WWE Crown Jewel 2025 Australia Card: Every confirmed match

WWE’s Crown Jewel 2025 is set to make history by venturing outside Saudi Arabia for the first time, with the action landing Down Under at Perth’s RAC Arena on October 11, 2025. The company has already confirmed several high‑profile matchups that promise to deliver drama, championship intrigue, and must-see showdowns. Here’s a look at the card as it stands, with every confirmed match and what’s riding on each bout.

Men’s Crown Jewel Championship

Cody Rhodes vs. Seth Rollins

At the top of the card, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes will face World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins to determine the 2025 Men’s Crown Jewel Champion. This champion‑versus‑champion bout was officially confirmed following WrestlePalooza and immediately became WWE’s headliner for the Perth event. The stakes may be symbolic, but the rivalry between Rhodes and Rollins has deep history.

Women’s Crown Jewel Championship

Stephanie Vaquer vs. Tiffany Stratton

WWE wasted little time confirming the women’s side of the championship stakes. Stephanie Vaquer, the Women’s World Champion, will take on WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton for the Women’s Crown Jewel Championship.

AJ Styles vs. John Cena

WWE has confirmed that AJ Styles will go head-to-head with John Cena in what is being billed as another marquee singles match. The matchup holds extra weight given Cena’s pending retirement and the storied history between these two legends from their clashes in 2016-2017. Cena, only months away from his final in‑ring matches, is hoping to add another high-profile victory to his farewell tour.

Asuka & Kairi Sane vs. IYO SKY & Rhea Ripley

WWE has officially added a tag team clash to the card: Asuka and Kairi Sane will take on IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley. This match emerges from ongoing tensions, betrayals, and shifting alliances within the women’s roster, particularly as SKY and Ripley have been embroiled in conflict with the Kabuki Warriors.

Australian Street Fight: Roman Reigns vs. Bronson Reed

The biggest late surprise: Roman Reigns vs. Bronson Reed in an Australian Street Fight is now officially confirmed. Reigns will battle Reed in a “vicious Australian Street Fight.”

Bronson Reed, being Australian, brings hometown momentum and local flavor to the match. Reports leading up to the event have revealed that this match will use “open rules” and may incorporate uniquely Australian weapons or props, from cricket bats to boomerangs.

How to watch the WWE Crown Jewel 2025 Australia Preshow Live

If you’re in Australia (or anywhere around the world) and want to catch the preshow for WWE Crown Jewel 2025 live, here’s your complete guide. Here, we’ll focus on how to watch the preshow broadcast only.

How to watch the Crown Jewel Preshow live via Netflix in Australia

Because WWE’s global streaming rights have shifted, Netflix is the primary platform for live airing of WWE Premium Live Event content (including the preshow) in Australia and many other international markets.

  • Ensure you have a Netflix subscription in Australia.
  • When the preshow begins, Netflix will stream it live as part of the Crown Jewel event feed.
  • No separate “preshow-only” channel or add-on is needed; it is bundled with the full event coverage on Netflix.
  • Check your Netflix app or browser ahead of time to ensure it’s updated and ready for live streaming.

How to stream the Crown Jewel preshow in Australia via ESPN / local partners

Though Netflix is the dominant platform internationally, there are subtleties depending on regional rights platforms:

  • In the U.S., WWE Crown Jewel content (including preshow) is handled via ESPN streaming services.
  • In Australia, your path for the preshow will still primarily be Netflix. WWE’s official “How to Watch” guidance confirms that Netflix will carry WWE Premium Live Events in most international territories beyond the U.S.

If, for your region, there is a local broadcast or cable partner (for instance a sports channel or Foxtel bundle), you might check with that provider to see if they include the preshow feed. However, for Crown Jewel 2025 in Australia, Netflix remains the assured route.

How to prepare for the preshow live stream (Australia)

To make sure you don’t miss the preshow:

  1. Confirm the start time – The preshow usually begins 30 to 60 minutes before the main card. Double-check WWE’s schedule for that detail.
  2. Log in early – Open Netflix about 10-15 minutes before the preshow begins and search for “Crown Jewel 2025.” The live stream placeholder should appear.
  3. Test your internet connection – Ensure sufficient speed and stability (e.g., 5–10 Mbps or more) for high-definition live streaming.
  4. Device readiness – Use a compatible device (smart TV, streaming stick, tablet, laptop). Make sure the Netflix app is up to date.
  5. Avoid region issues – Since Netflix is locally available in Australia, region locks shouldn’t be a problem. Just ensure your subscription is valid in your location.

