***************************

I dunno what it’s like where you are but where I am it’s darn cold. Which means it’s a perfect time to snuggle up with a cup of warm cocoa next to a roaring episode of Ring of Honor!

Adam Priest & Tommy Billington vs The Premier Athletes (Ariya Daivari & Tony Nese) (w/Mark Sterling & Stori Denali)

Billington and Priest sauntered to the ring while Jay Lethal and the swirl cut a promo picture-in-picture about how they aren’t done with them. Then Priest and Daivari locked up to kick things off.

Priest’s strength seemed to be the difference, until Nese tagged in and the two double teamed Priest. Billing to grabbed a blind tag and dropped a big elbo on Nese off the ropes. Priest and Billington traded tags so fast at this point that they were pretty much beating on Nese 2-on-1.

Nese grabbed a hedlock on Billington, but Billington rolled through and they ran the ropes with Billington dishing out a bunch of shoulder blocks. Nese rolled out of the ring and Billington followed, driving him into the barricade. Daivari made the save though, sending Billington into the steps. Sterling and Daivari stomped him when Nese went back in to break the count.

Back in the ring, Billington went for a Piledriver on Nese, but his arm gave out. Nese took advantage and worked the arm harder. He wrapped Billington up in the ropes, stretching his arm around them. Then he hit a bulldog on the top rope and went for a moonsault. Billington moved though and Daivari got the tag to spell Nese.

Daivari and Billington collided with duelling clotheslines and Billington crawled over to get a tag to Priest. Priest nailed a German suplex off the second turnbuckle and then gave Nese a merry-go-round DDT. Priest chop-blocked Daivari and put him in a half-crab. Billington put a choke on Nese, but Sterling caused a distraction allowing Nese to break up the crab.

Priest started laying body shots into Daivari who threw a big lariat at Priest. Nese joined him for a double team, but Priest kicked out at two. Priest pushed Nese into Daivari and locked the half crab on Nese off of a dragonwhip leg screw. Billington kept Sterling at bay, but Denali snuck in and chokeslammed Priest.

Billington threw Daivari out of the ring and hit him with a suicide dive while Priest and Nese rolled around in the ring until Priest stacked him up for a quick three and got the victory.

Match Result: Adam Priest & Tommy Billington defetaed The Premier Athletes

After the match, The Lethal Swirl (TM) ran down and took out Billington and Priest. The Athletes watched. Lethal threw some punches and Christian put a figure four on Billington. They then stood in the ring swirling their fingers in the air. Because of their dumb name, get it?

Satnam Singh vs Josiah Jean and Dante Leon

(sighs) So, this was a 2-on-1 match for some reason.

Singh came to the ring. The bell rang. Jean ran at Singh, and he pushed him over. Then Leon ran at Singh and he pushed him over.

Singh put Jean in the corner. Chop. Chop. Then he put Leon in the corner. Chop. Chop.

Throw. Choke. Leon got a punch in. Club from Singh, double chokeslam attempt. Leon and Jean tried to get some punches in and then double chokeslam.

The end. #LOLSinghwins.

Match Result: Satnam Singh defeated Josiah Jean and Dante Leon

CRU (Action Andretti & Lio Rush) vs Alec Price & Jordan Oliver

CRU had the audacity to come to the ring with no jackets this week, but they did have nice matching tights. So, progress?

Andretti kicked things off with Oliver, taking him down to the mat. Oliver came back with a drop toe hold and grabbed a wristlock before tagging in Price. Andretti popped up and leapt over him in the corner before hitting some armdrags.

Rush tagged in and took over a wristlock, and the two ran the ropes with Price getting a wristlock on. He tagged in Oliver, but but Rush got a blind one in to Andretti and all four stood in the ring in a standoff until Oliver and Price jumped CRU.

Andretti and Oliver stayed legal and Price joined for a double team. Andretti got a big boot in the face of Price and tagged in Rush who set up Price for a double suplex, but Oliver caught him. Andretti threw a series of kicks and CRU kicked Oliver and Price off the apron to the outside. They hit a double dive on them and tossed Price back into the ring.

Price took advantage and dove onto them on the outside. They threw Rush back in and Oliver hit a high knee. Price went up there two and they hit a double facebuster off the top rope. Ruch kicked out at two though.

Andretti dealt with Oliver and then both members of CRU threw lariats at Price. Andretti and Rush landed the double suplex and Rush made the pin for the 1-2-3.

Match Result: CRU defeated Alec Price & Jordan Oliver

Six Man Tag Team Match: Dalton Castle & The Outrunners (Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd) vs Auzzy, Hitt and Gino Medina

Surprisingly, the opponents for Castle and the Outrunners were not a 70’s soft rock group like their names implied.

Magnum started off against the very skinny Auzzy and immediately they traded headlocks. Magnum threw a hip toss and Auzzy tagged in Medina. Median fell victim to an armdrag and some chops before Floyd tagged in. Hit a big fist off the second rope and Magnum popped back in for a double hip hop toss.

Auzzy got tossed to the outside where Castle stalked him around the ring. Hitt came intot he match and being a very, very large man, he threw Magnum into the corner so his team could work him over. Magnum fought back though and got a hot tag to Castle.

