WWE selling ‘exclusive’ ring canvas opportunity

If you have $400 to spare, your name could appear on the ring canvas for an upcoming episode of WWE Raw.

WWE is offering fans the “exclusive opportunity” to have their names “immortalized in WWE history” for the March 30 episode of Raw at Madison Square Garden. Those who pay $399.99 will have their name featured on the ring, and they’ll then receive a framed collage with that piece of match-used canvas.

“Monday Night Raw has been a wrestling institution for decades, and for the first time ever, you can own a piece of the action with this framed collage, fitted with a piece of match-used canvas featuring your name as you saw on TV,” the WWE Shop description says. “This 10″ x 20″ piece showcases iconic RAW imagery, celebrating the spectacle and excitement of WWE’s flagship show from March 30, 2026. What sets this collage apart is the inclusion of a genuine piece of match-used canvas featuring your own personal dedicated piece of history.”

It’s noted that the framed collage will be shipped no later than April 24.

The March 30 episode of Raw is happening on the road to WrestleMania 42. CM Punk, Roman Reigns, and Brock Lesnar are among the wrestlers who will be appearing. It will be one of the last times Punk and Reigns interact before their World Heavyweight Championship match at WrestleMania.

Chelsea Green explains why she’s so proud of new WWE merch item

Getting her signature hat released on WWE Shop is something Chelsea Green views as one of her biggest pro wrestling accomplishments.

The gold-colored hat went on sale earlier this month and will be shipped out no later than the end of January 2026. Green tweeted that getting the hat released meant a lot to her, calling it a multi-year labor of love. She went into more depth while speaking with Adrian Hernandez, explaining the three-year process she went through to make the hat available at a reasonable price.

“The past three years, every Friday, I pitched that hat. Every single Friday,” Green said. “I found out who to pitch it to. Then I found out who the buyers were. Then I found out where they were buying. Then I found out why they couldn’t get the hats made. Then I found out how to make the hats more of a reasonable price for my fans. Like, I have literally been along for the entire ride of these hats. That’s why it means so much to me to put them out.”

Green said the merch item holds so much value to her because it’s something she made happen. She’s proud of her title reigns as well, but the hat might be her biggest accomplishment.

“I’m not joking when I say that that might be the best accomplishment I have in WWE — or in my wrestling career,” she said.

“Because at the end of the day, I made that happen. These [titles], I didn’t make happen necessarily. I worked my ass off, but at the end of the day, someone decides these things, right? That hat — I did everything to make sure that hat went on sale and [that] it went on sale for $34.99 and [that] it went on sale this year. I’m so proud of it. I’m so proud of it, because I know that little girls and boys are going to go up, they’re going to look at that wall of merch, and they’re going to see that sparkly hat and they’re going to choose that over a Yeet shirt.”

Green is currently on her second reign as WWE Women’s United States Champion, along with holding the AAA Mixed Tag Team titles with Ethan Page.

Chelsea Green calls new WWE Shop item a ‘two-year labor of love’

A newly released WWE Shop merchandise item is something that Chelsea Green has been working on for a long time.

Priced at $34.99, a replica version of Green’s signature hat is now on sale via WWE Shop. Green called the merch release a huge moment for her, saying it’s been a two-year process to convince WWE to create the item and then design and source it.

“I don’t know if I can put into words what it means to have this hat go on @WWEShop,” Green wrote. “It has been a two year labor of love! From convincing, to sourcing, to designing. This is a huge moment for me and for the fans who have been with me on this (almost) 12 year ride. 2025 has been my greatest year in wrestling yet!”

Green, who signed a new five-year WWE contract this year, is a double champion after notching two recent title wins. She holds the Women’s United States Championship on SmackDown in addition to being one-half of the AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions with Ethan Page. The Green-Page duo has been featured in NXT, where Page is the men’s North American Champion.

A Mixed Tag Team title match with Green & Page defending against Thea Hail & Joe Hendry will take place at NXT Gold Rush week one next Tuesday.

The Green hat is listed as a special event item that will be shipped no later than January 2026:

  • Hot Mess! It’s time to embody the chaotic energy of Chelsea Green with this Replica Hat. This headwear faithfully replicate Chelsea’s iconic fashion, featuring gold lace ribbons, clear acrylic stone embellishments, and mesh fabric. Measuring approximately 5.9″ x 11.2″ with a brim size of 8.3″ x 2″, this hat is the ultimate accessory for showing your support for the most unpredictable Superstar in WWE.
  • This is a special event item. Orders containing this product will be shipped separately. This item will be shipped no later than Friday, January 30, 2026.

WWE Shop lists top merch sellers of 2025

WWE Shop has put out a list naming the company’s top merchandise sellers of 2025.

The 10-person list is ranked in alphabetical order and does not disclose how each competitor ranked inside of the top 10. It includes seven male wrestlers and three female wrestlers:

  • Alexa Bliss
  • AJ Lee
  • CM Punk
  • Cody Rhodes
  • Jacob Fatu
  • Jey Uso
  • John Cena
  • Penta
  • Rhea Ripley
  • Roman Reigns

AJ Lee ranks on the list despite only having returned to WWE in September. She was also a highly ranked merchandise seller during her first run with the company, which ended with her retiring from the ring in 2015. She made her long-awaited return by teaming with her husband Punk to defeat Becky Lynch & Seth Rollins at WWE Wrestlepalooza.

In a graphic posted by WWE on social media promoting the top-sellers list, Cena, Reigns, Rhodes, Punk, and Ripley were the five wrestlers featured. Cena — who has been on his retirement tour all year with city-specific merchandise released for some of the stops — is front and center.

