inside the ring Choo grabs her giant pillow and heads back. When she does, Rosemary reaches under the ropes from the floor and yanks it, pulling Choo face-first into the steel ring post. Rosemary brings Choo over to the commentary desk and chokes her with a cord.

Some cool camera angles are shown with a dashboard-type cam being used as she chokes the life out of her and screams like a banshee. Rosemary uses her cane in a leaning-back bridge to choke Choo. Choo ends up escaping. The two each hold the others’ hair and land a Rocky Balboa-Apollo Creed double knockout shot like in II. Nowhere near as cinematic, of course.

In what looks to be the softest pillow ever, and the camera shot fully captures that, Choo bashes away at Rosemary with the fluffy vengeance as the commentators try to sell it like something violent. As awful as it sounds. Choo follows that dastardly deed up with a top-rope high spot for a close two-count.

Rosemary takes over and gets her cane. She takes a big swing and then locks Choo in a full nelson or mandible claw with it. Choo bites her way out. Rosemary hits her finisher seconds later and uses the cane for good measure to get the win. The show heads into another commercial break after this wraps up.

From The Vault: Mustafa Ali vs. Mike Santana

When the show returns, we are treated to a “From The Vault” match, likely replacing the Chris Bey match that ended in scary fashion in the post-Bound For Glory 2024 taping.

The bout is Mike Santana going one-on-one with the at-the-time TNA X-Division Champion Mustafa Ali from June 15, 2024 in Chicago, Illinois. After a few minutes of action, the show heads into an abrupt mid-match commercial break.

As the show returns from the break, it immediately captures the finish of the bout, which saw Campaign Singh hit the ring, prompting a disqualification ruling.

TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella overrules the ruling, making an impromptu tag bout with Santana and Joe Hendry against Ali and Singh. The match wraps up with the run-ins of Frankie Kazarian and Rhino and then we return to first-run content.

Steve Maclin With A Message For Josh Alexander

Steve Maclin is shown talking directly into the camera, sending a message to Josh Alexander. He brings up having his hands zip-tied and beaten, but makes it clear he didn’t really lose to “The Walking Weapon.” He assures them that things aren’t over with them yet.

The Rascalz Are Ready To Climb Again

From there, Zachary Wentz and Trey Miguel are shown talking amongst themselves backstage about how there’s always another obstacle in front of them.

They ultimately decide that it’s all about the climb anyways, and they’re ready to do so again. They literally climb up the set behind them as the segment wraps up and the show heads into another commercial break.

When the show returns, they are back in their spot, complete with the fake canned studio audience. They address the empty chair where Wes Lee used to sit. A couple of sex and weed jokes later, things wrap up.

Joe Hendry Premieres “The Ryan Nemeth Story”

We then shoot to a digital exclusive that shows Nic Nemeth and Ryan Nemeth arguing and bickering backstage after what happened with Joe Hendry. Hendry comes in and Ryan yells at him to admit what he did. Santino Marella keeps everyone apart, as does Tommy Dreamer, who enters the picture.

Santino tells Hendry he lost and has to start again from the bottom. Hendry decides Ryan is as low to the bottom as things get and wants to fight him. Nic and his brother leave. Back inside the Impact Zone, Hendry comes out and cuts his entrance short.

Hendry says it’s usually time to talk about Joe Hendry, but now it’s time to talk about Nic’s brother, Ryan Nemeth. The fans all react with an “Uht-Oh!” and laughter as Hendry talks about researching his career. He mentions he put together another custom music video.

He wants to celebrate all of the amazing accolades achieved by Ryan Nemeth. He says there’s a lot to get through. He says he spoke to the network and if they need to go long to cover it all, they can. “The Ryan Nemeth Story” is then shown.

“He’s Nic Nemeth’s brother …the end!” That was the entire thing. Fans chant “One more time! One more time!” Hendry says they’ll add another chapter because Ryan Nemeth will have to face Joe Hendry next week on Impact.

Mike Santana Isn’t Interested In First Class

Mike Santana is shown backstage, when First Class duo AJ Francis and KC Navarro walk up to him. Francis, looking like Suge Knight in the 1990s, literally quotes his Source Awards speech dissing Puff Daddy about “being all on the records, all in the videos ..dancing..” and essentially offers Santana to join them.

Santana tells them he just went through The System by himself. Why would he need “someone like you” to help? He walks off. Francis tells Navarro he’s gonna need him to handle Santana. Navarro doesn’t seem thrilled. The show heads into another commercial break on that note.

Jody Threat defeated Heather By Elegance

When the show returns, George Iceman makes his way out inside the Impact Zone. He handles the formal ring introduction for his newest protégé, Heather By Elegance. Out she comes accompanied by Ash By Elegance for the next match of the show.

After she settles in the ring, the Spitfire theme hits and out comes the TNA Knockouts Tag-Team Champions Jody Threat and Dani Luna. Threat settles in the ring and while finishing her entrance, she is attacked from behind by Heather.

The bell sounds and the two get after it, with Heather taking the early offensive lead. Threat fights back and hits a series of repeated clotheslines to Heather in the corner. Hannifan reads another live ad for the Chris Bey auction.

Ash grabs Threat from ringside, leading to Heather hitting a tornado DDT for a close two-count. Heather continues to dominate for a few minutes and then Threat fires up for a comeback. Ash hops on the ring apron, but Luna trips her up.

Heather comes off the top, but is caught by Threat and hoisted up for her finisher. Threat gets the win. After the match, the commentators plug the main event and the show heads into another commercial break.

Moose defeated “Speedball” Mike Bailey to capture the TNA X-Division Championship

It’s main event time!

When the show returns, the matches listed below were announced for next Thursday’s episode of the show. The official “X-Factors” graphic flashes on the screen for our TNA X-Division Championship main event of the evening.

The theme for Moose hits and out comes the leader of The System for his title opportunity. The entrance tune for the reigning and defending TNA X-Division Champion “Speedball” Mike Bailey hits next, and out comes the modern day Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat for the final match of the show.

Moose goes for his Go To Hell spot early on, but Bailey avoids it and Moose crashes and burns on the floor at ringside. Bailey goes out after him. Moose tries fighting back but Bailey moves and Moose lands a hard chop on the steel ring post. Moments later, the same thing happens. Ouch.

They continue to brawl outside of the ring and the reverse happens to Bailey, as the barefoot X-Division Champion goes for a big kick, but Moose moves and Bailey’s foot blasts the steel ring steps. Moose hoists Bailey up and slams him onto the ring apron as the show heads into a mid-match commercial break.

When the show returns, Moose is seen sweeping Bailey’s legs out from under him in the ring. So much so that Bailey does a full flip and is folded in half upon landing. Moose continues to control the offense, hitting an enormous buckle bomb on the X-Division Champion after catching him in mid-air.

Bailey starts to mount some offense, but upon going for a standing shooting star press, Moose moves and takes back over again. Bailey surprises him with a quick roll-up attempt, but again Moose kicks out and quickly resumes kicking ass again in one-sided fashion.

As Bailey starts to show signs of life and begins fighting back into competitive form, he starts taking over as the show heads into a second mid-match commercial break as our main event title tilt continues. When the show returns, Bailey is thrown to the floor in violent fashion.

Bailey gets up selling his leg. Back in the ring, Bailey hits an insane Poisonrana off the ropes to Moose. Moose took a bit of a rough landing, too. He hits the Ultimo Weapon off the ropes after that for a super close two-count. Moose hits a spear that turns Bailey inside-out.

On the floor, Moose charges at Bailey and blasts him with another vicious spear that nearly halves-him, Walk Hard-style. “I’ve been halved!” Back in the ring, Moose charges for a third one, but sprints right into a roll-up from Bailey.

Moose kicks out. Moose hits Bailey with a spear in mid-air. He stalks him for a fourth. He hits it. He immediately covers him. Moose is the new TNA X-Division Champion.

Trent Seven Turns On “Speedball” Mike Bailey

After the match, Trent Seven came to the ring to try and cheer up his Speedball Mountain partner. He got the crowd to rally behind him but then blasted him with a low-blow for no apparent reason.

He followed up with a Seven-Star Lariat to a ton of heat from the fans inside the Impact Zone. He chokes him out with a towel. He throws him out to the floor like yesterday’s garbage to end the show on a double-somber note.

That’s how this week’s show goes off the air. Thanks for joining us and don’t forget to follow F4WOnline.com’s Matt Boone on Twitter/X.

Next Week:
* Joe Hendry vs. Ryan Nemeth
* Mike Santana vs. KC Navarro
* Nic Nemeth vs. Brian Myers
* Northern Armory vs. Eric Young, Jonathan Gresham & Steve Maclin

TNA Impact live results: The fallout from Bound for Glory

Tonight’s episode of TNA Impact will feature all the fallout from last Saturday’s Bound for Glory and comes in a week where two talents suffered injuries during Sunday’s TV taping.

In a high-profile trios match, former TNA World Champion Josh Alexander will unite with two mystery partners against Jonathan Gresham and former TNA World Champions Eric Young and Steve Maclin.

Ash by Elegance will be in one-on-one action against Dani Luna, one half of the Knockouts Tag Team Champions.

The main card is rounded out by The Rascalz vs. First Class, and Lei Ying Lee (the former Xia Li in WWE) looking to remain undefeated in her TNA run against an opponent to be named.

Vikingo was set to compete, but was injured in his TV taping match against Trent Seven while Chris Bey sustained a serious neck injury during he and Ace Austin’s match against new TNA Tag Team Champions The Hardys. Bey underwent emergency surgery for the unspecified injury, but remains in good spirits.

**********
The show opens with a shot of Chris Bey’s statement regarding his injury, as a narrator is heard mentioning his GoFundMe campaign.

From there, the show settles into a traditional recap package, looking back at TNA Bound For Glory 2024. We then see a quick “Happy Halloween” message from “The French-Canadian Frankenstein” PCO.

Frankie Kazarian, Joe Hendry, Nic Nemeth & The System Kick Off Halloween Show

Inside the Impact Zone for the first time, Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt welcome us to the Halloween edition of the show. Joe Hendry’s theme hits and the crowd roars. Out comes what looks at first (and second, honestly) sight to be Hendry.

In all actuality, it is Frankie Kazarian in the silky blue shirt, with a bleach-blond wig and the white pants, looking as much like Joe Hendry as Joe Hendry does. He does the wave and the dramatic soap opera actor head-turn. The works.

Kazarian begins on the microphone, talking in a fake accent over a ton of boos from the fans inside the Impact Zone inside Wayne State Fieldhouse in Detroit, MI. He even does the butt-out stomp-stomp, clap, stomp-stomp-clap routine, while calling himself an idiot who got lucky with viral fame.

As soon as he says, “When you say his name, he appears,” the theme for Joe Hendry hits again and out in the same outfit pointing at the imposter as the fans go wild. He gets in the ring and Kazarian backs off and exits the ring, but again does the butt-out stomp-stomp clap routine to his music, and the wave, from ringside.

As Hendry runs down Kazarian on the mic for being old, the theme for Nic Nemeth interrupts them. The TNA World Champion comes to the ring and explains himself to Hendry, noting all he saw at Bound For Glory was his brother Ryan Nemeth getting hit.

He says he believes in Joe Hendry after Bound For Glory and that Hendry deserves a shot at the TNA World Championship again. He says he wanted to give him that shot tonight, but TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella said no.

As the crowd boos, we hear the annoying voice of Alisha Edwards as she says her catchphrase, “Do you wanna know something?!” over and over and over again. She drones on forever with Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards and Tasha Steelz by her side, until Nemeth suggests he and Hendry beat up The System duo of Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers tonight.

Kazarian butts in with the fake Scottish accent and suggests they make it a six-man tag and he be their partner. He does the Hendry entrance wave to the crowd, but is met with a super kick from Nemeth and a Standing Ovation from Hendry.