Castle started spamming belly-to-belly suplexes to everyone, including the very large Hitt. Castle and the Outrunners hit a triple body slam on their opponents and then a Sonuvabitch elbow on Medina. Castle picked him up for a bangarang and that was it. Castle and the Outrunners win again and all is right with the world.

Match Result: Dalton Castle & The Outrunners defeated Auzzy, Hitt and Gino Medina

-Backstage, ROH Women’s Pure Champion Deonna Purrazo issued an open challenge for her title. She wants to prove that she’s a fighting champion, so bring it on.

ROH Pure Title Proving Ground Match: Lee Moriarty [c] vs Matt Menard

The bell rang and the clock started. The two locked up with Moriarty going right for a pin attempt. Menard kicked out at two, and they locked up again. Menard grabbed a waistlock, but Moriarty broke it quickly. Menard then thew him out of the ring.

Menard went out to get him, but Moriarty had already gotten back into the ring. Menard’s strategy here seemed to be “yell really loud” because he was absolutely screaming through the whole match. He hit a shoulder tackle and headlock takedown while the clock passed eight minutes.

Moriarty wrapped Menard up in an armbar, forcing Menard to use his first his first rope break at 7:29. That seemed to confuse Menard for some reason and Moriarty kicked him in the gut about it. Moriarty shot Menard off the ropes and wrapped him up in an octopus hold.

Menard lunged against the ropes, breaking the hold and using a break at 6:15. He then thew a punch and got his one warning for a closed fist. Again, he seemed surprised at this.

Menard slipped out of the ring to catch his breath and when he got back in, Moriarty stomped him and pulled him to the center of the ring. He went for a suplex, but Menard blocked it with five minutes remaining.

Menard took Moriarty to the mat with a lariat and staggered to his feet. Menard at a forearm from Moriarty and the two traded blows. Menard rained down chops on Moriarty and hit a back elbow to get some momentum.

Menard hit a side Russian leg sweep, but Moriarty kicked out at two. The clock passed three minutes as Menard tried to put on a Boston Crab. Moriarty blocked it, but Menard tried again and locked in the crab. Moriarty crawled to the ropes, using a break at 2:18.

Menard went for a piledriver, but Moriarty rolled him up for a two count. He put on the border city stretch and Menard tapped out, giving the win to the champ.

Match Result: Lee Moriarty defeated Matt Menard

After the match, Shane Taylor and the Infantry and That Really Tall Lady ran to the ring to take out Menard. Skyflight appeared though and ran them off.

MIT (Billie Starkz & Diamante) vs Londyn Dior & Rachael Ellering

ROH Women’s Champion Athena accompanied her Minions to the ring, but left as the match started. Diamante opened the match with Ellering and the two powerhouses traded blows. Ellering took Diamante to the mat and then hoisted her up for what looked like a torture rack. We didn’t get to find out as Diamante squirmed away and the two traded pinning attempts.

Starkz tagged in and put Ellering in a headlock, but Ellering worked it into a wristlock. Ellering got tripped by Starkz and Diamante came in to hold her while Starkz kicked her. Diamante and Ellering traded chops with Ellering coming out on top.

Diamante and Starkz worked her over on the corner with Starkz going for a pin. Ellering kicked out and Starkz jawed at Dior. Starkz kneed Ellering in the head and shot her off the ropes. Ellering hooked an elbow though and Diamante came in. Ellering clotheslined them both.

Dior got a tag and came in to pick the bones of Starkz. Starkz went up top, but Dior knocked her off. Diamante came in and knocked Dior down so Starkz could hit her with a swan dive. Diamante put an ankle lock on Dior and she was forced to tap out.

Match Result: MIT defeated Londyn Dior & Rachael Ellering

Big Bill & Bryan Keith vs KM & Will Allday

So Big Bill is big and KM is big. Bryan Keith is a cowboy in shiny pants and Will Allday is… all day? Sure, let’s go with it. He was about Keith’s size though, so it works out.

Keith took off his cape and threw it onto Allday to start the match. He chopped Allday against the ropes but Allday sent him to the outside and dove after him. Throwing him back in the ring, Allday got caught by Keith in a suplex.

KM tagged in and Keith gave him a shot. KM shoved him and Big Bill took the opportunity to tag in and live up to his name. KM kicked Bill in the stomach, but Bill knocked him down. Bill charged him in the corner, but KM moved and hit a big splash.

Allday went up top and leapt into the ring, but Keith caught him with an elbow. They double teamed KM and then Bill caught Allday in a bear hug. He raggdolled him into a slam and made the pin.

Match Result: Big Bill & Bryan Keith defeated KM & Will Allday

Ace Austin vs. Johnny TV (w/Taya Valkyrie)

In my spare time, I’ve been watching a lot of John “Morrison” era WWE lately and it’s astonishing to see how little Johnny TV has aged.

Austin and TV locked up off the top with TV getting some shots into his gut. Austin threw off a waistlock and hit a dropkick, sending TV out of the ring into Valkyrie’s arms (not a bad place to be). Austin followed, but Valkyrie distracted him allowing TV to hit a neckbreaker on the floor.

