Liv Morgan, who is trying to get her own Money in the Bank spot, confronted Carmella and Vega after those announcements and defeated them in matches. WWE has yet to confirm if Morgan will be in Money in the Bank.

Plus, the build to Roman Reigns and Edge’s Universal Championship match at Money in the Bank will continue tonight.

They recapped Edge returning two weeks ago and attacking Roman Reigns. It also included Jimmy Uso calling out Edge last week.

Jimmy Uso tried to enter Roman Reigns locker room, but Paul Heyman stopped him. Heyman noted Reigns is getting ready to go to the ring, but he’ll deal with Uso later. Heyman promised him that Reigns is going to give him the attention he deserves. Uso walked off, and Heyman gave him an evil grin.

After the opening video, Reigns was standing behind the curtain. Heyman approached and told him it’s time. They headed towards the ring.

Michael Cole and Pat McAfee noted it’s the final SmackDown from the ThunderDome. They pushed that Reigns vs. Edge at Money in the Bank is their first singles match.

Roman Reigns Segment

They piped in fake boos and loud “Roman sucks” chants. Roman noted there’s a lot of stuff he didn’t like about last week. He’s furious that Edge claimed he’s scared of him. Reigns mentioned he had a few seconds of fear when Edge had him in the cross face with the bar. Reigns said to ask any fighter and mentioned Brock Lesnar.

Reigns said he used the few seconds of fear to beat Edge and Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania. Reigns then turned his attention to Jimmy Uso.

Uso made his way to the ring. Uso pointed out that he called out Edge for him, but he was on vacation. Reigns noted he didn’t ask Uso to call out Edge. Reigns wasn’t there last week because he was busy talking to Jey Uso.

Jey Uso’s music hit, and he made his way to the ring. He said he returned for all three of them. Jey told Reigns that his right-hand man is back, but he also came back for Jimmy. He’s here for Jimmy during these dark times. Jey’s ready to be tag team champions again.

Reigns said that’s all he ever wanted. He wants the Usos to be tag team champions and to be the Universal Champion for as long as he wants. Reigns pointed out they just have to do things his way, which is together.

Reigns opened his arms and embraced The Usos. They hugged, and Reigns looked in the camera.

Reigns and The Usos were great in the segment. The hug at the end was perfect.

In the back, Kayla Braxton interviewed Baron Corbin. He mentioned his recent financial problems. He promised to win the Money In the Bank ladder match to get back on track.

Money In The Bank qualifier: Shinsuke Nakamura (w/ Rick Boogs) defeated Baron Corbin (10:57)

Corbin and Nakamura had a fine match. It was the same match they’ve had for the last few weeks. It did go a bit long and went through two commercial breaks.

They recapped Baron Corbin’s losing streak and string of bad luck. Big E came to ringside to join Michael Cole and Pat McAfee.

Big E invited McAfee to sit with him on his couch. They made a ton of jokes about Corbin’s hairline. Big E pointed out that he’s never had a shot at the World title.

They showed footage from earlier today of Nakamura and Boogs driving around in Corbin’s car.

Corbin jumped Nakamura as he made his entrance. Boogs made the save for Nakamura.

The match started during the commercial break. Corbin was firmly in control as he dropped Nakamura on the top rope. Nakamura fought back and hit an enziguri. He followed up with a running knee in the corner. He then hit a sliding knee for a near fall.

Corbin regained control and hit a back suplex for a near fall. Nakamura knocked Corbin to the floor. Corbin suddenly hit Boogs at ringside. Nakamura rolled out of the ring, but Corbin gave him a brainbuster on the announce table.

Nakamura fought back and locked on a triangle. Corbin tried to fight back and hit a powerbomb, but Nakamura held on. Corbin made it to the ropes to break the hold.

Nakamura went for the Kinshasa, but Corbin countered with a clothesline. The finish came when Nakamura hit a series of knees and the Kinshasa for the win.

Nakamura qualifies for the Money in the Bank ladder match. After the match, McAfee and Big E rocked out to Nakamura’s music.

In the back, Jimmy apologized to Jey for everything he said before. Jey accepted the apology because they’re family. Jey wondered if they should try to take out Edge before Reigns does.

Non-title match: Shotzi & Nox defeated WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Natalya & Tamina (3:14)

Before the match, Tamina and Natalya noted they were told they’re taking on a mystery team. They demanded the mystery team come to the ring. Shotzi and Nox from NXT made their debuts.

They referred to Shotzi Blackheart and Tegan Nox as Shotzi & Nox throughout the match. They didn’t mention the mystery team until right before the break.