Hendry’s theme hits again to end the entertaining opening segment. Hannifan and Rehwoldt run down the lineup for tonight, mentioning First Class vs. The Rascalz is coming up first, and then the show heads into the first commercial break of the evening.

Alisha Edwards, Tasha Steelz, Masha Slamovich & Jordynne Grace Brawl

When the show returns, Hannifan and Rehwoldt are shown on-camera to explain that throughout the break, the shrill-voiced Alisha Edwards has been ranting away. As he tries saying that, he is cut off by the very same shrill-rants.

Edwards brings up there being a new TNA Knockouts Champion following TNA Bound For Glory 2024. As she verbally runs down the new champ and her former MAlisha tag-team partner, the new champ makes her way out to confront her in the ring.

Slamovich yanks the mic out of Edwards’ hand and mocks her. “Do you wanna know something?” Slamovich says everyone is sick and tired of hearing her voice. (Preach!) Slamovich says she doesn’t care if it’s Edwards or Steelz. She’s looking for a fight tonight.

Steelz seems game, and the two begin duking it out. As Slamovich gets the better of the exchange, Edwards attacks her from behind. Slamovich gets the better of Edwards, and Steelz jumps her from behind.

As the two begin to take over, Jordynne Grace’s theme hits and “The Juggernaut” comes out and runs them off. After Steelz and Edwards retreat to the floor, Grace and Slamovich stand tall in the ring as Santino Marella’s theme hits. He announces Grace & Slamovich vs. Edwards & Steelz for next week. For tonight, it’ll be Hendry & Nemeth vs. Edwards & JDC.

First Class (AJ Francis & KC Navarro) defeated The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel)

A brief TNA / BLCKSMTH ad airs and then the show returns inside the Impact Zone where First Class’ theme hits. AJ Francis and KC Navarro make their way to the ring for scheduled opening tag-team action.

After they settle inside the squared circle, The Rascalz duo of Zachary Wentz and Trey Miguel come out for the first time in four months to team up for a match. The crowd gives them a good reaction coming out and the commentators emphasize the significance of their return as a unit.

The bell sounds, and it is Miguel and Navarro who kick things off for their respective teams. Fans chant “Let’s go Rascalz!” as they get ready to get things started. Navarro takes the early offensive lead, but puts the big L sign on Miguel’s head, which only fires up The Rascalz’ member.

Miguel grabs hands with Navarro, walks the ropes and blasts him with a big shot to knock him down to the mat. He makes the tag to Wentz, who hits a sunset flip over the ropes to set up a wild double-team sequence with Miguel that pops the crowd.

As the Detroit fans in “The Motor City” break out in a random “Motor City!” chant, Hannifan gives a shout-out to The Motor City Machine Guns for making a big impact in WWE by winning the tag-team titles so soon after debuting on SmackDown.

Francis gives an assist behind the referee’s back that helps Navarro take over and hit a big high spot from the ring to the floor to take out Wentz. Francis tags in and the crowd craps all over him as he slows things down and beats on the already laid out Wentz.

He hits Miguel with a cheap shot and then a splash on Wentz in the opposing corner. He hits a running knee, floating over the ropes and to the floor for a “Money! Money! Money!” war-cry as Navarro tags in and takes over on Wentz back inside the ring.

Wentz and Miguel fire up again, but things culminate with the finish moments later, as Francis hits the Down Payment chokeslam to Miguel off the ropes in the corner for the victory. After the match wraps up, the show heads into another commercial break.

Eric Young, Jonathan Gresham & Steve Maclin defeated Josh Alexander & The Good Hands (John Skyler & Jason Hotch)

Josh Alexander makes his way out when the show returns. “The Walking Weapon” addresses chants of “Walking Weiner” from fans in the Impact Zone. He says he’s already not in a good mood. He heads to the ring accompanied by The Good Hands duo of Jason Hotch and John Skyler.

Alexander mentions Hotch and Skyler being with him because Sinner & Saint aren’t. He says TNA would tell you they aren’t there due to travel issues. He says that’s not true. He says they were turned away at customs. He tells The Good Hands if they do good tonight, there might be an opportunity for them.

The theme for Eric Young hits and out comes “The World Class Maniac.” He settles into the ring and then “The Octopus” Jonathan Gresham heads to the ring. As he does, Hannifan mentions another update on Chris Bey. Steve Maclin comes out last and rushes to the ring to try and get his hands on Alexander.

Alexander slides out of the ring, as do The Good Hands. As order is restored and things get started in our next match of the evening, Alexander immediately tags out and Skyler comes in to kick things off with Gresham. The show heads into a quick mid-match commercial break as the action continues.

When the show returns, we see Alexander is finally willing to tag in now that his opposition is down and out. After they start to fight back into competitive form, he quickly tags out again, only to come back in moments later and chop-block Young’s knee from behind.

Things once again don’t go Alexander’s way, and this time he simply walks off, leaving Hotch and Skyler to fend for themselves. They are immediately gobbled up by a fired up Maclin and Young, with Maclin finishing things up with a KIA for the win. After the match, the show heads into another break.

Looking Back At “Speedball” Mike Bailey vs. El Hijo del Vikingo

When the show returns, we hear Tom Hannifan say, “And now, looking back at the conclusion of “Speedball” Mike Bailey vs. El Hijo del Vikingo from TNA Bound For Glory.”

Like he says, the show shifts to footage of the final several minutes of the instant classic TNA X-Division Championship bout between the two, which Bailey would go on to win.

Presumably this is being done in place of the El Hijo del Vikingo vs. Trent Seven match that resulted in Vikingo being injured airing. Read a full recap of the bout via our TNA Bound For Glory 2024 results here at F4WOnline.com.

Ash By Elegance (w/ Heather By Elegance & George Iceman) defeated Dani Luna (w/ Jody Threat)

The show heads to a commercial break after the X-Division title bout from TNA Bound For Glory 2024 wraps up. When the show returns, we see footage of the Countdown to Bound For Glory Call Your Shot gauntlet of AJ Francis hitting his Down Payment on Trent Seven to eliminate him.

Backstage, Seven is shown dejected when Mike Bailey walks up and gives him a pep talk. It is interrupted when The System come in. Moose talks about wiping TNA Bound For Glory 2024 from the records, because The System don’t lose. Bailey tells Moose we all saw him lose. A match is made between the two for Bailey’s title on next week’s show.

Inside the Impact Zone, Dani Luna makes her way to the ring accompanied by Spitfire partner Jody Threat. She settles in the ring for the next match of the evening, and then out comes George Iceman to personally introduce Ash By Elegance. She comes out accompanied by Heather By Elegance.

Ash passes her excess ring gear off to Iceman at ringside, who himself is holding a giant broomstick on this Halloween edition of the show. Ash and Luna lock-up and Luna powers Ash down to the mat and taunts her.

Heather gets involved at ringside and actually gets pulled into the ring. Luna chases Ash around the ring and gets hit with a drop toe-hold that sends her crashing face-first into the steel ring steps. Back in the ring, Ash goes for the cover, but only gets a two-count.

Luna takes back over on offense, as Sada Baby is shown in the crowd. Apparently he’s a rap star. Luna hits a big Blue Thunder Bomb for a close two-count. She hits a big suplex and another, prompting Ash to roll out to the floor and call for a time-out as fans chant “One more time!”

Luna tries hoisting Ash over the ropes back into the ring. Iceman holds onto Ash to help and as the referee is dealing with that, Heather By Elegance blasts Luna with the broomstick. Ash follows up with a swanton off the ropes for the victory.

After the match, another narrated message with an update on Chris Bey airs, with a still image promoting the GoFundMe campaign set up to aid in his recovery costs. From there, the show heads into another commercial break.

Lei Ying Lee defeated Maggie Moore

When the show returns, the lights in the Impact Zone immediately go out. The theme for Lei Ying Lee hits and out comes the former Xia Li for the next match of the evening on the Halloween episode of TNA Impact.

Already in the ring is her scheduled opponent for tonight, Maggie Moore. Hannifan mentions Moore has some experience under her belt on TNA Xplosion on TNA+. The two lock-up as the bell sounds and Lee immediately takes the offensive lead.

Lee slams Moore head-first into the mat and then connects with a big stomp. She gets Moore in a corner and unloads on her with strikes. Moore tries to mount an offense in the corner moments later, but Lee reverses her and drills her with repeated forearms.

Moore ends up connecting with a pump-kick that caught Lee by surprise. She goes for a suplex to follow-up, but Lee escapes and hits a spinning back-kick to the bread-basket. She hits a double-jump turning cross-body off the middle rope. She hits Thunderstruck after that for the easy win.

After the match, Savannah Evans makes her surprise return for the first time in months. In her first appearance back, she attacks Lee in the corner as she was celebrating. She yells at her, “My time, not yours!” and then chokeslams her and leaves her laying. After this wraps up, the show heads into another commercial break.

Eddie Edwards & JDC defeated Nic Nemeth & Joe Hendry

It’s main event time!

But first, when the show returns, Mike Santana is shown in a direct-to-camera promo package. He talks about being taught you have your word and your balls, and you don’t break them for anyone. Where have I heard that before? Hmm.

He gloats about going through The System one-by-one. He says now it’s time to bring home the TNA World Championship to us. It’s not a matter of where or how, it’s only a matter of when. He stands up and walks off.

After that wraps up, the matches listed below were officially announced for next week’s episode of TNA Impact on November 7. When we return inside the Impact Zone, Frankie Kazarian, back as himself, comes out with his Call Your Shot trophy to join Hannifan and Rehwoldt on special guest commentary for the main event of the evening.

The theme hits to bring out the team of Eddie Edwards and JDC, accompanied by Alisha Edwards, for the final match of this week’s special Halloween episode.

After they settle in the ring, the viral smash hit, “I Believe in Joe Hendry” hits the house speakers and out comes the wildly popular TNA star to a Road Warrior pop. Nic Nemeth’s theme hits next, with Kazarian calls “filthy music,” and out comes the TNA World Champion ready for battle.

Edwards and Hendry kick things off for their respective teams as the bell sounds to get this one started. Edwards takes the early offensive lead over Hendry, pounding him with clubbing blows. This doesn’t last for long, however, as Hendry fights back and hits his stalled suplex spot for a big crowd reaction.

After he goes for the cover and gets a count of two, Edwards fights back and tags in JDC, who comes in and takes over as the show heads into a mid-match commercial break as the action continues. When the show returns, Edwards is beating down Nemeth.

Meanwhile, Kazarian is showing off his Call Your Shot trophy to Hannifan and Rehwoldt at the commentary desk. JDC tags in and picks up where Edwards left off, taking it to Nemeth, as the crowd rallies behind the TNA World Champion in hopes of him making the much-needed tag to Hendry.

JDC looks for a flipping leg-drop off the ropes, but no one is home and he takes a super painful landing. Fans chant “We believe!” as Nemeth crawls to his corner in hopes of making the tag. Edwards tags in for his side and grabs Nemeth’s foot before he can, but Nemeth explodes forward and gets the tag.

Hendry takes the hot tag and comes into the ring with a ton of energy, hitting any-and-everything that moves. He hits a big fall away slam on the larger Edwards and then plays to the crowd. He does the dramatic soap opera turn and then the butt-out stomp-stomp, clap routine.

JDC and Edwards double-team him to try and cut his momentum off, but Hendry pulls off a Road Warrior Hawk by ducking and coming off the ropes with a leaping double clothesline to take them both out. Hendry tags Nemeth back in, who hits Edwards with a FameAsser for a close two-count that is broken up by JDC.

Hendry and Nemeth work together, but Hendry accidentally clotheslines Nemeth. Edwards follows up with a Boston Knee Party for the win. Hannifan mentions it being the first time Nemeth has been pinned in TNA Wrestling in the past six months.