Valkyrie stomped Austin while TV returned to the ring to break the count. TV came back out to make out with valkyrie a bit before throwing Austin back into the ring. Austin tried to catch TV unaware, but TV dropped him and put on a rear choke.

Austin bacekd TV into the corner, but Austin ducked the splash. Austin hit a leg sweep and then a leg drop before splashing TV in the corner. Austin hit a heel kick off the ropes and then a gutwrench powerbomb, but TV kicked out at two.

TV staggered to his feet, but Valkyrie caused a distraction allowing TV to set up Austin for Starship Pain. Austin moved out of the way and the two traded kicks. TV finally caught Austin with a knee and went for Starship Pain, but Austin moved and TV hit the mat.

The two staggered to their feet and traded punches, with Austin getting the better of TV. Austin got distracted by Valkyrie again and TV hit a heel kick. He dragged Austin to the top rope and set him up, but Austin got free and landed a headscissor. Austin hit a River, Turn and Fall and got the pin on TV.

Match Result: Ace Austin defeated Johnny TV

**********************************

Here we are, friends! Thursday, Ring of Honor, neon snake men, you know the drill!

Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) vs Spanish Announce Project (Angelico & Serpentico)

This matchup actually has me quite intrigued. It’s the super laid back and fun, streamer shooting, neon wearing SAP vs the ultra serious, soccer hooligan GYV. All four are great wrestlers, with very distinctive styles. It should be an excellent clash to kick things off!

Angelico and Drake kicked things off with Drake, well, kicking the air in front of Angelico. The two locked up and Angelico took control, whipping Drake into the corner. Drake hit a shoulder to the midsectiona nd Gibson tagged in for a double team.

Gibson knocked Angelico down and asked Eddie Kingston if he liked what he saw. No word on Kingston’s response.

Back in the ring, Angelico turned the tables with an armbreaker and Serpentico leapt in with a double stomp. Angeligo hit a hip toss on Gibson, then hip tossed Serpentico ON Gibson. Serpentico unloaded with some chops, but Gibson caught him running the ropes.

Drake jumped in and hit one of the highest heel kicks i’ve ever seen to send Angelico off the apron. Drake and Serpentico battled in the ring and Gibson tossed Angelico into the barricade.

Drake took control with a shinbreaker, working the leg of Serpentico to remove his high flying ability. He wrapped Serpentico up in a grapevine ankle lock. Serpentico managed to get out of it and Gibson tagged in.

Serpentico found himself in a half Boston Crab at the hands of Gibson in the middle of the ring. Gibson transitioned into a surfboard, but Serpentico grabbed the ropes. Drake tagged in and yelled a bunch of stuff in British. It must have been offensive, because Serpentico chopped him and scrambled for a hot tag to Angelico.

Angelico took out Drake and used Gibson for leverage to land a big lariat. He hit a capuera kick, but Gibson kicked out at two. Angelico tagged Serpentico who hit a swanton onto Gibson, but Drake broke it up.

Angelico grabbed Drake on the outside, but Drake shoved him into the steps. In the ring, Serpentico went for a rollup, but Gibson kicked out. Gibson hit a lungblower from the top rope and tagged in Drake. Gibson held Serpentico and Drake went coast to coast with a dropkick. Drake made the pin and CYV picked up the victory.

Match Result: Grizzled Young Veterans defeated Spanish Announce Project

After the match, Gibson grabbed a mic and called out Eddie Kingston and Ortiz ahead of their tag match against him on Collision this Saturday. Drake choked Serpentico with his scarf and then Kingston’s music hit and he and Ortiz marched down to the ring, chairs in hand. The Veterans bailed and the segment ended.

Lance Archer vs Vin Parker

(sigh) So, like he does, Archer came to the ring, threw Parker at the ground a bunch using big chops, chokeslams and the Archer’s Edge, and won the match.

Parker got in a chop and a dropkick, but as with all Archer matches, it didn’t really matter.

Match Result: Lance Archer defeated Vin Parker

Shane Taylor (w/Anthony Ogogo, Carlie Bravo, Shawn Dean & Trish Adora) vs Kiran Grey

A rare singles match for 1/3rd of the ROH Six Man Champions, Taylor. I mean, he came to the ring with four other people, but it’s still a singles match. Grey took on Sammy Guevara last week, and looked good doing it, but Taylor is a whole different kind of monster.

Commentary kept saying not much was known about Grey, which made me think has anyone, you know, asked him about himself? Was there not some kind of interview before he started working at ROH?

Anyway the two big men locked up off the top with Taylor forcing Grey into the corner. He laid in a few jabs, but Grey wasn’t stopped. He exploded out of the corner and climbed onto Taylors back, peppering him with shots.

Taylor punched him into next week and took a moment to compose himself. Taylor laid in two big midsection shots, staggering Grey. This continuted as the Infantry talked smack to the camera.

Grey got to his feet and started fighting back, but Taylor put a stop to that with a knee and a clothesline. He went for the cover, but Grey kicked out at two. Taylor charged, but Grey dodged and Taylor hit the corner. Grey picked up the speed and splashed him, but only got a one-count.

Grey hit a pump kick that knocked Taylor down, which was a pretty big accomplishment. Grey went for an Irish whip, but Taylor headbutted him and delivered a big splash. He went for the cover, but Grey wasn’t done yet and kicked out.

