Erik and Sarah Logan expecting third child

WWE star Erik and wife Sarah Logan are expecting their third child.

Erik made the announcement on Instagram that he cannot wait to be girl dad. He thanked AEW star Ruby Soho for the announcement photo.

“Rowe baby #3 debuting later this year!! Cannot wait to be a girl dad! Thank you @realrubysoho for the amazing announcement photo!” tweeted Erik.

Erik and Logan (aka Valhalla in WWE) have been married since December 2018. The couple worked together on-screen when Valhalla teamed up with The War Raiders in 2022. Logan made her main roster debut as part of The Riott Squad in November 2017 alongside Liv Morgan and Ruby Soho (aka Ruby Riott in AEW).

In 2024, Logan was on maternity leave for the birth of her second son. In June 2025, she announced her WWE contract was not being renewed.

The couple have two boys – Raymond Cash Rowe, born in February 2021 and Ezekiel Joseph Rowe, born in November, 2024.

Erik and Ivar challenged for the WWE Tag Team Titles in December 2025 against then-champions AJ Styles and Dragon Lee but were unsuccessful. Recently they also competed at Rey de Reyes where they went up against Psycho Clown and Pagano for the AAA World Tag Team Titles.

Former WWE wrestler officially confirms she’s left wrestling

Former WWE wrestler Sarah Rowe has officially confirmed to have left wrestling.

A part of the WWE roster from 2014 to 2020 and then again from 2022 to 2025, Sarah Logan, also known as Valhalla during her time with The Viking Raiders, is now officially done with wrestling. Recently, speaking on the Wise Traditions podcast, Rowe confirmed her transition from a wrestler to a homesteader and a mother.

Very carefully. No, actually, I just dove right in, not carefully at all. So, when COVID happened, they let go like 150 wrestlers. I was one of those wrestlers at the time that got let go. So, my husband was still hired. I got let go. So, we were like, let’s have a baby and let’s see about like, I always wanted to grow my own food. I come from a family of farmers that used to like rent land to farm on, but they were very much like traditional agriculture farming, like every corn fed, red Angus, all the stuff. And so, I knew I wanted to get back to that, but I wanted to do it differently because I know what I know.”

She further continued, “And when the day I got fired, I started looking into starting a farm here because we had the land. We bought a place with like 20 acres of agricultural fields.” Rowe claimed that while they started with just corn, they expanded into hay, cows, and highland cows.

Logan, 32, explained that while she was on the road for wrestling, she desired to become a farmer and a mother. And, once that happened, she started experiencing a different lifestyle.

Okay, so when I was on the road, and I thought about becoming a mother and becoming a farmer, you’re like, wow, that sounds so peaceful. Like, what if I never want to come back to wrestling? What if I just want to stay at the farm? And like, once that happened and once I, because I got fired, had a baby, got re-hired, and so got re-hired, and then I just left the company permanently. My contract just expired on the 5th, and I’m not renewing it,” Rowe added.

So I, when at first I was like, I don’t want to come back to wrestling. Maybe I just want to start a homestead and be a farmer and a mother. And once that happened, my body wasn’t used to that peace. And I like, I was like scared of it. And I didn’t ever, I never felt like I was doing enough.”

She explained how her family before marriage had a different upbringing compared to her husband’s, where he was comfortable with the women of the house staying at home, whereas she had two working parents and a different set of struggles.

She further explained how she started a different life after leaving wrestling. And, while the transition was not easy, her faith and love for her family have helped her move on from her life as a wrestler. Confirming her exit from pro-wrestling, Rowe claimed, “Obviously, I left wrestling to solely focus on those things. And I really just try to cultivate an environment where everything that lives on my farm is nourished and taken care of from life to death.”

Valhalla announces her WWE contract is not being renewed

Another WWE departure has been confirmed with Valhalla (the former Sarah Logan) revealing that her contract is not being renewed.