Hendry tries explaining himself to Nemeth afterwards, but Nemeth doesn’t want to hear it. Nemeth leaves the ring. Hendry follows after him and stops him to try again to explain. Nemeth says “everybody gets one” and the two continue a heated-exchange until Nemeth storms off angry once again.

Hendry tries again to catch up to him. Nemeth points and yells at him one more time. He yells, “Got it?” and heads through the entrance tunnel. Hendry looks upset. Hannifan plugs the TNA socials to follow Nemeth through the entrance tunnel and see what happens next. That’s how this week’s show goes off the air. Happy Halloween, everybody! **********
Ash & Heather By Elegance defeated Xia Brookside & Brinley Reece

The Countdown to TNA Bound For Glory pre-show kicks off inside Wayne State Fieldhouse with George Iceman coming to the ring with a microphone in-hand. He welcomes beauty personified — times two. With that said, out comes Ash & Heather By Elegance, dressed up as the devil and an angel, respectively.

WWE NXT Superstar Brinley Reece comes out first for their opposition. Then out to the late-1990s pop-rock, American Pie soundtrack missing-tune comes her partner, Xia Brookside, to a pretty good pop from the Detroit crowd.

Reece and Heather kick things off for their respective teams, as fans immediately break out in the first of what will likely be many “TNA! TNA!” chants for the evening. Reece controls Heather and then tags in Brookside, who picks up where she left off, taking it to Ash By Elegance’s new protégé.

After Heather tags back in, the action spills to the floor, where Ash provides an assist that leads to a shift in the offensive momentum. Fans chant “You still suck! You still suck!” as the angel and devil duo take turns controlling Reece in the ring.

After a loud “We want Xia!” chant spreads throughout the building, Reece fires back up and makes the much-needed tag. Brookside hits the ring off the hot tag with a ton of momentum, and connects with Broken Wings in the corner.

Reece tags back in and after a big move, gets a close two-count on Ash. Reece hits a big power spot after that and seemingly has things won, only for Iceman to interfere to a ton of heat from the Detroit crowd. Fans chant “Kick his ass! Kick his ass!” as Brookside chases him around the ring.

She gets him down and chokes him out with his own sport coat. Meanwhile, Reece is hit with a Spanish Fly by Heather and Rarified Air by Ash for the finish. Iceman celebrates with Ash and Heather in the ring to wrap up the opener.

Bob Ryder, Rhino Inducted Into 2024 Class Of TNA Hall Of Fame

The induction video package for Bob Ryder airs for the 2024 class of the TNA Wrestling Hall of Fame. The package featured Jeff Jarrett, Kurt Angle, James Storm, Frankie Kazarian, Josh Mathews and many others singing the praises of the longtime TNA office employee.

When the package wraps up, Eric Young comes out to a podium at the end of the entrance ramp to give an induction speech for his longtime personal friend, Bob Ryder. Fans in the building chant “Thank you, Bob!”

Young gives a speech about what a good person Ryder was and mentions his passing and how he’s watching now proudly. He is given credit for being along with Jeff and Jerry Jarrett, one of a handful of people responsible for TNA’s existence.

When that wraps up, the induction video package for former ECW original Rhino airs. Many of the same talking heads are featured giving kind words about “The Man Beast” / “The War Machine.” When the package wraps up, Tommy Dreamer comes out to deliver an induction speech.

Dreamer talks about Rhino being “everything a classic big man should be.” That’s right, 5’10” “big man.” We all get what he means, but still. Dreamer gives Rhino’s long list of credentials from his days in WWE, ECW and TNA. Dreamer says Rhino looks and works as good as ever now as he did in his prime.

He then wraps up joking about Rhino saying every year that it’s going to be the Detroit Lions’ year. The fans in Detroit loved that and broke out into a loud pro-Lions chant. Rhino is then introduced and out he comes in a bright red suit coat to the obligatory “You deserve it!” chant.

Rhino delivers an excellent line about being in shock that they found a decent suit jacket that fit Dreamer. He follows that up with an awesome joke about his wife. The crowd gives him some flack for it and he quickly quips, “C’mon you’re supposed to be on my side tonight!”

Rhino’s personality is shining through in ways in this induction speech that he’s maybe never shown in decades of performing in front of cameras. Really good, genuine stuff. He thanks his family, Paul Heyman and even his “WWE family.” He thanks Triple H for never stop believing in him.

He thanks Jim Ross and Pat Patterson for always believing in him and pushing for him to get a second chance. He thanks Edge, Christian and Joe Legend for always being his friend no matter what. He says Dreamer is like a brother to him. He thanks Johnny Swinger and tells him to keep swinging, baby.

He thanks Scott D’Amore for training him. He mentions having two minutes left. He thanks Heath Slater. He calls him a great human being and says in 2017, his brother Jim was diagnosed with cancer and given a death sentence.

He only lived two-and-a-half months after it and Heath would talk to him and he could see the cancer go away and the life come back in his voice. He says for a moment in time he would give his brother moments in life. He thanks Heath again. He leads fans in a “GORE!” chant and wraps up an awesome induction speech.

Frankie Kazarian Wins 2024 Call Your Shot Gauntlet

After the 2024 TNA Hall of Fame segment wraps up, we shift gears and get ready for the Call Your Shot Gauntlet. Out first comes Frankie Kazarian. Starting things off with Kazarian will be Zachary Wentz. The bell sounds and these two will kick things off for the first two minutes.

Wentz takes the early offensive lead and after some back-and-forth action, the countdown clock appears to bring out Jake Something at number three. Something immediately hits the ring and makes an impact, taking it to both Wentz and Kazarian with power offense.

Something and Kazarian both try and throw Wentz over the top, and as they do, the countdown clock appears again. Trey Miguel makes his way out in the fourth position and provides some help for Wentz. The crowd comes to life as Miguel flies all over the place, taking out any-and-everything that moves in the process.

Wentz recovers and joins in with Miguel as the Detroit crowd breaks out into a “Let’s go Rascalz!” chant. The countdown clock appears and winds down to bring out Hammerstone. Now Jake Something has some assistance, and four of the five men in the ring are part of teams.

Hammerstone powerbombs Wentz into Miguel. Kazarian tries ordering Hammerstone around, but this backfires on him. Hammerstone and Something run over “The King of TNA” with a big double-clothesline. The countdown clock winds down and Rohit Raju comes out as the seventh competitor in the gauntlet.

Out as the eighth participant in the gauntlet a couple of minutes later is Laredo Kid. Fans chant “Lucha! Lucha!” as the masked-man hits the ring with a ton of energy, but within seconds is eliminated. Miguel works on Hammerstone outside of the ring ropes on the apron, but Something hits him from behind.

Hammerstone launches Miguel onto Laredo Kid on the floor to eliminate him. The countdown clock winds down at the same time and out comes Sami Callihan. As he enters the ring, Hammerstone is eliminated. Callihan hits a Cactus Driver ’97 almost immediately.

John Skyler comes out next and after a couple of minutes, Bhupinder Gujjar comes out as the next entrant. Gujjar is nearly eliminated by Raju, but in Shawn Michaels and Ricky Steamboat-fashion, he skins the cat with relative ease. Trent Seven comes out next to a big pop in his return hometown appearance.

KC Navarro comes out next, but walks right into “The Death Machine.” Sami Callihan Donkey Kong’s him into the mat with authority for a big pop. Moments later, Raju and Gujjar eliminate themselves, and John Skyler gets eliminated just as 2024 TNA Hall of Fame inductee Rhino makes his way out.

Rhino immediately eliminates Callihan as the crowd goes berserk. Fans chant “Gore! Gore! Gore!” Rhino ties Chris Sabin tonight with his 13th match at a TNA Bound For Glory event. The countdown clock winds down and out comes Tasha Steelz as the first Knockout in this year’s bout.

Steelz hits the ring and blasts Navarro with a standing cutter that launches him half way across the ring. Steelz and Rhino have a big staredown, Brock Lesnar and GUNTHER style. Rhino hoists her up but sets her down. Steelz does a twerk dance.

The countdown clock strikes and Lei Ying Lee comes out as the second Knockout entrant in the gauntlet. Within a minute, Lee eliminates the only other female in the ring, as she blasts Steelz with a kick that sends her over the ropes and out to the floor.

Jason Hotch is out as the next entrant. Navarro is eliminated. Leon Slater is out next and he immediately starts racking up a body count, bouncing bodies all over the place, but not yet actually eliminating anyone. Kazarian blasts Lee with a clothesline, which elicits a ton of heat.

She is eliminated seconds later. Jonathan Gresham comes out as entrant number 18. JDC comes out as the 19th entrant and quickly eliminates Slater for a ton of heat. Seven hits a Seven-Star Lariat on JDC just as the countdown clock appears again. Out comes AJ Francis as the 20th and final competitor.

Gresham, Seven and Hotch are eliminated in rapid-fire-style fashion. Wentz hits a death valley driver on the ring apron outside the ropes to Something to eliminate him. Wentz nearly hurricanrana’s Francis over the ropes, but Something provides the assist from the floor, yanking Wentz out and eliminating him.

Fans chant “Gore! Gore! Gore!” as they see Rhino, JDC, AJ Francis and Frankie Kazarian as the final competitors remaining. Rhino eliminates JDC but turns around into a gore from Francis. The crowd craps all over that, as you would expect. Francis tries throwing Rhino out, but Rhino slides out the back door and clotheslines Francis out for a massive pop.

Rhino turns around and sees Kazarian down in the corner. Kazarian slowly gets to his feet and the bell sounds for a standard one-on-one bout between Kazarian and Rhino. Kazarian hits a low-blow on Rhino that the referee doesn’t see and within all of a minute, scores a pin for the victory.

Frankie Kazarian is the 2024 Call Your Shot Gauntlet winner. He is presented with his trophy and he celebrates. The commentators talk about him being able to call for a title shot of his choosing at any time of his choosing in the next year.

They point out with him being the third man in the ring for tonight’s TNA World title bout between Nic Nemeth and Joe Hendry, that things could get interesting. Hannifan and Rehwoldt are shown on-camera one final time to wrap up the Countdown to TNA Bound For Glory pre-show. It’s pay-per-view time!

“Speedball” Mike Bailey defeated El Hijo del Vikingo to retain the TNA X-Division Championship

An excellent cold open video package airs to start off the PPV portion of TNA Bound For Glory 2024. Back inside the Wayne State Fieldhouse in Detroit, MI., the theme plays to bring out El Hijo del Vikingo. After he settles in the ring, reigning TNA X-Division Champion “Speedball” Mike Bailey emerges.

Fans are chanting “Holy sh*t! Holy sh*t!” before Bailey’s theme is even finished playing. His theme wraps up and the bell sounds, eliciting a loud “This is Awesome! This is Awesome!” chant before the two touch. They shake hands and get in a Street Fighter video game-style fighting stance. The fight is on.

Hannifan says tonight is the highest grossing Bound For Glory show in 11 years. del Vikingo hits a turning spot in the ring that looked, like much of his offense, awe-inspiring. He hits another twisting splash to Bailey after diving through the ropes out to the floor.

He goes for a big high spot off the ropes back in the ring, but Bailey moves and avoids it. del Vikingo stops and the referee checks on his knee, before Bailey reengages and specifically focuses his attack on the knee of the challenger.

The two proceed to put on an instant classic of high-risk, high-impact offensive showcases for the next ten minutes, including an insane Canadian Destroyer off the ropes onto the hard part of the ring apron. In the end, Bailey hit a float-over super-plex off the ropes for the victory to retain his X-Division Championship in an epic title tilt.

Spitfire defeated Wendy Choo & Rosemary to retain the TNA Knockouts Tag-Team Championships

Rehwoldt and Hannifan appear on-camera to run down the rest of the card still to come and then set the stage for our second PPV bout of the evening, which is another championship contest. Wendy Choo and Rosemary come out together as the challengers for a Knockouts tag-team title tilt.