Taylor looked to end things with that big right hand and cracked Grey in the chin, knocking him clean out to give Taylor the win.

But we still don’t know much about Grey.

Match Result: Shane Taylor defeated Kiran Grey

Eight Man Tag Team Match: Aaron Solo, QT Marshall & The Von Erichs (Marshall von Erich & Ross von Erich) vs The Frat House (Cole Karter, Griff Garrison, Jacked Jameson & Preston Vance)

The interesting part of this match (aside from speculating how Marshall Von Erich’s hat will feature) is that Jacked Jameson is actually having a match with the Frat House. Normally he just stands at ringside cropdusting his particularly toxic brand of obnoxious as far and wide as he can.

Karter and Ross started things off with Ross taking a shoulder block while Karter posed. He came back though and tagged in Marshall who dropkicked Karter. He picked Karter up in a scoop slam and landed a high elbow. Ross tagged back in and they double dropkicked Karter. Vance decided he wanted one, so they dropkicked him too.

Solo tagged in to face off against Garrison. He had the upper hand but Jameson grabbed his ankle from the outside allowing Garrison to slingshot him over the top rope for a powerslam. Jameson tagged in and set Solo up on the second rope for a running elbow. He then hit a brainbuster, but Solo kicked out at two.

Jameson dragged Solo to the Frat House corner and they all took turns tagging in and out beating on him. Garrison ate a jawbreaker though, but Karter cut Solo off before he could get a tag. He hit a dropkick and got another two count.

Vance tagged in and hit a spinebuster on Solo, allowing Jameson to hit a senton from the second rope. Solo hit a quick kick and got the hot tag to QT. QT cleaned house, hitting a handspring heel kick on Garrison. Vance and Karter then double teamed him.

Marshall came in and put the Claw on Vance. Ross joined him and they hit a Claw slam. Jameson hit a shoulder block on QT, but the Von Erichs got duelling claws on Jameson and Garrison. QT hit a cutter and Solo took out the rest of the Frat House to let QT make the pin on Jameson.

Match Result: Aaron Solo, QT Marshall & The Von Erichs defeated The Frat House

Mixed Six Person Tag Team Match: MxM TV (Mansoor, Mason Madden & Taya Valkyrie) vs The Infantry (Carlie Bravo, Shawn Dean & Trish Adora)

Last week, Red Velvet offered Taya Valkyrie a Proving Ground match for a shot at the ROH Women’s Television Title. So, naturally, this week, Valkyrie is in a six-person tag match.

¯|_(ツ)_/¯

Ian Ricabonni retconned it by saying Valkyrie was “thinking about” the proving ground match, but I know what I saw, Ian!!!

Anyway, Adora and Valkyrie kicked things off with Valkyrie woman-handling Adora with a series of strikes and lariats. Bravo tagged in and Valkyrie beat him up for a bit until Mansoor tagged in. He worked Bravo for a moment then Madden tagged in for a double team and a pose-based double elbow.

Dean tagged in and took out Mansoor, throwing a little bit of his own Blue Steel. He laid him out with a big lariat and went for the pin, but Mansoor kicked out. Dean transitioned to a chinlock but Mansoor got out of it, reaching for a tag that never came.

Dean knocked Madden off the apron and then charged Mansoor who met him with an insiguri. Adora tagged in which brought in Valkyrie who hit a back elbow and big boot out of the corner. Valkyrie delivered a meteora to Adora.

The infantry came in to take out Madden, but he overpowered them both. He tagged in Mansoor and they hit a picture perfect choke suplex. Bravo broke up the pin though. He then dove onto Madden from the outside.

As Bravo got back into the ring, Mansoor grabbed him for a spinbuster. Mansoor then dove onto Dean on the outside. Suddenly, an attractive woman appeared behind Mansoor and distracted him. UNfortunately, that left him open for a double stomp from the Infantry. Dean made the pin and got the win.

Match Result: The Infantry defeated MxM TV

After the match, that same woman called over Carlie Bravo. He helped her over the barricade, revealing that she is approximately 10 feet tall. Whoever she is, she left with the Infantry as the segment ended.

ROH Women’s World Television Title Proving Ground Match: Red Velvet [c] vs Robyn Renegade

Renegade had a significant size advantage on Velvet, but that didn’t stop the TV Champ from running her ragged off the top. Velvet went for a leap, but Renegade caught her in mid air for side slam. Renegade then hit a neckbreaker on the ring apron (the kitchenest part of the ring!).

Velvet staggered up, but Renegade chopped her down and hit a double stomp, driving her heard into the mat. Velvet fought back though until Renegade hit her with a two-hand chop for a two count.

Renegade picked up Velvet who countered for a quick pin attempt. Renegade got up and raked Velvet’s back before hitting a falcon arrow. Velvet kicked out at two. Renegade got into the Ref’s face, which gave Velvet time to recover.

She exploded off the ropes with a clothesline then double knees to the back of Renegade’s head. Velvet threw her big left hand, knocking Renegade cold and giving Velvet a chance to get the pin.

