Erik and Logan (aka Valhalla in WWE) have been married since December 2018. The couple worked together on-screen when Valhalla teamed up with The War Raiders in 2022. Logan made her main roster debut as part of The Riott Squad in November 2017 alongside Liv Morgan and Ruby Soho (aka Ruby Riott in AEW).
In 2024, Logan was on maternity leave for the birth of her second son. In June 2025, she announced her WWE contract was not being renewed.
The couple have two boys – Raymond Cash Rowe, born in February 2021 and Ezekiel Joseph Rowe, born in November, 2024.
Erik and Ivar challenged for the WWE Tag Team Titles in December 2025 against then-champions AJ Styles and Dragon Lee but were unsuccessful. Recently they also competed at Rey de Reyes where they went up against Psycho Clown and Pagano for the AAA World Tag Team Titles.
Former WWE wrestler Sarah Rowe has officially confirmed to have left wrestling.
A part of the WWE roster from 2014 to 2020 and then again from 2022 to 2025, Sarah Logan, also known as Valhalla during her time with The Viking Raiders, is now officially done with wrestling. Recently, speaking on the Wise Traditions podcast, Rowe confirmed her transition from a wrestler to a homesteader and a mother.
“Very carefully. No, actually, I just dove right in, not carefully at all. So, when COVID happened, they let go like 150 wrestlers. I was one of those wrestlers at the time that got let go. So, my husband was still hired. I got let go. So, we were like, let’s have a baby and let’s see about like, I always wanted to grow my own food. I come from a family of farmers that used to like rent land to farm on, but they were very much like traditional agriculture farming, like every corn fed, red Angus, all the stuff. And so, I knew I wanted to get back to that, but I wanted to do it differently because I know what I know.”
She further continued, “And when the day I got fired, I started looking into starting a farm here because we had the land. We bought a place with like 20 acres of agricultural fields.” Rowe claimed that while they started with just corn, they expanded into hay, cows, and highland cows.
Logan, 32, explained that while she was on the road for wrestling, she desired to become a farmer and a mother. And, once that happened, she started experiencing a different lifestyle.
“Okay, so when I was on the road, and I thought about becoming a mother and becoming a farmer, you’re like, wow, that sounds so peaceful. Like, what if I never want to come back to wrestling? What if I just want to stay at the farm? And like, once that happened and once I, because I got fired, had a baby, got re-hired, and so got re-hired, and then I just left the company permanently. My contract just expired on the 5th, and I’m not renewing it,” Rowe added.
“So I, when at first I was like, I don’t want to come back to wrestling. Maybe I just want to start a homestead and be a farmer and a mother. And once that happened, my body wasn’t used to that peace. And I like, I was like scared of it. And I didn’t ever, I never felt like I was doing enough.”
She explained how her family before marriage had a different upbringing compared to her husband’s, where he was comfortable with the women of the house staying at home, whereas she had two working parents and a different set of struggles.
She further explained how she started a different life after leaving wrestling. And, while the transition was not easy, her faith and love for her family have helped her move on from her life as a wrestler. Confirming her exit from pro-wrestling, Rowe claimed, “Obviously, I left wrestling to solely focus on those things. And I really just try to cultivate an environment where everything that lives on my farm is nourished and taken care of from life to death.”
It was revealed on SmackDown on Friday that Logan’s new ring name will be Valhalla.
The Valhalla name was used in a series of vignettes promoting Logan and The Viking Raiders’ return to television beginning on the October 7 WWE SmackDown episode. Logan returned alongside the Raiders on the November 11 show.
Logan was released by WWE in April 2020 following a three-year run with the company. After her release, Logan stated that she was taking a hiatus from the business and ultimately welcomed her first child in February 2021. Logan is married to Erik of the Viking Raiders.
Logan returned to the ring as a one-off at the 2022 Royal Rumble event, then made another appearance on an August SmackDown episode as part of a Viking Rules match between the Viking Raiders and The New Day ahead of her full-time return.
Sarah Logan has returned to WWE and the Viking Raiders are back on Smackdown.
Logan appeared on the stage area during a segment involving Hit Row and Legado del Fantasma on SmackDown Friday night. The Viking Raiders then came through the crowd to attack members of both factions. Logan hit B-Fab with a headbutt before she stood tall with Erik & Ivar to end the segment.
