WWE Main Event results: R-Truth vs. Cal Bloom, Kairi Sane vs. Ruby Riott

R-Truth defeated Cal Bloom

In the opening moments of the show, R-Truth, in a display that would have been bizarre for anyone else on the WWE roster, performed his entrance without a soul in the audience. The calls for the crowd to join in were, of course, included. MVP played the role of a lone fan, answering “What’s up?” whenever necessary. This went on for longer than the typical Truth entrance and even incorporated an additional verse and a short playing to the non-existent crowd after the music subsided.

As the bell sounded, the size of Bloom was immediately apparent. The former tight end was on the receiving end of Truth’s offense in the early moments, but soon was able to use his power to take control of the match. After a few less than stellar strikes, Truth avoided an attack from Bloom in the corner and took advantage with an armdrag.

Truth played multiple times to the empty seats before landing a leg drop. Bloom was then led to the corner where he withstood multiple strikes before he drove Truth’s head into the turnbuckle. Bloom then secured double underhooks and tossed him across the ring. Bloom continued his offense with strikes followed by a rest hold.

Truth fought to his feet and connected with a strike that put him in the driver seat. He then used four of John Cena’s “Five Moves of Doom” before Bloom blocked the attitude adjustment that would typically finish off the sequence. Bloom sent Truth running into the ropes and caught him on the rebound with a spinning powerslam for two. A frustrated Bloom picked Truth up and played to no one with his arms forming an X. Truth took advantage of this pause and lifted Bloom into a fireman’s carry before dropping him with the attitude adjustment for the pin and win.

Truth looked the same in this match as he always does, a seemingly unaging man who never fails to entertain. This match did not make Bloom look good, however. He was lacking intensity and his offense was unconvincing. At no point did the match itself feel as if it was building towards any goal, especially not establishing Bloom as a future star.

Kairi Sane defeated Ruby Riott

The initial feeling out began as both Sane and Riott entered a collar-and-elbow tie-up. After finding herself in the ropes, Riott was playfully taunted by Sane. The referee separated them, but they were soon in the same position with the only difference being Sane pressed against the ropes. Instead of taunting her, Riott struck her upper chest. The two then entered a fast paced trade off of moves. Riott threw a spinning back fist, Sane ducked. Sane threw a spinning back fist, Riott ducked. Riott threw a kick, Sane blocked. Sane threw an elbow, Riott blocked. Both were at a standstill.

Riott broke the staredown with a stomp to Sane’s toes. Sane was then drug to her feet and sent running into the ropes. Sane jumped Riott and caught her on the other end with a rope-assisted rana, followed up by a running blockbuster. A recovering Riott then found herself on the receiving end of a top rope flying forearm that got a two count.

Sane began to choke the grounded Riott with her own arms. Riott fought free, regained her footing, and sent Sane to the floor all in the same motion. Riott ran in the direction of Sane but was sidestepped. Riott did not let this stop her momentum, however, as she jumped and grabbed the head of Sane with her legs, inexorably driving it into the middle turnbuckle.

Following a commercial break, Riott maintained control. She had a full nelson on a seated Sane that she was using to sling her opponent across the mat. Sane struggled to her feet and broke the hold by stomping Riott’s toes. The two then ran at each other with lariats and collided with neither gaining advantage. Riott grabbed Sane’s hair and drove her head into the top turnbuckle, followed by a running kick. Riott set her sights on a second kick but Sane was able to roll from harm’s way.

Riott, in an act of frustration and reckless haste, attempted a kick for the third time but missed once again. She was rolled up as a result but was able to kick out with a close two.

Sane then connected with a spinning back fist that rendered Riott unbalanced. Sane followed with various strikes that left Riott flat on the mat. Sane attempted a pin and was both visibly and audibly shocked by Riott’s kickout. Sane climbed to the top rope but was caught by a palm strike. The two fought for control on top of the ropes. Sane landed a headbutt that sent Riott to the floor but Riott used an enziguri that set Sane on unequal, if not entirely disadvantaged, footing.

Sane was then flattened by a top rope senton, barely kicking out of a pin attempt. Riott, in an even more furious than usual state, climbed the ropes once again but was met with a kick to the inside leg that reopened the match for her. Sane then lifted Riott from the ropes and delivered a devastating Alabama slam. Sane climbed to the top once again and this time successfully landed the insane elbow for the pin and win.