WWE Shop is run by sports merchandise company Fanatics. WWE and Fanatics have been partners since 2022, and the relationship has expanded into several different areas including podcasts and online casino games.

WWE Shop appears to spoil big return

An official WWE social media account looks to have spoiled AJ Lee’s return to the company.

Following a 10-year absence, it’s expected that Lee will return to the ring later this month for a mixed tag team match at WWE Wrestlepalooza. That’s been heavily hinted at on WWE television over the past few days but has not officially been announced by the company yet. But a since-deleted post from the WWE Shop X/Twitter account says new merchandise is being planned for Lee’s return.

“With AJ Lee’s return to the ring, we are looking to have some [fire] gear hopefully in time for Wrestlepalooza,” the account wrote in response to a fan. “Be sure you’re signed up for emails and get the latest updates on new live inventory. Happy shopping!”

It’s possible that the reply could have been written by an AI bot or someone just assuming that Lee’s return is coming.

Our Bryan Alvarez has confirmed that Lee will be teaming with her husband CM Punk against fellow married couple Becky Lynch & Seth Rollins at Wrestlepalooza. The event is being held in Indianapolis on Saturday, September 20 and will begin a new era with WWE PLEs moving to ESPN’s direct-to-consumer streaming service.

With SmackDown taking place from Chicago this Friday night, we could potentially see Lee appear on the show to make the Wrestlepalooza match official. There was a segment on Raw this week where — after being taunted and slapped by Lynch — Punk warned that she would regret her actions. Punk then all but confirmed that he’ll be coming to SmackDown on Friday.

WWE reaches licensing deal to sell custom SEC title belts

WWE is partnering with the NCAA’s Southeastern Conference to sell custom title belts.

Sports Business Journal reported today that WWE has “secured licenses to produce custom side plates featuring the logos of all 14 SEC teams that can be outfitted on replica WWE championship title belts.” The belts will be available to purchase later this fall.

Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Florida, Auburn, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Kentucky, Ole Miss, Arkansas, South Carolina, Missouri, Mississippi State, and Vanderbilt are the 14 teams in the SEC.

On ESPN’s College GameDay this past weekend, Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair unveiled the Tennessee custom title belt:

The replica title belt with Tennessee side plates is priced at $499.99 on WWE Shop and Fanatics.

WWE regularly sends custom title belts to sports teams that win championships. In August 2021, WWE announced that it was partnering with Major League Baseball to sell team-inspired custom title belts.

Sports Business Journal wrote:

WWE’s Bianca Belair hoisted a custom Tennessee-branded championship belt during her appearance Saturday on ESPN’s ‘College GameDay.’ Now, fans of SEC schools can get a belt of their own. WWE has secured licenses to produce custom side plates featuring the logos of all 14 SEC teams that can be outfitted on replica WWE championship title belts. The side plates will be available for purchase later this fall ahead of conference championship games. This is a natural next step for WWE, which began the tradition of gifting replica title belts outfitted with custom side plates to champions of other sports in 2013, when the Red Sox won the World Series. WWE struck a deal in 2021 that allows fans to order custom belts branded for all MLB teams.

WWE announces ‘comprehensive’ long-term deal with Fanatics

WWE has entered into a major new business partnership with sports platform Fanatics.

WWE and Fanatics announced on Monday that the two companies have agreed to a “comprehensive, long-term sports and entertainment partnership” that ranges across multiple businesses. Those businesses include e-commerce, licensed merchandise, and trading cards/NFTs

The deal includes Fanatics introducing a new version of WWE Shop this summer:

As part of the agreement, this summer Fanatics will exclusively re-introduce a new, rapid e-commerce and mobile destination, WWE Shop, giving fans around the world access to a leading assortment of WWE merchandise across all categories, including apparel, hard goods, such as title belts, headwear, accessories and more. Fanatics will work closely and collaboratively with the talented teams at WWE who have significantly grown this business in-house for decades, and the company will also add rights to design, manufacture and distribute real-time, on-demand merchandise collections to celebrate unpredictable WWE moments and new and emerging Superstars.

Also as part of the deal, Fanatics Collectibles will become the exclusive provider of licensed WWE physical and digital trading cards, That portion of the deal will go into effect when WWE’s existing trading cards partnership with The Panini Group expires over the next few years:

Fanatics Collectibles, the company’s trading cards and collectibles division, will also become the exclusive provider of licensed WWE physical and digital trading cards, which will once again bear the nostalgic Topps logo. Fanatics acquired the legendary 70-year-old Topps brand earlier this year, which previously held a long-term relationship with WWE. That deal will commence when WWE’s existing trading cards rights expire over the next few years.

Fanatics’ Candy Digital is also set to become one of WWE’s primary NFT partners later this year:

Also under the pact, later this year Fanatics’ next generation digital collectibles company, Candy Digital, will become one of WWE’s primary NFT partners. Candy’s team of world-class digital artists, designers, and technologists will curate and build a full range of high-quality trading card NFTs featuring WWE’s biggest moments and stars.

“WWE is one of the most widely admired sports and entertainment properties worldwide, and it made perfect sense to activate many parts of our Fanatics global platform to create a first-of-its-kind, all-in fan experience,” Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin said. “From e-commerce and licensed merchandise to trading cards and more, we’re going to offer up an incredible set of capabilities to help WWE’s passionate fans worldwide celebrate their favorite Superstars, marquee events and the WWE brand overall.”

“Fanatics is the industry leader and Michael Rubin is a visionary,” WWE’s Vince McMahon said. “We believe this multi-platform partnership will set a new standard for WWE e-commerce, apparel and merchandise, while providing our fans globally with more ways than ever to engage with WWE and our Superstars.”
