Ex-TNA star debuts at ROH tapings

A new name has been added to the Ring of Honor roster: Mance Warner, former TNA star, made his ROH debut at the tapings in Jacksonville on Monday night.

After years in the indies and an off-and-on stint in Major League Wrestling, Warner debuted in TNA in January of 2025 alongside Steph De Lander, who was his real-life fiancé at the time. The couple were married last October, then left the promotion last month after TNA refused to medically clear De Lander due to her neck injiury.

The highlight of Warner’s TNA run was his loss to Sami Callihan in a barbed wire massacre match at Unbreakable during WrestleMania week in Las Vegas on April 17, 2025.

Warner’s ROH debut came in a singles match against Shane Taylor. It was the first-ever meeting between the two.

Warner is booked against Krule for Pro Wrestling Revolver in Dayton, Ohio, on April 25. Tickets to that show are available here.

Steph De Lander set for in-ring return this weekend

After a couple of chaotic weeks for Steph De Lander, she’s apparently going to get back to where she always wanted to be: inside a pro wrestling ring.

De Lander shared a post from Awesome Championship Wrestling earlier this week promoting her match at Aftershock on Saturday night. Earlier today, she made her own post, sharing her excitement about returning to the ring.

“Five years ago yesterday I moved to the USA from Australia,” she wrote. “On the same day five years later, I closed on my big, beautiful dream house that Mance Warner and I got to watch build from the ground up. Tomorrow I wrestle for the first time in almost two years after recovering from a serious injury.

“Fight for your dreams, and your dreams will fight for you!” she added. “Never forget the grass is greener wherever you water it.”

De Lander has not wrestled since participating in a mixed trios match for TNA Wrestling in March of 2024. She underwent spinal fusion surgery in October of that year. She says she is now cleared to wrestle, but TNA refused to put her in the ring.

On March 4, news broke that De Lander and her husband Warner were quitting TNA. Three days later, they made an appearance at a GCW show.

ACW has booked De Lander in a triple threat match against Indi Hartwell and J-Rod, with Hartwell’s ACW Women’s Championship on the line.

ACW Aftershock takes place at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, at the MJ Nesheiwat Convention Center in Poughkeepsie, New York. Other wrestlers appearing include the Hardy Boys, the Righteous, Mike Santana, and Killer Kross. Event and meet & greet tickets are available here. The event will also stream on TrillerTV.

Mance Warner & Steph De Lander make GCW return

Mance Warner and Steph De Lander are back in Game Changer Wrestling.

They made their arrival during the main event of GCW So Alive on Saturday, reuniting with the Second Gear Crew (AJ Gray & Matthew Justice) to fend off VNDL48 (Atticus & Otis Cogar). A six man tag match was then made pitting Second Gear Crew against the Cogars and Christian Napier, with the latter team scoring the victory.

After show, De Lander posted a video on social media referencing she and Warner’s recent departure from TNA.

“I’m not gonna let a businessman with a hat tell me when my career is over. Mance & SDL are back in GCW,” she declared.

It was revealed earlier this week that the two quit the company after De Lander was told by TNA president Carlos Silva that TNA was not going to allow her to wrestle again despite her surgeon fully clearing her to return to in-ring action.

“I received a phone call on Monday of this week that basically they never wanted to let me wrestle at TNA again. They just didn’t feel comfortable with that. So then I made the decision to leave, and my husband did too in solidarity,” she told TMZ.

De Lander previously wrestled for WWE under the name Persia Pirotta. When she was released in 2022, she made her TNA debut the following year and later became associated with Warner when he made his TNA debut last year.

Report: Two wrestlers have quit TNA Wrestling

Two wrestlers from TNA reportedly have quit the promotion.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful wrote on Thursday that Mance Warner and Steph De Lander have left the promotion. The outlet later reported on its Patreon that they were told the departures stem from TNA refusing to clear De Lander to return from injury, with De Lander having been told she would never be able to wrestle for the promotion again.

The 29-year-old De Lander has been out of action since August 2024 and underwent neck fusion surgery on her C5 and C6 vertebrae that October. In January, she revealed that she was 100% healed from the procedure and ready to return to the ring.

“My neck is 100% healed and I have been cleared by my surgeon to return to the ring. I need guidance from a medical professional to ensure safety so I can get back to doing what I love. I have asked so many times. Can anyone help me @ThisIsTNA @WWE @AEW ???”

Fightful noted that one source in TNA Wrestling believed Warner and De Lander could finish up with the promotion after the current loop of tapings. TNA is scheduled to hold television tapings at the Gateway Center Arena in Atlanta on March 6 and 7, followed by additional tapings in New Orleans on March 27 and 28.

TNA Knockout announces she’s taking bookings again after long absence

Steph De Lander is back.

The 29-year-old TNA Knockout has been out of action since August 2024. She underwent neck fusion surgery that October but has since announced she’s been cleared to return. On Sunday, she posted to social media that she is now accepting bookings.

De Lander wrote:

“‼️ NOW ACCEPTING WRESTLING BOOKINGS!

After almost 2 years… I’m back!!! 🔥 email [email protected] & let’s make some money 💰 #ComebackSZN

Shares appreciated 🫶🏼”

De Lander returned to TNA programming in January 2025 in a non-wrestling role. She even became the last official Digital Media Champion during this period, after she “won” the title by divorcing her former on-screen husband, PCO. Santino Marella would strip her of the title that April and replaced the belt with what is now the TNA International title. She has been accompanying her real-life husband Mance Warner to the ring in recent weeks.

Prior to signing with TNA in 2023, De Lander was with WWE as Persia Pirotta from March 2021 until her release in April 2022.

TNA Knockout reveals she’s ‘100%’ healed after neck surgery

Steph De Lander says she is 100 percent healed and ready to return to the ring.

De Lander underwent neck fusion surgery on her C5 and C6 vertebrae in October 2024. She has been out of action since TNA’s television tapings in Florida last August.

De Lander posted to X on Wednesday stating that she has been cleared by her surgeon to return to the ring but is seeking guidance from medical professionals to ensure she can do so safely. She tagged WWE, TNA, and AEW in the post.

De Lander wrote:

“My neck is 100% healed and I have been cleared by my surgeon to return to the ring. I need guidance from a medical professional to ensure safety so I can get back to doing what I love. I have asked so many times. Can anyone help me @ThisIsTNA @WWE @AEW ???”

De Lander and her husband, Mance Warner, signed multi-year contracts with TNA Wrestling last October. De Lander accompanied Warner during his appearance in the Feast or Fired match on last week’s episode of Impact.

TNA couple Steph De Lander & Mance Warner gets married

A wrestling couple got married in Orlando, Florida on Wednesday with Steph De Lander & Mance Warner tying the knot.

The TNA stars were married in a ceremony that was attended by Matt Cardona, Chelsea Green, Piper Niven, Alba Fyre, Bronson Reed, Deonna Purrazzo, Steve Maclin, Ash By Elegance, Priscilla Kelly, and more. Special wedding-themed Micro Brawler figures of Warner & De Lander were made for guests.