This match was entertaining from beginning to end. It never dragged and always had me guessing. Both women looked phenomenal, but Sane, particular, exuded charisma.

WWE NXT results: Pete Dunne vs. Johnny Gargano

The Big News: Pete Dunne successfully defended his UK title, beating Johnny Gargano in the main event.

The Medium News: Ruby Riot scored one for SmackDown when she pinned Raw’s Sonya Deville.

The Little Beaver-sized News: This was another post-TakeOver edition of NXT. If you watched TakeOver: War Games, you can skip 30 minutes of this show. If you didn’t see TakeOver, go watch it and then skip 30 minutes of this show.

**********

Ruby Riot defeated Sonya Deville

We kicked things off with yet another Raw vs. SmackDown match as Deville went one-on-one with Riot. Now, of course, this match was taped two days before Deville debuted and three days before Riot debuted, but let me have my fun. If I once reviewed Cesaro defending the US title on NXT three weeks after he lost it on Raw, then I can pretend this is an interbrand match between the two new arrivals.

Ironically, despite brand loyalty, Deville was wearing blue while Riot was wearing red.

Deville clipped Riot’s knee and spent the heat portion of the match working it over. Riot made her comeback and almost had to tap to both a triangle and a kneebar, but she held on to pick up the win with a roundhouse kick.

I assume that this now ties the Raw vs SmackDown tally at 4-4.

**********

In case you’ve never watched the NXT immediately following TakeOver, it’s chalk full of recap packages and exclusive post-match promos. This is where I will usually inform people to go watch TakeOver and skip about 30 minutes of NXT TV.

They spent all night promoting “exclusive footage” from War Games. The exclusive footage was soundbites from fans yelling random stuff during the match.

Here’s what you need to know or can’t already guess about the miscellaneous post-match interviews: nothing.

**********

For some reason, The Street Profits were partying while standing on a car, which offended Tino Sabbatelli and Riddick Moss. This confrontation happened in a wind tunnel apparently because, due to the wind and the fans screaming, I had no idea what was said. This could not be re-taped for some reason.

Anyway, they will face each other next week. Also, Kairi Sane will wrestle Billie Kay.

**********

WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne defeated Johnny Gargano to retain his title

Dunne challenged anyone to a match for the UK title and Gargano is anyone, so here we go! I say this once every three months when they do a Dunne match, but this man is a star.

Gargano was holding his own early as they fought outside the ring until he played to the crowd instead of going for a tornado DDT. When he finally did, Dunne pushed him off and then dropped him with an Ex-Plex on the ring apron, which is the hardest part of the ring.

Dunne spent the next few minutes working on the hand and fingers in a way where it doesn’t end up looking cartoonish. Gargano made his comeback and spent the next few minutes throwing offense with his right hand while trying to massage his injured left hand. Gargano used both his slingshot spear and a combination suicide dive/tornado DDT.

Gargano locked on the Gargano Escape, but Dunne spat out his mouthpiece and bit Gargano’s injured fingers to escape. Dunne punched Gargano in the face, then Gargano fell into the ropes and sprung back with a DDT. Suddenly Gargano realized Dunne’s mouthpiece was sitting in the ring, threw it aside, and superkicked him for a near fall.

The finish saw Dunne counter a slingshot spear with a punch to the face and pick up the win with the Bitter End.

This was a super 10-minute match and made you wish they had 20 minutes on the main card, but they did a heck of a job with what they had.

That does it from Houston! We are back to normal next week. But until then, remember to say your vitamins and take your prayers!

WWE SmackDown video highlights: Riot, Morgan & Logan wreak havoc

Three more women were called up to the main roster and debuted on last night’s episode of SmackDown.

In an angle similar to the one from Raw, Ruby Riot, Liv Morgan, and Sarah Logan arrived on SmackDown by laying out Naomi and Becky Lynch backstage. They later put a stop to Charlotte Flair and Natalya’s Women’s Championship match by attacking both.

Also on the show, there was an angle where Daniel Bryan decided not to fire Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn despite Shane McMahon wanting to after their actions at Survivor Series. Bryan put them in a lumberjack match against The New Day and announced Owens vs. Randy Orton for next week.

Ruby Riot, Liv Morgan & Sarah Logan debut on WWE SmackDown

A night after Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose debuted on Raw, three more wrestlers from NXT’s women’s division were called up to the main roster on Tuesday.