Logan was released from WWE on April 15, 2020. That June, she announced that she was temporarily stepping away from wrestling. Logan then returned to the ring in the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble match.
The Viking Raiders have been out of action since Erik suffered a foot injury in the main event of the September 2 edition of SmackDown. They defeated the New Day in a “Viking Rules” match on the show.
Logan and Erik (Raymond Rowe) were married in a Viking-themed wedding in late 2018. The couple announced the birth of their first child, Raymond Cash Rowe, on February 9, 2021.
A Viking vignette aired on Friday’s WWE SmackDown, reportedly signaling the impending return of Sarah Logan to the company.
With the tagline “Valhalla awaits,” a video aired with a character dressed in fur and wearing a headdress with their back to the camera, standing in front of The Viking Raiders shields. One male and one female voice narrated the vignette, with Fightful reporting that the video is to hype the return of Logan.
Logan was with WWE from 2017 to 2020. She worked briefly on the NXT brand, and participated in the 2017 Mae Young Classic, but her most prominent run with the company came as part of the Riott Squad. The Riott Squad, with Logan, Liv Morgan, and Ruby Riott, debuted on the main roster on SmackDown in November 2017.
Logan was released by the company in April 2020. She has made two appearances on WWE television this year, taking part in the 2022 Royal Rumble match, then again on SmackDown in August as part of a Viking funeral segment with The Viking Raiders. Logan is married to Erik of the Viking Raiders.
Sarah Logan (real name Sarah Rowe) and her husband Erik of WWE’s Viking Raiders (Raymond Rowe) have welcomed the birth of their first child.
The baby is a boy named Raymond Cash Rowe. Erik announced the baby’s birth on Tuesday and wrote that Logan and the baby are both happy and safe: “Raymond Cash Rowe 8lbs 11oz 21.75” After 44hrs of labor both mama and baby are happy and safe. He’s perfect. #rowesborg @sarahrowe #weebabycash”
Logan and Erik had announced that they were expecting in July 2020. Logan said she was six weeks pregnant at that time.
Logan was released by WWE during their roster cuts in April of last year. When announcing her pregnancy, Logan said she and Erik had been talking about having a baby for a long time and this felt like the right time because her not being able to wrestle while pregnant was the only thing holding them back.
Last June, Logan noted that she was stepping away from pro wrestling for the foreseeable future. She said prior to her pregnancy that she was interested in doing an MMA fight and was training for it.
Erik’s tag team partner Ivar is out of action after undergoing neck surgery in September. Ivar suffered the injury during an eight-man tag match on the September 7 episode of Raw.
Sarah Logan (real name Sarah Rowe) and her husband Erik (Raymond Rowe) of The Viking Raiders are expecting their first child.
After hyping that she would be making a huge announcement, Logan and Erik revealed on today’s episode of their “The Wild and Free TV” YouTube show that Logan is pregnant with the couple’s first child. Logan said she’s currently six weeks pregnant.
Logan, who was part of April’s WWE releases, said she and Erik have been talking about pregnancy for so long and now felt like the right time because her not being able to wrestle while pregnant was the only thing holding them back. Logan said they started trying and she almost immediately got pregnant.
Logan said in the first episode of The Wild and Free TV that she’s always wanted to do an MMA fight and has been training in MMA since being released from WWE. On today’s episode, Logan said she can’t fully commit to MMA while she’s expecting and doesn’t know if she’ll continue training in some aspects of MMA while pregnant. She said MMA might be something she does after she has the baby and they get settled.
Logan had announced on June 22 that she was stepping away from pro wrestling for the foreseeable future. “A lot has changed in my life recently and I have stepped away from wrestling for the foreseeable future. Wrestling is all I’ve known since I was 17 so it’s time I let myself focus on other things and explored other parts of myself,” she wrote at the time.
“My Instagram is going to be different but I promise it will always reflect me. So if you wanna take this crazy ride then buckle up because things have been moving faster than I can keep up. My efforts have been on @thewildandfreetv and that’s the best way to keep up. We’re releasing some awesome content. I don’t say this enough but I appreciate you guys and hope to see ya down the line.”
