Chris Jericho has begun the promotional push for his next Rock ‘n’ Wrestling Rager at Sea cruise — and the first names announced are sure to raise questions about his wrestling future.
The cruise is set to take place from November 7-11, 2026, sailing from Miami, Florida to the Bahamas. Jericho has made the cruise a nearly annual tradition dating back to 2018. And since 2020, Jericho and AEW have partnered together to have some of the promotion’s wrestlers appear on the cruise. But there are no AEW names (other than Jericho) listed among the first batch of talent for the 2026 edition.
Here are the wrestlers, legends, and media members advertised to be part of the 2026 cruise:
Chris Jericho
Jeff Hardy
Saraya
The Great Muta
Dave LaGreca, Nic Nemeth, and Bully Ray of SiriusXM’s Pro Wrestling Nation
Elayna Black (the former Cora Jade)
Ted DiBiase
Carlito
Shotzi Blackheart
Fred Ottman (Tugboat)
Vampiro
Marcus Bagwell
The Blue Meanie
AJ Francis
Natalia Markova
Victoria Crawford (the former Alicia Fox)
Mo Jabari
Indi Hartwell
Lacey Lane
Kacy Catanzaro
Ricky Knight Jr.
Sonny Onoo
Chris Van Vliet
Gabby LaSpisa
By the time the cruise takes place, we’ll know how things sorted out with Jericho’s contract situation. He’s slated to become a free agent at the start of 2026 when his AEW deal expires. There are rumors that he could be headed back to WWE, but Jericho has not confirmed what his next move will be. He’s publicly left the door open to either staying with AEW or returning to WWE.
Jericho joined AEW when it launched in 2019 and was the promotion’s first-ever World Champion. In 2020, AEW presented an episode of Dynamite from the Jericho cruise.
Since April of this year, Jericho has been off AEW TV since deciding to take a break amid negative crowd reactions he was receiving.
A pre-sale for the 2026 cruise is now underway. It’s the seventh cruise that Jericho and event company Sixthman have partnered together for.
The fourth edition of the Chris Jericho Rock ‘n’ Wrestling Rager at Sea cruise has been postponed until 2023.
According to a statement on the cruise’s website, the decision to postpone from March 2022 to February 2023 came after soliciting feedback and conducting research.
In addition to the new dates, the cruise will have a new destination as well. Instead of sailing from Miami, Florida to Nassau, Bahamas, the cruise will now depart Miami and end up at Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas, including a stop at a private island.
Information on transferring booking from the 2022 cruise to the 2023 edition, plus when new reservations will be accepted for 2023, can be found in a list of FAQs on the website.
The cruise’s statement reads:
“Chris Jericho’s Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea is an incredibly special event and that is because of our amazing cruisers! Since announcing the event during the Triple Whammy in late October 2021 and gearing up to set sail in March 2022, we’ve heard overwhelming feedback from the Rager at Sea family.
Members of this awesome community would love to attend, but are unable to due to the current environment and the quick turnaround between cruises. After compiling feedback and researching the options, we have made the decision to postpone the Four Leaf Clover to 2023.
The Four Leaf Clover will now sail February 2-6, 2023 aboard Norwegian Pearl from Miami, Florida to Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas. We’ll spend the day on our very own private island (a new destination for the Rager at Sea!) where the beach is steps away, the food is free, and any purchased drink packages will be honored!”
A fourth edition of Chris Jericho’s Rock ‘n’ Wrestling Rager at Sea will set sail in 2022.
Jericho announced on this past weekend’s Rock ‘n’ Wrestling Rager Triple Whammy that the Chris Jericho Rock ‘n’ Wrestling Rager at Sea Four Leaf Clover will be held from March 14-18, 2022 between Miami, Florida and Nassau, Bahamas, aboard the Norwegian Pearl.
Tickets for the cruise will be available in a pre-sale here. Pre-sale purchases will include a professional photo with Jericho, a commemorative flag and a longer period of time to spread out payment.
So far, Chris Jericho, wrestling presented by AEW, plus three Fozzy concerts have been announced. The cruise is taking place from Thursday, October 21 to Monday, October 25. It will sail from Miami, Florida to Grand Bahama Island.
Due to a scheduling conflict with the NHL airing on TNT on Wednesday, October 20, a live episode of Dynamite will be held in Orlando, Florida on Saturday, October 23. Some AEW wrestlers will be appearing at Dynamite, while others will be on the cruise.
Chris Jericho will be the master of ceremonies on the cruise.
This year’s Jericho cruise was originally supposed to take place in February but was pushed back due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Cruise attendees must be fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to departure.
The first five AEW talent announcements have been made for this year’s Chris Jericho cruise.
It was announced today that AEW Women’s Champion Britt Baker, Orange Cassidy, Frankie Kazarian, Christopher Daniels, and Colt Cabana will be part of the Jericho cruise. It’s sailing from Miami, Florida to Grand Bahama Island from Thursday, October 21 to Monday, October 25.
“Excited to announce that @realbrittbaker, @orangecassidy, @frankiekazarian, @facdaniels, and @ColtCabana have been added to our incredible wrestling lineup! More additions to come SOON – stay tuned! #JerichoCruise,” the announcement said.
Chris Jericho will be the master of ceremonies on the cruise.
AEW has a live episode of Dynamite being held in Orlando, Florida on Saturday, October 23. Dynamite is being moved to a Saturday on both October 16 and October 23 due to a scheduling conflict with the NHL on TNT.
Jericho sent out a tweet earlier this week noting that there would still be AEW talent on the Jericho cruise despite the Orlando Dynamite episode taking place while the cruise is happening: “Hey @jericho_cruise rockers!! Just letting you know that even with the #AEWDynamite event on Oct 23, there’s still gonna be an amazing roster of @AEW talent aboard the #TripleWhammy! @TonyKhan & I are putting together the great talent list & the first announcement is this Thur!”
The first two editions of Chris Jericho’s Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea took place in 2018 and 2020. This year’s Triple Whammy version of the cruise was originally supposed to happen in February but was pushed back due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Cruise attendees must be fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to departure.
Despite the rumors, the audio from both live Wrestling Observer Radio Q&A sessions as part of the Chris Jericho Rock’n’Wrestling Rager were not lost at sea.