Spitfire duo Jody Threat and Dani Luna make their way out next for their latest title defense. The bell sounds and it is Threat and Choo who kick things off for their respective teams. Threat takes the early offensive lead before tagging in Luna.

Choo pulls Luna’s hair and brings her to her own corner, where she tags in Rosemary. We see the pillow used as a cushion for the heel challengers, resulting in the poor pillow being suplexed out to the floor. True story.

Choo and Rosemary start to sneak around with cheap heel tactics behind the referee’s back, which allows them to shift the offensive momentum in their favor. They isolate Threat on their side of the ring and prevent her from making the tag, all-the-while utilizing frequent tags themselves to keep a fresh person on her at all times.

Luna finally gets the tag and she does a good job of taking over, but eventually falls victim to a two-on-one attack by Choo and Rosemary in a prolonged beatdown at ringside. Threat hits a high spot off the ropes to even things out, while also breaking the referee’s count to keep the match going.

After the big high spot, Threat heads back to the corner and cheers on Luna to make the tag, only for Choo to yank her off the apron. Rosemary then follows up with a spear to Luna in the ring. She immediately covers her, but decides to pull Luna up before the referee could count to three.

She tags in Choo and the two set Luna up for a double suplex off the middle rope. Luna escapes and brings them both down with a double powerbomb. She makes the tag and Threat comes in delivering blows to Choo and Rosemary over-and-over again, until running into double-knees by Choo.

Rosemary accidentally blasts Choo. Threat trips Choo onto Rosemary draped over the middle rope. She hits a running double knees to their stacked-backs and then connects with a double German suplex. She tags Luna in and the two hit the Pressure Drop for the win to retain. After the match, Rosemary spears Choo and lays her out. She grabs her lifeless head and lifts it up and kisses her before leaving her laying.

Gia Miller Interviews Special Referee Frankie Kazarian

Backstage, Frankie Kazarian, fresh off of his victory in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet match earlier in the evening, is shown reading Earl Hebner’s autobiography. Gia Miller walks up and he tells her he’s busy reading and studying for his special referee assignment tonight.

The self-proclaimed “King of TNA” then talks briefly about his plans as the Call Your Shot Gauntlet winner. Joe Hendry and Nic Nemeth are shown making their arrivals to the building for their main event title tilt later in tonight’s main event.

Josh Alexander defeated Steve Maclin

Back inside the arena, Steve Maclin’s theme hits and out he comes for the next PPV match of the evening. He settles in the ring and then the entrance tune for Josh Alexander hits. “The Walking Weapon” emerges, only to be rushed by Maclin.

Maclin meets him as soon as he walks through the entrance tunnel at the top of the entrance staging area. Hannifan and Rehwoldt talk about Sinner & Saint not being here tonight due to travel issues, noting Maclin gets Alexander all by himself tonight after being zip-tied and attacked on Thursday.

After a couple of minutes of beating down Alexander at ringside, Alexander finally starts to fight back and take over. He does the old-school Bret Hart-style sharpshooter around the ring post to soften up the leg of Maclin. He enters the ring and the referee finally calls for the bell.

Alexander immediately rushes across the ring and goes straight to work on the leg that he just began softening up of Maclin. Fans get on his case with “Walking Weiner” chants. Maclin starts to take over but after a few more minutes of action, Alexander blatantly low-blows Maclin after the referee is bumped.

While the referee is still down, Alexander zip-ties Maclin’s hands behind his back. Maclin starts to fight back with his hands still cuffed behind him. The referee tries during a lull in the action to untie his hands, but Maclin just moves away from him and dives through the ropes to splash onto Alexander on the floor.

Back in the ring, he does the same thing, refusing to wait for the ref to cut his hands free, opting instead to land a running double-knee to “The Walking Weapon.” Again Maclin refuses to be untied by the ref, and this time it backfires, as Alexander hits a tombstone pile driver to Maclin with his hands cuffed behind him.

Dangerous stuff. He goes for the cover, and even with his hands tied behind his back, Maclin still gets a shoulder up. Alexander goes for the C4 Spike, but Maclin avoids it. Alexander hits a German suplex to Maclin, who no-sells it and pops back up with his hands still behind his back.

Alexander locks Maclin in the ankle lock. The commentators point out that Maclin can’t tap out or grab the ropes due to them being cuffed behind him. Maclin passes out, presumably due to extreme leg pain? Alexander wins with an ankle lock due to pass out by Maclin.

PCO defeated Matt Cardona in a Monster’s Ball match to retain the TNA Digital Media & International Heavyweight Championships

We see footage of Masha Slamovich and Jordynne Grace arriving to the building earlier today, as the commentators mention we’re not far from our triple main event. First, however, the pre-match video package airs to tell the story leading up to our next PPV match.

Up next is the Monster’s Ball match between PCO and Matt Cardona for the TNA Digital Media and International Heavyweight Championships. When the “road to” style package wraps up, we hear the familiar sounds of “Alwayz Ready” Matt Cardona’s theme.

Out comes “The Indy God” looking as tan as ever, wearing a “Deathmatch Busters” Ghostbusters-style ring gear. He settles in the ring and then the lights in the building go out. The entrance for PCO begins. Out comes “The French-Canadian Frankenstein” to a big pop.

The bell sounds and off we go with this Monster’s Ball double title tilt. This is the 59th ever Monster’s Ball match in TNA history. That seems like a lot. PCO is undefeated at 3-0 in his Monster’s Ball match history. Cardona’s first few offensive attempts result in a no-sell by PCO, who nearly be-heads him with a lariat.

Cardona side-steps PCO as he charged at him at full-speed, and guides him through the ropes, where he crashes and burns on the floor at ringside. Cardona slides through the bottom rope with a baseball slide dropkick to PCO, before sending him into the ring post, and then the ring steps.

The violence levels pick up from there, as a door is brought in instead of a table. It is put in the corner and used as the back-drop for a big spear spot. Another door is brought out and laid long ways across about four steel chairs set up by Cardona.

Cardona powerbombs PCO off the ropes through it. Cardona pulls a sack full of thumbtacks out from under the ring. He takes a handful of them and puts them in PCO’s mouth, before blasting him with a Re-Boot. He hits a Radio Silence and goes for the cover, but PCO kicks out.

Cardona one-by-one pushes thumbtacks into PCO’s cheek. Eek. A third door is pulled out from under the ring. As Cardona is holding it in the ring, PCO runs and splashes onto it and him for a close two-count. Now we see PCO pull out a second black sack from under the ring.

He sprinkles out a ton of thumbtacks all over the ring mat. Cardona, who has blood all over one of his pant legs, heads out to the floor and grabs a baseball bat wrapped in neon green barbed wire. He stabs it into the face of PCO, who fights back and ultimately chokeslams Cardona onto the pile of tacks. He follows up with a PCO-sault for the win to retain his titles in a fun violent brawl.

Mike Santana defeated Moose

The “road to” style pre-match video package airs to tell the story leading up to our next match of the evening, which features Moose of The System going one-on-one against Mike Santana. Hip-hop star Westside Gunn is shown in the first row as Moose makes his ring entrance.

Mike Santana is out next to a big crowd reaction from the packed house in Detroit. Fans break out in a dueling “Spin the Block” / “Moose!” chant as the two stare each other down at the sound of the bell. Santana charges at Moose and the two immediately brawl out to the floor.

After this continues for a few minutes, the match resumes inside the ring where Santana starts to fight back into competitive form. Moose cuts his comeback short, however, and proceeds to settle into a comfortable prolonged run in the offensive driver’s seat.

Santana begins a fired up comeback, only for JDC of The System to hit the ring and try to interfere. Santana ends up taking him out with a Spin the Block and follows up with another to Moose. He goes for the cover but only gets two.

Moose hits a big Spear, but Santana somehow kicks out of that. Santana hits another Spin the Block for the big win. Hannifan stresses on commentary that Santana worked his way through each member of The System before taking out the head of the snake on TNA’s biggest stage tonight.

Masha Slamovich defeated Jordynne Grace to become the new TNA Knockouts Champion

Now it’s time for part one of the TNA Bound For Glory 2024 triple-main event, as up next is the TNA Knockouts Championship bout. The pre-match package airs to tell the story leading up to tonight’s showdown between Masha Slamovich and “The Juggernaut” Jordynne Grace.

The Tale of the Tape graphic flashes on the screen when we return live, and then Slamovich makes her way out to what is a pretty surprisingly big reaction from the crowd. Out next to a bigger pop is the reigning champ, Grace, who looks extra dolled up for tonight’s big show.

After the long, drawn out, formal ring introductions for this championship contest and our first of three co-main events, the bell sounds and the two shake hands before getting after it. Slamovich starts off strong, but then Grace takes over and targets the knee of the challenger.

Grace picks Slamovich up and bounces her knee off the ring post at ringside over-and-over again. Back in the ring, Slamovich eventually starts to fight back into competitive form. She hits a Snow Plow for a super close two-count. Grace fights back and hits a Kryptonite Crunch for a two-count.

Slamovich is launched to the floor where she lands hard, drawing an audible collective gasp from the Detroit crowd in attendance. Slamovich hoists Grace up and connects with a Burning Hammer for another super close two-count. Fans chant “TNA! TNA!” as both are slow to get back to their feet.

After Slamovich lands an assortment of kicks, Grace catches one of them and in one swift motion, hoists Slamovich up across her shoulders. She plants her into the mat and then quickly muscles her back up right into a Juggernaut Driver. She immediately goes for the cover, but somehow Slamovich kicks out.

Grace locks Slamovich in a tight leg submission that she cranks away on, wrenching away at the injured knee that she has been softening up the entire night. Somehow Slamovich hangs on and makes it to the ropes. Fans chant “This is Awesome! This is Awesome!”

The champ looks for the Grace Driver off the ropes, but Slamovich has it well-scouted and begins headbutting her way free. She takes over and connects with a Super Snow Plow. She rolls through into a pile driver and covers her for the win. We have a new TNA Knockouts Champion after an excellent match.

Nic Nemeth defeated Joe Hendry to retain the TNA World Championship

The pre-match video package for match two in our triple-main event here at TNA Bound For Glory 2024 airs now. Up next is the TNA World Championship showdown between Nic Nemeth and Joe Hendry. The package wraps up and special referee and 2024 Call Your Shot Gauntlet winner Frankie Kazarian emerges.

After the self-proclaimed “King of TNA” settles in the ring with his massive Call Your Shot Gauntlet trophy, he awaits the arrival of the challenger and the champion. A special elaborate pre-entrance video package airs with Joe Hendry in a hoodie looking into a bathroom mirror, ala Eminem in “8 Mile.”

It then shows him in Detroit with his back turned in a spot where clearly everyone was hoping to see the dramatic turn to reveal Slim Shady himself. Unfortunately, it was Hendry. Inside the arena, we see someone come out with their back turned holding a chainsaw, ala Eminem in his old Slim Shady wild-man days.

The catchy-ass “I Believe in Joe Hendry” entrance tune hits and we see the dramatic turn to reveal Hendry again. He makes his way to the ring as the fans in Detroit very, very loudly sing along with every word of his catchy-ass entrance tune.

Out as the wrestling equivilant of the 1980s hair metal band movement to Joe Hendry’s early-2000s hip-hop wrestling equivilant-patterned entrance is the reigning and defending TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth. The champ settles in the ring.

The ring announcer handles the long, drawn out, formal pre-match ring introductions for the champion, challenger and special guest referee. Fans actually boo Nemeth quite a bit after going bonkers for Hendry. It’s time for our second of three main events here at TNA Bound For Glory 2024.

Fans in Detroit loudly chant “F**k Ohio! F**k Ohio!” as Nemeth takes his ring jacket off and prepares for battle. Kazarian holds up the TNA World Championship and smiles real big before calling for the bell to officially get this one started. The two go face-to-face in an intense moment. They back up and lock-up.