Logan and Erik have been married since December 2018. Today’s episode of The Wild and Free TV with their pregnancy announcement is available to watch below:

SUNDAY NEWS UPDATE
Bryan and I will be back tonight covering UFC 251, the New Japan Cup, Smackdown, Wednesday ratings and other news for Wrestling Observer Radio. You can send questions to the show to [email protected]
So this is the latest on UFC 251. With Gilbert Burns out, UFC worked on a deal for Jorge Masvidal to replace him in a welterweight title fight with Kamaru Usman. Masvidal had turned down prior money offers to face Usman. So as long as neither test positive for COVID before the fight or another complication takes place, that will be the main event this coming Saturday, Usman vs. Masvidal for the welterweight title. While people are super excited about it, and it is a big fight, you have Masvidal coming into the five round fight with no training. Essentially, since Usman is known for cardio, Masvidal may have to get Usman out of there early. Because of that, Usman is a fairly heavy favorite to retain.
As far as trending stuff over the past week with no shows, it was quiet. UFC 251, regarding the reports of the welterweight title change, was No. 11 yesterday with 100,000 searches. Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov was No. 9 on Friday with 100,000 searches
Sarah Dobson Rowe, formerly Sarah Logan, has said that she will make an announcement tomorrow regarding future plans. She had talked in the past of doing MMA.
The Cauliflower Alley Club website yesterday made a listing of some wrestling movies from the past, some of which are trailers only, others the entire movie:
All the Marbles (trailer only): The wrestling sequences in the final match of this movie were far above the standard of pro wrestling at the time. This is where a lot of people realized how talented the women of the All Japan Women’s group were.
Mad Bull starring Alex Karras, I loved this the first time I saw it, not so much the second time.
Wrestling Queen, a documentary on Vivian Vachon, who was the most talented and charismatic woman of the early 70s, but for obvious reasons was not allowed to be the ace of women’s wrestling.
The One and Only starring Henry Winkler, this was directed by Carl Reiner and was originally to be a movie about Gorgeous George but instead they went with a scripted movie very loosely based on George’s gimmick.
I Like to Hurt People, a movie based on late 70s Detroit wrestling when it was dying under The Sheik after having a huge glory period, Capt. Ed George in the movie is The Sheik’s son which explains his push. But cool stuff with Dusty Rhodes, Andre and The Funks.
The Wrestler, based on 1973 AWA and the Verne Gagne vs. Billy Robinson feud, really everyone needs to see this movie once,as you get clips of Superstar Billy Graham, Nick Bockwinkel, Ray Stevens, Dusty Rhodes & Dick Murdoch, Bruiser & Crusher.
If you are looking to watch a wrestling movie, the Mickey Rourke version of “The Wrestler” and the English subtitled “My Dad is a Heel Wrestler” which is available on New Japan World are the best bets.
Les Thatcher this weekend celebrated 60 years in pro wrestling. starting at the age of 19 in a match in Blue Hills, ME.

Luke Sanchez vs. Chris Gutierrez is slated to take place on 8/1 according to MMA Junkie.
AEW
Chris Jericho posted that his match that airs Wednesday with Orange Cassidy was one of his favorite and best matches in AEW.

Former WWE wrestler Sarah Logan (real name Sarah Rowe) is stepping away from professional wrestling for the foreseeable future.
“A lot has changed in my life recently and I have stepped away from wrestling for the foreseeable future. Wrestling is all I’ve known since I was 17 so it’s time I let myself focus on other things and explored other parts of myself,” Logan announced on her Instagram account earlier this week.
“My Instagram is going to be different but I promise it will always reflect me. So if you wanna take this crazy ride then buckle up because things have been moving faster than I can keep up. My efforts have been on @thewildandfreetv and that’s the best way to keep up. We’re releasing some awesome content. I don’t say this enough but I appreciate you guys and hope to see ya down the line”
Logan was released by WWE during April’s roster cuts. Dave Meltzer reported that she was originally scheduled to appear on the April 20 episode of Raw after being released but ended up not being used at the last minute.
Logan and her husband Raymond Rowe (Erik of the Viking Raiders in WWE) started their “The Wild and Free” YouTube channel in May, documenting their lives on their family farm. Logan said in the first episode that she’s always wanted to do an MMA fight and has been training in MMA since being released from WWE.