AEW WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: KENNY OMEGA & HANGMAN PAGE DEFEATED SCORPIO SKY & FRANKIE KAZARIAN TO WIN THE TITLES
Kazarian and Page began. Kazarian grounded Page with a side headlock. Omega and Sky tagged in. Omega worked on Sky’s left arm. They did a tackle, drop-down, leapfrog, tackle sequence. Very basic offense from everyone in the early part of the match.
Page hit a fall-away slam on Sky. Kazarian blind-tagged himself in and hit Page with a leg lariat and a legdrop for a near fall. Kazarian dumped Page right on his head on a suplex. Omega broke up the ensuing pin attempt.
Kazarian hit Page with an unprettier. Both hit a simultaneous clothesline, into a double down. Omega and Sky tagged in. Omega hit Kazarian with a snap dragon. Omega hit Sky with you can’t escape, aided by a standing shooting star from Page. Page hit Kazarian with a crossbody off the post and they flew over the barrier into the crowd.
Omega hit Sky with a buckle bomb. Sky ducked one V-Trigger, but Omega hit a second. Sky avoided the One-Winged Angel and hit a top rope frankensteiner. Page accidentally hit Omega with a Buckshot Lariat. Sky hit Omega with a TKO for a near fall.
Page hit a tope suicida on the ramp during a commercial break. Sky and Kazarian continued working Omega over during the commercials. Omega hit another V-Trigger on Sky into a double down.
Back from break, Page and Kazarian tagged in. Page hit a fall-away slam off the second rope. Page hit Sky with a German. Omega hit a tiger driver on Kazarian for a two count.
Sky and Kazarian hit SCU Later on Omega. Page broke up the pin, shoving Sky into Kazarian. Page hit a discus lariat and a powerbomb on Kazarian. He then hit a Buckshot Lariat to Sky on the ramp. Page then jumped back inside and hit Kazarian with a Buckshot for the pin.
This started off very methodically but turned into a good match by the end.
The Bucks came out to celebrate with Omega after the match. Rather than celebrate with The Elite, Page drank and crowd surfed.
BRITT BAKER DEFEATED PRISCILLA KELLY
Baker used three quick pinning combinations for near falls right off the bat. Kelly grabbed a chinlock and hit some strikes to the back during a break. Kelly remained in control through the ad break.
Kelly hit a dropkick as the show returned from commercials. They did a series of misdirection spots that were a good idea, but were executed practically in slow motion. Baker hit a slingblade.
They traded near falls, then Baker applied Lockjaw. She used the ropes to push off and keep the hold applied in the center of the ring, and Kelly tapped out.
I find that with most of Baker’s matches, there are a lot of good ideas and they’re laid out very well, the execution is just a little slow. She’ll improve and be very good in a matter of time.
**********
After the match, Tony Schiavone interviewed Baker. He questioned her use of the ropes. Baker heeled on Tony. She mocked him for taking a job at Starbucks at one point before coming to AEW.
Baker said she’s a role model and the hottest girl on this boat. She said she’s smart, educated, brilliant, and a dentist. She was still heeling on Tony as the show went to break.