Nemeth takes the early offensive lead. He hits his machine gun elbows spot. The Jerry Lawler heart attack special. Hendry fights back and hoists Nemeth up for a suplex. He keeps him upside down and walks him to all four corners before suplexing him down. He does his dramatic turn for a big pop.

The crowd is so pro-Hendry that they’re passionately anti-Nemeth by default. Hulk Hogan and The Rock at WrestleMania-type atmosphere, only nowhere near that scale, obviously. As the two continue to exchange offensive momentum, they each end up laid out.

Kazarian begins a double count, but stops and exits the ring. He grabs his Call Your Shot Gauntlet trophy and teases calling for his title shot now. He turns around and sees Hendry coming at him, however, and Hendry yanks the trophy out of his hands, sets it down and tells Kazarian to get in the ring and do his job.

As soon as Hendry rolls back into the ring, he stands up just in time to be planted into the mat with a FameAsser. Hendry manages to kick out of the follow-up pin attempt. A few more times we see Kazarian abuse his authority.

The next time he teases calling for his title shot on-the-spot, out walks Walker, Texas-JBL-Ranger through the crowd. John Layfield lays out Kazarian with a Clothesline from Hell for a huge pop. He stops and has a word with Hendry. As Hendry goes to turn away, JBL turns him back and nearly be-heads him with a short-arm Clothesline from Hell, Jake Roberts in-his-prime-style.

Ryan Nemeth ends up out there and he too gets turned inside-out by a big clothesline from hell by JBL. JBL walks off. Hendry slowly gets back into the ring, but is immediately hit with a Danger Zone by Nemeth. Nemeth goes for the cover but there is no referee.

One runs down and begins the count, but Hendry kicks out at two. Fans immediately break out into a thunderous “We Believe! We Believe!” chant. Hendry goes for a Standing Ovation, but doesn’t get it. Nemeth hits Danger Zone and makes the cover for the win to retain. Fans react with loud “Bullsh*t!” chants that can be heard over Nemeth’s music.

The Hardys defeated ABC and The System in Full Metal Mayhem to capture the TNA World Tag-Team Championships

The commentators run down some upcoming special event and pay-per-view dates on the TNA Wrestling calendar and then announce matches for their special Halloween episode of TNA iMPACT next Thursday night, October 31.

From there, Hannifan sets the stage for our final match of the evening, The Hardys vs. ABC vs. The System for the TNA World Tag-Team Championships in a Full Metal Mayhem match. To set up the pre-match video package, Hannifan asks, “Are you ready for one more ride into the extreme?”

The “Tag Lines” graphic flashes on the screen with some interesting notes and rules for this special Full Metal Mayhem title tilt. The iconic theme for The Hardys hits and out comes Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy.

The commentators talk about special Hardys art work being featured in, on and around the ring. Clear Jeff Hardy-style art. Exactly what you’d expect. ABC’s theme hits next and out comes Chris Bey and Ace Austin. The System’s Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers come out last.

No long, drawn out formal ring introductions for this one for some reason. Time issues? Regardless, with the special Hardy artwork all over the ring, the match going on last after Hendry-Nemeth, and the style in which the commentators are talking, if they didn’t have North Carolina coming up on the schedule almost immediately, you’d think tonight is it for Matt and Jeff Hardy.

The action gets off in a hurry and almost immediately everyone is outside of the ring and fighting in different spots on the floor. Myers escapes through the barricade and into the crowd. Hardy chases him down and Sabu’s him with a chair launched onto the back of his head. ABC fight past them with Edwards.

Myers is left for dead and The Hardys fight back to the ringside area, beating down Edwards in two-on-one fashion. They lay him on a colorful artwork table and Matt climbs an equally colorful fancy-art ladder. He hits a big leg drop to put him through it. ABC make their way back to the ringside area.

Jeff Hardy brings a painted ladder into the painted ring, which Hannifan has to point out due to the mess of colors blending together for the viewing audience at home. Odd aesthetic choice, but it’s right up The Hardys / Willow in the Whisp alley.

We see some more high spots and then everyone ends up in the ring again. A giant ladder bridge is set up. We see one ladder wedged on each side of a main ladder under the belts in the middle of the ring. The Hardys are taken out of the picture momentarily and then Edwards begins climbing.

Austin slingshots Bey off the bottom rope, LWO-style, to bring Edwards off the ladder with a backwards cutter. Moments later we see another wild ladder spot that leads to everyone being down and out except Edwards. Fans chant “This is Awesome!” as he begins to climb.

Matt Hardy stops him. Another big ladder spot sees Edwards and Matt out of the picture for the time being. Jeff climbs up a massive ladder with Myers laid out across two colorful tables at ringside. He does a swanton onto Myers but only the further table breaks. Jeff came within inches of breaking his neck or worse. Scary stuff.

Back in the ring, Austin is alone and begins climbing the ladder. Alisha Edwards runs out in a neck brace and pushes the ladder over. She then takes the neck brace off. Matt comes in behind her and takes his shirt off. He hits her with a Twist of Fate. Edwards beats Matt down from behind with a kendo stick.

Edwards begins ascending the ladder, only for Matt and Jeff in opposing corners to throw chairs at him, Sabu-style. They then hoist him up for a double power bomb over the ring ropes and through colorful tables down below. They each climb the ladder on opposite sides and pull the titles down for the win. The Hardys are your new TNA World Tag-Team Champions.

AJ Francis defeated Frankie Kazarian, Sami Callihan, Laredo Kid, Jake Something and Jason Hotch in a Six-Way “Call Your Shot” Scramble

After the recap package for last week’s show airs, we shoot inside the Impact Zone where Sami Callihan makes his way to the ring, which is filled up with Frankie Kazarian, AJ Francis, Laredo Kid, Jake Something and Jason Hotch.

As soon as the bell sounds, Kid takes out Kazarian and starts with fast-paced offense. Each guy gets a moment in the showcase spotlight, culminating in AJ Francis being the last man left standing in the ring, while everyone else brawls on the floor.

Francis teases a big dive to the floor, but decides against it. Callihan starts to take control of the offense in the ring. He goes for a big dive, but is cut off by Hotch. Slowly but surely, everyone ends up back in the ring.

We start to see a number of near falls, with everyone getting a turn at a two-count along the way. Callihan hits a Cactus Driver ’97 for a close two-count, which Francis breaks up and then steals the cover for the win himself.

With the win, Francis will be the No. 20 spot in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet at TNA Bound For Glory. Kazarian will be No. 1.

Gia Miller Interviews Jonathan Gresham

Backstage, Gia Miller is standing by with Jonathan Gresham. She asks him about the recent change in attitude that Josh Alexander has had ahead of their one-on-one showdown later in the show. Gresham says he can relate to it. He then remembered who the f**k he is. The best technical wrestler in the world.

He’s ready to get back everything he lost. He doesn’t care about Alexander’s problems or attitude. All he cares about is stepping into the ring with another man who has earned the reputation, like he has, of being one of the best wrestlers in the world. Gresham calls this a comeback. We head to a commercial break.

Introducing Heather By Elegance

Mike Santana vignette where he takes us through a tour of the Lower East Side of New York in his childhood neighborhood. He talks about the significance of the area and how big of a role it played in his life and wrestling career.

When that wraps up, we shoot back inside the Impact Zone, which is decked out for the next segment, the unveiling of Heather Reckless Makeover by Elegance by Ash By Elegance and George Iceman. We see some candles on a table, bottles on ice, etc.

Iceman does a long build-up and then introduces whom he refers to as “Heather By Elegance.” Out comes Heather Reckless looking dolled up. Matthew Rehwoldt does an excellent job on commentary talking about being breathless and near-tears at the sight of the new and improved Heather By Elegance.

Heather loses her breath when Iceman shows her a mirror so she can see herself. He wants to celebrate with a glass of champagne. As they clang glasses, the theme for Xia Brookside hits to spoil the party. Out she comes with a microphone in-hand.

Xia warns them that karma has a way of coming back at you. With that said, Brinley Reece attacks from behind. Reece and Brookside dunk Heather and Ash’s faces in the bowls of champagne punch. After this wraps up, the show heads into another commercial break.

Josh Alexander (w/ Sinner & Saint) defeated Jonathan Gresham

When the show returns from the break, Josh Alexander’s theme hits and “The Walking Weapon” comes out accompanied by Sinner & Saint. He settles in the ring and the entrance tune for his opponent hits. “The Octopus” Jonathan Gresham emerges.

The bell sounds and Gresham starts off with a sign of honor. Alexander wants nothing to do with it. The two circle and Alexander backs Gresham into the corner of the ring. The two hit the mat with Alexander looking for a submission, but Gresham avoids it and pops back up.

As Alexander dominates on offense, he stops and tells Sinner & Saint at ringside to keep an eye on what he is doing so they can learn his veteran ways. The show heads into a mid-match commercial break as Gresham begins fighting back into competitive form.

When the show returns, Alexander is doing the old Razor Ramon insult-to-injury foot slap as Gresham tries to get back to his feet. It angers “The Octopus,” as one would expect, and he gets back to his feet and blasts Alexander with some stiff forearms and wild kicks.

Gresham begins focusing his offensive attack on the knee of Alexander. The crowd starts to come to life in the background as he takes over. Gresham knocks Alexander to the floor and follows up with four big dives.

None put him down, so he tries for a fifth. Alexander moves, Gresham pumps the breaks and then hits an incredible moonsault off the ropes in the corner to the floor. At ringside, Gresham beats down Sinner & Saint before rolling back into the ring.

Gresham slips on a slingshot attempt on the ropes, but keeps control of the lead. Alexander fights back and looks for a C4 Spike, but Gresham avoids it. Alexander gets some help in the form of involvement from Sinner & Saint, which leads to him scoring the pin.

Once the match wraps up, Alexander, Sinner & Saint begin a three-on-one attack of Gresham until Alexander’s opponent for Saturday’s TNA Bound For Glory, Steve Maclin, hits the ring. He tries to make the save, but ends up getting blasted with a steel chair by Alexander.

Alexander zip-ties Maclin’s hands behind him as he, Sinner & Saint continue their assault. They zip-tied his hands to the ring ropes and continue hitting a defenseless Maclin. Security tries to run down to intervene.

Alexander, Sinner & Saint kick at them to keep them from entering the ring. Maclin is smiling while locked to the ropes staring at Alexander holding a chair. Sami Callihan and Deaner end up hitting the ring with Ace Steele to finally put an end to the madness. We head to another commercial break.

Wendy Choo (w/ Rosemary) defeated Jody Threat

When the show returns from the break, we see another vignette with Mike Santana in a different part of New York talking about his “dead or in jail” background, while stressing the fact that Moose forgot where he came from. He vows to beat him down at Bound For Glory.

Back inside the Impact Zone, Wendy Choo’s theme hits and out comes the WWE NXT Superstar accompanied by Rosemary for singles action in our next match of the evening. Jody Threat makes her way out alone as the commentators inform us Dani Luna is not here tonight due to personal issues.

After some back-and-forth action, Threat quickly realizes she’s going to need eyes in the back of her head with Rosemary at ringside and no Dani Luna to back her up. We see Choo dominate the majority of the match. Just as Threat took over and seemed to have it won, Rosemary throws Choo’s pillow in the ring. The distraction leads to Choo picking up the win.

The Hardys & ABC defeated The System (w/ Alisha Edwards)

Backstage, we see The System standing by. Alisha Edwards, as always, asks if we want to know something. Moose then responds to the vignettes from Mike Santana addressing him ahead of their Bound For Glory showdown this Saturday. After this wraps up, the show heads into another commercial break.

When the show returns, we see Matthew Rehwoldt and Tom Hannifan on-camera at the commentary desk. They run down the lineup for this Saturday’s Bound For Glory as the official match graphics flash on the screen.