Logan, who formerly wrestled as Crazy Mary Dobson on the indies, signed with WWE in 2016. She made her main roster debut in 2017 as part of the Riott Squad with Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan.
The recently released Sarah Logan was set to be on WWE Raw Monday night, but was pulled at the last minute.
On the post-Raw Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer reported that Logan was originally supposed to be part of the show and was in the script. However, once the show started, Logan was written off the show and not used. Meltzer also noted that she has not been rehired.
Meltzer also said that WWE’s mentality is that since talent that were cut last week are still being paid for the next 90 days, the company feels they can still use them during that time period. Drake Maverick, for example, will be competing in the upcoming NXT interim cruiserweight title tournament despite being released last week.
Logan’s name was mentioned multiple times during the broadcast. Commentary brought up Shayna Baszler breaking her arm in a match last week and later in the show during a Ruby Riott promo, Riott mentioned Logan as the third member of the Riott Squad. Riott later lost to Liv Morgan, the other member of the stable.
The qualifying matches that have been announced for tonight’s show are all for the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match. The qualifiers are: Asuka vs. Ruby Riott, Kairi Sane vs. Nia Jax, and Shayna Baszler vs. Sarah Logan.
Baszler unsuccessfully challenged for Becky Lynch’s Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 36, but WWE has made it clear that their feud isn’t over.
Asuka & Sane lost the Women’s Tag Team titles to Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross at WrestleMania. Bliss & Cross also defeated Asuka & Sane in a WrestleMania rematch on SmackDown last Friday.
Asuka defeated Liv Morgan in a singles match on last Monday’s Raw.
After a year away from the ring due to undergoing surgery to repair both of her ACLs, Jax returned to action by decisively defeating Deonna Purrazzo on Raw last week.
Money in the Bank is set for Sunday, May 10. Two qualifying matches have also been announced for this Friday’s SmackDown. Daniel Bryan vs. Cesaro will determine one of the participants for the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match, while qualifiers for the women’s ladder match will continue with Naomi vs. Dana Brooke.
WWE Champion Drew McIntyre will kick off tonight’s Raw. An appearance by Becky Lynch is also advertised for the show.
WWE has revealed how Becky Lynch’s challenger for WrestleMania 36 will be determined.
It was announced via The Wrap this afternoon that Shayna Baszler, Asuka, Ruby Riott, Natalya, Liv Morgan, and Sarah Logan will be the six participants in next month’s women’s Elimination Chamber match. The winner will challenge Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 36.
Baszler is expected to be Lynch’s challenger for WrestleMania. She appeared on Raw last week and took part in an angle where she bit Lynch after Lynch retained her title against Asuka. Lynch refused to get in an ambulance, drove off in it herself, and then returned later in the show. She cut a promo where she told Baszler that she better find Lynch before Lynch finds her.
This year’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view is taking place at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 8. The Wells Fargo Center is also advertising that there will be an Elimination Chamber match to decide who will challenge for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 36.
Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida is hosting WrestleMania on April 5.
The Big Takeaway: After submitting Sarah Logan on last week’s show, Natalya pinned her here after a good contest. Mojo Rawley picked up an unlikely win against Cedric Alexander, pinning him in under three minutes.
Byron Saxton and Mickie James were the commentary team this week, with no explanation as to where James has been for the last month or why Vic Joseph was not there.
*********
Natalya defeated Sarah Logan (5:02)
Just like last week, they worked really closely together through this one. There was a ton of mat work between them as they exchanged holds early on and midway through, but Logan played the heel well here and they put on another good match.
They did a spot where Logan was on the apron and hit Natalya with a high knee as she charged at her, but Logan sold it like she was hurt. She went up to the ramp to walk it off. Natalya gave chase, but it was a ruse.
The back and forth was really intricate at times here and it really could have gone either way. Natalya tried to lock in the Sharpshooter that had seen off Logan last week, but she kicked her off. In the end, it was a small package that got Natalya the win.
More of this each week would be welcomed. Logan is clearly learning a lot from working with Natalya, so there has been significant improvement with her in-ring work. She now needs to form a more rounded character.
