In the 18-49 demo, Collision finished fifth on the primetime cable charts with a 0.08 rating. That’s up 33.3 percent from last week and is the best rating the show has done in that category since July 5.

There was no major sports competition on cable, although the ESPN coverage of a Savannah Bananas baseball game aired head-to-head and topped the cable charts with a 0.16 rating (averaging 670,000 viewers overall). MLB coverage on Fox led the night on the broadcast networks.

As compared to the same week in 2024, Collision’s viewership was down 14.4 percent while the 18-49 rating was down 33.3 percent. This year’s numbers do not include viewership from the HBO Max simulcast.

Listed below are the last 11 weeks of viewership numbers and 18-49 demo ratings for Collision, as well as the 10-week average in both categories. This week’s show was down 12.2 percent in total viewers and 11.1 percent in 18-49 as compared to the recent averages.

Collision drew a 0.06 rating in the 18-49 demo. That’s down 14.3 percent from last week and ties the lowest rating the show has done in that category since February 1, when it aired head-to-head with WWE’s Royal Rumble. The rating is down 40 percent from the last time Collision aired in its regular Saturday time slot.

AEW Collision ratings up with return to Saturday night

Saturday night’s AEW Collision — the 100th episode in show history — averaged 310,000 viewers on TNT, up 8.8 percent from the previous week’s episode that aired on a Thursday.

Despite the increase, this is the second-lowest audience total for Collision since March 1, when it went head-to-head with WWE Elimination Chamber. The viewership is down 27.2 percent from the last time the show aired on Saturday on June 22.

Collision finished third on the prime time cable charts with a 0.10 rating in the 18-49 demo. That’s up 25 percent from last week’s Thursday airing and is steady with the previous Saturday broadcast. It’s tied for the second-best rating the show has done in that category since April 26.

There was no major sports competition on the holiday weekend with even UFC having the night off. ESPN’s coverage of the Savannah Bananas’ Banana Ball event led the prime time cable chart with a 0.22 rating in 18-49.

As compared to the same week in 2024, Collision’s overall viewership was up 1.3 percent while its 18-49 rating was up 25 percent. This year’s ratings do not include viewership on Max, so the year-over-year increase is higher than it appears based on the cable numbers.

This week, Collision will air a live episode on Thursday ahead of AEW’s All In pay-per-view taking place on Saturday.

Listed below are the last 11 weeks of viewership totals and 18-49 demo ratings for Collision, as well as the 10-week average in both categories. This week’s show was down 25.7 percent in overall viewers and 9.1 percent in 18-49 as compared to the recent averages.

AEW Collision ratings up in return to Saturday night

Back in its regular Saturday time slot, the June 21 episode of AEW Collision averaged 426,000 viewers on TNT. That’s up 7.3 percent from the previous episode that aired on Wednesday in a four-hour block with Dynamite.

This is the second-highest viewership total for the show since April 26.

In the 18-49 demo, Collision finished 13th on the prime time cable charts with a 0.10 rating. That’s up 11.1 percent from last week’s Wednesday broadcast and is also tied for the second-best rating the show has done in that category since the April 26 episode.

The TV charts were dominated by cable news coverage of the United States launching missile strikes at nuclear facilities in Iran. There was also a College Baseball World Series game on ESPN that aired head-to-head.

As compared to the same week in 2024, Collision’s overall viewership was down 0.7 percent while the 18-49 rating was down 28.6 percent. This year’s numbers do not include viewership on Max, which is likely why the cable TV audience for Collision skews so much older in 2025.

This week, Collision will be broadcast on Thursday due to a NASCAR race airing in its regular weekend slot.

Listed below are the last 11 weeks of viewership totals and 18-49 demo ratings for Collision, as well as the 10-week average in both categories. This week’s show was down 0.2 percent in overall viewers and 9.1 percent in 18-49 as compared to the recent averages.

AEW Dynamite Summer Blockbuster ratings down against NBA Finals

– Wednesday night’s Summer Blockbuster episode of AEW Dynamite averaged 597,000 viewers on TBS, down 8.9 percent from the previous week’s Fyter Fest special. This is the lowest audience total for the show since May 21.

In the 18-49 demo, Dynamite drew a 0.17 rating. That’s down 5.6 percent from last week but ties the second-highest rating the show has done in that category since March 19.

The show faced significant sports competition going head-to-head with game three of the NBA Finals between the Indiana Pacers and Oklahoma City Thunder.

– The Summer Blockbuster edition of AEW Collision, which aired immediately after Dynamite with the shows combining for a four-hour block, averaged 397,000 viewers, up 4.5 percent from last week in the same time slot. The 18-49 rating was 0.09, which was down 10 percent from the prior week.

As compared to the same week in 2024, Dynamite was down 12.3 percent in total viewers and 26.1 percent in 18-49. Collision had year-over-year drops of 7.9 percent and 30.8 percent from an episode that aired in its regular time slot in 2024.

Listed below are the last 11 weeks of viewership numbers and 18-49 demo ratings for both Dynamite and Collision, as well as the 10-week average in both categories:

AEW Collision ratings up with NBA lead-in

Saturday’s AEW Collision episode, airing late at night after NBA playoff coverage, averaged 504,000 viewers on TNT, up 42.8 percent from the previous week. It’s the best audience total for the show since April 26 (when it also had the benefit of an NBA playoff game lead-in) and is Collision’s third-highest viewership so far in 2025.

Collision drew a 0.18 rating in the 18-49 demo. That’s up 125 percent from last week and is also the best number the show has done in that category since April 26. It’s the fourth-highest Collision rating of the year to date.

The show followed the final edition of “Inside the NBA” on TNT, the fan-favorite basketball studio show that will be moving to ESPN now that TNT is losing its NBA broadcast rights. “Inside the NBA” averaged 3.03 million viewers and a 0.95 rating in 18-49 airing on Saturday, airing after the Indiana Pacers defeated the New York Knicks.

As compared to the same week in 2024, Collision’s overall viewership was up 33.3 percent while the 18-49 rating was up 63.6 percent. This year’s numbers do not include viewership on Max, so the actual year-over-year increases would be even higher — although the show didn’t have the benefit of an NBA lead-in at this point in 2024.

Listed below are the last 11 weeks of viewership numbers and 18-49 demo ratings for Collision, as well as the 10-week average in both categories. This week’s show was up 19.5 percent in viewers and 63.6 percent in 18-49 as compared to the recent averages.