After that wraps up, where Ash & Heather By Elegance vs. Xia Brookside & Brinley Reece is announced for the Countdown to Bound For Glory pre-show at 6:45pm EST., and then The System’s theme hits. Out comes the team of Moose, JDC, Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards, accompanied by Alisha Edwards.

The Hardys and ABC make their respective entrances next. Chris Bey and Moose kick things off for their respective teams. We see some high spots from the ring to the floor before the commentators lead the show into a mid-match commercial break as the action continues in the ring.

When the show returns, Jeff Hardy is being beaten down by JDC. The System keeps Jeff isolated on their side of the ring, and begin utilizing frequent tags to keep a fresh man on him at all times. Alisha Edwards even gets some cheap shots in from ringside.

Matt Hardy finally gets the hot tag and helps his team shift the offensive momentum in their favor. Fans in the Impact Zone come to life in the background with loud “Delete! Delete! Delete!” chants. As Alisha Edwards gets involved again at ringside, pulling down the ropes, The System take control of the offense again.

On that note, the show heads into yet another mid-match commercial break as the match continues. When the show returns from the break, the match is still in progress, and ultimately culminates with ABC and The Hardys getting the win.

After the match, The System attack from behind. Mike Santana comes out with a giant chain to help out, but ends up getting hit by Alisha with a kendo stick. It doesn’t hurt him, but it distracts him as he was closing in on Moose.

Once he turned, Moose attacked him and he ended up just another victim with the rest of ABC and The Hardys. The System stand tall after the prolonged post-match beatdown and then the show heads into another commercial break.

Dual Contract Signing For TNA Bound For Glory 2024

It’s main event (segment) time!

When the show returns, the TNA Director of Authority, Santino Marella, is in the ring. He wastes no time in introducing the participants for the dual contract signing for TNA Bound For Glory 2024. Out first comes the challenger for the TNA Knockouts Championship match, Masha Slamovich.

Slamovich takes a seat at the table where the TNA Knockouts and TNA World Championships are sitting. Santino then introduces Joe Hendry, the challenger for the men’s world title main event at TNA Bound For Glory 2024.

The fans loudly sing along with Hendry’s catchy-ass viral theme song as he settles in. Santino does the wave with the fans in the Impact Zone. After the dramatic turn and subsequent “We believe! We believe!” chants from the crowd, Hendry takes a seat.

Santino then introduces the first champion, the TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace. Out comes “The Juggernaut” to a decent crowd reaction. The TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth is out next and he takes his seat.

Slamovich and Grace speak first. Grace says she’s already said everything that needs to be said. She then talks about tonight being a full circle moment for her. She mentions signing her first contract years ago and then puts her John Hancock on the paperwork for Saturday’s defense.

Hendry talks next and mentions how many have called him a flash in the pan. He talks about being a faceless nobody years ago in the role of a lawyer. He talks about how people now know his name and not only do they know it, they believe in it.

Fans chant “We believe! We believe!” Hendry vows Saturday marks the crowning of a new champion. He signs the dotted line on his contract. Nemeth then takes his turn on the mic and tells Hendry that was a sweet story. He tells Hendry he needs him to focus on only him.

Not the naysayers or those who call him a flash in the pan. He doesn’t want him listening to any of those guys. He wants him focused on the main event at TNA Bound For Glory 2024. Nemeth says he doesn’t plan on losing his title, and then signs his contract.

Santino Marella is happy that everything went down without issue. He tries to wrap things up on that happy note, but of course things weren’t over just yet. Frankie Kazarian’s theme hits and out comes the self-proclaimed “King of TNA,” and special referee for the Hendry-Nemeth title tilt at Bound For Glory.

Kazarian apologizes for breaking up the lovefest and then mentions how the star is here. Kazarian talks about going to a referee academy and getting his referee license. He says he went over Santino’s head and talked to Anthem executives.

He says with them he is respected. He is a God. A king. Kazarian makes a crack at Grace and Slamovich, which prompts them to get offended and stand up. Kazarian plays it off as fans chant “Kick his ass!” Kaz tells Santino to hold his glasses and make himself useful. He calls him a stooge.

Kazarian says at Bound For Glory, his little toy badge doesn’t mean a damn thing, because he’s not the law. Kazarian is. So that brings him to the TNA World Champion and his challenger. He assures them he’ll call things down the middle as a fair impartial referee.

He says one thing is for sure — the right man is going to walk out as the TNA World Champion. Nemeth and Hendry bounce Kazarian’s head off the contract signing table. Grace holds Kazarian’s arms behind him. Hendry points to Santino to handle it. Kazarian spits in Santino’s face while still being held.

Santino slaps on his Cobra sock puppet on his hand and blasts Kazarian. Grace, Slamovich, Nemeth and Hendry all grab a limb and at the same time, the four hoist him up and slam him down through the contract signing tables. Afterwards, Nemeth and Grace grab their respective titles and pose with them in face-offs across from Hendry and Slamovich.

Fans chant “TNA! TNA! TNA!” as Hannifan wraps things up on commentary with one final plug for Saturday night’s TNA Bound For Glory 2024. That’s how this week’s show wraps up.

TNA Impact live results: Nic Nemeth vs. Matt Cardona

TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth will take on Matt Cardona in non-title action in one of the headlining matches of tonight’s edition of Impact.

As PCO prepares to face Cardona at Bound for Glory in a Monsters Ball bout, the two agreed to Pick Your Poison matches and the former selected Nemeth to face Cardona. Conversely, Cardona picked Rhino to take on PCO tonight in a no DQ bout with PCO’s Digital Media and International titles on the line.

This will be the first meeting in TNA between Nemeth and Cardona.

Ahead of their title match at the pay-per-view, Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace will come face-to-face with Masha Slamovich.

X-Division Champion “Speedball” Mike Bailey will defend against prospect Leon Slater after Slater won a three-way qualifying match last week.

Mike Santana will face Brian Myers of The System as their rivalry continues.

Former World Champion Steve Maclin will also appear tonight.

PCO (c) defeated Rhino to retain his TNA Digital Media & International Heavyweight Championships in a Pick Your Poison match

After a recap package showing highlights from last week’s show, we shoot inside Skyway Studios in Nashville, TN., where Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt welcome us to this week’s show. The theme for Rhino hits and out comes the soon-to-be TNA Hall of Fame inductee for our opening match.

After “The War Machine” settles inside the squared circle, the theme for his opponent hits, and out comes TNA Digital Media & International Heavyweight Champion PCO. “The French-Canadian Frankenstein” heads to the ring to a big crowd reaction.

The bell sounds and these two immediately get after it in this, the first of two Pick Your Poison matches scheduled for tonight’s show. Rhino and PCO quickly end up on the floor at ringside, where Rhino runs and slams PCO into the ring barricade and ring apron.

PCO fights back and rams Rhino into the steel steps. Rhino gets back to his feet and the two trade stiff chops. Rhino hoists PCO up and slams him down spine-first over the steel ring steps. PCO gets hold of a steel chair and stabs Rhino in the mid-section with it before blasting him across the back with it.

The two fight to the ring apron. PCO has Rhino down and climbs up the top-rope. He attempts a senton but Rhino moves and PCO crashes onto the ring apron — hard. He also hit some steel chairs on the way down. Rhino takes over again from there, bashing PCO in the dome with a trash can.

PCO starts to fight back, chopping Rhino and sending him shoulder-first into the steel ring post. He rolls him back in the ring as fans in Nashville break out into a “PCO! PCO!” chant. PCO brings the trash can into the ring with him and smashes Rhino across the back and then over the top of the head with it.

“The French-Canadian Frankenstein” hoists “The War Machine” up and chokeslams him onto the trash can, which smooshes into a bent mess. Rhino rolls out to the floor. PCO hits the ropes to build up momentum and then dives through the ropes on the other side of the ring for a splash, only to be waffled by a perfectly-timed trash can shot from Rhino.

Back in the ring, PCO starts to fight back and take over again. He sends Rhino into a trash can stuffed between the ropes in the corner. He brings a steel folding chair into the ring and unfolds it. He sets Rhino’s upper-torso across it and begins climbing to the top-rope for a PCO-sault.

Rhino gets up before PCO takes flight, however, and brings him down the hard way, slamming him onto the unforgiving steel chair with authority. He goes for the cover, but only gets a count of two. A table is brought into the ring to the delight of the Nashville crowd.

PCO ends up putting Rhino through the table. He climbs to the top-rope and this time successfully connects with a PCO-sault for the win. Very fun, crowd-pleasing opening match from two salty veterans.

Gia Miller Interviews TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth

Backstage, we see Gia Miller standing by with her guest, current TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth. He talks about being a fighting champion and brings up his Pick Your Poison match later in the show against Matt Cardona.

He says he wanted to defend his TNA World Championship in the bout, but TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella told him he would be potentially compromising the TNA Bound For Glory 2024 main event.

He says Cardona used to be something special. He vows to steal the show and beat Cardona. After this wraps up, the show heads into the first commercial break of the evening.

Ash By Elegance defeated Brinley Reece

When the show returns, “The Liaison” between TNA Wrestling and WWE NXT, Arianna Grace, makes her way out with a microphone in-hand. She introduces another talent from WWE NXT, Brinley Reece. She makes her way out to the ring for our next match of the evening.

After Reece settles inside the squared circle, her music is cut off by the sounds of George Iceman’s voice. The personal concierge for Ash By Elegance tells Grace to hit the bricks and mentions being in Music City in Nashville.

He then rambles on before ultimately doing his job as the personal ring announcer for Ash By Elegance, and introduces her for her match against the aforementioned WWE NXT Superstar. She comes out to boos from the crowd and then the bell sounds to get things started.

The two take a moment before getting after it, and when they do, it is Reece who angers Ash after rubbing her lipstick off and smearing it around her face. Ash fights back and after landing a good shot, tries taunting with what Hannifan described as the worst push-ups ever.

Reece takes over and slams Ash, before dropping down for some push-ups of her own, complete with claps on the way down. Ash shifts the momentum in her favor and grabs a handful of Reece’s hair, before slapping a rear chin-lock on the WWE NXT Superstar.

As things progress, Reece ends up taking back over. She hoists Ash up seemingly with intentions of finishing her off, only for Iceman to hop on the apron and provide a match-altering distraction. Ash takes over as a result, hits her top-rope finisher and scores the pinfall victory.

Once the match wraps up, Iceman gets back on the mic and announces that next week, there will be a VIP Makeover Launch Party By Elegance for Heather Reckless. He offers a teaser now, and Ash drops down and smears lipstick all over Reece’s face until Xia Brookside runs out to chase her off. The show heads into another commercial break.

“Speedball” Mike Bailey (c) defeated Leon Slater to retain the TNA X-Division Championship

When the show returns, an odd stalker-style vignette airs with Rosemary and WWE NXT Superstar Wendy Choo following TNA Knockouts Tag-Team Champions Spitfire (Dani Luna & Jody Threat) around and about. Their match for the titles is made official for TNA Bound For Glory 2024.

Once the package wraps up, we return inside the Impact Zone where Leon Slater makes his way to the ring for our next match of the evening. After he settles inside the ring, the reigning and defending TNA X-Division Champion “Speedball” Mike Bailey makes his way out.

The bell sounds to get things started, and immediately we see Slater taking it to the champ with kicks and fast-paced offense. They start to mirror each other, kipping up simultaneously, before “Speedball” starts to take over.

Bailey slows down and grounds Slater, securing a hammer lock. The commentators talk about this going against Bailey’s usual approach to victory. Slater fights back with a power game of his own, and then the two each miss back-to-back dives to the floor on the other.

Slater trips Bailey in the ring from the floor, and then slingshot splashes on him for a two-count. Slater tries to fly over the top onto Bailey on the floor, but falls right into a well-timed kick from the educated feet of the champ.