Ruby Riot confronted Naomi in a backstage segment on SmackDown, introducing her to Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan before they all attacked her. Becky Lynch tried to make the save, but the three new arrivals laid her out as well.

Riot, Morgan, and Logan later interrupted Charlotte Flair and Natalya’s SmackDown Women’s Championship match by attacking both.

Riot, who was previously known as Heidi Lovelace on the indies, was the most prominently featured of the three before coming to the main roster. She was involved in a triple threat match for the NXT Women’s Championship at TakeOver: Chicago earlier this year and lost a qualifying match prior to the fatal four-way at Saturday’s TakeOver: War Games special.

Morgan also participated in a qualifying match and has made semi-frequent appearances on NXT television. Logan was formerly Crazy Mary Dobson before coming to WWE. She’s made some TV appearances in NXT and lost to Mia Yim in the first round of the Mae Young Classic.

Riot vs. Deville from Saturday’s tapings will air on this week’s episode of NXT TV following their main roster debuts.

WWE NXT results: Triple threat elimination match

The Big News: Asuka and Nikki Cross crashed through a table to end their Women’s Championship elimination match in a no contest.

The Medium News: Kassius Ohno is going to wrestle Aleister Black next week.

The Little Beaver-sized News: Akam defeated his opponents in a handicap match this week as Paul Ellering kept Rezar on the floor.

**********

Drew McIntyre defeated Rob Ryzin

Great way to kick off NXT this week, with the former WWE Intercontinental and TNA World Champion. Ryzin is deceptively tall, but all that means is McIntyre had to lift his foot up higher to kick him in the yap. Ryzin slapped McIntyre in the face, which sent him into a rage.

Like every other match he’s had since his return, McIntyre picked up the win with the Claymore Kick.

**********

Our first match for next week was signed, as Ember Moon will wrestle Peyton Royce.

**********

NXT Tag Team Champions The Authors of Pain defeated Anthony Dominguez & Wilmer Freyday

Rezar and Akam, celebrating their one-year anniversary, took part in a squash match this week. I really should say Akam did, since Paul Ellering had Rezar stand outside and let Akam destroy both men. Akam pinned Dominguez with a Death Valley Driver. After the match, Rezar got in and delivered a Super Collider to their foes.

It was then time for an interview. Paul Ellering said Heavy Machinery is as foolish as they are large. Ellering listed every team they defeated over the past year and said Heavy Machinery won’t even be a footnote in the Book of Dominance.

Out came Heavy Machinery for a confrontation. The four men looked ready for a fight, but Ellering pulled his men away.

**********

Undaunted by being turned down by Bobby Roode last week, Roderick Strong took to social media to state that he just needs one opportunity to beat Roode.

**********

Sonya Deville (the former Daria Berenato) is going to get another chance at debuting and will be in action next week.

**********

Velveteen Dream defeated Raul Mendoza

Boy oh boy, Mendoza, who was last seen in the Cruiserweight Classic, was back to do battle with Velveteen Dream.

Of course, Dream did not have much of a better reaction from the crowd than he had a few weeks ago in Chicago. Mendoza made a little bit of a comeback, but Dream laid him out with a rolling DVD and won with the top rope elbow.

**********

Broadcaster Kayla Braxton interviewed Kassius Ohno in regards to what happened last week with Hideo Itami. Ohno said he sunk to Itami’s level. Itami is not a bad guy, but Ohno is going to get his own aggression out next week by wrestling Aleister Black.

**********

“Breaking” news: John Cena is a free agent and will be on SmackDown July 4th.

**********

Your unofficial number one contender, Ember Moon, will return next week and face Peyton Royce.

NXT Women’s Champion Asuka and Nikki Cross went to a no contest after Ruby Riot had been eliminated

Ruby Riot and Asuka were nice enough to wait for their entrance music to turn on before coming to the ring. Cross just slithered to the ring during the announcement of Moon’s return.

Our announcers tried to make it sound like Asuka was at a disadvantage since she’d have to beat both of them in an elimination match. That seems ridiculous since she can’t lose her title and the undefeated streak in a BS method. Plus, she pinned them both AT THE SAME TIME at TakeOver. Both challengers went head-first at each other, but would stop long enough to knock Asuka down before turning to each other.

Of course that didn’t last too long, as the Empress of Tomorrow could not be stopped. They did tease the TakeOver finish, but Riot caught Asuka’s foot on a kick. Cross used a spinning fisherman’s suplex on Asuka, but we’ll never find out if that would have finished her off, as Asuka rolled outside. Cross pinned Riot with a spinning neckbreaker off the top rope.

