AEW Rampage spoilers from Saskatoon: Willow Nightingale vs. Athena

The following are spoilers for this Friday’s AEW Rampage, taped Wednesday in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Results courtesy of PWInsider.

Before Dynamite began, AEW had two dark matches:

  • Taya Valkyrie defeated Ava Lawless
  • Kip Sabian defeated Jason Geiger

AEW Rampage:

  • Taya Valkyrie defeated Izzy McQueen. After the match, Toni Storm and Saraya came out and confronted Valkyrie. Valkyrie challenged Storm to an AEW Women’s title match for Battle of the Belts. Storm eventually agreed to the match, saying she would embarrass Valkyrie in Calgary in front of all her countrymen and family members.

  • Lance Archer (with Jake Roberts) defeated Trent Beretta (with Chuck Taylor). After the match, Archer laid out Taylor and challenged Orange Cassidy for the AEW International title at Battle of the Belts. Archer said if Cassidy didn’t come out, the Best Friends were going to die. Cassidy came out. Archer went to chokeslam Cassidy, but Roberts encouraged him not to as he wouldn’t be able to win the title that way.

  • Konosuke Takeshita defeated Mentallo

  • Willow Nightingale defeated Athena to advance to the finals of the Owen Hart Foundation women’s tournament. 

Notes:

  • Valkyrie and Lawless have wrestled before in AEW with Valkyrie picking up a quick win in a mid-March edition of Rampage. Lawless will take on ROH Women’s Champion Athena in a non-title match on Thursday’s ROH on HonorClub.
  • The finals of the women’s Owen Hart tournament will also take place this Saturday in Calgary. Ruby Soho advanced to the finals with her win over Skye Blue Wednesday.
  • This was Archer’s first appearance in AEW since a March Dark: Elevation win. His last AEW TV appearance was in February in a quick win on Rampage.

AEW Collision & ROH spoilers: MJF in action, Owen Hart Tournament matches

The following are spoilers for Saturday’s AEW Collision and future episodes of Ring of Honor — all of which was filmed Thursday at the FirstOntario Centre in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

AEW Collision:

  • AEW World Champion MJF defeated Kip Morris in a short non-title match. MJF then cut a promo on the fans which brought out hometown favorite Ethan Page. After a babyface promo, that led to an immediate title match.
  • AEW World Champion MJF defeated Ethan Page to retain the title
  • In a men’s Owen Hart Foundation tournament quarterfinal, Powerhouse Hobbs defeated Dustin Rhodes to advance
  • Miro defeated Anthony Henry
  • During an in-ring promo with Bullet Club Gold’s Jay White, Juice Robinson and The Gunns, Tony Schiavone revealed they would all be banned from ringside for the Robinson vs. Ricky Starks Owen Hart Foundation tournament match. After ripping CM Punk and FTR, Punk, Starks and FTR appeared on the videoboard and said they would fight them at any time.
  • In a men’s Owen Hart Foundation tournament quarterfinal, Ricky Starks defeated Juice Robinson to advance. Afterward, the previously banned heels surrounded the ring until Punk and FTR ran out for the save. Starks will face Hobbs next in the tournament.
  • AEW TBS Champion Kris Statlander defeated Lady Frost to retain
  • Announced for next week’s Collision: AEW Tag Team Champions FTR vs. Juice Robinson & Jay White in a title eliminator match
  • In a men’s Owen Hart Foundation tournament quarterfinal, Samoa Joe defeated Roderick Strong to advance. Punk was on commentary, and he and Joe had a stare down afterward. Those two will face off next in the tournament.

  • Daniel Garcia defeated Christopher Daniels
  • The Gates of Agony (Toa Liona &Kaun) defeated Action Andretti & Darius Martin
  • Stu Grayson, Dutch & Vincent defeated Rip Impact, Macrae Martin & Zak Patterson

AEW Rampage spoilers from Hamilton: Ring of Honor World title match

The following are spoilers for this Friday’s AEW Rampage, taped following Dynamite Wednesday in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Rampage spoilers courtesy of ITN WWE.

The pre-show featured a dark match between hometown favorite Ethan Page who picked up a win over Preston Vance.

AEW Rampage:

  • QT Marshall and Johnny TV defeated Matt Hardy and Brother Zay. The QTV crew continued to attack Hardy and Zay after the match, but Billy Gunn and Anthony Bowens made the save.
  • Shawn Spears defeated The Blade
  • Hikaru Shida defeated Taya Valkyrie
  • Claudio Castagnoli defeated Komander to retain the ROH World Championship.