De Lander (Stephanie De Landre) & Warner (Quirt Miller) have worked together on screen in TNA and on the indies. In October 2024, De Lander underwent neck surgery. She is still recovering and has not been able to return to action yet.

“It’s been 1 year since my neck surgery. I should have been back in the ring by now, but I am not,” De Lander wrote earlier this month. “Sometimes I feel like my situation is forgotten about because I don’t complain, I don’t post about it (no hate to those who do), I just get on with it and focus on what I can control. Although I am frustrated with certain things, I am proud of myself for always pushing forward and keeping a positive attitude and spirit.”

Warner is a regular for Game Changer Wrestling on the indies in addition to his TNA work. He is a former GCW World Champion.

Mance Warner makes TNA debut on Impact

Mance Warner made his debut in TNA on Thursday’s live Impact alongside new Digital Media Champion Steph De Lander.

After weeks of vignettes with the number 23 on Impact, the teases came to a head on Thursday’s live episode, with De Lander entering and interrupting Sami Callihan.

As Callihan demanded answers as to the identity of 23, De Lander announced that she had become TNA Digital Media Champion, winning the title in a divorce from her storyline husband PCO. De Lander then introduced Warner as her boyfriend. Warner laid out Callihan, then De Lander and Warner made out to close the segment.

A former GCW mainstay and CZW regular, Warner dropped the GCW World title at this past weekend’s Hammerstein Ballroom event, indicating that he may be on the move.

Aside from a brief cup of coffee with AEW in 2022 (two matches), Impact is the largest stage on which Warner has worked.

Matt Boone’s report from Thursday’s live TNA Impact is available here.

Steph De Lander undergoes neck surgery

TNA wrestler Steph De Lander is recovering from neck surgery.

De Lander had surgery done on Thursday, writing on social media that she now has a “fresh neck.” She then shared another update on Friday revealing that she’s now out of the hospital.

At TNA Victory Road last month, De Lander — who formerly wrestled in NXT as Persia Pirotta — gave a speech to the crowd announcing that she’s been in pain for a while and needed to get her neck fixed. She tried to avoid surgery but was told that — without having fusion surgery done on her C5-C6 vertebrae — she was at risk of suffering a catastrophic neck injury that could result in paralysis.

“The reality is: I need neck surgery. I need neck surgery, and I’ve needed it for a long time. I wake up every day in pain, but I fought through it because I didn’t want to let anyone down,” she told the fans at Victory Road.

“This isn’t a retirement speech, because I’m not done yet. I have more to give to this business. I have more to give to this company. And I have more to give to each and every one of you. So this is not goodbye — this is I’ll see you later. And until then, thank you guys and I love you.”

De Lander is expecting to be out of action for at least six months after surgery.

On the indies and in TNA, De Lander has been aligned with Matt Cardona. There’s been friction between them in a recent TNA angle with Cardona feuding with De Lander’s in-storyline husband PCO.

De Lander is signed with TNA through the remainder of 2024.

Steph De Lander says she needs neck surgery

During TNA Victory Road Friday, Steph De Lander announced to the crowd that she needs neck surgery.

De Lander was set to be part of a match teaming with Matt Cardona against on-screen husband PCO and Rhino. Before the match started, she took to the microphone to announce the news, saying she was in pain every day.

She went on to say this isn’t a retirement speech and said, “This is not goodbye. This is I’ll see you later.”

On X, De Lander later said, “Yes, this is real” and responded to a negative fan that the reason for needing surgery was “from landing on my head for 7 years to entertain dumbasses like you.”

When she plans to get the surgery, how bad her neck is, and how long she could be out for have yet to be revealed.

The 27-year-old has been in action just once since May, competing in a trios bout in early-August on TNA Impact.

Steph De Lander signs with TNA Wrestling for remainder of 2024

Steph De Lander will remain with TNA Wrestling until, at least, the end of the year.

She revealed during a Pro Wrestling Illustrated podcast today that she has committed to the promotion for the remainder of 2024.

“When I first came into TNA, it was kind of a per-date deal, you know, I agreed to a couple of dates,” she said on the show. “And then recently we’ve extended that through 2024. So, I’ve agreed to the remaining dates for the rest of the year.”

“I am contracted with TNA through the end of 2024 and then, obviously, we will reevaluate things come the new year.”

De Lander was involved in a major angle in TNA last month when her character married PCO. Matt Cardona returned to the promotion during the ceremony as well.

The 27-year-old Australian signed with WWE in March 2021 and wrestled for the promotion as Persia Pirotta. She was released in April 2022 and debuted in TNA the following year.

TNA Impact live results: Nemeth vs. Ali World title match, PCO & Steph De Lander wedding

Tonight’s TNA Impact has a little something for everyone including a World title match and a wedding between PCO & Steph De Lander.

New champion Nic Nemeth will defend the title he won at last month’s Slammiversary against former X-Division Champion Mustafa Ali. Ali interrupted Nemeth’s title celebration last week to put this into motion.

After winning the TNA Digital Media and International titles at Slammiversary, PCO proposed to recent squeeze De Lander and the two will get married on tonight’s show with calamity sure to happen.

Joe Hendry will be on hand to give his thoughts after being attacked and pinned by Josh Alexander in the Slammiversary six-way World title match.

The Rascalz will take on X-Division Champion Mike Bailey, Trent Seven & KUSHIDA while Knockouts Tag Team Champion Masha Slamovich will go one-on-one with Spitfire’s Jody Threat.

The show will also see Ryan Nemeth battle Frankie Kazarian and the return to action of Rosemary following her surprise return at Slammiversary.

**********
The Rascalz (Wes Lee, Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel) defeated Speedball Mountain (“Speedball” Mike Bailey & Trent Seven) & KUSHIDA

Six-man tag-team action gets things started on this week’s show. After the bell sounds to get things started, it is Trey Miguel and KUSHIDA who kick things off for their respective teams. The two jockey for position and then it is KUSHIDA who takes Miguel down to the mat with a headlock.

They work their way back up to their feet and the pace picks up. Miguel tags in Wentz. Wes Lee also comes in and the three hit multiple triple-team spots. Lee tags in and goes to work on KUSHIDA, who fights back and tags in “Speedball” Mike Bailey.

TNA’s new X-Division Champion comes into the ring with rapid-fire kicks to the WWE NXT Superstar. He settles into a comfortable offensive lead and tags in Trent Seven, who picks up where Bailey left off, taking it to the former WWE NXT North American Champion.

Seven ends up running into a big boot from Lee in the corner, which allows The Rascalz member to regain some offensive footing. He tags in Wentz, who hits a Bronco Buster. Lee ends up hitting one at the same time in the opposing corner.

Tom Hannifan cackling like a fan-boy quips, “Sean Waltman, eat your heart out!” Very Michael Cole-esque. Miguel hits a big double stomp, but cartwheels and flips into a simple elbow from Seven, which shifts the momentum back in his team’s favor. He hits a DDT and tags in KUSHIDA.

KUSHIDA looks for a Hooverboard Lock on Lee, who ends up making it to his corner to get the much-needed tag. Wentz hits a big dive to Seven on the floor. Bailey kicks him from the apron and then splashes onto him with a springboard moonsault at ringside.

