Six matches announced for AEW Dark: Elevation

AEW has announced the lineup for Dark: Elevation. 

Notable matches scheduled for the show include The Dark Order vs. Serpentico, Peter Avalon & Ryan Nemeth. Brooke Havok will also return to AEW for the first time in nearly two years when she faces Emi Sakura in singles action. 

Rush & Preston Vance, The Butcher & The Blade, Skye Blue, Ari Daivari, and Tony Nese will all be in action as well. 

This week’s episode was filmed Wednesday, January 18, 2023, from the Save Mart Center in Fresno, California. 

AEW Dark: Elevation airs at 7 p.m. Eastern time on YouTube. The advertised lineup for the show is as follows:

Five matches announced for AEW Dark: Elevation

AEW has announced the lineup for Dark: Elevation. 

Matches scheduled to air on Monday’s show include Ari Daivari & The Trustbusters taking on Brandon Cutler & Chaos Project in trios action. Willow Nightingale, Emi Sakura, Matt Menard & Angelo Parker, and The Best Friends will all be in action as well. 

This week’s episode was filmed on Wednesday, December 12, from the HEB Center in Cedar Park, Texas prior to Dynamite and Rampage. Four other matches from the tapings aired on a special Saturday afternoon edition of the show this weekend. 

AEW Dark: Elevation airs on Monday beginning at 7 p.m. Eastern time on YouTube. The full lineup for the show is as follows:

  • Ruby Soho & Skye Blue defeated Nikki Victory & Megan Myers
  • Parker Boudreaux (with Ari Daivari) defeated Casey Kerrington
  • Athena defeated Queen Aminata
  • Kiera Hogan & Leila Grey defeated Alice Crowley & Frea States
  • Alex Reynolds & John Silver defeated Lord Cruz & a local competitor
  • Lucha Brothers defeated Ryan Nemeth & Peter Avalon. Andrade El Idolo and Rush came to the ring after the match to confront Rey Fenix & Penta Oscuro, but they ended up backing off.
  • Mance Warner defeated Serpentico (w/ Luther)
  • Tony Nese & Josh Woods defeated Damian Chambers & Dean Alexander
  • Hikaru Shida defeated Emi Sakura. After the match, TBS Champion Jade Cargill came out and confronted Madison Rayne, who was on commentary. They set up a match between Rayne and Grey for this Friday’s Rampage.

Tony Khan revealed on Twitter that the last three matches will air on a special Thursday edition of Dark: Elevation.

Minoru Suzuki, Konosuke Takeshita part of eight-match AEW Dark: Elevation lineup

NJPW’s Minoru Suzuki and DDT’s Konosuke Takeshita have been announced for AEW Dark: Elevation. 

Takeshita will be making his return to AEW for the first time in over a year when he faces Brandon Cutler on Monday’s show. Suzuki will go one-on-one with QT Marshall in singles action. 

Other notable matches scheduled for the April 25 show include Julia Hart facing Kris Statlander and The Acclaimed’s Max Caster vs. Penta Oscura. 

Matches for the show were filmed Wednesday, April 20 from the Peterson Events Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

AEW Rampage and Dark Elevation spoilers: Lights Out match

This week’s episode of AEW Rampage and next week’s episode of Dark: Elevation were taped before and after tonight’s Dynamite at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York. You can see results of matches that were taped below.

Rampage results:

  • Tony Khan introduced Lil Uzi Vert to the crowd in a dark segment. Khan also had a mini-rap on The Acclaimed. 
  • CM Punk defeated Powerhouse Hobbs.
  • The Superkliq (Adam Cole & The Young Bucks) defeated Christian Cage, Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus.
  • Men Of The Year (Scorpio Sky & Ethan Page) defeated Chris Jericho and Jake Hager. After the match, Jericho and Hager were laid out by American Top Team, which included UFC star Jorge Masvidal knocking Jericho out. 
  • Santana & Ortiz and AEW World Tag Team Champions The Lucha Bros defeated Private Party, The Butcher, & The Blade.
  • Penelope Ford defeated Anna Jay.
  • Jon Moxley & Eddie Kingston defeated Suzuki-gun (Lance Archer & Minoru Suzuki) in a Lights Out match. Homicide came out and helped Moxley and Kingston win the match.