Match Result: Red Velvet defeated Robyn Renegade

-Backstage, Tony Khan interviewed the ROH Women’s World Champion, Athena. He announced that in two weeks, Ring of Honor will be teaming up with Metroplex Wrestling, which happens to be the promotion that Athena runs. It will be a special Global Wars edition (even though it’s not super Global) of ROH on Honorclub. Neat.

The Swirl (Blake Christian & Lee Johnson) (w/Jay Lethal) vs The Dark Order (Alex Reynolds & Evil Uno)

The Lethal Swirl (TM) sauntered down to the ring in their blue gear, but it was no martch for the Dark Order’s purple leather look. No John Silver with the Order this week, tipping the numbers game in the favour of the Lethal Swirl (TM).

Uno and Christian kicked things off with the standard middle-finger-of-honor. Christian managed to avoid Uno until he caught him with a shoulder off the ropes. Reynolds came in for a slingshot double team, but could only get a two count.

Christian worked Reynolds over to Johnson in the corner, who laid some shots in behind the ref’s bacl. Johnson tagged in for realsies, but Reynolds scrambled up top and landed a crossbody on Johnson and Christian.

Johnson threw Christian at Reynolds and he flipped over him and knocked Uno off the apron. On the outside, Johnson laid Reynolds on the barricade and Christian jumped off a chair for a guillotine. Johnson tossed Reynolds back into the ring.

Reynolds powered out of a headlock, and wrapped Johnson up in a submission around the ropes. Johnson got out and Christian speared Reynolds on the apron (the swirliest part of the ring!). Johnson held Reynolds and Christian went for a Lethal Injection, but Reynolds rolled through and got a hot tag to Uno.

Uno hit splash after splash on Christian and Johnson in the corners before spiking Christian with a DDT. Uno charged again, but Christian trapped him in the corner for Johnson to dropkick him in the head. Christian and Uno headed back into the ring, where Christian went for another Lethal Injection, but Uno caught him in midair.

Lethal then got up on the apron to cause a distraction, allowing Christian and Johnson to hit a double kick and a swirl stomp on Reynolds to get the 1-2-3.

Match Result: The Swirl defeated The Dark Order

After the match, The Lethal Swirl (TM) beat up the Dark Order, with Lethal putting Uno in a figure four. Suddenly, Tom Billington and Adam Priest ran down to the ring to make the save and run off The Swirl, Lethal and all.

**********

When I say Ring, you say Honor! Ring! Honor! Ring Honor!

Ah jeez, we forgot to get someone to say “of.”

Anyway, fun and tomfoolery aside, let’s get into some fun and Bandido-foolery with Ring of Honor on Honorclub!

The show opened with a quick recap of Jay Lethal’s shocking betrayal of Bandido last week to join Blake Christian and Lee Johnson to form THE LETHAL SWIRL (patent pending).

Aaron Solo vs Ace Austin

Solo looks like he’s been working out a lot and Austin has sunglasses that would make 1996 Shawn Micheals positively drool. So lots of healthy dudes in this opening bout.

After an extended feeling out process, Solo grabbed a hammerlock and brought Austin to the mat. Austin countered with a rollup but Solo kicked out at two. Solo then dropkicked Austin to the outside and leapt over the top rope, declaring that he is a “big deal in this town.”

Solo put Austin back in the ring and went back to the hammerlock. Austin fought back, but Solo turned it into an exploder suplex for a one-count. Solo caught some boos from the crowd for no reason whatsover, which distracted him long enough for Austin to try a suplex.

They countered each other back and forth until Solo landed a dropkick. THe two traded blows until Austin got a headscissor stomp onto Solo’s noggin. Austin then hit a side Russian leg sweep and big leg drop to send Solo staggering into the corner.

Solo dodged the charge and went to dropkick Austin through the ropes, but Austin avoided it and punted Solo instead. He threw Solo back in and hit a blue thunderbomb that legally must result in a a two count. Austing charged Solo, but he countered it. Austin went for a slingshot, but Solo turned it into a double stomp for a two count.

Solo went up top for a double stomp, but Austin moved and hit a spinning kick instead. Austin hit The Fold on Solo and that was it. Austin got the pin and the victory.

Match Result: Ace Austin defeated Aaron Solo

-Backstage, ROH Women’s Champion Athena addressed the audience about the disappointment she had in 2025. She said she knows she has a target on her back thanks to being ROH’s Forever Champion. So 2026 won’t be about the same old thing, it will be about violence. She claimed to be a broken woman, and claimed that the only person she can depend on is herself.

CRU (Lio Rush and Action Andretti) vs Will Allday and Jay Alexander

CRU automatically win the Big Coat Championship coming to the ring in some absolutely ridiculous outfits. 1997 Triple H looked at their coats and went “Man, those are some big coats.”

Off the bell, CRU didn’t waste any time and double teamed Allday and Alexander. When the dust settled, Andretti and Allday battled until Rush came back in and another double team started.

This match was crazy fast. Tags, moves and double teams were happening way faster than any human could type fast enough to keep up with. CRU went back to double teaming Allday planting him with a double brainbuster to get the pin and celebrate with Lacey Lane.