This was a fine tag team match. They didn’t get a lot of time.

Nox and Shotzi had the early advantage, but the champions took over. Tamina rocked Shotzi with a hard clothesline and elbow drop for a near fall.

Natalya went for a pin, but Nox broke up the pin attempt. She followed up with a cannonball on Tamina in the corner. Natalya rocked Nox with the discuss clothesline to take her out of the match.

Shotzi took over on Natalya and hit the ball pit for the win.

In the back, Megan Morant interviewed Edge. He promised to call out Roman Reigns later tonight. He wondered if Reigns had the guts to answer his challenge without The Usos.

Sonya Deville Announces Bayley’s Replacement

Sonya Deville came out and announced that Bayley suffered an injury during training. She’ll be out for nine months.  Earlier today, Bayley discussed her injury and not being able to take on Bianca Belair at Money In The Bank. She was wearing a huge knee brace and blamed the fans for her injury.

Deville wished Bayley luck and hopes she recovers soon. She noted that Bayley’s out of the title match at the pay-per-view.

Deville announced that Belair would no longer defend the title that night. Instead, she defends the title next Friday on SmackDown. Deville introduced Belair’s opponent Carmella.

Carmella came to the ring and noted she’s the most beautiful woman in the WWE. Liv Morgan interrupted.

She was furious that Carmella’s getting the title shot. Morgan got in Deville’s face and accused her of favoritism.

Deville yelled at Morgan to shut her mouth and listen. She announced that Morgan takes Carmella’s place in the ladder match. Morgan hopes Carmella wins the title so she can cash in on her.

SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair came out. Belair doesn’t know if Bayley’s faking her injury or not. Belair can wait to settle their problems when she heals. Belair then told Carmella that she’d see her next week.

In the back, Paul Heyman told Roman Reigns that Edge is going to call him out and that he questioned his manhood.

They aired a vignette hyping Toni Storm’s upcoming debut.

Money In The Bank qualifier: Seth Rollins defeated Cesaro (18:17)

Cesaro and Rollins had a good match. They both worked hard and told a good story.

Kevin Owens joined Pat McAfee and Michael Cole on commentary.

Cesaro caught Rollins in mid-air and hit a backbreaker to gain the early advantage. Cesaro followed up with a flying cross body for a two-count. Rollins rolled out of the ring and was furious.

Back from the break, Rollins slammed Cesaro face-first on the announce table to take over. He then shoved Cesaro into the stairs. Rollins slowed the pace down with a chin lock.

Cesaro escaped, and they fought over a backslide. Rollins landed on his feet and rocked Cesaro with a kick to the back of the head. Cesaro fought back with uppercuts, but Rollins cut him off.

In a crazy sequence, Cesaro climbed to the top rope, but Rollins cut him off. Rollins hit a superplex and rolled through. He went for the falcon’s arrow, but Cesaro counted with a suplex over the top rope to the floor.

Back from the break, Cesaro had Rollins in the giant swing. Rollins escaped the sharpshooter, but Cesaro came back with an uppercut. Cesaro pulled Rollins out of the corner into a sit-out powerbomb. Rollins pulled out the turnbuckle pad, and the referee just looked at the pad instead of making the count.

Cesaro attempted the uppercut off the second rope, but Rollins countered. Rollins then dropped Cesaro on the exposed turnbuckle, which busted him open. Rollins tried to win by count-out, but Cesaro made it back in the ring. Rollins then knocked Cesaro back to the ringside and gave him a DDT on the ramp.

Rollins jumped back in the ring and tried to win by count-out, but Cesaro made it back in the ring. Rollins went for the curb stomp, but Cesaro countered with the sharpshooter. Rollins slipped out, but Cesaro hit an uppercut. Cesaro fell to the mat, and Rollins hit the curb stomp for the win.

Rollins qualifies for the Money in the Bank ladder match.

In the back, The Usos approached Edge’s locker room door. Jimmy went to knock on the door, but Jey told him to wait until Edge leaves.

Back from the break, Jimmy got impatient waiting, so they ran into Edge’s locker room, but he wasn’t there. Jey noted Edge’s lucky they didn’t find him.

Kayla Braxton interviewed Seth Rollins. He celebrated qualifying for the ladder match. Rollins noted he cashed in on Roman Reigns once before. He still thinks he should be getting the title shot at Money In The Bank. Rollins said he might cash in at Money In the Bank this time.