Notes:

  • This was Komander’s first opportunity at a Ring of Honor title and the eighth successful title defense for Castagnoli.
  • This was Spears’ first AEW match since an early-June house show and first appearance on Rampage since April. He was part of the company’s Toronto debut last October.
  • This was the first-ever meeting between Valkyrie and Shida.
  • This was the first AEW in-ring action for Johnny TV (John Morrison/Hennigan) since a June 2022 episode of Dynamite against Miro.

AEW Rampage & Ring of Honor spoilers from Colorado Springs

The following are spoilers for Friday’s AEW Rampage and future episodes of Ring of Honor, taped Wednesday in Colorado Springs, Colorado. AEW Rampage spoilers are courtesy of PWInsider.

AEW Rampage:

  • Jeff Jarrett and his group came out, calling out Aubrey Edwards. Mark Briscoe came out and announced he got a six-person tag team match signed, with Jarrett, Karen Jarrett, and Jay Lethal vs. Edwards, Briscoe, and Papa Briscoe.
  • Bandido and The Lucha Brothers defeated Big Bill, Lee Moriarty, and Ethan Page. The finish had The Hardys come out and inadvertently distract Page, allowing Bandido to score the win. After the match, The Hardys celebrated with The Lucha Brothers and made Page dance with the Hardys and Isiah Kassidy.
  • Skye Blue won a four-way match, pinning Nyla Rose in a match that also had Britt Baker and Mercedes Martinez. As a result, she will face Toni Storm next Wednesday on Dynamite for the AEW Women’s Championship.
  • Powerhouse Hobbs defeated Caleb Crush with a spinebuster
  • The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn defeated Serpentico, Angelico, and Luther

Ring of Honor:

  • NJPW Strong Women’s Champion Willow Nightingale & Maki Itoh defeated Emi Sakura & Megan Bayne
  • Daniel Garcia defeated The DKC in a Pure rules match. Dean Malenko, Jerry Lynn and Christopher Daniels were the judges.

Notes:

  • This was Bayne’s first AEW appearance since February 2022. She tore her ACL and returned back to action on the indies in April.

AEW Rampage spoilers from Baltimore

The following are spoilers for Friday’s edition of AEW Rampage, taped Wednesday after Dynamite in Baltimore, Maryland.

The following are both AEW Rampage and Ring of Honor spoilers, taped Wednesday in Sunrise, Florida.

AEW Rampage:

  • Jay White and Juice Robinson defeated Shawn Spears and Ricky Starks
  • Keith Lee and Dustin Rhodes defeated Brennan Hughes and Charlie James. After the match, Mogul Embassay (Brian Cage, Prince Nana, Toa Leona, Kaun, and Swerve Strickland) stood on the stage.
  • Anna JAS defeated Ashley D’Amboise. The lights went out after the match and when they came back on, Julia Hart attacked JAS. However, JAS ended up getting the advantage.
  • The Acclaimed and Daddy Ass defeated Three unannounced wrestlers
  • Jay Lethal defeated Cash Wheeler. Mark Briscoe was the special ringside enforcer. The finish had Lethal shove Wheeler intro Briscoe, then hit the Lethal Injection for the win. Briscoe didn’t see Lethal shove Wheeler into him and questioned Wheeler after the match.

Ring of Honor:

  • Rocky Romero defeated Lee Moriarty (w/ Big Bill) in a pure rules match
  • ROH Women’s Champion Athena defeated Angelica Risk
  • ROH TV Champion Samoa Joe defeated Christopher Daniels to retain the title

AEW Rampage & Ring of Honor TV spoilers from St. Louis

The following are spoilers for this Thursday’s Ring of Honor on HonorClub and Friday’s AEW Rampage, taped Wednesday in St. Louis, Missouri, after Dynamite.

Thursday’s ROH show will be the go-home edition ahead of Friday’s Supercard of Honor pay-per-view from Los Angeles.

  • ROH Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta defeated Leon Ruffin. Katsuyori Shibata, Yuta’s Supercard opponent, appeared for a staredown with Yuta.

  • Taya Valkyrie defeated Leila Gray. After the match, she hit the Road to Valhalla on Smart Mark Sterling.
  • The Acclaimed defeated The Kingdom

The show is airing Saturday due to US soccer coverage Friday on TNT.