Back in the ring, Lee hits a flip into a big kick for a two-count. Seven tags in and climbs to the top, but Lee runs over and hits a kick that stuns him. He climbs up after him, but Seven counters and hits a super scoop slam off the ropes for a two-count of his own.

Lee walks into a super kick from Bailey and then a Seven Star Lariat from Seven. They go for Ultimo Weapon on Lee, but Wentz runs over to make the save before they can execute it. Lee hits a running back-elbow to Seven in the corner, and then tags in Miguel.

They hit a triple-team spot and then Miguel hits a diving splash onto KUSHIDA and Bailey on the floor. Lee and Wentz hit their double-team High-Flyer Flame on Seven in the ring for the pinfall victory. Good and very fun opening match to kick off the in-ring action on this week’s show.

The commentators close it out by flashing the WWE NXT Great American Bash graphic on the screen to promote The Rascalz’ match at week two of the annual themed event from WWE NXT.

Jordynne Grace Issues TNA Knockouts Championship Open Challenge

We shift gears and head into a video segment featuring TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace. “The Juggernaut” goes on to issue another open challenge for her title for next week’s episode of TNA iMPACT on August 8. After this wraps up, the show heads into the first commercial break of the evening.

Campaign Singh Must Prove Loyalty, Credibility To The Campaign Tonight

When the show returns from the break, we shoot backstage for an interview segment. Standing by is Campaign Singh and The Campaign. We are told that this was supposed to be an interview with Mustafa Ali about his TNA World Championship shot in the main event this evening against Nic Nemeth.

Singh is on the phone with Ali, who appears upset. Singh frantically talks about how he will prove his loyalty to The Campaign and his credibility tonight. After he hangs up, he appears nervous about how he’s supposed to do that.

Rosemary defeated Kristara

Back inside the iMPACT Zone, TNA Knockouts star Rosemary is introduced. She makes her way to the ring for her comeback match. Already in the ring is her scheduled opponent for tonight, Kristara.

After the bell sounds to get things started, Rosemary bum-rushes Kristara and gets the early offensive jump on her. She beats her down and lets out screams and shrieks after hitting big moves.

She hits her finisher for the pinfall to pick up an easy victory in what was a quick and basic match. She heads out to the ringside area and grabs a nap-sack and heads back into the squared circle with it.

She kneels over her fallen opponent and pulls a black rose out of the bag. She lays it on her chest and crosses her arms over it. Ash By Elegance was shown watching on a monitor backstage during and after the match.

The System Are Regrouped And Refocused Following A Rough TNA Slammiversary

We shoot to The System in a backstage interview segment. The group are still wearing the same red, white and blue gear that they wore last week on the show, due to being in the Montreal market.

Each member takes a turn speaking into the camera about how the group may have been dealt a blow or two in recent weeks, but they are still the most dominant force in all of professional wrestling.

They will show why you must trust in The System. After this wraps up, the show heads into another commercial time out.

Campaign Singh Confronts, Challenges Mike Santana

Backstage, we see Mike Santana sitting on a stairwell talking about how recent weeks have proven that there are some cracks in The System. As he continues talking, he is cut off by Campaign Singh. He stands up. Singh nervously tells him that he is challenging him to a match tonight.

Josh Alexander Still Refuses To Fully Explain His Actions

We head back inside the iMPACT Zone where “The Walking Weapon” Josh Alexander is introduced. He doesn’t come out. He is introduced again. Once again he doesn’t come out. The commentators inform us that Gia Miller is with him backstage.

A fired up Alexander talks to Miller about how he doesn’t care where he is supposed to be right now. He says he’ll talk right here. He rants briefly about fans believing in Joe Hendry, but how it is he who has carried TNA on his back for years. He gets annoyed and walks off without saying much once again.

Frankie Kazarian defeated Ryan Nemeth

Things move on to the next action scheduled, which is a singles match pitting Ryan Nemeth one-on-one against Frankie Kazarian. Nemeth comes out first, followed by Kazarian. The bell sounds and Kazarian immediately steps through the ropes and calls over the ring announcer.

Kazarian orders her to once again introduce him, but this time insists she remind everyone that he is, in fact, “The King of TNA.” Nemeth acknowledges the groans from the crowd to that announcement, and in doing so, turns his back on Kazarian.

Kazarian quickly charges at him from behind and sneak-attacks him to get the early offensive jump on “The Hollywood Hunk.” Nemeth fights back and shifts the offensive momentum in his favor, isolating the arm of Kazarian and working over the limb.

Nemeth hits a picture-perfect dropkick as Kazarian started to fight back. He grabs him and begins turning him what a Rude Awakening-style neckbreaker, but Kazarian avoids it and hits a big counter that allows him to settle into the offensive drivers seat.

As he does, the show heads into a mid-match commercial break as the match continues. When the show returns, Kazarian is still in control of things, but not for long, as Nemeth gets his second wind and unleashes on the self-proclaimed “King of TNA” with a ferocious flurry of strikes.

Nemeth hits a gut-wrench suplex for a two-count as things slow back down. Nemeth heads to the top-rope and leaps off with a cross-body splash for another close pin attempt. After kicking out, Kazarian starts to fight back. He hoists Nemeth up for a Fade To Black, but Nemeth escapes out the back door.

Kazarian slingshots Nemeth from the ring apron outside of the ring ropes, over the ring ropes, into a perfectly-timed cutter. He immediately follows up with the pinfall for the victory. Good match with a very cool finishing spot.

Josh Alexander Unnecessarily Attacks Ryan Nemeth

When the match wraps up, Kazarian heads over to say something off-mic braggadocios about being the “King of TNA” to the commentators at ringside. As he heads to the back, we see Josh Alexander emerge and walk past him.

He heads into the ring and picks up Nemeth, hitting him with his finisher for no reason. He leaves him laying, never says a word, and heads to the back as fans once again sing “Na Na Na Na, Hey Hey Hey, Goodbye!” at him.

Jody Threat (w/ Dani Luna) defeated Masha Slamovich (w/ Alisha Edwards)

After this, the show heads to another commercial break. When we return, we head straight to the ring for Knockouts action, as the TNA Knockouts Tag-Team Champions Masha Slamovich and Alisha Edwards head to the ring.

Slamovich settles inside the squared circle for advertised singles action. Her opponent, Jody Threat, makes her way out accompanied by her Spitfire tag-team partner Dani Luna. The bell sounds and off we go.

Threat comes out strong, but it is Slamovich who ultimately settles into the early offensive lead, which she maintains for several minutes before Threat starts to show signs of life.

Threat hits a running double knees to the spine of Slamovich as she was draped over the bottom rope. She follows that up with a back suplex and a big clothesline for a close two-count. For the second time, Edwards hops on the ring apron.

This time, Luna runs over and yanks her down. Edwards sends her face-first into the steel ring post for her efforts. Meanwhile, back in the ring, Slamovich hits a gut-wrench powerbomb on Threat for another close two-count.