Match Result: CRU defeated Will Allday and Jay Alexander

Mixed Tag Match: Darius Martin and Zayda Steel vs Shane Taylor Promotions (ROH Pure Champion Lee Moriarty and Trish Adora)

Before the match, Lexy Nair interviewed Christopher Daniels in the back. Skyflight’s Leila Grey is hurt, so Daniels announced that Zayda Steel would be stepping in to take her place.

Martin and Moriarty started off with Moriarty going right into his technical wizardy, which is a bit of a switchup for Martin. Moriarty worked him to the mat with a wrist lock, but got a little cocky off the kickout.

Martin grabbed a wristlock of his own, showing he has some technical skills as well. Moriarty tried to work out if it, but Martin held tight. Martin hit a dropkick, sending Moriarty to the corner where he tagged in Adora.

That brought in Steel and Adora started womanhandling her, throwing her head at the canvas. Adora tried for a lewd submission, but couldn’t get it. Steel rolled her up for a pin, but Moriarty distracted the ref. Off of that Adora hit a chokeslam and got a two count of her own.

Adora planted Steel with a pump kick and made the tag to Moriarty so he and Martin could clash. They traded blows, with Martin getting an atomic drop and fisherman’s suplex on the Pure Champion. Moriarty swept the leg, but Martin caught him with a side slam.

Adora broke up the pin and Steel ran in drive her off. Steel grabbed Moriarty and hit a destroyer on him before diving through the ropes onto Adora on the outside.

Steel tagged in officially and hit a satellite DDT on Adora. Taylor got up in the apron to caust a distraction which set Steel up for a Lariat Tubman from Adora to get the pin and the victory.

Match Result: Shane Taylor Promotions defeated Darius Martin and Zayda Steel

Billie Starkz and Diamante vs Reiza Clarke and Shae Karmicheal

Starkz and Diamante were accompanied to the ring by ROH Women’s World Champion Athena, who as mentioned before is looking to redefine herself in 2026. Maybe she gets a tennis racket and becomes a manager? Time will tell.

Starkz and Karmicheal kicked things off with Starkz grabbing a headlock. She transitioned to a waistlock and threw Karmicheal to the mat. She sent her into the corner where Diamante choked her behind the ref’s back.

Starkz tagged in Diamante and they double teamed Karmicheal with a swinging toss into the centre of the ring. Diamante smashed her face with forearms and stomps before tagging Starkz back in. Karmicheal hit a hurricanrana and got a hot tag to Clarke.

Clarke, a big lady, laid out Starkz and no-sold those forearms from Diamante. Diamante hita casedora which brough Karmicheal back in. Starkz took out Clarke and Diamante planted Karmicheal with a DDT in the middle of the ring to get the win.

Match Result: Billie Starkz and Diamante defeated Reiza Clarke and Shae Karmicheal

-Backstage, CRU anounced they are back (even though we knew that because they just had a match). They officially announced Lacey Lane as the newest member of CRU and she said that they match her crazy.

Six Person Mixed Tag Match: Rachael Ellering, Demo Diamond and Delynn Cavens vs The Premier Athletes (Aryia Daivari, Tony Nese and Stori Denali)

Normally, the Premier Athletes just let Denali run roughshot over whoever they are facing, but Ellering makes for an interesting counter to that. On the way to the ring, Mark Sterling claimed that the Athletes were undefeated in 2025, since he had their losses overturned. Also, the Athletes still suck, not rule.

Daivari and Cavens shared a Code of Honor and the match was on. Daivari aggressively worked Cavens’ arm, pulling and stomping it before sending him to the corner to double team him with Nese. Nese tagged in and hit a snap suplex on Cavens. Diamond broke up the pin, but then Denali tagged in.

Diamond refused to hit a woman and so Nese and Daivari beat him up and threw him out of the ring into the barricade. Nese was delcared legal and went back to dominating Cavens. Cavens managed to get a tag to Ellering, which brought Denali in.

Denali toyed with Ellering who responded by chopping her across the ring. Ellering pounded on her, trying to knock Stori off her feet. She hit a pump kick and went off the ropes, but Denali planted her with a big boot.

Cavens tagged in and Denali thew him into a lariat from Nese. Stori and Ellering fought on the outside while Nese and Daivari double teamed Diamond. In the ring, Nese and Cavens fought with Nese hitting a pumphandle driver to get the three count.

Match Result: The Premier Athletes defeated Rachael Ellering, Demo Diamond and Delynn Cavens

Six Man Tag Match: The Frat House (Griff Garrison, Cole Karter and Preston Vance) w/Jakked Jameson vs Dalton Castle and The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum)

Garrison and Magnum kicked things off with Garrison getting a headlock off the top. Magnum worked it into an armdrag through and tagged in Floyd. Floyd threw him off the ropes for a double hip toss and Magnum came back in.

Garrison hit a big boot on Castle on the outside while Jameson caused a distraction. The legal man, Magnum chopped Garrison, but found himself isolated in the frat house corner. Vance tagged in and hit a staaaaaaaaaling suplex, but only got a two count.

Vance drove Magnum back into the corner and Garrison tagged in for a double boot an then a dropkick from Karter. Karter remained legal and Magnum remained isolated, taking shots from all three fratters.

Vance stayed legal and he and Magnum collided with crossbodies off the ropes. Floyd got excited on the corner, but Vance knocked him off the apron before getting back to Magnum, who wormed over and tagged in Castle.

