ROH began holding standalone tapings at WJCT Studios back in March, and Tony Khan hyped that he believes this was the best show ROH has done in Jacksonville since then.

“I thought that it was our best @ringofhonor tv taping so far in this Jacksonville era!,” Khan tweeted last night. “We have some very exciting rivalries emerging and these will be awesome ROH tv shows!”

ROH spoilers from Palm Beach Gardens: New champion crowned

  • Zayda Steel with Christopher Daniels defeated Hyan to advance to the Survival of the Fittest match at Supercard of Honor.

Post Collision –

  • Blake Christian with Lee Johnson defeated Evil Uno and Alex Reynolds. Post-match Blake Christian said he’s going to become the new ROH world champion when he faces Bandido at Supercard of Honor.
  • Deonna Purrazzo defeated Kaci Lennox. Post-match Diamante attacked Purrazzo and even used the Fujiwara armbar before holding the Pure Championship ahead of their match at Supercard of Honor.

ROH TV spoilers: A new era begins in Jacksonville

A new era for Ring of Honor began on Sunday with a television taping at WJCT Studios in Jacksonville, Florida.

The show was a standalone taping for ROH’s weekly show on HonorClub, marking a big change for the promotion after its tapings had long been held before or after AEW events. It was announced that Jacksonville is now the new home of ROH with another taping set to take place at WJCT Studios on March 22.

Four matches took place for future episodes of ROH TV on HonorClub at the Hammerstein Ballroom on the same night AEW taped this Wednesday’s Christmas on 34th Street edition of Dynamite.

The Boom and Doom team of Big Boom AJ and QT Marshall appeared on the show, defeating The Frat House’s Cole Karter & Griff Garrison in tag team action. It was their first match as a team since the AEW Full Gear Tailgate Brawl on November 22 in New Jersey when they defeated The Don Callis Family’s Roppongi Vice team of Rocky Romero and Trent Beretta.

Ring of Honor spoilers from Boston: Big Boom AJ & Big Justice appear

Prior to Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite at the Agganis Arena in Boston, they taped several matches for this week’s Ring of Honor on HonorClub.

Yuka Sakazaki defeated Serena Deeb to advance to the ROH Women’s Pure Title tournament semifinals

Deeb had her foot on the ropes while being pinned but the referee missed it. Deeb complained, but to no avail.

Persephone defeated Valentina Rossi

The CMLL star won after a Razor’s Edge. Athena came out to confront her afterward and raised the ROH Women’s title but Diamante jumped Persephone from behind and re-aligned with Athena before they left the ring.

QT Marshall defeated Jacked Jameson

The big story here was Big Boom AJ and Big Justice coming out with Marshall before the match which the crowd ate up. They helped lay out the Frat House afterward until Full Gear opponents RPG Vice came out and got the better of them, pillmanizing AJ’s arm.

Dark Order won via stoppage after an apparent injury to one of the Frat House. The bear mascot jumped in the ring and tried to fight Dark Order themselves before taking a DDT from Silver as a make good.

Yuka Sakazaki and Alex Windsor defeated Billie Starkz and Aleah James —

Billie walked out on Aleah and yelled “you aren’t good enough” to allow Windsor and Sakazaki to take the victory.