Edge showed up to confront Rollins. Edge noted while Rollins complained; he went and took the title shot. Edge promised to call out Reigns. Rollins was furious as Edge walked away.

They recapped Otis destroying the Street Profits. In the back, Chad Gable noted it doesn’t matter if it’s the Street Profits, Edge, or Roman Reigns. Otis added they’ll destroy everyone.

Edge Calls Out Roman Reigns

Edge mocked Roman Reigns and The Usos for reuniting earlier in the night. Edge showed still shots of Reigns and Jimmy in the cross face.

Reigns, Paul Heyman, and The Usos watched backstage. Edge demanded Reigns come to the ring right now. Reigns stood up and told The Usos to stay in the back. He wants to handle this one on his own.

Reigns gave Heyman the title and told him to stay in the back too.

Reigns slowly walked to the ring. In the back, Jey thinks it’s a trap, so The Usos headed to the ring.

The Usos made their way to ringside. Reigns was unhappy they showed up and said he wants to handle this without them. Reigns slowly entered the ring and faced off with Edge.

Edge and Reigns started brawling in the ring. Suddenly, Rey Mysterio’s music hit. Rey and Dominik ran out and attacked The Usos. The Usos recovered and beat down The Mysterios.

Edge hit a DDT on Reigns and set up for the spear. Jey grabbed Edge’s leg, and Jimmy hit a superkick. The Mysterio’s jumped back in the ring and hit double 619 on The Usos. Edge then hit the spear on Jey.

Edge broke off a piece of the chair and gave Uso the cross face with the bar. Reigns ran away and watched from the ramp. Edge also applied the cross face on Jimmy. Reigns slowly walked away to end the last SmackDown from the ThunderDome.

WWE has made a pair of new announcements for Monday’s episode of Raw.

There will be a face-to-face segment with Kofi Kingston and MVP on Monday’s Raw. It will be part of the build to Kingston challenging for Bobby Lashley’s WWE Championship at next month’s Money in the Bank pay-per-view

Raw Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley will team with Mandy Rose & Dana Brooke in a six-woman tag match against Charlotte Flair & WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Natalya & Tamina on Monday’s Raw. Ripley is defending her Raw Women’s Championship against Charlotte at Money in the Bank.

This past Monday’s edition of Raw was headlined by Lashley defeating Xavier Woods in a non-title Hell in a Cell match. After the match, Lashley attacked Woods and MVP locked the Hell in a Cell cage so that Kingston wouldn’t be able to save his tag team partner. Kingston screamed for Lashley to let Woods go as Lashley had Woods in the Hurt Lock against the cage.

Lashley retained his WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre in a Hell in a Cell match at Sunday’s Hell in a Cell PPV.

Ripley and Charlotte also faced off in a title match at Hell in a Cell. Charlotte defeated Ripley by disqualification — but Ripley kept her Raw Women’s Championship. Ripley intentionally got disqualified by hitting Charlotte with the top of the announce table.

Here’s the updated lineup for Monday’s Raw:

  • Last chance Money in the Bank qualifying match: AJ Styles vs. Randy Orton vs. Drew McIntyre
  • Kofi Kingston and MVP will go face-to-face
  • Rhea Ripley, Mandy Rose & Dana Brooke vs. Charlotte Flair, Natalya & Tamina

Depositions for the trial started this past February. Berenato recently had her protection injunction against Thomas extended, with the next hearing set for October 7.

After losing a loser leaves WWE match at last year’s SummerSlam against Rose, Berenato took time off from WWE. She returned to the company in early January in a non-wrestling capacity, serving as an assistant to WWE official Adam Pearce.

Mandy Rose returns to WWE Raw following shoulder injury

For the first time since being pulled from Survivor Series, Mandy Rose returned to WWE television on Monday’s episode of Raw.

Rose returned on this week’s Raw and saved her tag team partner Dana Brooke from Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax. A match between Baszler and Brooke on the show ended in a disqualification when Jax interfered and pushed Brooke off the top rope. Rose ran out with a kendo stick and attacked Baszler and Jax with it after the match, but Baszler was able to get the kendo stick away from her. Asuka then attacked Baszler and helped Rose and Brooke clear the ring.

Lana had been laid out by Baszler and Jax earlier on Monday’s show. WWE has announced that Lana won’t be able to wrestle at Sunday’s TLC pay-per-view following the attack. Asuka and a partner of her choosing will now challenge for Baszler & Jax’s Women’s Tag Team titles at the PPV.