While the referee is distracted, Edwards wraps one of the Knockouts title belts around the middle turnbuckle. It backfires, however, as Threat knocks her off the apron and then drop toe-holds Slamovich face-first into the belt. She follows up with her finisher for the pinfall victory.

Joe Hendy Needs The Believers To Continue To Believe

Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt talk about Joe Hendry being the hottest rising star in the pro wrestling business right now. We then head to a video package with new comments from Hendry.

He talks about the fans believing in him and how he needs them to continue to support him as he continues to ascend the ladder in the business.

He talks about obstacles he has faced as he has transitioned into being somewhat of a full-time WWE NXT and TNA Wrestling crossover performer. After this wraps up, we head to another commercial break.

Mike Santana defeated Campaign Singh

After the show returns, we hear the familiar sounds of the entrance theme music for Mike Santana. Out he comes for our next match of the evening. Already in the ring is the man who challenged him earlier tonight, Campaign Singh.

As soon as the bell sounds to get the match underway, Singh charges at an unsuspecting Santana and attacks him from behind to get the early offensive jump in the bout. This doesn’t last long at all, however, as Santana quickly takes back over.

Santana wears out Singh for another minute or two and then finishes him off with his Spin The Block finisher for the easy pinfall victory. It looks like Campaign Singh will need to find another way to prove his loyalty and credibility to Mustafa Ali and The Campaign.

Once the match wraps up, Santana talks about what happened at TNA Slammiversary and sends a message to Moose, before vowing before God, his girl and his baby that he will become TNA World Champion.

He says he needs Moose to understand something and tells him to look into the camera. (That’s your job, Mike! He’s supposed to look into a television set!) He promises Moose that he’s going to hurt him and makes it clear that a “hit” has been put out on him as of this moment.

Nic Nemeth (c) defeated Mustafa Ali to retain the TNA World Championship

It’s main event (match) time!

When the show returns from the break, we learn some match and segment announcements for next week’s episode of TNA iMPACT on August 8 from Tampa, FL. (see below). After that, we return inside the iMPACT Zone in Montreal where the familiar sounds of Mustafa Ali’s theme hits the house speakers.

The former TNA X-Division Champion takes his time coming out and settling inside the squared circle for his big title opportunity. The “Tale of the Tape” graphic for this TNA World Championship bout flashes on the screen, as Hannifan and Rehwoldt quickly run down some of the more interesting statistics.

After that, the entrance tune for the reigning and defending TNA World Champion hits. Out comes the man who promises to be a fighting champion, Nic Nemeth. As he poses on the ropes in the corner with his title raised high in the air, we head to a quick pre-match commercial break.

When the show returns, the bell sounds to get this title tilt officially off-and-running. Nemeth slaps a side-headlock on Ali and controls him, but Ali escapes and puts Nemeth in one of his own. Ali slowly starts to settle into the initial offensive lead.

Ali makes the mistake of gloating after getting Nemeth down and out in the corner. This allows Nemeth time to recover, and he comes back at Ali with a vengeance. He picks up the speed and pace, as he hits the ropes and runs over Ali with a massive clothesline.

Moments later, Ali sends Nemeth sternum-first into the turnbuckles with a rib-cracking ferocity. Nemeth returns the favor, plus some, as he does the same to Ali, but sending the former X-Division Champion face-first into the middle turnbuckle with even more momentum.

Ali grabs Nemeth and hits a modified electric chair slam on the unforgiving floor at ringside. We see officials checking on Nemeth as Ali gets back up and celebrates his work, gloating to the crowd as they loudly boo.

On that note, the show shifts gears and heads into a mid-match commercial break as this championship clash continues. When things return, we see Ali get closer and closer to stealing the win, and potentially the title, with cheap heel tactics. Ultimately, Nemeth picks up the win with The Danger Zone to retain.

PCO, Steph De Lander Wedding

It’s main event (segment) time!

Once the main event title tilt wraps up, the show heads into another commercial break. When it returns, Hannifan and Rehwoldt set the stage for the nuptials of PCO and Steph De Lander, mentioning Santino Marella will preside over the ceremony.

We shoot back inside the iMPACT Zone in Montreal, where Rhino comes out in his ring gear with a tie on. We are informed that he is the best man for the groom, PCO. Next out comes the TNA Digital Media and Quebec International Champion to chants of “PCO! PCO!”

He settles in the ring next to the best man Rhino and Santino Marella. “Here comes the bride” plays next and out comes the beautiful bride-to-be, Steph De Lander, in an extravagant white wedding dress with a bouquet of flowers.

Hannifan pulls another Michael Cole, pretending to get choked up at how beautiful this scene is. Marella begins in his comedic broken English-style of presiding over the ceremony. He informs us that the bride and groom have decided to read their own vows.

De Lander says she takes PCO to be his unlawful, undead bride. She promises to never bolt on him, nor complain when the electricity bill is really high. She promises to always make him love and keep him in stitches with her sense of humor. She rhymes, poem-style, about how they are meant to be. She finishes with “’til death do us part.”

Marella tells “Pico” (not gram) that it is his turn. PCO lets out a big roar into the microphone, and that’s it. Marella responds, “[Laughs] Okay! Now the ring presentations!” De Lander puts a ring on PCO’s finger. PCO goes to do the same, but has to take it off the stiff, cold, cut off finger of his dead grandmother, which he pulls out of his pocket on the spot. Eek!

“If anyone has a good reason why these two shouldn’t get married, speak up now or forever shut-up-your-face!” Marella says as the final line. Of course, someone does. The theme for AJ Francis hits and out he comes with his First Class brother Rich Swann.

Francis assures them that they’re only out to be witnesses to the freak show. They have no intentions of spoiling the party. Santino reveals he got certified at ICanMarryYou.com and then says, “normally I’d say you can kiss the bride.” He follows up, “this is Montreal, though, so you can French-kiss the bride!”

The theme for Matt Cardona hits and out comes “The Indy God” to crash the festivities. He comes out with a gift in-hand with a giant bow on it, as Hannifan and Rehwoldt remind everyone of Cardona’s past with De Lander. Cardona walks into the ring and reveals his gift was a piece of a cinder block. He walks right up to PCO and knocks him out with it.

He tears down the wedding set as fans boo and a sad-looking De Lander watches on. Cardona stops from leaving the ring. He heads back in and snatches De Lander by the hand. He tries yanking her forcefully out of the ring with him, but she freaks out and yells off-mic about this being her day, questioning why he is doing this to her.

He backs off in the corner as she continues to freak out on him. Cardona exits the ring and yells back off-mic, “What are you doing? You’re with me! It’s not supposed to be this way!” We see De Lander crying in the ring as PCO slowly gets back to his feet. That’s how this week’s show wraps up. Big Vinny V: PCO woos Steph De Lander on TNA Impact

With TNA Against All Odds in the rearview mirror and Slammiversary still in the distance, it’s time for some Total Nonstop Adoration.

Steph De Lander finally accepted PCO’s offer of a dinner date and the French-Canadian Frankenstein attempted to sweep her off her feet by taking her to a wrestling show. Things went downhill from there.