Dominating Riot and dominating Asuka are two different things, as Asuka turned her full attention to the female member of SAnitY. Asuka dominated everywhere, in the ring, on the apron, on the floor, and up the ramp. Asuka and Cross fought to the backstage area and the referee, instead of following them, announced it was a no contest?

Exiting the arena, Asuka and Cross were still fighting in the loading dock. A bunch of referees tried to talk reason into them as Asuka slammed Cross’ head into the wall. They ended up back in the arena and Cross shoved Asuka face-first into ice water.

Back in front of people, they fought on top of the tech area before Cross flung herself into Asuka and both crashed through a table!

That is how the show ends, and that does it for another week. Until next week, remember to say your vitamins and take your prayers!

WWE NXT results: Women’s battle royal; Itami returns to the ring

The Big News: Asuka will face Ember Moon, Ruby Riot, and Nikki Cross in a fatal four-way at NXT TakeOver: Chicago after she didn’t allow a finish in the number one contender’s battle royal.

The Medium News: Roderick Strong will face Hideo Itami next week, with the winner challenging Bobby Roode at TakeOver.

The Little Beaver-sized News: Heavy Machinery cut a bad promo and were mocked by DIY for it.

**********

Killian Dain defeated Danny Burch

SAnitY kicked off the show this week. Killian Dain was here to face Danny Burch. Burch went from NXT jobber to released to brought back for the UK title tournament after a run on the indies and now was back to jobbing on NXT.

Burch charged into a lockup, but Dain powered him into the turnbuckles. Dain overpowered Burch all through the match, including using the Wasteland. Burch started a comeback, but Dain nailed him with a running dropkick and he picked up the win with the Ulster Plantation (One Winged Angel).

**********

A video package for the re-debuting Patrick Clark aired. He called himself the Velveteen Dream.

**********

Heavy Machinery defeated Ricardo Watts & Hector Kunsman

Otis Dozovic weighs 340 pounds “on a good day” (whatever that means) and single-handedly outweighs their opponents. The result was never in doubt. Kunsman got heaved across the ring with a suplex and then Heavy Machinery did their falling body slam/splash finish on both men at once.

They cut a promo after the match, saying they love to eat and lift weights. They got the fans to chant “steaks and weights.” They want the Authors of Pain. So much for a slow build.

Tucker Knight cut most of the promo, while Dozovic growled into the mic.

**********

Bobby Roode gave advice to Kona Reeves before the next match.

**********

DIY cut a promo backstage and said Heavy Machinery are big and mocked their entire promo. They said they are still owed a fair “one-on-one” rematch and the line for title matches starts behind them.

**********

Hideo Itami defeated Kona Reeves

Reeves attacked Itami before the bell, which got big heat from the crowd. The bell finally rang and Reeves was on the attack. Reeves got Itami down, but instead of following up the attack, he mocked Itami, so Itami kicked every exposed part of his body.

Itami got tired of kicking Reeves, so he pinned him after a Go to Sleep.

**********

A video package for Drew McIntyre aired, showing him in his Chosen One gimmick from 2009, skipping the 3MB era, and skipping ahead to the last month or so.

**********

Up next was part two in the “Who is Roderick Strong?” video series. It’s still really good:

**********

William Regal and Bobby Roode were backstage. Mr. Regal went to tell him his TakeOver opponent, but Roode cut him off. Roode said that Hideo Itami is dangerous and doesn’t deserve to face him.

Mr. Regal agreed that he needs to earn the opportunity, and said next week Itami will face Roderick Strong and the winner faces Roode at TakeOver.

**********

An Aleister Black video package aired. He’ll be wrestling next week.

**********

A number one contender’s battle royal ended in a no contest when Asuka attacked the three remaining competitors (Ember Moon, Ruby Riot, and Nikki Cross)

Half of the women in this match have rarely, if ever, appeared on NXT before and a couple were from outside of WWE. The order of elimination was: Victoria Gonzales, Bianca Blair, Rachael Evers (Ellering), Sarah Bridges, Sonya Deville (the former Daria Berenato), Lacey Evans, Kimberly Frankele, Candice LeRae, Aliyah, Liv Morgan, Billie Kay, and Peyton Royce.

Kay and Royce were working together from the beginning. Gonzales went after the Iconic Duo at the start, but it didn’t work. Evans kicked Cross in the butt to try to eliminate her. That didn’t work, shockingly enough.