AEW Rampage (Friday)

  • Powerhouse Hobbs defeated Rey Fenix. After the match, Hobbs grabbed Alex Abrahantes, which allowed QT Marshall to drop Abrahantes with a diamond cutter.
  • Taya Valkyrie defeated Eva Lawless. Jade Cargill, Leila Grey, and Smart Mark Sterling were taking notes on stage.
  • Matt Menard and Angelo Parker defeated The Bollywood Boyz.
  • Daniel Garcia defeated Brody King. The finish of the match had Chris Jericho attack King with a baseball bat.

This was Hobbs’ first title defense since defeating Wardlow for the title on last Wednesday’s Dynamite.

This was Valkyrie’s AEW in-ring debut after appearing on Dynamite to confront TBS Champion Jade Cargill.

The following are AEW Dark: Elevation spoilers from San Francisco, California, taped prior to Wednesday’s Dynamite at the Cow Palace.

  • Marina Shafir & Nyla Rose defeated J-Rod (aka Jessica Roden) & Sandra Moone
  • Brian Cage defeated Rob McKnight

Cage will be in action Thursday on ROH Honor Club TV in six-man action along with fellow ROH Six-Man Tag Team Champions The Gates of Agony.

  • Juice Robinson defeated Titus Alexander

Alexander is a buzzworthy indie wrestler who made his AEW debut while Robinson picked up his third straight win.

  • Skye Blue defeated Leila Grey

Blue will team with Madison Rayne against The Renegades Thursday.

  • Christopher Daniels defeated Cole Karter

Daniels will also be in ROH action Thursday as he faces former Impact X-Division Champion Rohit Raju.

  • ROH Women’s Champion Athena defeated Brooke Havok

After the match, Athena attacked Havok until Willow Nightingale made the save. Nightingale faces the debuting Lady Frost Thursday.

AEW Dark spoilers from Universal Studios

As part of three events over two days, AEW held a set of Dark tapings Sunday afternoon in Orlando, Florida, at Universal Studios.

After a marathon taping Saturday for Ring of Honor, another set of ROH tapings will take place tonight.

Steph De Lander, the former Persia Pirotta in WWE NXT, made her promotional debut while Pacific Northwest wrestler Schaff made his Universal Studios debut.

The following are spoilers from AEW Rampage and AEW Dark: Elevation, taped Wednesday in Laredo, Texas.

AEW Rampage (Friday):

Rampage will air at 7 PM Eastern due to the Slam Dunk competition as part of NBA All-Star weekend.

  • The Elite defeated AR Fox and Top Flight to retain the AEW Trios Tag Team titles. After the match, The House of Black appeared, then disappeared on the ramp.
  • Ricky Starks defeated Daniel Garcia. Guevara tried to help Garcia during the match, but Action Andretti came out to even things up.
  • Don Callis was seen backstage attempting to recruit Konosuke Takeshita.
  • Jade Cargill defeated Vertvixen to retain the TBS Championship.
  • Dustin Rhodes defeated Swerve Strickland by DQ. The finish had Rhodes going for the crossroads but Parker Bordeaux came in for the DQ. Keith Lee then made his return and made the save for Rhodes.

AEW Dark: Elevation (Monday):

  • Juice Robinson defeated Fuego Del Sol
  • ROH Women’s Champion Athena defeated Evelyn Carter

The following are spoilers for Friday’s AEW Rampage and this Monday’s AEW Dark: Elevation, taped on Wednesday in El Paso, Texas.

AEW Rampage:

  • Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta) defeated Kip Sabian, The Butcher, and The Blade
  • The Jericho Appreciation Society attacked James Murray and Brian Quinn of the Impractical Jokers television show, slamming them through a table.
  • Ruby Soho defeated Marina Shafir. After the match, Toni Storm and Saraya faced off against Soho. Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter came to the ring and ended up brawling with Storm and Saraya.
  • Jungle Boy Jack Perry defeated Ryan Nemeth
  • Orange Cassidy defeated Lee Moriarty to retain the AEW All-Atlantic Championship. After the match, Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett came in and attacked Cassidy. The Best Friends came out for the save but Lethal, Jarrett, and Satnam Singh had the upper hand until The Acclaimed came out with steel chairs.

The Mark Briscoe segment announced for this Friday was not shown to the audience.

AEW Dark Elevation:
