New Hulk Hogan statue revealed at WWE World

WWE honors Hulk Hogan’s legacy before WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

At WWE World during WrestleMania 42 weekend, Triple H, Hogan’s son Nick Hogan, and Jimmy Hart unveiled the brand new Hulk Hogan statue.

Triple H shared the statue and pictures from the reveal with the caption, “Immortal.” Hogan, often known by his nickname, “The Immortal One,” has now been immortalized by WWE, months after his passing away last year. The bronze statue features Hogan’s signature ear cup and a bronzed American flag.

Currently, WWE is also hosting a Hulkamania Forever exhibit at WWE World, which features his gear, memorabilia, interactive elements, and much more. The exhibit was recently visited by his son, Nick Hogan, who posed with the items there and cherished his late father’s legacy.

WWE will continue to honor Hogan’s legacy this year by inducting his WrestleMania 3 match against Andre the Giant at the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame as this year’s Immortal Moment. Netflix is also set to release a documentary based on Hogan’s life and career on April 22, 2026.

John Cena to appear at WWE World

Before he hosts WrestleMania 42, John Cena will be meeting some fans at WWE World in Las Vegas.

It was announced last night that Cena has been added to the guest lineup for this weekend’s WWE World convention. He’ll only be appearing on Saturday, and the limited amount of photo opportunities that were made available have already sold out. Those photo ops were priced at approximately $450.

“JOHN CENA returns to WWE World. The 17-time WWE World Champion and host of WrestleMania 42 joins the lineup for Photo Ops on Saturday, April 18,” Fanatics announced. “Limited tix are on sale now and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid WWE World admission tix is required to purchase.”

Cena is also taking part in a podcast recording at WWE World, where he’ll be a guest on The Undertaker’s Six Feet Under show. That podcast is also being recorded on Saturday.

After retiring from the ring in December 2025, Cena is still under contract with WWE as an ambassador. He narrated the video that aired on Raw last night announcing the new “Club WWE” membership program, which will give fans perks like early access to tickets and exclusive merchandise drops.

As the host of WrestleMania 42, Cena is especially looking forward to being in the building on Saturday and Sunday for the WrestleMania debuts of Lash Legend, Je’Von Evans, Trick Williams, Oba Femi, and Stephanie Vaquer.

John Cena set for podcast appearance at WWE World

Another appearance has been added to John Cena’s WWE WrestleMania 42 weekend schedule.

It was announced earlier this week that Cena, following his retirement from the ring in December 2025, will serve as the host of WrestleMania 42. During his time in Las Vegas, Cena will also sit down with The Undertaker for a live podcast recording. They’ll record an episode of Undertaker’s Six Feet Under podcast at the WWE World convention on Saturday, April 18 — which is the same day as night one of WrestleMania.

“Two icons. One stage. LIVE. John Cena joins The Undertaker for a live recording of Six Feet Under at WWE World,” it was announced. “No script. No filters. Just conversation you won’t hear anywhere else.”

WWE and Fanatics have partnered together for WWE World every year since 2024, with the convention replacing WWE Axxess as the company’s WrestleMania weekend fan event.

Six Feet Under is hosted by Undertaker and his wife Michelle McCool, who became the new co-host of the show in 2025 after it joined the WWE & Fanatics podcast network.

Cena is still under contract with WWE as an ambassador in his post-wrestling career. Though he’ll still be making some appearances, Cena has said that he will never wear his signature jorts or other wrestling gear again. He’ll instead opt for more formal attire like suits.

WrestleMania 42 is being held at Allegiant Stadium in Vegas on April 18-19. The stadium also hosted last year’s show, where Cena had his final WrestleMania match against Cody Rhodes.

The last time Cena and Undertaker ever faced off was a quick bout at WrestleMania 34 in 2018.

Mickie James to attend WWE World during WrestleMania 42 week

Mickie James announced on X that she will attend WWE World on April 17 during WrestleMania 42 week.

The interactive fan convention heading into WrestleMania already features an extensive range of current and former WWE stars. Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, AJ Styles and more are confirmed to make an appearance.

James is also set to be present for FlankerMania Week – Golden Era on April 18. The convention will take place at Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar, Las Vegas. Other WWE veterans including Trish Stratus, Lisa Marie Varon and Jazz will headline the event.

James last competed in WWE at the 2022 Royal Rumble where she entered the classic battle royal match wearing her TNA Knockouts Championship around her waist. Earlier this year, James made her TNA return at No Surrender and attacked Ash by Elegance.

Meanwhile, the match card for WrestleMania 42 continues to grow stronger each week. The latest edition of Raw added more high-profile matches. Gunther’s unsuspecting attack on Seth Rollins led to an official match being announced. Finn Balor will get his revenge on Dominik Mysterio after being kicked out of The Judgment Day. Additionally, Penta announced a ladder match for his Intercontinental Title at WrestleMania.

Kevin Owens to appear at WWE World

Though he’s sidelined due to injury, Kevin Owens will be in town for WWE WrestleMania 42 weekend.

It was announced today that Owens will make a public WWE appearance next month at WWE World. He’ll be doing a meet and greet at the fan event, which takes place annually and helps set the tone for WrestleMania.

Owens, his friend/rival Sami Zayn, and the recently retired AJ Styles have all been added to the convention. It’s being held at the Las Vegas Convention Center from April 16-20.

Owens’ last WWE match was at Elimination Chamber 2025. His rivalry with Randy Orton was building toward WrestleMania 41, but Owens had to be pulled from the show due to needing neck surgery.

Along with this appearance, Owens has been confirmed as a coach for the new season of WWE LFG (Legends and Future Greats) that premieres on A&E on April 26. Reports suggest that Owens is not expected to make an in-ring return anytime soon, though WWE is hopeful that it will happen before the end of the year. Owens did share a brief clip of himself at the Performance Center doing some cardio work back in November 2025.

Styles, who retired at the Royal Rumble, is slated for a Hall of Fame induction during Mania weekend after a nearly three-decade long career. He recently revealed his new backstage role in WWE where he’ll be mentoring and assisting talent.

‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin to appear at WWE World

One of WWE’s greatest-ever legends is set to appear for the company during WrestleMania 42 weekend.

During Raw last night, it was announced that “Stone Cold” Steve Austin will be among the guests appearing at the WWE World 2026 convention in Las Vegas. Austin will be at the convention meeting fans on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19. Tickets for autographs/photos with Austin are set to go on sale soon.

Austin also was a guest at WWE World in 2025. WrestleMania is back in Las Vegas this year, which makes it easier for Austin to appear given that he lives in the state of Nevada. Whether he’ll have an on-screen role at WrestleMania 42 remains to be seen. He showed up at WrestleMania 41 night two last year and announced the attendance for the show.

WWE World has become an annual event since replacing WrestleMania Axxess in 2024. The convention, which is a collaboration between WWE and Fanatics, features exclusive merchandise, meet-and-greets with WWE stars and legends, and live roundtable discussions and podcast recordings.

The Las Vegas Convention Center, South Hall is hosting this year’s edition from Thursday, April 16 through Monday, April 20. WrestleMania itself is happening on April 18-19, which are the two days Austin is at the convention.

Austin has not wrestled since he returned to the ring to face Kevin Owens at WrestleMania 38. Now 61 years old, Austin feels like he would still be physically capable of having another match, though he doubts he ever will.

WWE World convention returning for WrestleMania 42

The WWE World convention is officially returning for WrestleMania 42.

WWE, Fanatics, and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority are partnering together for the convention, which will take place over five days from Thursday, April 16 through Monday, April 20. Tickets are going on sale next week, with WrestleMania 42 ticket holders and previous WWE World attendees getting pre-sale access. The general public on-sale will then begin on Friday, January 16.

Since 2024, WWE World has been part of the company’s WrestleMania week festivities. It replaced the WrestleMania Axxess event that had previously been held alongside WrestleMania. Exclusive merchandise, meet-and-greets with WWE stars and legends, and live roundtable discussions and podcast recordings are part of the convention.

Among the new WWE World additions for 2026 is a “Hulkamania Forever” showcase honoring the late Hulk Hogan:

WWE World at WrestleMania 42 will feature a variety of immersive experiences for fans, including a central main stage that will host roundtable discussions with top WWE Superstars, live podcast recordings, memorabilia honoring WrestleMania’s 42-year history, photo and autograph opportunities with WWE Superstars and Legends, and the largest WWE Superstore in WrestleMania history featuring exclusive merchandise. New for 2026, fans can experience Hulkamania Forever, step into photo-ready WWE Superstar walkthroughs, go behind the curtain at Gorilla Position and more.

Allegiant Stadium is hosting WrestleMania 42 on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19. It’s the second straight year Mania has been held in Vegas, with the financial success of 2025’s event contributing to WWE’s decision to return.

Details announced for WWE World WrestleMania week convention

After debuting in 2024, the WWE World convention is returning for WrestleMania week in Las Vegas.

The five-day convention — presented by WWE & Fanatics — is taking place at the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall from Thursday, April 17 through Monday, April 21. It will include autograph signings, live podcast recordings, roundtable discussions with WWE wrestlers, merchandise sales, and more.

Tickets for the convention are going on sale to the general public at noon Eastern time on Monday, February 3. A pre-sale is set to begin on Wednesday, January 29.

WWE World is a replacement for the WrestleMania Axxess convention that used to happen during WrestleMania week.

“WWE World at WrestleMania 41 will feature a variety of immersive experiences for fans including a central main stage that will host roundtable discussions with top WWE Superstars, live podcast recordings, live memorabilia and autograph sales through Fanatics Live, and the largest WWE Superstore in WrestleMania history,” WWE wrote. “The event will also feature exclusive merchandise autograph sessions and meet-and-greets with WWE Superstars and Legends, in addition to immersive exhibits and memorabilia honoring WrestleMania’s 41-year history.”

Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas is hosting WrestleMania 41 on Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20. It’s the first time WrestleMania has been held in Vegas since 1993.

Raw, SmackDown, NXT Stand & Deliver, and the 2025 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony will also take place from Vegas in the days surrounding WrestleMania.