Kay and Royce eliminated several together. Shockingly, the eight women who have very rarely, if ever, been on the show, were the first eight gone. Moon single-handedly eliminated Kay and Royce even when it looked like they would have Kay interfere after being eliminated.

Riot, Cross, and Moon were the last three, and they went for several minutes by themselves. Moon hit Cross with the Eclipse, but couldn’t get her up and out. Riot and Moon looked really good together and will one day have a good match. Moon went up top for another Eclipse, but Asuka appeared!

The referee called for the bell while Asuka destroyed the three remaining women and screamed that no one was ready for her. Moon took a nasty bump out of the ring that looked like a suicide dive into the guardrail. Moon may have injured her shoulder.

Who is going to face Asuka at NXT TakeOver: Chicago after she ruined the battle royal? Mr. Regal came out and announced a fatal four-way for TakeOver as the show went off the air, with Asuka facing Moon, Riot, and Cross.

That does it for this week! What will happen next week as we are on the road to Chicago? Until then, remember to say your vitamins and take your prayers!

WWE NXT results: Tyler Bate defends his title

The Big News: Tyler Bate defeated Jack Gallagher to retain the WWE UK title.

The Medium News: Nikki Cross and Ruby Riot brawled all over creation on multiple occasions.

The Little Beaver-sized News: The new backstage interviewer, Christy St. Cloud, introduced herself, which stunned me to the point that I didn’t realize she never actually asked Ruby Riot a question.

**********

The show started with Nikki Cross running into the ring during the opening theme song, looking out of control. She left the ring and went to the ring announcer and called out Ruby Riot to “come out and play.”

This brought out Riot, who cautiously got in the ring. The fans chanted “fight” as the two women gave them what they wanted. They went clobbering on each other, with referees finally interfering when Cross threw Riot into the ring steps outside the ring. Riot didn’t stay down and they continued to slug away on each other. Every time they seemed to part, Cross would dive off the ring steps onto Riot.

The fans wanted them to keep fighting as the referees finally succeeded in dragging Cross to the back.

**********

We were reminded of last week’s angle where Hideo Itami returned and laid out the glorious NXT Champion, Bobby Roode, with a Go to Sleep.

Fast forward to today and Kayla Braxton tried to interview Roode, but she was cut off by the champion. Roode said things have changed and this is his NXT. Itami can challenge him all day long, but if he wants a championship opportunity he is going to have to earn it.

**********

Drew McIntyre defeated Andrade “Cien” Almas

This match was set up last week when Almas was bullying McIntyre at the WWE Performance Center. Thankfully, Heavy Machinery was filming it because we may not have believed such shenanigans and not had this match because of it.

Almas was all about the shenanigans again, but McIntyre was having none of it. The early highlight was Almas laying in the ropes, as he’s prone to do, but McIntyre gave him a running boot.

McIntyre exploded from there, punching Almas down in the corner and coming off the top rope with an elbow to his standing foe. Almas got in some chops, but McIntyre caught him and dropped him with a powerslam before picking up the win with the running boot.

**********

Mr. William Regal announced Ruby Riot vs. Nikki Cross for later on tonight.

**********

We had part one of a series of video packages, asking the question “Who is Roderick Strong?” He’s been on NXT for over six months and we’re finally getting introductory videos for the guy.

As always when they do these videos, this was very good and worth going out of your way to see:

**********

Aleister Black defeated Kona Reeves

The former Noah Kekoa and Noah Pontjes was back to square off with the undefeated Aleister Black. Reeves attacked at the bell, and it was pretty much downhill for him from there. Black blocked his attempt at a turnbuckle smash and kicked him in every part of his body before winning with Black Mass.

**********

A new announcer, Christy St. Cloud, literally introduced herself before interviewing Ruby Riot. That was so shocking I didn’t even notice that she didn’t actually ask Riot a question. Anyway, Riot said that she rebels against the norm, like SAnitY, but the difference is SAnitY wants everyone else to conform.

**********

Braxton was running out of the arena to try to ask Almas about losing to McIntyre earlier, but Almas (who showered and dressed in 15 minutes) was leaving the arena with a plethora of women.

Being the person he is, he did offer Braxton a chance to be part of his groupies, but Braxton ignored him the same way Almas ignored her question.