Castle cleared house with suplexes and the Outrunners hit double bulldogs on Vance and Karter. All six men started to brawl before the Outrunners could do their elbow with the Frat House coming out on top and posing.

A triple whip was countered by Castle and the Outrunners and they hit a triple scoop slam and then double axehandle elbow. Castle grabbed Karter for a Bangarang and that was it. Castle got the pin and the win for his team.

Match Result: Dalton Castle and The Outrunners defeated The Frat House

-Backstage, Taya Valkyrie and Johnny TV were interviewed by Lexy Nair. Valkyrie lamented that Red Velvet was avoiding her, but it turned out she was just around the corner. Velvet entered the shot and offered Valkyrie a Proving Ground match for her ROH Women’s TV Title. Valkyrie accepted saying her people would reach out about scheduling.

MxM Collection (Mason Madden and Mansoor) w/ Taya Valkyrie and Johnny TV vs The Von Erichs (Ross and Marshall)

Tips were shook and fingers flipped as the bell rang and Mansoor and Marshall started things off with a lockup. Marshall sent Mansoor to the mat and tagged in Ross for a double dropkick. TV caused a distraction and MxM jumped the Von Erichs from behind.

Mansoor grabbed Marshall’s had and stomped him, mocking him while Madden put Ross’ hand on the steps and kicked it. Everyone fought on the outside with Madden tossing Ross back into the ring and Mansoor throwing Marshall up the ramp.

Madden tagged in Mansoor (still wearing Marshall’s hat) and then double teamed Ross. Mansoor spat on Marshall’s hat and threw it out of the ring before pinning Ross in the corner with a high foot. He put Ross’ hand inside the turnbuckle and kicked it, then held it for Madden to stomp on, trying to take away Ross’ ability to do the Iron Claw.

Mansoor charged Ross who countered with a dropkick and got a hot tag to Marshall. Marshall took out Madden then dropkicked Mansoor. He hit Mansoor with a clothesline in the corner and then another for good measure.

Marshall hit a pop up slam on Mansoor and Ross came back in for a double Claw. Madden blocked his though and kicked Ross to the mat. Mansoor got out of his and Madden hit a side kick on Ross with a lazy cover for a two count.

TV picked a fight with Marshall on the outside and Madden tried to join, but Marshall fought them off. In the ring, Ross got a claw on Mansoor and Marshall hit on on Madden. Ross turned his into a claw slam and got the pin 1-2-3.

Match Result: The Von Erichs defeated MxM Collection

Kiran Grey vs Sammy Guevara

Grey entered with a mysterious air about him for his ROH debut match. Guevara entered like he always does, but minus the Beast Mortos. Looking at Grey, that might have been a bad decision to arrive without backup.

Guevara offerd a Finger of Honor to Grey and the bell rang. Grey seemed serious and focused which was a good counter to Guevara’s cockiness. Grey swept the leg for a quick two count and Guevara bailed from the ring. Grey followed and hit a European uppercut and a few right hands before throwing Guevara into the barricade.

Grey threw Guevara back into the ring and threw hands at him in the corner. In spite of Guevara’s proven speed he seemed to have a hard time getting away from Grey’s martial arts style. Grey went up top for a crossbody, but Guevara caught him with a knee on the way down.

Guevara hit a GTH and got the pin on Grey, but Grey looked really godo in his ROH debut.

Match Result: Sammy Guevara defeated Kiran Grey

The Swirl (Blake Christian and Lee Johnson) w/ Jay Lethal vs Tommy Billington and Adam Priest

Billington started off against Johnson, using his strength to work him into the corner. The ref broke itup and Johnson returned the favour, hitting some chops. Johnson picked up the pace with a snap slam, but Billington landed a shoulder tackle and tagged in Priest.

The two double teamed Johnson and then Christian when he tagged in. Priest stayed legal for a snap suplex on Christian. Billington tagged in and charged, but Christian got the boot up in his face. He leapt off the ropes and his right knee buckled.

While the ref and Lethal checked on him, Johnson took Priest down from behind. Christian stopped playing possum and threw the now-legal Billington into the Swirl’s corner. Johnson hit a suplex on Billington and he and Christian hit a big double elblow off the ropes.

Johnson scooped up Billington for a slam and then got a headlock on, working him to the mat. Billington fought back, but Johnson kept control going for a clothesline. Billington had the same idea and they collided in the ring.

Priest managed to tag in and took out both Christian and Johnson with his speed and strength. Billington tagged back in and Christian wiped out Priest on the apron. Johnson got grabbed by Billington who held him for Priest to hit a spiked piledriver for a two count.

Christian tagged in and DDT’d Billington. Priest caught him with a half crab though, forcing Christian to crawl to the ropes. Before he could get there though, Johnson laid a boot to Priest’s face that he absorbed without breaking the crab.

Billington grabbed Johnson in a crossface, but Johnson powered into a Spiccoli driver onto Christian and Priest to break everything up.

Johnson and Billington fought while Christian went up top and hit a 450 for a two count. Christian and Johnson started picking Billington apart with chops, but Billington fought back so Christian threw him out of the ring.

