CM Punk meet and greet set for All In weekend

With him scheduled for a meet and greet at Pro Wrestling Tees’ store in Chicago, CM Punk will at least be playing a small part in All In weekend.

Pro Wrestling Tees announced today that Punk will be appearing at their store on Friday, August 31st. There are only 200 tickets available, with them set to go on sale on May 23rd at noon Central time. Autographs will cost $50, professional photo opportunities are the same price, and autograph/photo combos with an exclusive T-shirt will cost $90.

The meet and greet being the day before All In is bound to increase speculation that Punk will play a further role that weekend, though he lives in Chicago and already partners with Pro Wrestling Tees for his online merchandise store.

Punk will also be returning to the Octagon in Chicago in just under a month as faces Mike Jackson at UFC 225 on June 9th. Both fighters are 0-1 in their professional careers with losses to Mickey Gall.

All In tickets to go on sale later this month

Whether the Bullet Club will be able to meet their goal for All In ticket sales will at least start to become clear later this month.

It was announced today that tickets for All In will go on sale at 4 p.m. Eastern time on May 13th. The show is taking place at the Sears Centre Arena in the Chicago area on September 1st.

Today’s news was revealed in a video on the YouTube channel for Being the Elite, which also teased that The Briscoes would be booked for the show and that there will be three title matches on the card.

Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks, Marty Scurll, Hangman Page, Kenny Omega, Stephen Amell, Tessa Blanchard, Penta El Zero M, Rey Fenix, Kazuchika Okada, Deonna Purrazzo, Joey Janela, Penelope Ford, Chelsea Green, Jay Lethal, and Britt Baker have been officially confirmed for All In.

The event is being self-financed by Cody and The Young Bucks and stems from Cody taking it as a bet when Dave Meltzer tweeted last May that he didn’t think Ring of Honor could sell out a 10,000-plus seat arena anytime soon.

A press conference for All In will be held at Pro Wrestling Tees’ store in Chicago on the same day that tickets go on sale.

Jay Lethal and Britt Baker announced for All In

Following up on Monday’s announcements of Joey Janela, Penelope Ford, and Chelsea Green, two more wrestlers are set for All In.

Jay Lethal and Britt Baker were added to the show today, bringing the number of names confirmed for it up to 17. Lethal is under contract with Ring of Honor, while Baker, who made a cameo for WWE in a loss to Nia Jax in July 2016, wrestles independently.

Baker is the fifth woman who has been announced for All In, joining Ford, Green, Tessa Blanchard, and Deonna Purrazzo. Cody Rhodes also noted that they aren’t done announcing women’s wrestlers for the show.

Cody, The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, Stephen Amell, Marty Scurll, Hangman Page, Penta El Zero M, Rey Fenix, Kazuchika Okada, Janela, and Lethal currently make up the rest of the lineup.

All In is being self-financed by Cody and The Young Bucks and will be held at the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois on September 1st.

Joey Janela & Penelope Ford, Chelsea Green booked for All In

Three more wrestlers have been confirmed for the Bullet Club’s All In show.

Joey Janela & Penelope Ford and Chelsea Green were added to the lineup for All In today. They join Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, Stephen Amell, Hangman Page, Marty Scurll, Tessa Blanchard, Penta El Zero M, Rey Fenix, Kazuchika Okada, and Deonna Purrazzo as names that have been announced for the show.

Janela is coming off his Spring Break II event with Game Changer Wrestling in New Orleans over WrestleMania weekend. He and Ford regularly team together in intergender tag matches, but their role for All In has yet to be revealed. Green departed Impact Wrestling (where she wrestled as Laurel Van Ness) in January.

Two more people will be confirmed for All In this Wednesday. A press conference for the show, which will include talent/match announcements and ticket information, is taking place at Pro Wrestling Tees’ store in Chicago on May 13th. The press conference will stream live on Facebook and Twitch.

The Sears Centre Arena in the Chicago area is set to host All In on September 1st.

Kazuchika Okada booked for All In

More names have been added to All In, including the current IWGP heavyweight champion.

All In’s Twitter account announced today that one of NJPW’s biggest stars, Kazuchika Okada, will be part of the event on September 1. Alongside that announcement, independent star Deonna Purrazzo also revealed on Twitter that she will be a part of the show as well. Names that have been already confirmed for the event include Cody, The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, Hangman Page, actor Stephen Amell, Tessa Blanchard, Pentagon Jr. and Fenix.

The event will go down on 9/1 at at the Sears Center in Chicago, Illinois, which has a capacity to hold 11,800 people, with the goal being able to bring in 10,000. There will also be a convention called the Starrcast that will run in conjuction with All in, which will place starting on August 30 and will end on September 2nd. No details on when tickets will go on sale for either event.

Penta El Zero M & Rey Fenix booked for All In

Though the show is still over five months away, the list of people who will be appearing at All In continues to grow.

Penta El Zero M and his brother Rey Fenix became the most recent names announced for the show last night. Whether they’ll be teaming together as the Lucha Brothers or not has yet to be revealed.

They join Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, Marty Scurll, Hangman Page, “Arrow” star Stephen Amell, and Tessa Blanchard as people who have been confirmed for All In.

The show is being self-financed by Cody and Matt & Nick Jackson and will take place at the Sears Centre Arena in the Chicago area on September 1st. Cody tweeted earlier this week that he expects May is the earliest that tickets will go on sale.

MLW also announced Penta El Zero M vs. Fenix for their show in Orlando on April 12th today. It’s a rematch from when they first faced off for MLW in January.

Chicago area set to host Cody & The Young Bucks’ ‘All In’

Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks’ “All In” show will officially be taking place in the Chicago area.

On an episode of Being the Elite that was released tonight, it was revealed that the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois will host All In on September 1st. It’s listed as an 11,800-seat venue, with varying capacities for different types of sports.

The idea for the show originated from a Twitter exchange between Cody and Dave Meltzer last May, with Cody taking it as a bet when Meltzer answered “not any time soon” when someone asked if Ring of Honor could sell out an arena with 10,000 fans. It was revealed in November that Cody and The Young Bucks would be self-financing the show and that it would be taking place in 2018.

September 1st was announced as the date earlier this year, and Chicago had been expected to be the location.

Cody, The Young Bucks, Marty Scurll, Hangman Page, Stephen Amell (of the show “Arrow”), Kenny Omega, and Tessa Blanchard have been confirmed for All In.

Amell was the person who made the announcement on Being the Elite after a bit where Cody, Matt & Nick Jackson, Scurll, and Page argued over who was going to do it. The full episode is available to watch below:

Cody Rhodes & The Young Bucks’ ‘All In’ show teased for September

While the venue and location have yet to be announced, Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks apparently have a date for their “All In” 10,000 seat show.

Cody revealed the official Twitter account for the event today and teased that it will be taking place on September 1st. The account follows Cody, Matt & Nick Jackson, Kenny Omega, “Arrow” star Stephen Amell, Marty Scurll, and Hangman Page. All seven tweeted out that they’re “All In” for the show.

The idea for “All In” began when Dave Meltzer tweeted last May that Ring of Honor couldn’t sell out an arena with over 10,000 fans any time soon. Cody took that as a bet, and it was revealed in November that Cody and The Young Bucks were planning to self-finance the show.

September 1st is on a Saturday during Labor Day weekend. That weekend is traditionally when Pro Wrestling Guerrilla’s Battle of Los Angeles tournament takes place. In an interview with the AV Club last October, ROH’s Joe Koff said he believes Daniel Bryan is under contract with WWE until September. If the deal expires after the 1st, it would mean Bryan is unavailable for the show regardless of what his future with WWE ends up being.