They showed a replay of Jungle Boy going to a ten minute draw with Jericho last month.
Jericho entered and the crowd sang along with Judas, which was incredible.
CHRIS JERICHO, SANTANA & ORTIZ DEFEATED JURASSIC EXPRESS
This was all Jurassic Express at the outset. They first cut off Ortiz with tandem offense, then Santana. Ortiz made a comeback on Jungle Boy, cutting him off with a leg sweep off the second rope. Jericho got a tag and hit Jungle Boy with two slams during a break.
Inner Circle continued working over Jungle Boy for several minutes. He got a brief hope spot in hitting a crossbody off the second rope on Jericho for a near fall.
Jungle Boy finally managed a tag to Luchasaurus, who hit a tail whip on Santana, a shining lizard on Ortiz, then a double chokeslam. Luchasaurus hit a standing moonsault on Jericho for a near fall.
Jake Hager interfered. Luchasaurus tagged Stunt, then brawled with Hager to the back. Stunt hit a 450 on Jericho for a two count. Stunt got two more quick near falls off cradles. Jericho then hit the Judas Effect and pinned Stunt. Jericho popped open some bubbly after the match.
This was a fine little six-man.

They recapped the MJF and Cody feud with a video package.
MJF DEFEATED JOEY JANELA
MJF offered a handshake. Janela accepted, then MJF spit in his face. MJF used some other classic heel tactics. He bailed outside to stall, then raked Janela’s eyes. MJF worked Janela over with some very basic offense through a commercial break.
After the break, Janela was in control. He hit a superplex for a two count. Janela was distracted as Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford came to the stage and started making out. Janela missed a top rope elbow. MJF hit him with the Double Cross for the pin.
MJF cut a promo on Cody after the match. He called Cody a poet but reminded him that if he’s writing a book, MJF is the last chapter.
Cody entered. MJF reminded him that he can’t touch him or else their match is off. He mocked Cody’s lisp. He offered Cody the mic, then dropped it on the mat. He kicked the mic away from Cody, trying to bait him into a fight.
Cody said, I can’t touch you, but Matt and Nick can. The Young Bucks entered and hit a double superkick on MJF, then threw him into a swimming pool.
The heel work from MJF was great, but the wrestling here was not. Still the segment was a massive win, because swimming pool bumps are always incredible.
**********
Schiavone interviewed Page and Omega. Omega said he was thrilled to be tag champs with one of his best friends. Page said he had vowed to kick SCU’s asses and he did. The Bucks celebrated with Omega. Page said he was surprised that he won the tag titles before the Bucks did, then walked off.

Young Bucks vs. Butcher and Blade, Cody vs. Kip Sabian, and a promo from the winner of tonight’s main event were advertised for next week’s show. The main event is next.

Jericho joined the commentary desk for the main event.
NO. 1 CONTENDER’S MATCH: JON MOXLEY DEFEATED PAC
They began with chain wrestling. Moxley hit a release German. PAC began hitting strikes to Moxley’s bandaged eye. They rolled outside where PAC continued working on the eye.
Moxley made a comeback during a commercial break and they brawled up, down and all over the ship. They made it back to the ring as they returned from the break.
PAC hit a missile dropkick. Moxley no-sold it and hit a lariat. They traded strikes. Moxley hit an x-plex for a near fall.
PAC hit a jawbreaker. They fought on the top rope and Moxley got the best of it. He shoved PAC off and hit an elbow. Moxley sold the elbow on landing, the announcers reminded us that was his staph elbow.
PAC used a Brutalizer. Moxley rolled him over into a pinfall attempt. PAC kicked out and hit some Kawada kicks.
PAC went for Black Arrow. Moxley got his knees up and used a cradle for a near fall. PAC hit a release German. PAC tried another Black Arrow, but missed this one entirely.
PAC hit a superkick. He tried another, but Moxley blocked and hit a double-arm DDT for a two count. PAC rolled outside. Moxley went out after him and threw him back inside. PAC hit a superplex.
PAC again applied a Brutalizer. They did a long tease, but Moxley reached the bottom rope for a break. PAC ripped Moxley’s bandage off. Moxley used a cradle for a near fall.
The finish saw Moxley hit a double-arm DDT out of nowhere. He followed up with the Paradigm Shift and got the pin. Jericho stared down Moxley from the ramp as the show closed.