Mojo Rawley defeated Cedric Alexander (2:36)
Rawley was in rare form here. He was surly and walked around looking like he didn’t want to be there. On the bell he no-sold chops and shouted at Alexander. He continually spread his arms wide and shouted at the fans.
In the time that this went, Rawley caught Alexander in most of his high spots and, despite it going through a commercial break, it was all over very quickly.
Alexander got in some brief offense, trying to roll Rawley up several times and taking him out with an enzuigiri.
When Alexander tried to come off the top rope with a springboard, Rawley caught him on his shoulders and nailed him with the Alabama slam for the win.
This wasn’t a squash, but it might as well have been. You have to wonder where they’re going with Rawley. Some weeks he can lose to No Way Jose, and then here he defeats someone as talented as Cedric Alexander.
The Big Takeaway: Sarah Logan has new ring gear and face paint, but it didn’t help her as she submitted to Natalya’s Sharpshooter. No Way Jose grabbed a rare win against Eric Young, with Young now winless in singles action since July.
Vic Joseph and Byron Saxton were on announcing duties again this week and still no mention of Mickie James or Dio Maddin.
**********
Natalya defeated Sarah Logan (5:13)
Natalya is a perfect example of a wrestler who just works wherever she is needed. Two weeks ago, she was on Raw facing off against Asuka, while last Sunday she was in the Survivor Series five-on-five-on-five women’s triple threat elimination tag match.
Here she was up against Sarah Logan, a member of the women’s roster who — apart from that appearance at Survivor Series — has become a regular on Main Event with little going on right now.
The pair worked perfectly well together in this one, with Natalya allowing Logan plenty of offense and leading her through five minutes of good back and forth.
The finish was fairly pedestrian. Logan attempted a double knee strike in the corner, but Natalya had it scouted and rolled Logan up for a near fall. Natalya sent Logan into the post and — as she sold it — Natalya locked in the Sharpshooter for the win.
No Way Jose defeated Eric Young (6:36)
Another week, another defeat for former SAnitY member Eric Young. And against of all people, perennial Main Event jobber No Way Jose.
You have to go back as far as July to find Young in a singles match where he came out on top and — despite sporadic tag team team victories — he finds himself right at the bottom of a stacked roster with no real direction.
No Way Jose matches are never much to shout about and Young looked streets ahead of Jose in terms of in-ring quality. When he gets going, he moves around with such speed and dominance.
The finish came after a commercial break. Young came off the top turnbuckle for a dive, but Jose dodged it and Young landed on his feet. Jose then hit the pop-up punch for the win.
WWE has revealed all five members of Team Raw for the women’s triple threat elimination tag match at Survivor Series.
Charlotte Flair, Natalya, Asuka, Kairi Sane & Sarah Logan will represent Raw in the match. They’ll face off against teams of five from SmackDown and NXT.
Sasha Banks, Carmella, Dana Brooke, Lacey Evans & Nikki Cross will be on Team SmackDown. WWE hasn’t revealed any of the members of Team NXT.
For the men’s triple threat elimination tag match, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, Randy Orton, Ricochet & Drew McIntyre will be on Team Raw, while Roman Reigns, King Corbin, Braun Strowman, Mustafa Ali & Shorty G will be on Team SmackDown. WWE hasn’t revealed any of the members of Team NXT for that match either.
Survivor Series is taking place at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois on Sunday (November 24). Here’s what’s been announced for the pay-per-view:
WWE Champion Brock Lesnar defending against Rey Mysterio in a no holds barred, no DQ match
Universal Champion The Fiend defending against Daniel Bryan
Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch vs. SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley vs. NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler in a non-title match
United States Champion AJ Styles vs. Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura vs. NXT North American Champion Roderick Strong in a non-title match
Raw Tag Team Champions The Viking Raiders (Ivar & Erik) vs. SmackDown Tag Team Champions The New Day (Big E & Kofi Kingston) vs. NXT Tag Team Champions The Undisputed Era (Kyle O’Reilly & Bobby Fish) in a non-title match
Team Raw vs. Team SmackDown vs. Team NXT five-on-five-on-five men’s elimination tag match
Team Raw vs. Team SmackDown vs. Team NXT five-on-five-on-five women’s elimination tag match