Also: Frankie Kazarian battled Ace Steel in a grumpy old man street fight; the former Fandango debuted his latest new name; and Eric Young battled Josh Alexander with a main event spot at Slammiversary on the line.

TNA Impact live results: Frankie Kazarian vs. Ace Steel Chicago street fight

Tonight’s TNA Impact will feature the fallout from last Friday’s Against All Odds, headlined by a Chicago street fight between Frankie Kazarian and Ace Steel.

After defeating Joe Hendry at AAO last Friday using brass knuckles stolen from Steel, Kazarian helped eliminate Hendry from the no. 1 contender battle royal on Tuesday’s WWE NXT. Steel has had enough and the two men will do battle tonight.

Tonight will also see footage from the long-awaited first date between PCO and Steph De Lander after weeks of courtship and prompting from Xia Brookside.

After their victories at AAO, The System (TNA World Champion Moose, TNA Tag Team Champions Eddie Edwards & Brian Myers & Alisha Edwards) will kick off the show to celebrate and layout what’s next for them. It’s likely they will address the return of Jeff Hardy who came out to aid Matt Hardy after Moose’s main event victory.

Our coverage kicks off at 8 PM Eastern.

The System Kick Off This Week’s Show

Starting off the show this week is a live shot of the city of Chicago, Ill. as fans chant “TNA! TNA!” inside the Impact Zone. The System theme hits and the group comes out dressed to the nines with their title belts in-hand. Dango is with the group after his surprising return at TNA Against All Odds.

The fans loudly boo as Alisha Edwards begins, “Do you wanna know something?! Quiet, I’m tryin’ to talk here!” The fans continue to give her the Dominik Mysterio treatment as she scolds them, claiming they should be thankful for getting to witness history. She calls The System the most dominant force in pro wrestling history.

Eddie Edwards is second on the mic to loud “Eddie sucks!” chants. He says his ride-or-die-bride is trying to explain is that we are witnessing history. The one and only true super-team in the world of professional wrestling. He touts their respective performances at Against All Odds, retaining all of their gold on the big stage.

Brian Myers says much of the same and introduces Johnny Dango Curtis, someone he touts for having The System’s back at Against All Odds. Dango talks about sitting at home un-booked and underappreciated. He talks about being friends with Edwards for 20 years and knowing Alisha since she was 15. He considers her a sister.

He claims to be the best in the ring and on the mic and talks about how Moose has trepidations about him. He promises he can trust him. Moose tells him to slow his role. Moose says Dango is not part of The System — yet. Moose says the truth is, The System is unbeatable. Moose is unbeatable. He boasts being unbeaten in over two years and claims there is no one in the back who can beat him.

He claims this is why outsiders are being brought in to test him, and they can’t get the job done either. He continues to talk until he is cut off by Director of Authority Santino Marella, who comes out. He talks about a plethora of top tier talent in TNA.

He says with that in mind, the Road to Slammiversary begins tonight with the first of five matches across the next several weeks, where the winners advance to TNA Slammiversary in Montreal to challenge Moose for the TNA World Championship in a six-way match.

He also mentions Dango has a match coming up with Ryan Nemeth tonight. He tells Moose his Road to Slammiversary challenger matches begins tonight, because it will be Josh Alexander vs. Eric Young in the main event. He tells Moose to watch closely.

ABC Wants One More Big Match Next Week

ABC are shown backstage and Ace Austin talks about three being a magic number. He says last week we saw a great PPV with Against All Odds, the return of Jeff Hardy and their own performances at the show. They say next week they need one more big match to take them into their third tag-team title run. The show went into its’ first commercial break after this.

Frankie Kazarian Post-NXT Digital Exclusive

When the show returns from the break, we see the TNA digital exclusive segment with Frankie Kazarian outside after his performance in the number one contender battle royal on Tuesday’s episode of WWE NXT. He blames the loss to Joe Hendry.

Spitfire defeated The Hex

The Spitfire duo of Dani Luna and Jody Threat head to the ring for the first match of the evening. The Hex team of Marti Belle and Allysin Kay come out next and the bell sounds to get this one started. Belle and Threat kick things off for their respective teams.

The commentators tout TNA’s Against All Odds garnering more TNA+ subscribers than Under Siege, No Surrender and other shows combined. The largest single-day sign-up count in TNA+ history. Meanwhile, Threat establishes the early offensive lead, prompting Belle to crawl to her corner for the tag.

Threat and Luna both hit the ring and fire up with double-team offense on Kay to keep the offensive momentum in their favor. The commentators talk about the Rancid front-man’s role in Spitfire. A cheap shot by Kay and outside interference by Belle on the apron behind the referee’s back shifts the momentum in their favor.

The duo isolate Threat in their corner of the ring and utilize frequent tags to keep a fresh woman on her at all times. After a few minutes, Luna finally gets the hot tag. She comes in with a ton of energy and even hits a dive out to the floor, eliciting a loud “TNA! TNA!” chant from the fans in the Impact Zone.

Kay hits a wicked back suplex on Luna. Belle follows up and tries for the cover, but Luna kicks out. The duo goes for Hex Marks The Spot, but Luna saw it coming and avoided it. Luna takes over and hoists Belle up in the torture rack position. She feeds her to Luna, who plants her into the mat for the pinfall victory.

The Hardy Family In TNA Against All Odds Digital Exclusive

Reby says she’s gonna be the one to teach “rich b*tch” Alisha a lesson. Matt brings up his brother, Jeff Hardy, who is with them, being on the scene now and how they are taking over. Over. Over!! We head to another commercial break.

KUSHIDA On ‘The Sound Check’ With Alan Angels

We return to KUSHIDA sitting backstage. He is approached by “The Front Man” Alan Angels for ‘The Sound Check.’ He tells KUSHIDA he’s his guest for his show. He says he has so many questions for him, but first, he wants to show a quick recap of everything going on with him.

We see Jonathan Gresham taking him out with his voodoo sickness and then KUSHIDA returning and swabbing some ink from Gresham’s mouth at Against All Odds. We also see him testing it in Tokyo, Japan in some beatdown kitchen. It has been put into a vile that he apparently has.

Angels asks if he cares to explain. KUSHIDA says Gresham made everyone sick and he’s looking for the cure. Angels asks if he’s qualified. Angels accuses him of trying to monetize the situation. He says no one believes him. KUSHIDA tries to walk away, but Angels stops him. KUSHIDA tells him they can fight next week.

Frankie Kazarian defeated Ace Steel in a Chicago Street Fight

Back inside the Impact Zone in Cicero Stadium, the theme for Frankie Kazarian hits to bring him out for the scheduled Chicago Street Fight. Footage from Against All Odds is shown to explain how this match was set up. We also see a clip from Tuesday’s NXT of Joe Hendry and Frankie Kazarian’s interaction in the battle royal.

Chicago’s own Ace Steel makes his way out in street clothes with a chair in-hand. Split-screen footage is shown of Steel and a young CM Punk in TNA many moons ago. As soon as Steel hits the ring, he goes after Kaz and works him over in the corner. He brings him down to the mat and kicks him in the spine.