Bailey follows up with a top-rope moonsault. He hammer-locks Slater’s arm against and then slams it into the steel ring post, as the show heads into a mid-match commercial break. When the show returns, we see both guys recovering as fans chant “Fight Forever! Fight Forever!”

Slater fights into the offensive lead, hitting a wild slingshot splash onto Bailey at ringside with one-arm, as he has been selling the arm that Bailey worked on with the hammer-lock and ring post shot earlier in the bout.

Back in the ring, Slater gets the crowd on his side as he stalks Bailey, waiting for him to get up. He charges at Bailey with vicious intentions, but Bailey catches him coming in. He goes back to the hammer-lock on Slater, focusing on the weakened limb of the determined challenger.

The two end up on the floor and in one quick motion, Bailey hops up to the ring apron, hits the ropes and launches himself high in the way for a moonsault onto Slater. Back in the ring, Slater looked for a top-rope high spot, but Slater moves and he lands on his feet.

Slater capitalizes with a standing Blue Thunder Bomb for a close two-count. After some more back-and-forth fast-paced, high-flying offense, things finally culminate with a flamingo driver by the champ for the pinfall victory.

An absolutely excellent title tilt on this week’s Impact, which Hannifan calls “an instant classic that unfolded right in front of our eyes.” He is speaking the truth. After the match, Bailey and Slater share a moment of mutual respect in front of an appreciative Nashville crowd.

As Bailey continues his celebration, a video package airs showing highlights of El Hijo Del Vikingo in action in the past. The package wraps up with the announcement that Vikingo will be challenging Bailey for the X-Division Championship at TNA Bound For Glory 2024. The announcement draws audible gasps from the Nashville crowd. Afterwards, the show heads into another commercial break.

The Hardys & ABC Ready For Next Week & Bound For Glory

When the show returns, we see a video package promoting the TNA World Tag-Team Championship Full Metal Mayhem three-way bout for TNA Bound For Glory 2024. After it wraps up, we see The Hardys and ABC backstage.

The two teams share mutual respect to each other after recently sharing the ring together. They announce that they’ve got one more stop before Bound For Glory, which is next week, where they will team up to take on The System.

They talk about having that business to handle, but then they will be opponents again at Bound For Glory. The Hardys mention how everyone says in the past tense that they are one of the best teams ever. They aim to prove they still are in what they claim could be their last-ever Tables, Ladders and Ch…Full Metal Mayhem match. ABC says they’re ready to take out another veteran duo.

Josh Alexander, Sinner & Saint Beat Down Steve Maclin

We return inside the Impact Zone, where Steve Maclin’s theme hits and he makes his way to the ring. He gets on the microphone and talks about having a talk with Eric Young. “The Walking Weapon” Josh Alexander comes out with Sinner & Saint.

Alexander asks if we’re really supposed to believe Maclin has had a complete change of heart after one talk with Eric Young. He says he’s spilled more blood in TNA than anyone in history. He says he’s the longest-reigning world champion in company history, the TNA poster boy and the heart-and-soul of the company.

He says at the blink of an eye, all the fans turned their backs on him. With that in mind, how does he believe that the fans are supposed to believe in a failure like Maclin. Maclin talks about his history with Alexander, and how he once told him he was not a failure, and not an outsider.

He was home grown. He stops talking briefly as he notices Sinner & Saint closely surrounding him at ringside with evil looks on their faces. Maclin says he and Alexander are nothing alike. Alexander says Maclin finally said something he agrees with.

Maclin says they say sometimes you have to check your ego. He says tonight is not one of those times, and then lunges at Sinner & Saint to start to a fight, which quickly goes bad for him. Alexander joins Sinner & Saint in a three-on-one beatdown.

They zip-tie his hands behind his back and then Alexander smacks him and hits him with a C4 Spike. Alexander vs. Maclin is official for TNA Bound For Glory 2024. The three leave him laying as the show heads into another commercial break.

Mike Santana Gets Laid Out By Moose

When we return, TNA/NXT Liaison Arianna Grace and TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella are backstage with the tumbler that will be used for the Call Your Shot Gauntlet match at TNA Bound For Glory 2024.

In comes Frankie Kazarian talking disrespectfully, prompting Marella to remind him that he’s the Director of Authority. After their verbal exchange, the brief backstage segment wraps up.

Back inside the Impact Zone, The System make their way out, back in their Mark Henry circa WWF 1996 red, white and blue matching jackets. They wish Brian Myers well and head to the back, as he heads to the ring.

Mike Santana’s entrance tune hits next and out he comes with a steel chair, which he wraps around his hand at ringside. The referee goes out to try and get it off him, but he blasts Myers with it.

In the ring, Santana blasts each member of The System, one-by-one, as they rush down to the ring to try and attack him. Santana unwraps the steel chain and uses it to connect with his Spin the Block finisher on Myers.

He gets on the mic and says he’s sick of everyone in The System. He calls out Moose from the back and challenges him to get his “baby-boy b*tch ass out here right now.” Fans break out in a “Baby-Boy B*tch!” chant, but Moose never shows up.

He heads to the back to look for him, but gets laid out with a baseball bat to the dome. Moose tells Santana to be careful what he wishes for and walks off leaving him laying. The show heads into another commercial break on that note.

Jordynne Grace, Masha Slamovich Face-To-Face

In a special room, we see TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace and her challenger for TNA Bound For Glory 2024, Masha Slamovich, seated at a table, with color-commentator Matthew Rehwoldt sitting in-between them.

The two talk about their history after Grace questions Slamovich crossing her out on a picture on her wall of victims. They stroll down memory lane, with Slamovich talking about having to sit idly by while Grace worked the WWE Royal Rumble.

Grace talks about Slamovich being a former undefeated queen of the Knockouts division, until Grace beat her. Then she beat her again. Then she beat her a third time. She knows that eats at Slamovich everyday. Slamovich assures Grace that one way or the other, no matter what, she is leaving Bound For Glory with the TNA Knockouts Championship. She walks off on that note.

Nic Nemeth defeated Matt Cardona in the Pick Your Poison main event

It’s main event time!

When we return, the lineup for next week’s TNA Bound For Glory 2024 “go-home” episode of the show is announced (see below), and then Frankie Kazarian’s theme hits. The self-proclaimed “King of TNA” makes his way out, to the dismay of Tom Hannifan, to join he and Matthew Rehwoldt on special guest commentary for the main event of the evening.

The theme for Matt Cardona hits and Mr. “Alwayz Ready” heads to the ring as Kazarian gives him praise for always being tan and in-shape. He settles inside the squared circle for our second of two Pick Your Poison matches on this week’s show.

We hear the trademark unzip and pleased-female moan, followed by the familiar sounds of the entrance theme song for the reigning TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth. He heads to the ring as the show heads into a quick pre-match commercial break.

When the show returns, Kazarian warns Hannifan for his recent comments about him on a past broadcast, informing him that if it weren’t for his good friend, Rehwoldt, he would beat his brains in right now. The focus shifts back to the offense in the ring, which sees Nemeth jump off to a strong offensive lead in the early goings.

The camera pans up the entrance aisle, where a line of security guards are shown standing side-by-side, blocking the entrance tunnel. Hannifan points out they are security brought by Cardona, who is fearful of PCO heading into their scheduled Monster’s Ball showdown at TNA Bound For Glory 2024.

Meanwhile, “The Indy God” starts to find some success, shifting the offensive momentum in the match in his favor. The crowd groans and boos as Cardona taunts them and Nemeth after settling into a comfortable offensive lead.

He sends Nemeth into the steel ring post and then in paranoid fashion, looks over his shoulder to make sure PCO is nowhere in sight. Cardona heads out to the floor and decks Nemeth with a boot to the jaw. Cardona looks for a piledriver to Nemeth on the floor, but Nemeth counters with a back body-drop.

On the ring apron, Cardona blasts Nemeth with a cheap shot thumb to the eye, before launching him off the apron into the steel ring steps with authority. On that note, the show heads into the final commercial break of the evening as the Pick Your Poison main event continues.

When the show returns, Kazarian makes multiple references to being a big part of the upcoming main event for the world title at TNA Bound For Glory, only for Hannifan to point out each time that Kazarian lost to Joe Hendry, and that it will be Hendry-Nemeth one-on-one for the title.

Kaz plays it off and keeps talking like it’s a fact that he’ll be involved regardless. Cardona has been controlling the offensive momentum since the return from the break, however he walks into a big super kick from the champ. Nemeth begins to take over, only for Cardona to sneak a low-blow to Nemeth without the referee noticing.

As Cardona backs up and prepares to finish off Nemeth, the lights in the building start blinking as thunder is heard rumbling. Out comes “The French-Canadian Frankenstein” himself, PCO. He takes out Cardona’s security guards one-by-one, as Cardona looks on in fear from the ring.

While distracted, Cardona stands by as Nemeth recovers and blasts him with his Danger Zone finisher. Nemeth makes the cover and gets the win. PCO picks up a lifeless Cardona and carries him over his shoulders to the back, as Hannifan questions where he is taking him.

Special Guest Referee Announced For TNA Bound For Glory Main Event

In the ring, Nemeth is celebrating his win when out of nowhere, Kazarian leaves his spot at the commentary desk and attacks the TNA World Champion from behind. We hear the familiar sounds of “I Believe In Joe Hendry” and the crowd explodes as the challenger for Nemeth’s title at TNA Bound For Glory hits the ring and makes the save for his opponent at next weekend’s pay-per-view.

The two beat down Kazarian and send him out of the ring. Kazarian gets on the microphone and asks the crowd if they enjoyed Nemeth and Hendry manhandling him. They make it clear that they did. Kazarian says he hopes they’re equally enthused about this next announcement.

“The King of TNA” pulls out a zebra-striped shirt and announces that he has been named the special guest referee / enforcer for the Nemeth vs. Hendry main evet for the TNA World Championship at TNA Bound For Glory 2024.

The crowd boos as Nemeth and Hendry play the confusion as this week’s show goes off the air on that note. Thanks for joining us and don’t forget to follow F4WOnline.com’s Matt Boone on Twitter/X.

**********
Jordynne Grace, Sol Ruca & Masha Slamovich defeated Wendy Choo, Rosemary & Tasha Steelz (w/ Alisha Edwards)

We see a shot of the city of Nashville, TN. as Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt welcome us to the show. We shoot inside Skyway Studios and WWE NXT Superstar Wendy Choo and Rosemary make their way out to the ring for opening action. Tasha Steelz comes out next, accompanied by Alisha Edwards.

Masha Slamovich is out first for the opposition. After she settles inside the squared circle, WWE NXT Superstar Sol Ruca makes her way out to a big crowd reaction. Finally, “The Juggernaut” TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace heads to the ring and the first match of this week’s return episode is underway.

Kicking things off for their respective teams are Grace and Choo. Grace hits a side slam off the ropes and splashes onto Choo in the corner. She hits a world’s strongest slam and then a Vader bomb out of the corner for a two-count. The heel trio starts to take over.

Rosemary locks up Ruca in a submission through the ring ropes, but eventually releases the hold and tags in Steelz. Steelz picks up where Rosemary left off, taking it to Ruca, hitting a splash off the middle rope for a two-count. She locks her in a modified camel clutch as fans rally behind the WWE NXT Superstar.

Choo tags in and puts her boots on each side of Ruca’s head for a neck-snap. She slaps a front face-lock on her and squeezes away as a “Let’s go Ruca!” chant breaks out. Ruca fights her way free and crawls for the tag, but Rosemary tags in and she and Choo stop her.

They go for a double suplex, but Ruca floats over into a double-neckbreaker of her own. Rosemary runs into a big boot and back elbow from Ruca in the corner, who follows up with the death-defying Sol-Snatcher for a big crowd pop.