Rose was supposed to team with Baszler, Jax, Lana & Brooke in the women’s five-on-five elimination match at Survivor Series last month, but a legitimate shoulder injury led to Rose being pulled from the match. There was also an angle where Brooke was removed from Survivor Series, with her and Rose being replaced by Lacey Evans and Peyton Royce.

Rose’s shoulder injury happened on the November 9 episode of Raw. The following week, there was a six-woman tag match where Rose, Brooke & Asuka faced Baszler, Jax & Lana. Rose had kinesio tape on her shoulder going into the match and was taken out near the beginning after Baszler stomped her arm into the steel steps.

Evans & Royce replacing Rose & Brooke at WWE Survivor Series

A couple of changes have been made to Raw’s Survivor Series women’s team.

On tonight’s episode of Raw, Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke were both removed from Raw’s women’s team for Survivor Series. They’re being replaced by Lacey Evans and Peyton Royce. Evans and Royce will team with Shayna Baszler, Nia Jax, and Lana at Sunday’s pay-per-view.

Rose, Brooke & Asuka faced Baszler, Jax & Lana in a six-woman tag match on tonight’s Raw. There was a spot near the beginning of the match where Rose was taken out after Baszler stomped her arm into the steel steps. Rose had kinesio tape on her shoulder going into the match. Asuka won the match for her team when she submitted Lana with the Asuka Lock. Prior to that, Lana had tagged herself in when Baszler was locking the Kirifuda Clutch on Asuka.

There was then an angle where Reckoning (Mia Yim) of RETRIBUTION attacked Brooke backstage as Brooke was being interviewed about Rose’s status.

Adam Pearce announced later on tonight’s Raw that Evans and Royce are replacing Rose and Brooke at Survivor Series due to Rose and Brooke being unable to compete at the PPV.

There are still two spots left on Team SmackDown for their five-on-five traditional Survivor Series elimination match against Baszler, Jax, Lana, Evans & Royce. Bianca Belair, Ruby Riott & Liv Morgan have qualified for Team SmackDown thus far.

Here’s the updated card for Survivor Series:

  • The Undertaker will appear for his “Final Farewell”
  • Non-title champion vs. champion match: WWE Champion Drew McIntyre vs. Universal Champion Roman Reigns
  • Non-title champion vs. champion match: Raw Women’s Champion Asuka vs. SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks
  • Non-title champion vs. champion match: Raw Tag Team Champions The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) vs. SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford)
  • Non-title champion vs. champion match: United States Champion Bobby Lashley vs. Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn
  • Men’s five-on-five Survivor Series elimination match: Team Raw (AJ Styles, Keith Lee, Sheamus, Braun Strowman & Riddle) vs. Team SmackDown (Kevin Owens, Jey Uso, Baron Corbin, Seth Rollins, and one wrestler to be announced)
  • Women’s five-on-five Survivor Series elimination match: Team Raw (Shayna Baszler, Nia Jax, Lana, Lacey Evans & Peyton Royce) vs. Team SmackDown (Bianca Belair, Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan and two wrestlers to be announced)

Two tag matches announced for WWE Raw

Two non-title matches involving tag team champions are set for Monday’s episode of Raw.

WWE has announced that Raw Tag Team Champions The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) will face The Hurt Business (Shelton Benjamin & Cedric Alexander) in a non-title match on Monday’s Raw. Women’s Tag Team Champions Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax will also face Mandy Rose & Dana Brooke in non-title action on the show.

The Hurt Business confronted The New Day in a backstage segment on Raw this week and said they have their sights set on The New Day’s Raw Tag Team titles.

Baszler, Jax, Rose, Brooke, and Lana are the wrestlers who will be on Team Raw for their five-on-five elimination match against Team SmackDown at Survivor Series. Bianca Belair is the first wrestler to qualify for Team SmackDown.

Rose & Brooke began teaming together last month after both were moved to Raw. They argued with Baszler & Jax on Raw this week after Baszler & Jax claimed to be the leaders of Team Raw.

Jeff Hardy vs. Elias in a Guitar on a Pole match has also been announced for Monday’s Raw.

Raw’s team for WWE Survivor Series women’s elimination match set

The Raw team for the women’s Survivor Series elimination match has been set.

WWE officials Pat Buck and Adam Pearce announced on tonight’s Raw that WWE Women’s Tag Team champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler and the team of Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose would be part of the women’s Survivor Series elimination match. They then announced a fatal four way match would determine the final participant.

The match involved Nikki Cross, Lacey Evans, and Peyton Royce. The finish had Royce taking out both Evans and Cross with a German suplex off the turnbuckle, but Lana pulled Royce out of the ring and pinned Cross to win the match, making her the fifth and final member of the team.