Dark: Elevation results:

  • Thunder Rosa defeated Kayla Sparks.
  • Paul Wight defeated Rickey Shane Page, CPA & VSK in a 3-on-1 handicap match.
  • Dark Order (John Silver, Alex Reynolds, 10, Alan Angels) defeated Dean Alexander, Kevin Tibbs, TJ Crawford and Eric James.

AEW will hold Dynamite and tape Rampage/Elevation next week at the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, New York.

Jungle Boy, PAC, Thunder Rosa part of 13-match AEW Dark: Elevation

Thirteen matches have been announced for Monday’s AEW Dark: Elevation.

Fresh off officially inking a full-time contract with the company this past week, Thunder Rosa will face the debuting Myka Madrid. Rosa has won seventeen straight in AEW dating back to March.

Jungle Boy will continues his feud with the Hardy Family Office when he takes on Marq Quen of Private Party in singles action. 

Rey Fenix will end his three-month injury hiatus when he returns to action with Penta El Zero Miedo to take on Dark Order’s Alan “5” Angels and 10 in a featured match.

Chuck Taylor will face off against PAC in the latter’s first match since he made his return on Dynamite last week. PAC hasn’t wrestled since the June 5th Dynamite.

Kris Statlander looks to continue her undefeated streak since her return as she teams with Tay Conti against The Bunny and Madi Wrenkowski. The latter have teamed together before, but in a losing effort to Big Swole and KiLynn King. 

Yuka Sakazaki continues her USA excursion with AEW when she takes on Amber Nova.

In a match announced Sunday afternoon, Luther will take on Lee Johnson in a match selected by the winner of the recent Elite GM Invitational.

As part of Double or Nothing weekend, AEW taped thirteen matches for both Monday’s Dark: Elevation and Tuesday’s Dark in front of a live crowd at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida. Matches were taped Friday before Dynamite and Saturday as part of the fan festival.

Four matches announced for AEW Dark: Elevation

Four matches have been announced for this week’s AEW Dark: Elevation.

Chuck Taylor will face Rey Fenix in one of the marquee bouts. Best Friends and The Lucha Brothers have been feuding in recent weeks, with  Penta El Zero Miedo picking  up a win over Trent this past Wednesday on Dynamite.

Scorpio Sky and Ethan Page, who have teamed together in recent weeks, will take on Alex Reynolds and Allan “Five” Angels of The Dark Order. Sky and Page were also involved in the show closing angle on Dynamite, where they attacked Darby Allin after he successfully defended the TNT title against Jungle Boy.

Additionally, Matt Sydal will face Joey Janela. Sydal will team with his brother Mike this Wednesday against The Young Bucks in a AEW World Tag Team title eliminator. Big Swole and Red Velvet, meanwhile, will team up to take on Nyla Rose and Madi Wrenkowski. 

AEW Dark: Elevation is streamed every Monday starting at 7 pm Eastern.

Scorpio Sky vs. Mike Sydal announced for AEW Dark: Elevation

Scorpio Sky and Frankie Kazarian will both be in action next Monday on AEW Dark: Elevation.

Scorpio announced on tonight’s episode of Dynamite that he will be facing Mike Sydal next week on Elevation. He said that this isn’t a new side of him that we’re seeing, in regards to a recent post-match attack on Darby Allin, but rather just a side that people have never seen.

After accepting a challenge from Christian Cage for next week’s Dynamite, Frankie Kazarian announced he would be in singles action this Monday on Elevation. He told Christian that he stop by and watch, as seven years is a long time to be out of the ring.

Also confirmed for next week’s Elevation is  Orange Cassidy and Chuck Taylor vs. Ryan Nemeth and JD Drake. Additionally, Jon Moxley will be in action. Both of these matches were taped prior to tonight’s episode of Dynamite.