She finally makes the much-needed tag. Slamovich and Steelz come in and Slamovich takes over. Slamovich has it won, but Grace tags in and hits a Juggernaut Driver for the win. Slamovich didn’t seem happy.

Gia Miller Interviews Josh Alexander

Backstage, we see Josh Alexander talking with Sinner & Saint when in comes Gia Miller. Alexander says you can’t get a moments peace anywhere in this place. Miller brings up what Alexander did to Eric Young. He says it sounds more like a statement than a question, and tells her she’s supposed to be a reporter.

He then sends a message to Young ahead of their match tonight. He tells everyone to pull up a chair and watch a masterclass in him wiping the floor with a “TNA legend.” He tells Miller to hit the bricks and resumes his conversation with Sinner & Saint. The show heads into a commercial break.

Nic Nemeth, Joe Hendry & First Class Talk TNA Bound For Glory 2024

When the show returns, we hear the creepy sounds of Nic Nemeth’s theme music. The TNA World Heavyweight Champion heads to the ring with a “Wanted Man” white jacket on and a smile on his face. He talks about being in a good mood because he’s the champ.

Nemeth says we know the main event for TNA Bound For Glory, because Joe Hendry beat Frankie Kazarian to earn his shot at the title. Fans chant “We believe!” and then we hear the epic sounds of Joe Hendry’s viral entrance tune.

Hendry comes out in a sport coat and a giant cheesy smile of his own on his face. He does the full entrance routine, including the wave, and then addresses the “We believe!” movement after talking about Nemeth being a champion everywhere he goes.

Nemeth says it sounds like a lot of people believe in Joe Hendry. He says they do, and Hendry is a good kid. He says he hopes there’s mutual respect. He says even Shawn Michaels believes in Joe Hendry. A small HBK chant starts and quickly dies down.

Hendry says he appreciates the kind words. He says there’s a lot of legends who believe in Joe Hendry, but there’s one who believes in Nemeth. He asks about John Layfield and whether or not the former JBL will get involved in their match. Nemeth cuts him off and says he doesn’t have to worry about that, only the man who steals the show every night for the past 20 years.

He says he doesn’t plan on losing this title anytime soon. As they stare each other down intensely, the theme for First Class hits and out comes AJ Francis and KC Navarro. Francis is confused at them claiming to be the main event of Bound For Glory, because First Class is the main event.

They’re nothing but money, money, money. He says they’re currently reporting live from Trashville, TN. (Think that’n was taken recently.) He brings up the country bumpkins in attendance and claims credit for making Joe Hendry. He says before he showed up he was a C+ player working the pre-show.

Fans chant “We believe!” and Francis responds, “And ya’ll believe BBQ sauce is toothpaste.” He says they didn’t care about Hendry until he began singing songs about him. Mr. T-N-AJ Francis. Hendry says he forgets which ones he’s talking about.

He sings “Can you please get fired!” And “You-are, you-are, banned from diving!” He asks which one was it. Francis says he came out to talk to Nemeth. He says he had respect for him, but the perpetual main event is always First Class. Nemeth teases a tag match right now, if only, he could find someone to be his partner.

Fans chant “We believe!” and then the mighty theme song for TNA’s Director of Authority plays and out comes Santino Marella. “Boys, boys boys …take it E-C!” Santino announces Nemeth and Hendry against clish-clash in the main event. Francis corrects him and says First Class. We head to another commercial break.

Ash By Elegance Gives Heather Reckless A Makeover

We return from the break to the back of Heather Reckless’ head in a chair in Ash by Elegance’s dressing room. She and George Iceman, and some other makeup people off-camera, go step-by-step insulting Heather’s looks and dress style while talking about ideas for ways to change her and make her over.

Josh Alexander defeated Eric Young

Back inside the Impact Zone, Josh Alexander’s theme hits and “The Walking Weapon” emerges alongside Sinner & Saint, collectively known now as The Northern Armory. They head to the back as Alexander heads to the ring. Eric Young’s cool entrance goes down next and it’s time for our next match of the evening.

Young gets off to a hot start. The action spills to the floor where Young chops the hell out of Alexander. As the action resumes in the ring, Alexander starts to take over. As he does, we head into a mid-match break. When we return, the commentators inform us it has been all Alexander in control of the action.

As the match continues, Young starts to slowly fight his way back into competitive form, until Sinner & Saint hit the ring, which leads to Alexander picking up the win. After the match, Alexander, Sinner & Saint all attack Young. They put his leg in a steel chair and crunch it with a top rope stomp. They leave Young laying as fans boo and Hannifan says, “That’s the REAL Walking Weapon.”

Jordynne Grace Looks For Masha Slamovich, Finds Something Else

Backstage, we see Jordynne Grace cleaned up, showered, and hair braided, looking for Masha Slamovich in various rooms. Gia Miller walks up and Jordynne asks if she’s seen her. They check another room and it looks like a dark room. Dark red lighting and tons of pictures all over the wall like a psycho stalker. Grace sees this and says, “Oh my god.” She walks off and we head to another commercial break.

Mike Santana Calls Out Moose

When the show returns, Mike Santana makes his way to the ring through the crowd. He gets on the mic and says this is the second time he’s talked to a camera to send a message to Moose. He tells him to prove he’s the man he says he is and come out here.

Moose’s theme hits and out he comes. He talks about buying the best security money can buy. He says Santana thinks he’s a tough guy because he comes from the streets. He says he’s just a dumb ass. Santana points out Moose’s security and says all it does is prove he’s nothing more than a “baby-boy-b*tch!” You can guess what chant followed.

Santana says he can smell the fear from all the way up in the ring. He says at one point in life, Moose was his. He says they’ve lived through the same struggles. They both had to create something from nothing. The only difference is, Santana still walks the same blocks he put in work on.

He walks side-by-side with the same people he came up with. He dares Moose to step through his top-flight security and prove he is the face of the franchise. Moose questions Santana’s claims that he forgot where he came from. He says he did forget where he came from, because he’s made himself a three-time champion. He did it by himself. Without any fans or anyone else. Just by trusting The System.

He says he can come down there and beat the hell out of him, like he’s done in the past. He says he’s learned when you’re good at doing something, you never do it for free. He says he’s a prize fighter and a box office attraction. He says the difference between them is he’s the face of the franchise, whereas Santana is nothing but a poor Puerto Rican kid from the projects.

Santana tries to rush him, but stops short when he sees all the security. The rest of The System attack him from behind. They have traded their U.S.A. colors for dark gray attire. Moose joins them in the ring as they continue to stomp out Santana. ABC’s theme hits and the duo of Chris Bey and Ace Austin hit the ring and brawl with The System.

Moose’s security hits the ring, and then The Hardys iconic entrance tune plays. Matt and Jeff Hardy hit the ring and fight off the security and help with The System brawl. The theme for TNA’s Director of Authority hits and out once again comes Santino Marella. Santino says it will be Moose vs. Mike Santana at Bound For Glory.

The Hardys (Jeff & Matt Hardy) and ABC (Chris Bey & Ace Austin) fight to a No Contest after The System (Eddie Edwards & Brian Myers) interferes

Santino also tells Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards of The System to keep an eye on The Hardys vs. ABC because it may have title implications for TNA Bound For Glory. He asks the crowd if they want to see The Hardys vs. ABC now. It’s coming up next. We head to a pre-match commercial break.

When we return, we see the action in progress. The Hardys take the early offensive lead, but Bey eventually fights his way back into competitive form. He hits a big splash and missile dropkick off the ropes to Jeff Hardy for a close two-count.

Matt tags in and things get competitive briefly before the two collide head-first. Both guys are down and each make the tag to their respective partner. Jeff Hardy is the one who comes in hot, hitting Austin with everything in his arsenal, including the split-leg-drop and seated dropkick.

The Hardys hit the Plot-Twist on Bey, which is a Twist of Fate and neck-breaker combo. The System hit the ring afterwards and attack, giving the referee no choice but to call for the bell.

Santino comes out and says despite their efforts, by the power “invested in him,” Edwards and Myers will face The Hardys and ABC in a Full Metal Mayhem match for the tag titles at Bound For Glory. After the match, we head to another commercial break.

Leon Slater defeated Laredo Kid and Jason Hotch (w/ John Skyler) to earn a shot at the TNA X-Division Championship

When the show returns, Laredo Kid makes his way to the ring for an X-Division Championship No. 1 Contender Three-Way bout. He settles in the ring and then Jason Hotch comes out with John Skyler cutting a promo as they walk to the ring. Leon Slater comes out last.

On special guest commentary for this one is the reigning TNA X-Division Champion and the man the winner of this match will face in a title tilt on next week’s show, “Speedball” Mike Bailey. As soon as the bell sounds, Laredo, Hotch and Slater are all over the place.

Laredo Kid hits a big splash to the floor for a big “TNA! TNA!” chant. Back in the ring, he hits a top-rope frog-splash on Slater for a close two-count. Hotch hits the ring and comes off the ropes with a leaping double stomp onto Slater and Kid for a two-count on each.

Slater fights into the lead and hits a wild 450 senton off the ropes and covers Hotch for the win. With the win, Slater earns a shot at Bailey’s X-Division title next Thursday night. The commentators hype the match and thank Bailey for joining them on the call. We head to another break before our main event.

Jordynne Grace’s Challenge Accepted By Masha Slamovich

When the show returns, as the commentators are setting the stage for our tag-team main event, they are caught off-guard by Jordynne Grace’s theme song. The TNA Knockouts Champion gets on the mic and says she can’t find Masha Slamovich backstage. She asks her to come here for one second.

Masha’s theme hits and out she comes. Grace brings up seeing Masha’s “Kill Wall” going back up and how she saw her face in a picture on it. Slamovich says Grace knew she had to keep her close. She says she was the only one who knew she spoke English. She says she kept it to herself so she could be the center of attention.

Slamovich accepts her challenge and says she’s going to become the Knockouts Champion at Bound For Glory and teach Grace what it’s like to live in her shadow. Masha hands her an envelope and walks off. Grace pulls out her picture which is marked. We head to another break.

Nic Nemeth & Joe Hendry defeated First Class (AJ Francis & KC Navarro)

It’s main event time!

When we return, we see the First Class duo of AJ Francis and KC Navarro already in the ring, in the middle of cutting a promo talking trash about Nashville. Joe Hendry’s theme hits to cut them off and out he comes to a monster crowd reaction for the second time this evening.

Hendry gets on the mic and starts cutting a pre-match promo, but before he can say anything, Francis and Navarro attack him. After we hear the necessary unzipping that precedes the arrival of the champion every week, Nic Nemeth hits the ring to make the save.

We head to a pre-match commercial break. When we return, we see the match already in progress, with Nemeth working over Navarro from the start. Francis grabs Nemeth’s hair and Navarro hits him with a Sling Blade to shift the momentum in the favor of First Class.

Francis tags in and picks up where Navarro left off, taking it to the TNA Champion. We see Francis dominate the action for a few minutes until finally Nemeth gets in some offense, which buys him enough time to make the much-needed tag to Hendry.

Hendry hits the ring to a ton of fan support, as loud “We believe!” chants break out. Hendry hoists Francis up, after struggling briefly, and Donkey Kong’s him onto the mat. Hendry hits Nemeth’s own Danger Zone move on Francis and tags in Nemeth. Nemeth hits a super kick but then Navarro makes a blind tag that he doesn’t see.

Navarro hits a missile dropkick on Nemeth. He goes for the Blessing in Disguise, but Nemeth counters with a super kick. Nemeth thought about Danger Zone, but instead used Hendry’s Standing Ovation finisher to take out Navarro. Nemeth follows up with a Fame-Asser for the win. Nemeth and Hendry celebrate their win. As Nemeth raises the title up, Hendry is seen taking a close look at it. That’s how this week’s show goes off the air. Thanks for joining us and don’t forget to follow me on Twitter/X.