After the match, Lana went to celebrate with her new teammates. She hugged Nia Jax, but Jax held on and put her through the Raw announce table for the sixth time in as many weeks.

Survivor Series will take place on November 22.

Dana Brooke joins WWE Raw roster, teams with Mandy Rose

Though the start of the WWE Draft is less than two weeks away, the Raw women’s division got a new member tonight.

Dana Brooke joined the Raw roster on tonight’s post-Clash of Champions edition of the show. Brooke, who was formerly on SmackDown, teamed with Mandy Rose to defeat Natalya & Lana on tonight’s show. Rose pinned Lana to get the win after hitting a knee strike.

This was the first time Rose has wrestled on Raw since it was announced earlier this month that she’s been traded to the brand. In storyline, The Miz had Rose moved off SmackDown as part of his feud with Otis.

Adam Pearce introduced Rose & Brooke as Natalya & Lana’s opponents tonight after Natalya & Lana complained about Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax not being stripped of the Women’s Tag Team titles. Natalya & Lana said the titles should be theirs. Baszler & Jax were scheduled to defend the Women’s Tag Team titles against Ruby Riott & Liv Morgan at Clash of Champions before that match was pulled from the show. WWE has announced that the Baszler & Jax vs. Riott & Morgan title match will take place when Baszler & Jax are cleared to compete.

Rose & Brooke were interviewed later on tonight’s Raw and said they’re coming for the Women’s Tag Team titles after Riott & Morgan get their shot against Baszler & Jax.

This year’s WWE Draft will begin on the Friday, October 9 episode of SmackDown and end on the Monday, October 12 episode of Raw.

Women’s Tag Team title match set for WWE Clash of Champions

A new title match has been made official for this month’s Clash of Champions pay-per-view.

WWE announced today that Women’s Tag Team Champions Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax will defend their titles against The Riott Squad (Ruby Riott & Liv Morgan) at Clash of Champions. The Riott Squad became the number one contenders to Baszler & Jax’s titles by defeating The IIconics (Peyton Royce & Billie Kay) on Raw two weeks ago. That number one contender’s match also had a stipulation where the losing team had to split up.

On Raw last week, Baszler and Jax faced Riott & Morgan in separate two-on-one handicap matches. Morgan rolled up Baszler to get the win in the first match after Baszler was distracted by Jax mocking her offense and telling her she’s seen Baszler do better. Jax laughed after her partner lost. Riott & Morgan vs. Jax then ended in a no contest when the match was interrupted by a message from RETRIBUTION.

Baszler & Jax won the Women’s Tag Team titles by defeating Sasha Banks & Bayley at Payback. They also defeated Banks & Bayley in a rematch on SmackDown earlier this month.

Clash of Champions is taking place on Sunday, September 27. Here’s the updated card for the PPV:

  • WWE Champion Drew McIntyre defends against Randy Orton
  • Universal Champion Roman Reigns defends against Jey Uso
  • SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley defends against Nikki Cross
  • Women’s Tag Team Champions Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax defend against The Riott Squad

Mandy Rose traded to WWE Raw roster

The Raw women’s division has a new member.

It was announced on this week’s episode of Talking Smack that Mandy Rose has been traded to Raw. The Miz and John Morrison made an appearance on Talking Smack and Miz made the announcement, with WWE.com writing that the move “was the latest tactic in The Miz & John Morrison’s ongoing quest to part Otis with his Money in the Bank Contract.”

The explanation given on Talking Smack was that Miz made the pitch for Rose to be moved to the Raw roster. Miz said that — when you’ve been in the entertainment industry as long as he has — you develop relationships with executives and people in power start to trust you. Miz said Fox and USA Network rely on him and listen to any pitch he has.

On SmackDown last night, Otis defeated Morrison in a singles match. Heavy Machinery also defeated Miz & Morrison in a tag match the previous week. After both matches, Miz & Morrison tried to steal Otis’ Money in the Bank contract but Otis outsmarted them. Otis didn’t have the contract in his MITB briefcase the first week and then didn’t have it in his MITB lunchbox.

Miz said he was going to call in a favor after being outsmarted by Otis last night.

Rose hasn’t appeared on SmackDown since defeating Sonya Deville in their “loser leaves WWE” match at SummerSlam last month. That match originally had a hair vs. hair stipulation, but it was changed following the real-life incident where a man was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking, armed burglary of a dwelling, and attempted armed kidnapping after breaking into Deville’s home. Rose was also in the house with Deville at the time.