After R-Truth and Carlito announced their exits over the weekend, Valhalla revealed today that she was also informed by WWE that her contract will not be renewed when it expires. She announced the news in a social media post where she indicated that she’ll be making a “clean break” from wrestling to focus on other pursuits.

“I come to you with tears in my eyes cause our time has come to a sudden end. WWE informed me yesterday that they are letting my contract expire,” she wrote. “To be completely honest my ego can’t help but be damaged. You always assume that when you end a lifelong career there is going to be a grand exit. But here I am, using the notes app on my phone typing up a goodbye letter to an entity that will forget I was even there. I truly take no offense to this, my career as it was is getting usurped by my vocation and it’s all on a Divine timeline that I trust deeply.

“I’ll definitely miss you but know I’ll be taken care of by my wonderful husband, by the land you provided for me and alongside the children I’ve made along the way. I’m going to take off the weight of being a superstar and let myself soar being just Sarah. She’s been growing on me and it’s time I let her fully cultivate. I love all the people you’ve brought into my life but my social media page won’t be about you anymore. It will share only the parts of me that I wish and none of that will be wrestling. I’m more of a clean break kinda girl and the other calls to me will be taking my full attention. With all my love, Sarah.”

Valhalla had been away from WWE television since she and her husband Erik (Ray Rowe) welcomed their second child into the world last year. The married couple worked together on-screen with Valhalla managing The War Raiders, and Erik said last month that he thought it wouldn’t be too long until his wife was back on TV.

This was Valhalla’s second run with WWE. She was released by the company in 2020 but then returned in 2022. Her most recent match took place on Raw in February 2024.

Outside of wrestling, Valhalla’s interests include self-sufficient farming — a subject she’s written a children’s book about.

Erik gives update on Valhalla’s WWE TV return

It shouldn’t be long until Valhalla is back on WWE programming.

On Thanksgiving Day last November, Valhalla (Sarah Rowe) and her husband Erik (Ray Rowe) welcomed their second child into the world. The couple now has two boys with Ezekiel Joseph Rowe joining their son Raymond Cash who was born in 2021.

Valhalla has been away from WWE TV since announcing her pregnancy last year, but Erik told Chris Van Vliet on a new episode of Insight that he thinks she’ll be back soon.

“Absolutely,” Erik responded when asked if Valhalla is thinking about when she wants to come back. “Yeah, she is — she is a constant inspiration for me. She works so hard. She is so dedicated and disciplined. She keeps me on my diet so much better because she’s so disciplined with hers. And she’s already like running, jumping, throwing things, getting back into like battle shape and getting ready. So, yeah, I don’t know when this is going to air, but I’m sure it won’t be too long in the future before you start seeing her again.”

Valhalla, a former Riott Squad member, was released by WWE in 2020 but made her return to the company in 2022. She manages The War Raiders along with competing in the ring.

Erik & Ivar became The War Raiders again last October after previously being known as The Viking Raiders. They had a four-month reign as World Tag Team Champions before dropping the titles to New Day at WrestleMania 41.

During his appearance on Insight, Erik said getting the War Raiders name back is awesome because he and Ivar now get to play a version of their real selves on TV. It’s the closest they’ve ever been to their presentation when they were War Machine in ROH and NJPW.

“As War Raiders, we are the closest thing to War Machine that we’ve ever been. No face paint, we’re not even wearing like horns and helmets and armor,” Erik said. “We’re coming out in essentially biker vests, leather vests. This is what I wear to TV. I just put a vest on, and I cut promos like this on WWE TV. I wear a black T-shirt and jeans, which is what I wear every day of my life. If I’m not in gym clothes, this is what I’m wearing. This is who I am.”

WWE wrestlers Erik & Valhalla welcome birth of second child

WWE wrestlers Erik (Raymond Rowe) and Valhalla (Sarah Logan/Rowe) had an extra special Thanksgiving this year.

On Thanksgiving day, Valhalla and Erik welcomed their second child into the world. The baby is a boy named Ezekiel Joseph Rowe.