Steel clotheslines Kazarian out to the floor and grabs a trash can, which he launches into his face from the ring before heading out after him. He brings him back into the ring with the trash can and suplexes him on it. Kaz recovers and begins to take over. He whips Steel into the corner, who flies over the ropes and takes an ugly bounce down to the floor.

Frankie Kazarian vs. Steve Maclin and Joe Hendry vs. Jake Something are announced as future Road To Slammiversary Qualifying matches on the show. Kazarian chokes Steel with the cameraman’s cord. He throws chairs, street signs and a kendo stick into the ring and heads back in after Steel. Kazarian goes for a chair shot but bounces it off the ropes into his own dome.

Steel takes over and beats Kazarian down with the kendo stick until Kazarian fights back into the lead. He puts Steel’s arm through the chair and tries a leg drop off the ropes to snap it, but Steel escapes. Steel hits a nasty neck-breaker onto an unfolded chair on Kazarian.

Kazarian recovers and moments later hits Fade To Black on Steel on a pile of chairs for the win. After the match, Kaz puts Steel in the chicken wing, which brings out Joe Hendry to make the save. The post-match scene wraps up moments later.

Mustafa Ali Wants To Find Culprit Who Leaked Video

Backstage, an angry Mustafa Ali is with Campaign Singh. He demands Singh put together a mission to find out who the culprit was who leaked the footage of his sit-down interview, which was shown at Against All Odds. Ali then declares he will address the people next week. Singh tells Ali he’s a genius. Ali says he knows.

PCO & Steph De Lander’s Big Date

We shoot to two lines of people applauding as we see PCO turn the corner in the background. He begins walking in the middle of the people clapping, but he starts attacking them and they all scurry and flee. PCO and Steph De Lander’s date is next. We head to another commercial break.

When we return, Steph De Lander comes to the ring, which has a table and tablecloth, chairs, candles and the works for the big date. PCO comes out next. De Lander holds the ropes for him. She pulls his chair out or him. He walks around, presumably to do the same, but instead picks the chair up and gets ready to hit her with it until she explains to him that that’s a no-no.

De Lander tries talking to him, but he just mumbles. He drinks a vase full of black gunk and offers her some. She tries it but says it’s too strong. She wants to “take a photo for the gram.” He unveils a plate of black spaghetti. He goes to eat with his hands until De Lander shows him how to use a fork.

The charming awkwardness continues until First Class’s theme hits to interrupt them. AJ Francis calls them love at first fright. He wants to toast them to eternal undead love. He splashes the drink in PCO’s face and Rich Swann super kicks him. Francis shoves De Lander down and hits PCO with a death valley driver.

Swann uses zip-ties to lock PCO to the middle rope in the corner, before putting the boots to him. De Lander slaps AJ Francis across the face so hard his hat flies off. Francis grabs her by the throat and with PCO forced to watch, Francis chokeslams De Lander through the table they were having their date at. We head to another commercial break.

Ash By Elegance defeated Heather Reckless

When we return from the break, Heather Reckless is shown in the ring awaiting the arrival of her opposition. Ash By Elegance’s personal concierge comes out and does his introduction for her before she comes to the ring for our next match of the evening.

Ash By Elegance dominates from the onset and enjoys the upper-hand for the majority of the match. Reckless eventually gets in some offense, but then Ash’s concierge gets involved at ringside, giving Ash the assist as she follows up with Rarified Air for the win.

After the match, she continues to attack Reckless and then taunts and mocks Jordynne Grace by posing like her. She goes to hit the Juggernaut Driver, but Grace runs out and makes the save. Ash’s concierge tries to attack from behind, but she backs him into a corner. Ash hits Grace with the title and lays her out. We head to another commercial break.

JDC defeated Ryan Nemeth

When we return from the break, Johnny Dango Curtis, now being called JDC, makes his way to the ring for the next match of the evening. Ryan Nemeth makes his way out and the two get things started, with JDC taking the early offensive lead.

After some back-and-forth action, we see JDC hit his top-rope leg drop for the pinfall victory. After the match, Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers of The System come out to celebrate with him. They end up blatantly attacking Ryan until Nic Nemeth runs out to make the save. We head to another commercial break.

Josh Alexander defeated Eric Young in a Road To Slammiversary Qualifying Match

It’s main event time. A special elaborate video package airs to promote the showdown between Eric Young and Josh Alexander. After teaming up at Against All Odds, the two do battle tonight with the winner earning one of five spots in the six-way TNA World Championship showdown against Moose at TNA Slammiversary.

“The World Class Maniac” Eric Young heads to the ring as split-screen footage of their loss to ABC at Against All Odds is shown. “The Walking Weapon” Josh Alexander comes out next and the bell sounds to start off the final match of the post-Against All Odds episode of the show.

The two shake hands and soak up the crowd atmosphere, as dueling “Walking Weapon” and “Eric Young” chants break out. The commentators mention today being the birthday of the late Don West. “Tonight, this one is for Don,” says Tom Hannifan on commentary as Alexander works over the arm of Young.

Young comes off the ropes with a big back elbow that shifts the offensive momentum into his favor as we head into a mid-match commercial break. Alexander hit a big back suplex during the break that allowed him to take over. He puts Young in a Sharpshooter.

After several moments, Young counters, picks the ankle of Alexander and transitions into a Sharpshooter of his own. Alexander escapes. When the show returns from the break, Young has Alexander in a rear chin-lock in the middle of the ring. Young hits a big death valley driver for a close two-count.

The two fight on the apron. Alexander knocks Young to his butt, hits the ropes and hits a body press onto Young’s back that sends them both through the middle and bottom rope and out to the floor. Alexander goes for a top-rope moonsault but Young moves. Young climbs to the top-rope.

Alexander leaps up after him. Young knocks him down and hits a flying elbow smash for another close two-count. Young looks for a piledriver on Alexander, but Alexander floats over his back, snatches up his leg and applies an ankle lock. Young manages to turn it around, escape and hit a Young Blood neck-breaker.

He follows up with a piledriver and goes for the cover, but Alexander gets his foot on the bottom rope to keep this one alive. Fans chant “This Is Awesome!” as the two head to the top-rope together. Young looks for a piledriver off the top, but Alexander avoids it and snatches up another ankle lock.

Young kicks his way free and rolls Alexander up for a count of two. Young pops up and hits a discus clothesline. Alexander blasts Young with a back elbow and forearm shiver. He gets double-underhooks and hits a C4 Spike for the pinfall victory.

With the win, Josh Alexander secures one of the spots in the six-way title tilt against Moose at TNA Slammiversary. After the match, Alexander waits for Young to get up. The fans chant “Hug it out!” and they do. That’s how this week’s show went off the air. Thanks for joining us and follow me on Twitter/X.

TNA Impact live results: Mike Santana vs. Steve Maclin

Former Knockouts title challenger Steph De Lander will be in action as she faces Xia Brookside. Kon will be by Lander’s side which means PCO, an admirer of De Lander and a foe of Kon, may not be far behind.

Former TNA World Champion Sami Callihan will battle the new-look Jonathan Gresham as the latter’s ink-stained macabre run looks to continue.