**********

The match between Nikki Cross and Ruby Riot never actually started

Riot was walking to the ring when she was attacked by Cross. They resumed their crazy brawl from earlier, but this time got to do it by the stage. Finally, a bunch of referees ran back out in an effort to throw them in the ring. Well, this is why you don’t use referees as lumberjacks.

Riot dove off the stage onto Cross, which was as much as the officials would allow, as Riot was dragged away and then Cross was literally carried away by four people.

This might be the first time in wrestling history that you need a cage match just to keep the two of them in the ring.

**********

Mr. Regal talked to Asuka backstage and told her that we will have a battle royal next week to determine her next challenger. Asuka completely blew it off and walked off.

**********

WWE United Kingdom Champion Tyler Bate defeated Jack Gallagher to retain his title

This is Bate’s second official title defense. I know he defended it at Axxess and I know he defended it on non-WWE shows. I am literally just repeating what was said to me on TV.

As expected, these two put on an excellent wrestling exhibition. These two, almost mirror images of each other, reversed each other’s moves and holds and then reversed their reversals. Back from commercial, Gallagher had taken over with an armbar. Bate tried to fight out of it, but Gallagher held onto that armbar for an extended period of time.

Bate was somehow able to turn it into a test of strength that neither could get the advantage of, and they both had to bridge out of a double pin. Bate got a near fall with the hesitation German suplex, but ended up in another armbar when he went for a suplex.

Bate took over and sent Gallagher to the outside, but when he went for a suicide dive, Gallagher met him with a headbutt and then another one inside the ring for a two count. Can people stop using headbutts? Seriously. Anyway, Bate hit his rolling kick and the Tyler Driver ’97 for the win.

We saw several of the UK wrestlers in the front row after the match. The only one not clapping was Pete Dunne. Instead he just stared a hole through Bate’s head.

Before we go, I just want to say that WWE Network needs to work on their buffering issues. This show went off the air at 8:52 and it took me until 9:14 to watch the whole thing with the constant buffering. I never have issues with other streaming services or with anything in WWE’s on-demand section.

Let’s hope they clear things up, but that will do it from here. I want to thank everyone for reading, and until next week, remember to say your vitamins and take your prayers!

NXT Tampa, FL, live results: Six-person tag main event

Images: @JJWilliamsWON

Tonight’s show was in front of a packed crowd of 400 people.

– Roderick Strong defeated Cezar Bononi

The crowd loved Strong. He hit a Sick Kick to win it.

– Patrick Clark defeated Dan Matha

Matha was actually the face here. He hit a huge Rock Bottom backbreaker, but Clark was able to survive and hit a famouser to win.

– Hideo Itami defeated Oney Lorcan

This was one of the better matches on the Florida loop this year, with hard-hitting chops and strikes. Itami looked great and Lorcan is always the most intense wrestler on the card. Itami won with the GTS.

– Daria Berenato defeated Aliyah

Berenato won with an enzuigiri after they had countered each other with a few near falls.

– Tye Dillinger assisted Kayla Braxton in naming who won the WrestleMania raffle that’s been going on this month down here. After they named the winner, we heard those guitar strings and The Straggler (The Drifter under a mask) taunted Dillinger and the crowd. Riddick Moss then joined The Straggler (or Straggs as he called him) and wanted to take on Dillinger as well. Dillinger then asked if anyone in the back wanted to team with him and that led to the next match.

– Shinsuke Nakamura & Tye Dillinger defeated Riddick Moss & The Straggler (Elias Samson)

This was the most exciting match in Florida so far this year. Nakamura tried to remove Straggler’s mask, but there was a second mask underneath, so Nakamura put the mask on himself and proceeded to do some excellent lucha with arm drags, rolls, and he even teased a dive. Moss snatched the mask off Nakamura and Nakamura was devastated. Solid action followed and a Kinshasa won it for the good guys.

– Montez Ford (w/ Angelo Dawkins) defeated Brennan Williams

Williams used nice looking power moves. Dawkins caused a distraction, which allowed Ford to steal a quick pin.

– Ember Moon defeated Kimber Lee

Moon won the match with a sit-out driver of some type.

– No Way Jose, Kassius Ohno & Ruby Riot defeated SAnitY (Killian Dain, Alexander Wolfe & Nikki Cross)

This had action all over the place. Riot hit a dive to the outside. Ohno and Dain had a slugfest. Jose took the hot tag and hit his wind-up punch on Wolfe to win and send the crowd home happy.