The wrestling on the show was not nearly as spectacular as it normally is given the setup and limitations of doing a wrestling show on a cruise ship. Still the pacing of the show was worlds better than it has been of late, and the few angles they shot were very well done. This was a thumbs up show.
Wednesday’s Wrestling Observer Live with myself and Dave Meltzer is back live from the Jericho Cruise with tons to talk about including non-spoilers from tonight’s AEW Dynamite and previews of NWA’s Hard Times PPV Friday, WWE’s Worlds Collide and the Royal Rumble, UFC Saturday night, WrestleMania news, and tons more.
This year’s Chris Jericho cruise will see history made for AEW as they will hold their first-ever intergender tag team match.
Made in a BTE-style video posted on AEW’s Twitter account earlier this morning, Kenny Omega and AEW women’s champion Riho will face Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford.
In the clip seen below, Sabian and Ford come into Omega’s locker room where he’s hanging out with the Young Bucks. After putting down Riho, he pitches the match with an angle that the cruise is in international waters but it’s still for AEW. The Bucks give their vote and the match was made:
However, two things are unclear as of this writing. One is when the match is going to happen and the other is whether fans not on the cruise are going to be able to watch the match on AEW Dark, YouTube, or even a Dynamite segment.
Wrestling Observer Radio with Dave Meltzer and yours truly is back with more news today from the Jericho Cruise including a look at all of Monday’s top stories, some thoughts on the Observer Awards categories, and tons more. While the first women’s WrestleMania main event is all but official at this point, WWE still has a huge decision to make about who will be in it.
In a sense, WWE is playing with house money. Both options that they have are good ones. Whether the main event is Ronda Rousey vs. Becky Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship or a triple threat between Rousey, Lynch, and Charlotte Flair for the title, it will be the most heated match on the card and fully deserving of its place in the spotlight on WWE’s most important day of the year.
I have no idea how this issue got done. I had surgery on my left little finger which was broken in three places on 1/30, and it seemingly went well.
NJPW – New Beginnings: The two nights together did 10,957 paid with one sellout up from 10,002 last year. Tanahashi & Okada as The Dream Team vs. Jay White & Bad Luck Fale did the same as Tanahashi vs. Suzuki did last year for the IC title but paid was much higher this year for Naito vs. Taichi in Taichi’s hometown than for Kenny Omega vs. Jay White for the U.S, title last year, although both were sellouts.
At Smackdown on Tuesday, several talents with contracts coming due were asked to sign new long-term deals after Dean Ambrose told the promotion he wasn’t going to sign a new contract.
Ian Riccaboni signed a new contract with ROH to continue as their play-by-play announcer.
UFC held a press conference today. The big heat seemed to be between Tyron Woodley and Kamaru Usman, building up their Welterweight Title fight at UFC 235 on March 2nd. Jon Jones is facing Anthony Smith on that show.
Conor McGregor will not be fighting Donald Cerrone in April. Khabib still claims he is not fighting for a year.
Jose Aldo defeated Renato Moicano, 44 seconds into the 2nd round. First round was very close. But it was the “old Aldo”, just destroyed him. Aldo is still talking about retiring at the end of this year.
Filthy Tom Lawlor is the new MLW champion defeating Low Ki at their super fight one hour Bein Sports TV special from the 2300 (ECW) Arena in Philadelphia.

Ryan Bader’s coach Jair Lourenco insists that Bader could beat Cormier in a battle of heavyweight champions. “I believe that a five-round fight would be a great scenario for us,” Lourenco said. “Bader does great in five-round fights, but they both have heavy hands. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a war, but I believe Bader has a great chance of finishing him inside five rounds.”

With Chris Jericho signing with All Elite Wrestling, he’ll also be partnering with the promotion for his next Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea cruise.
It was announced today that AEW will be part of “Chris Jericho’s Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea Part Deux: Second Wave.” Jericho worked with Ring of Honor and Impact Wrestling and presented matches from both promotions on last year’s cruise.
Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea Part Deux will sail from Miami, Florida to the Bahamas from January 20-24, 2020.
The matches on the first Jericho cruise were headlined by Kenny Omega, Cody Rhodes & Marty Scurll vs. Jericho & The Young Bucks.
Jericho signing with AEW was confirmed when he appeared at January’s Double or Nothing rally. After their angle at last week’s ticket announcement party, Jericho vs. Omega has been officially announced for Double or Nothing in Las Vegas, Nevada on Saturday, May 25.
A second Chris Jericho cruise will officially be happening.
Jericho posted a video today announcing that “Chris Jericho’s Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea part two: Second Wave” will be taking place. Jericho noted that further details will be announced in January.
Dave Meltzer had reported after the first cruise that Jericho was planning on making it an annual thing. This year’s cruise sold out a few days before it took place, with it sailing from Miami, Florida to Nassau, Bahamas from October 27-31.
Jericho partnered with both Ring of Honor and Impact Wrestling for matches on this year’s cruise. ROH’s Sea of Honor tournament (which was won by Flip Gordon) and Kenny Omega, Cody Rhodes & Marty Scurll defeating Jericho & The Young Bucks in a six-man tag match aired on Fite TV and HonorClub on November 3 as a special called “Streaming for Vengeance.” The first cruise also featured podcasts, music, and comedy.