X-Division Champion Mustafa Ali will prepare for his impending title defense against Trent Seven with a one-on-one match against Leon Slater. The returning Champaign Singh, now known as Campaign Singh, will be in Ali’s corner.

In a battle between partners, ABC’s Ace Austin and Chris Bey will go head-to-head in an attempt to ease their recent strife.

Former TNA World Champion and current Tag Team Champion Eddie Edwards will take on former Digital Media Champion Joe Hendry.

**********

This week’s show kicked off with a look back at The System vs. Matt Hardy and Ryan Nemeth match, and the aftermath, with Santino Marella making the matches for The System at Against All Odds. We also reflect on the X-Division title eliminator between Speedball Mountain partners, setting up Trent Seven vs. Mustafa Ali for the title at Against All Odds.

Chris Bey def. Ace Austin

After that, a shot of Cincinnati, OH. is shown before settling inside the Impact Zone. “Inevitable” Ace Austin is introduced and settles in the ring for the opening match of the evening. His ABC partner Chris Bey made his way out next and the match got underway.

Austin got Bey down to the mat early and controlled him before Bey worked his way back up. Fans chant for both guys with “ABC!” chants as they mixed it up in the early goings. Bey caught Austin with a big shot coming off the ropes, forcing Austin to roll out to the floor to re-group.

After he got back in the ring, Austin fought back, hoisting Bey up, before Bey escaped out the back door and ran Austin into the corner. He tried following in behind him at high speed, but ran into a back elbow for his troubles. Bey fought back and connected with a big drop kick, which shifted the momentum in his favor.

He hit a big back-elbow of his own for a two-count. Bey caught Austin with some knees against the ropes, but Austin answered back and brought Bey down to the mat with authority. Bey sold his back, so Austin focused his attack on it with two big suplexes for back-to-back pin attempts.

On the floor, Bey ran into a big kick from Austin on the ring apron that has him loopy. Austin looked for a big follow-up spot, but Bey had it well-scouted and avoided it. Both guys slowly got back to their feet and traded shots before Austin missed a middle rope kick, resulting in Bey connecting with a spine buster for a close two count.

An Art of Finesse comes up short, before Bey and Austin trade shots. Austin hits a click-click boom before stalking his ABC partner. Bey gets vicious in his own right with a little forearm chivalry. Bey rushed into a big kick from Austin off the middle rope in the corner for another close two.

Austin pulled out the playing card and called for the finish, but Bey had that well-scouted as well and countered with a big shot. He went for the Art of Finesse again but we see another counter. Seconds later, Bey rolled Austin up for the pin fall victory.

Bey tried to help Austin up afterwards, but Austin kept his back turned to him. He ended up turning around and the two shook hands and hugged before Austin held the ropes for Bey. Bey responded by doing the same for him and they left to the back together. After the opener, the show went into the first commercial break of the evening.

Xia Brookside def. Steph De Lander

After the break, Xia Brookside’s theme hit and she made her way out for the second match of the evening. The commentators talk about her getting the best of Ash By Elegance a couple of weeks ago, and footage is shown in split-screen format. The theme for her opponent hit and out came Steph De Lander.

The bell sounded and this one got started with Brookside stomping forward in tune with the claps of the fans inside the Impact Zone. The two locked up and Brookside went behind De Lander with a body lock. De Lander worked her way free and blasted Brookside with a single shot that drops her to both knees.

De Lander hit a big fall away slam for the first pin attempt of the match. She then put the boots to Brookside and whipped her into the corner with authority. She does the same in the opposing corner but runs into a big back elbow from Brookside.

After some more back-and-forth action, De Lander went under the ring for a foreign object, but instead pulled out a foreign wrestler, as PCO emerged. De Lander stared stunned as PCO stood up and caught Brookside in his arms like a baby. Back in the ring, De Lander, still distracted, gets pinned by Brookside.

Once the match wrapped up, De Lander tried explaining to PCO that she didn’t want his help, and that he made her lose her match. He grabs her face and then pulls out a gift that he handed to her in a self-made package that had her name and a heart on it. She accepted it and put it in her top. He smiled.

Kon Challenges Jake Something For Next Week

Backstage, we see a confrontation that Deaner gets in the middle of between Kon and Jake Something. Kon challenged Something to a match for next week and told Something not to listen to Deaner because he did and he regretted it.

Jonathan Gresham def. Sami Callihan

Back inside the Impact Zone, the familiar sounds of Sami Callihan’s theme hit and he came out to the ring for the third match of the evening. Jonathan Gresham headed out next and settled in the ring with his mask on. The bell sounds and the two have a big stare down. Callihan gives him a thumbs down and Gresham tries to bite him.

The two finally lock up after that and Callihan rushed Gresham into the corner. Gresham again attempted to bite Callihan’s arm. Callihan bends at the fingers of Gresham, who slowly pulls Callihan’s hand to his face in an attempt to bite him. Callihan loses his cool at that point and pie-faces him before biting Gresham’s dome himself.

On the floor, Callihan blasted Gresham with a big chop that sent him stumbling away. He blasts him with another one as he is leaning against the ring barricade. Callihan gets incredibly close into the camera and tried talking us into a mid-match break, but while doing so, we get a close-up shot of Gresham strangling him from behind.

After the break, we see Gresham still trying to bite and claw at the eyes of Callihan. The commentators point out the referee wearing a face mask and gloves per orders of Santino Marella, as everyone who has come into contact with Gresham since Under Siege has gotten ill. Callihan hits a pile driver on the hard part of the ring apron to Gresham.

Callihan trades shots with Gresham before hitting a Death Valley Driver for a close two-count. Callihan gives a thumbs up for a Cactus Driver ’97, but Gresham countered out of it. Gresham grabs Callihan while he was on his knees and tries summoning something, but Callihan fights back. Callihan noticed ink all over his hand and gets distracted. Gresham snuck in a low blow while the referee was avoiding getting ill and scored the pin.

Gail Kim Sits Down With Gisele Shaw

Gail Kim’s interview with Gisele Shaw is shown. Shaw talks about getting depressed after coming up short in her Knockouts title opportunity and dealing with injuries. Kim explained to her that starting from scratch is okay, and something you shouldn’t shy away from as long as you know what you’re fighting for.

Kim tells Shaw she can only figure out what that is. She tells her to do this as a Knockout, not the Quintessential Diva, starting next week. Shaw says she trusts Kim and will do exactly that. After this wrapped up, the commentators talked us into another commercial break.

Backstage Interviews With The System & Frankie Kazarian

Upon returning from the break, we see The System backstage. They are interviewed about tonight’s match with Joe Hendry. They say they have bigger things to worry about with Against All Odds coming up. They walk off and Frankie Kazarian walks up demanding the interviewer call him “The King of TNA.” She does, he says “You’re damn right,” and walks off.

Steve Maclin and Mike Santana compete to No Contest

Back inside the Impact Zone, we hear the familiar sounds of Steve Maclin’s entrance tune. He settled in the ring for the next bout of the show, and then Mike Santana’s theme hit. Santana made his way to the ring through the crowd. The bell sounded and the two immediately got things started.

