AEW Collision viewership for Slam Dunk Saturday & Sunday episodes released

This story has been updated with some additional notes from Paul Fontaine.

The viewership numbers have been revealed for this past weekend’s double dip of AEW Collision episodes following NCAA men’s basketball tournament action.

The one hour Slam Dunk Saturday show following the games on TNT did 470,000 viewers, their highest mark since drawing 470,000 for their February 21 episode which was two hours. The 18-49 demo was .10, their highest since February 14 (also two hours). The viewership is up 2.6% from last week’s show in the regular time slot while the demo was up 42.9% from the previous week.

The demo ties the largest rating the show has done in that category since October 15, 2025, which was a Wednesday episode following Dynamite. It’s the largest on a Saturday since May 29, 2025, which followed an NBA playoff game.

The lineup saw TNT Champion Kyle Fletcher vs. Robbie Eagles, the Death Riders, LFI, and the Sisters of Sin vs. the Brawling Birds.

It took 24 hours for them to blow past those numbers with the one hour Slam Dunk Sunday episode on TNT bringing in 616,000 viewers and a .12 rating in the 18-49 demo. The show featured an AEW Trios title defense, Tommaso Ciampa vs. Lio Rush, a Divine Dominion squash, and Orange Cassidy & Roderick Strong vs. Lethal Twist.

That’s the highest audience for a Collision show since April 26, 2025, of last year and the 18-49 rating was the highest since May 29, 2025.

As compared to the same week in 2025 when AEW also ran split shows on Saturday and Sunday, the Saturday show was down 15.2% in total viewers and 50% in 18-49 while the Sunday show was up 5.5% in overall viewers but down 45.5% in 18-49.

Collision returns to its usual time slot and show length this Saturday. Both Slam Dunk episodes began at around 11:30 pm Eastern.