What to expect from the Crown Jewel preshow broadcast

The preshow typically includes:

  • Match preview segments
  • Interviews with WWE Superstars
  • Commentary and hype packages
  • Panel introductions and backstage scenes

These features set the tone for the main card and tend to kick off well before the main matches begin.

Because the preshow is integrated into the live event feed on Netflix, once Netflix starts streaming Crown Jewel 2025, the preshow will automatically be part of that feed, so no extra switching or channel changes required.

New tag team match added to WWE Crown Jewel

A new match is official for Crown Jewel.

It was made official on Raw that IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley will team up in Australia next month to take on The Kabuki Warriors. This follows events that took place last week when Asuka and Kairi Sane turned against SKY, as well as the opening segment on this week’s Raw.

Ripley opened the show wanting to confront The Kabuki Warriors. SKY came out, however, and said that while she was right about Asuka and Kairi, she didn’t want this to happpen as they are still family to her. A video then aired of Asuka saying she’d forgive SKY if she apologized. Asuka and Kairi then attacked Ripley from behind. SKY hesitated, but eventually joined in and defended Ripley, eventually getting misted by Asuka for her efforts.

Later, Kairi Sane backstage pleaded with SKY to apologize to Asuka. After SKY told her to go away, Kairi handed her a photograph of the three together, attempting to mend fences. But in another backstage promo, SKY had made up her mind, telling Ripley that she talked to Adam Pearce and set up the tag team match for October 11 in Perth, Australia.

Here is the updated card for Crown Jewel:

WWE Crown Jewel (October 11, 2025):

  • Men’s Crown Jewel title match: WWE Champion Cody Rhodes vs. World Champion Seth Rollins
  • Women’s Crown Jewel title match: WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton vs. Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer
  • John Cena vs. AJ Styles
  • Rhea Ripley & IYO SKY vs. The Kabuki Warriors

WWE confirms John Cena vs. AJ Styles match

Fans will get to see John Cena vs. AJ Styles one more time before Cena retires.

WWE has confirmed that Cena vs. Styles will take place at Crown Jewel: Perth on October 11. It’s the last time Cena will ever compete in Australia, with him only having a handful of dates left before his retirement tour concludes in December.

The match was announced by Paul “Triple H” Levesque on X/Twitter today after being set up by Cena. With Cena not having any TV appearances before Crown Jewel, the build for the match was done on social media with Cena lobbying for Levesque to give fans what they want. After Styles accepted his challenge, it was made official for Crown Jewel.

“@JohnCena vs. @AJStylesOrg is a match we all want to see,” Levesque wrote. “And at #WWECrownJewel…we will.”

Styles has been the opponent for some of Cena’s best-ever matches, including their meetings at SummerSlam 2016 and Royal Rumble 2018. They have not had a one-on-one match since 2018.

Cena is coming off a loss to Brock Lesnar at Wrestlepalooza where Lesnar won in dominant fashion.

Crown Jewel: Perth has a special start time of 8 a.m. Eastern time on October 11. It will stream live on the ESPN app in the United States and on Netflix internationally.

WWE Crown Jewel: Perth (Saturday, October 11) —

  • WWE Champion Cody Rhodes vs. World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins to determine the 2025 men’s Crown Jewel Champion
  • WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton vs. Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer to determine the 2025 women’s Crown Jewel Champion
  • John Cena vs. AJ Styles

Note: If Jade Cargill or Nia Jax win the WWE Women’s Championship from Stratton on SmackDown this Friday, they will replace her in the women’s Crown Jewel Championship match.

First WWE Crown Jewel Championship match set for next month

The first match for Crown Jewel next month is official.

As Cody Rhodes began to answer a question at the Wrestlepalooza post-show over what was next, he was interrupted by Seth Rollins’ music. Rhodes got up and the two had a staredown, indicating a match could be on the horizon. When Triple H came out for his interview, he confirmed the two would meet at Crown Jewel in Perth, Australia on October 10 to determine the next men’s Crown Jewel Champion.

The concept of a Crown Jewel Championship was introduced at last year’s show in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Cody Rhodes defeated Gunther to become the first-ever men’s champion, while Liv Morgan defeated Nia Jax to become the women’s Crown Jewel Champion.

Rhodes was successful in the main event of Wrestlepalooza, defeating Drew McIntyre to retain the WWE title. Seth Rollins wasn’t so lucky, with he and wife Becky Lynch losing to another husband and wife tag team in CM Punk and AJ Lee.

WWE Crown Jewel (October 11, 2025):

  • Men’s Crown Jewel title match: WWE Champion Cody Rhodes vs. World Champion Seth Rollins