After an intense lock-up, Maclin tries to work on Santana’s arm. He kicked him in the bread basket, shot him into the ropes and blasted him with a back elbow for a quick pin attempt. Santana kicked out and started to take over with some offense of his own after winning a shoulder tackle contest with Maclin.

Santana sent Maclin out to the floor at ringside. He built up momentum for a big suicide dive or splash over the ropes, but Maclin ran around the corner to take away the opportunity. Maclin caught Santana with a big clothesline on the floor before hitting an old Cactus Jack style elbow drop off the apron.

Maclin yelled at fans to “Kiss my ass!” before blasting Santana with a big chop and bringing him back into the ring for a pin attempt. Santana connected with a rolling buck-50 and then sends Maclin face-first into the canvas for another close pin attempt. Maclin fought back but ran into a super kick that sent him to the floor, where this time Santana hit a follow-up dive through the ropes.

On the floor, Maclin fights back and re-enters the ring with a dive of his own. The Rascalz’ Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz hit the ring out of nowhere shortly after that, attacking both guys and forcing the match to be thrown out. The duo leave Maclin and Santana laying to end the segment.

Backstage With Jody Threat & Dani Luna

The Spitfire duo of Jody Threat and Dani Luna are shown backstage. Luna is told she has a match. They agree to do whatever it takes to get back to the titles. After this wrapped up, the show went into another commercial break.

Mustafa Ali def. Leon Slater

Upon returning from the break, a TNA digital exclusive is shown to explain how the next match of the evening, pitting TNA X-Division Champion Mustafa Ali against Leon Slater. Ali is led to the ring by Champagne Singh. He settled in the ring as the commentators hype his title defense coming up at Against All Odds against Trent Seven.

Out next is his opponent, Leon Slater, who looked to be ready for his big opportunity. The bell got it started and an arrogant Ali immediately strutted around and played to the crowd before extending a handshake of friendship to Slater. Slater slapped the hand away and things got started from there.

Ali established the early offensive lead and then hit Slater with a blatant slap to the face in the corner. He walked into a drop kick moments later, which allowed Slater to take over on offense. He hit a nice Van Gogh-bow to Ali for a two-count.

On the floor, Slater sent Ali into the ropes off the entrance ramp, before he crashed onto the floor a few feet below. Slater hit a diving flip into a splash on Ali off the entrance ramp before the show went into a mid-match commercial break as the action continued.

After returning from the break, it was all Slater in the offensive driver’s seat, taking it to the longtime vet. He hit a beautiful cutter off the ropes and then the action spilled out to the floor. Ali sent Slater back-first into the barricade after getting some distraction help from Champagne Singh.

Back in the ring, the two traded roll-up attempts. Slater hit a big neck-breaker on Ali for a close two-count. Ali fought back and bounced Slater’s head off the ring post inside the ring. Ali followed up with the top-rope 450 splash for the win in a hard-fought battle.

Joe Hendry def. Eddie Edwards

Backstage, we see Moose on a rampage as he looks for “Broken” Matt Hardy. A video package airs to promote next week’s 20-year anniversary show with Jordynne Grace vs. Allysin Kay for the Knockouts title and Laredo Kid vs. AJ Francis for the Digital Media title.

Also scheduled is Gisele Shaw’s return and Speedball Mountain vs. Mustafa Ali & Champagne Singh as well as Kon vs. Jake Something. The commentators then ran down the lineup for TNA Against All Odds on June 14 in Chicago, Ill. They hyped their return to 2300 Arena and the Slammiversary 2024 pay-per-view.

The theme for The System hit and out came Eddie Edwards accompanied by Brian Myers. He settled in the ring and posed on the ropes in the corner as the show went into a pre-match commercial break. Upon returning, Joe Hendry’s catchy tune hits and he settled in the ring to loud “We Believe!” chants.

Hendry cut a quick pre-match promo and then the bell sounded to get the final match of the evening officially off-and-running. “We Believe!” chants again filled the Impact Zone in Cincy as Brian Myers gets on the apron before the two even touch.

Nic and Ryan Nemeth’s theme hits and out come the opponents for Edwards and Myers at Against All Odds. The commentators pointed out how The Nemeth’s refused to allow The System to cheat their way to victory tonight. They remained at ringside as the match got underway.

Hendry took the early offensive lead over Edwards, as the commentators questioned how one can stop Hendry-Mania. Hendry muscled Edwards up and held him for a delayed slam into a pin attempt. As Edwards started to fight back and take over control, focusing on the lower-back of Hendry, the main event cut to a mid-match commercial break.

Upon returning from the break, Edwards is shown yelling “Shut up!” at fans in the Impact Zone attempting to rally behind Hendry. Edwards chops Hendry down to size to kill his attempted offensive comeback. Edwards stops fighting in favor of taunting Hendry and adding insult to injury with wimpy slaps and head-shoves as he tried getting up.

The commentators remind the viewing audience at home that Moose is mysterious in his absence at ringside, as he is still rampaging around the building in search of “Broken” Matt Hardy. Meanwhile, Hendry hit a few back-to-back clotheslines and a fall-away slam to take over control of the action.

Edwards tried re-grouping at ringside with his fellow members of The System, but Hendry was having none of it, as he followed out behind him and continued to keep the pressure on him. He rolled Edwards back into the ring and then muscled him into the corner, following up with shoulder-shots to the stomach.

Hendry hits a Cutter coming off the ropes like a Bulldog-attempt for a close two-count. Fans break out into another “We Believe!” chant in support of Hendry as he continued looking for ways to finish off the larger Edwards. Edwards ran over Hendry with a big clothesline that shifted the momentum back in his favor.

Edwards looked to climb to the top-rope, but Hendry popped up and cut him off. Hendry climbed up after him, but Edwards headbutted him way down to the mat below. Hendry quickly scrambled back up and hoisted Edwards up from the middle rope for a Super-Fall Away Slam. He went for the cover, but only got two.

Eddie sat Hendry on the top turnbuckle and slapped the holy hell out of him, eliciting a collective gasp from the fans inside the Impact Zone. Edwards climbed up and connected with a super-plex, which he follows up with a Tiger Driver. He goes for the immediate cover, but somehow Hendry kicked out at two.

Another loud “We Believe!” chant from the fans brings some much-needed life back to Hendry. Hendry avoided a Boston Knee Party and countered with a Standing Ovation for the pin fall victory in an excellent main event to close out action inside the ring on this week’s show.

Moose Knocks Out “Broken” Matt Hardy To Close Out The Show

Backstage, Moose yells, “Matt, don’t be a coward. I’ve searched this whole building, I know you’re here!” ‘Broken’ Matt Hardy then appeared, claiming to be Moose’s destiny. The two broke out into a brawl, with Hardy yelling “Delete!” while landing some shots.

The TNA Champion got hold of a steel chair and went to work on the bread basket of Hardy. He stuck his head through the steel folding chair and ran him face-first into the garage door with authority. He grabs another chair and baseball swings it at the one around Hardy’s head. He leaves Hardy laid out snoring and walks off to end the show.

That’s how this week’s show went off the air. Thanks for joining us and follow me on Twitter/X.