Priest returned and chopped Christian and Johnson. Priest threw Johnson out and hit a suicide dive, but Christian then hit on on Priest. He thew Priest back into the ring where he grabbed Johnson for a piledriver. Billington went up top, but Lethal knocked him off the turnbuckle.

Christian locked in Vanilla Choke Zero on Billington and he was forced to tap out, giving the victory to the Swirl.

Match Result: The Swirl defeated Tommy Billington and Adam Priest

After the match, The Lethal Swirl (TM) beat up Billington and Priest as the show went off the air.

New member of ROH faction revealed

There is a new member of Team SkyFlight.

Zayda Steel has joined the faction managed by Christopher Daniels. This comes after SkyFlight’s Leila Grey suffered a torn ACL against Mercedes Mone on the December 6 episode of AEW Collision.

Daniels revealed the news in a clip ROH posted to social media on Thursday, just hours before this week’s episode of ROH on HonorClub.

“Ever since SkyFlight started, Leila Grey has proved time and again that she is a warrior through and through,” Daniels said.

“Before that match happened, Leila and I met another warrior, someone very like-minded to the members of SkyFlight. I thought to myself that while Leila is out recovering, this was an opportunity for this warrior to come and show exactly what she’s all about. So with that in mind, I’d like to welcome to the SkyFly team, Zayda Steel.”

Grey defeated Steel in Steel’s ROH debut on the Final Battle pre-show on December 5.

Steel said in the video, “Christopher Daniels is a legend. When a legend calls and asks for a favor, it’d be real dumb not to show up and show out. And that’s exactly what the real deal Zayda Steel is going to do.”

Shortly after Steel was announced for SkyFlight, ROH revealed that she will team with stablemate Darius Martin against Trish Adora and Pure Champion Lee Moriarty of Shane Taylor Promotions on tonight’s episode on HonorClub.

Steven Borden Jr. works ROH tapings at AEW Collision

Steven Borden Jr. was part of AEW’s show at the Esports Arena in Arlington on Saturday night.

The son of Sting wrestled Jon Cruz on the Ring of Honor portion of the show. Full spoilers from last night’s ROH tapings are not yet available.

The match was Borden’s fifth on record and second under the AEW/ROH banner. Fightful Select reported last month that one source in AEW believes Borden will be “under an AEW contract before long if he’s not already.”

Borden Jr.’s in-ring debut took place on October 3 in New York at an art installation associated with Darby Allin, where he teamed with JD Drake in a loss to Allin and Killer Kross. His other three matches were singles bouts against Kiran Grey, who is listed as having been trained by both Allin and the Nightmare Factory in Georgia. Borden defeated Grey at DEFY’s November 21 show and again in a dark match at the December 10 AEW Winter Is Coming event, before losing to Grey at DEFY’s December 28 show.

Madison Rayne announces retirement following Ring of Honor loss

After two decades in the ring, Madison Rayne announced her retirement on Thursday’s Ring of Honor weekly TV show.

In a rematch, Rayne and ROH Women’s Pure Champion Deonna Purrazzo fell in defeat to Billie Starkz and Diamante with Rayne getting pinned by Starkz.

In a backstage segment, Rayne was backstage with Purrazzo reflecting on the match and without directly saying the word “retirement,” Rayne said that, “Tonight was exceptionally emotional because this is the end of an era for Madison Rayne.”

“I knew it was coming. This time comes for everyone in their career,” she said, adding that she lost her father in 2025 and when that happened, “I lost a piece of myself” but is finding that purpose again by “coaching…helping with the next generation which is (Purrazzo).”

“That’s not me anymore. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner, a better moment, a better night,” she told Purrazzo, adding it was “the perfect way to end a 20-year ride” and that she loved Purrazzo.

It should be noted that it’s pro wrestling so anything is possible, but she made a mid-November appearance for an Ohio-based indie promotion and in doing media for it, said that she was looking at a final match as she felt she had “slowed” in the ring in recent years.

Rayne has been with AEW since 2022 when she signed as a wrestler/coach with husband Josh Mathews signing on as a producer in 2025. She wrestled 20 times in AEW and eight times in the Tony Khan era of ROH including challenging then-TBS Champion Jade Cargill. Rayne’s final AEW match came against Purrazzo in February 2024.

A fixture in TNA for years, Rayne is a former five-time TNA Knockouts Champion and former three-time Knockouts Tag Team Champion.

ROH announces Global Wars UK episode

Ring of Honor will once again host a Global Wars edition of the show.

Announced during Thursday’s HonorClub broadcast, Global Wars UK is set to air next Thursday at 7 PM Eastern, but no matches were revealed.

While not announced, the bouts will be filmed either this Saturday during AEW’s visit to Cardiff, Wales, for Collision or this Wednesday when they head to Manchester, England, for a combo Dynamite/Collision taping.

The Global Wars specific episodes have increased this year as they held similar tapings while in Australia for February’s Grand Slam and in June while at Arena Mexico for Grand Slam. The Australia show was the first time Global Wars had been featured since 2019.

The Australia show featured Athena vs. Alex Windsor while the Mexico show saw ROH World Champion. Bandido defending against Mascara Dorada, and Blue Panther vs. Lee Moriarty which also featured a surprise post-match run-in by Bryan Danielson.