Sonya Deville loses ‘loser leaves WWE’ match at SummerSlam

Sonya Deville, in storyline, must leave the WWE.

Deville lost tonight’s loser leaves WWE match at SummerSlam against Mandy Rose. After a match filled with weapons, as they were legal in this no disqualification match, Deville was pinned following a knee strike by Rose.

After the match, Otis came to the ring and did the caterpillar with Rose.

The match was originally supposed to be a hair vs. hair match. However, Deville changed the stipulations on SmackDown two days ago, rejecting calls by Mandy Rose to let things go and instead upped the ante even higher.

The change came as Deville (Daria Berenato) and Rose (Amanda Saccomanno) fled from Berenato’s home on August 16 after a man broke into the house with the intention of kidnapping Berenato.

Phillip Thomas III, 24,  was arrested at Berenato’s home and has been charged with aggravated stalking, armed burglary of a dwelling, and attempted armed kidnapping. He was denied bail and will remain in jail following a court proceeding held on August 21.

New stipulations set for Rose vs. Deville at WWE SummerSlam

Major stakes have been added to the Sonya Deville/Mandy Rose hair vs. hair match set for SummerSlam.

On tonight’s episode of SmackDown, Mandy Rose appeared and addressed Sonya Deville. She wanted to find the good in Deville, and asked her to put this feud behind them.

Deville later came out and refused to let go of the match, and instead said she would raise the stakes even higher. She challenged Rose to a no disqualification match where the loser would leave WWE, replacing the hair vs. hair stipulation that had originally been set.

The match change comes as Deville (Daria Berenato) and Rose (Amanda Saccomanno) fled from Berenato’s home on Sunday morning after a man broke into the house with the intention of kidnapping Berenato.

Phillip Thomas III, 24,  was arrested at Berenato’s home. He faces charges of aggravated stalking, armed burglary of a dwelling, and attempted armed kidnapping.

Thomas III was denied bail and will remain in jail following a court proceeding held Friday morning.

WWE’s Sonya Deville gets temporary injunction, new details emerge

New details have emerged in the attempted kidnapping of WWE wrestler Sonya Deville, real name Daria Berenato.

Deville filed and was granted a petition for a temporary injunction against stalking violence on Monday, further detailing her incident with alleged stalker and would-be kidnapper Phillip Arnold Thomas II early Sunday morning at her Lutz, Florida, home.

Thomas remains in jail as he has been charged with three felonies, including armed kidnapping. He also faces a criminal mischief misdemeanor charge. Thomas will have a hearing on Thursday regarding the prosecution’s attempt to deny his bail. PWInsider reported that a public defender has been assigned to and that he has invoked his 5th Amendment privilege to remain silent.

A hearing will be held on August 27th to discuss putting a more permanent injunction into place.

In the petition, Deville said that after she went to bed, she was awakened by a security alarm and alerted that a sliding door that led to her lanai was open. She then awakened her house guest, Amanda Saccomanno, better known as Mandy Rose.

Deville went to check on the sliding door and said that as she was ensuring the door was locked, she looked up and saw Thomas. Deville said that she asked him, “What are you doing, what do you want?” at which point he began walking toward her.

“That is when I realized this person was not here to rob me, he was there to hurt me,” Deville’s petition said. According to a Tampa Bay Times report, Thomas was armed with a knife and pepper spray when he approached Deville.

Deville then told Rose, “There’s a man in the house, we have to go,” before they fled the home and called 911. Deville said she later saw on home security footage that Thomas had followed her into the house, “but he thought I ran up the stairs, leaving me and my friend just enough time to escape.”

Sheriff’s deputies gave Thomas’s name to Deville, who then searched her social media accounts for messages from him of which she found hundreds.

“The nature of the messages from this account were obsessive, suicidal, idolizing, saying, ‘You are the only person I will ever love,’ ” according to Deville’s petition.

She also described a second account that also appeared to belong to him which sent similar messages. One such message read, “I found your home address.” She said she received a message from the second account Sunday at 12:16 a.m., just hours before the incident at her home. Deville says that the last message read, “Look outside, baby, by your pool. I’m here. I’m gonna kill that little b—- you have inside with you.”

Deville also described receiving messages from the second account that included threats of decapitating her friends and family, describing individuals by name. Deville wrote that she received explicit messages and one graphic sexual photo from the account.

As of this point, Deville and Rose are scheduled to have a hair vs. hair match this Sunday at SummerSlam.