“We have a son. And he’s perfect in every way,” Erik wrote on Instagram. “Ezekiel Joseph Rowe, born 11/28/2024.”

The couple has been married since 2018 and had their first child, another boy named Raymond Cash Rowe, in 2021. They have an interest in farming with Valhalla publishing a children’s book on the subject earlier this year.

Valhalla was released by WWE in 2020 but made her return to the company in 2022. She manages Erik & Ivar as part of the WWE Raw tag team division, with the former Viking Raiders now known as The War Raiders again after getting their old name back this October. Erik underwent neck fusion surgery last year but is now back in action.

Finn Balor & JD McDonagh retained their World Tag Team titles against The War Raiders on Raw this Monday after getting help from Judgment Day interference.

WWE’s Valhalla & Erik expecting their second child

WWE’s Valhalla (Sarah Logan) and Erik (Raymond Rowe) are expecting their second child.

The couple made the announcement in a social media post on Thursday with the caption:

November of 2024NEW ROWE BOY INCOMING

We are so unbelievably happy.

The couple welcomed the birth of their first child in 2021.

Valhalla and Erik make up two-thirds of the Viking Raiders act on WWE’s Raw brand. Erik has been out of action after undergoing neck fusion surgery, with his ast WWE match coming in September. Valhalla was last in action at this year’s Royal Rumble event in January.

With Erik and Valhalla off TV, Ivar of the Viking Raiders has been featured as a singles star both on the Raw and NXT brands, and is set to challenge Oba Femi for the NXT North American Championship at Tuesday’s Spring Breakin’ week two.

As a duo, Erik and Ivar have held both the NXT Tag Team titles and the Raw Tag Team titles during their WWE run as The War Raiders in NXT, then the Viking Raiders on the main roster.

WWE Main Event results: Ivar vs. Apollo Crews

This past week’s WWE Main Event was taped at the SAP Center in San Jose, California, before Monday’s Raw — a solid, fun show with some good wrestling and some interesting results.

Ivy Nile defeated Xia Li (6:16)

It was good to see Nile get the win as she is being booked well and the submission finish made sense.

Nile made her Main Event debut here after having worked some other main roster shows over the last few years. She has an MMA background and a low center of gravity, but is clearly really strong and some of her work has a really neat and tidy look about it.

Li took a lot of the going here, using stomps, kicks and strikes. Nile sold well throughout until she got a chance to mount a comeback.

Nile used a couple of suplexes before the pair traded kicks in the middle of the wrong. Nile used one too many, getting caught and pushed into a sloppy-looking Li crossface.

Nile worked her way out easily and then used a spinning kick to knock Li to the mat. She then locked in an unusual finisher: a standing dragon sleeper. Li didn’t spend anytime fighting it off and immediately tapped.

Logically, if it was that easy to get the win, Nile had a ton of opportunities to put this one to bed, but they made her look dangerous as she continues to improve.

Ivar (w/ Valhalla) defeated Apollo Crews (7:19)

There were some impressive spots between two big, strong dudes. Crews hasn’t lost much on this show of late, so it was intriguing to see them give Ivar the honors. This was good stuff that the live crowd really appreciated. Interestingly, too, this was Ivar’s first ever solo win on Main Event.

After Ivar beat Crews up and slowly wore him down, Crews caught him running the ropes with a diving clothesline to finally get him off his feet. Crews did a kip-up to signal to the crowd that this was his chance and they roared in appreciation.

Crews came off the top rope with a high cross but, still selling his ribs, he couldn’t fully hook the leg to enforce the pin. Ivar kicked out at two, but Crews used two consecutive standing moonsaults only to then miss the frog splash when Ivar rolled out of the way.

Impressively, Crews tried to hoist Ivar onto his shoulders and nearly got there, but didn’t quite have the strength.

Plucky ’til the end, when Ivar went up to the top for his finisher, Crews tried to pull him down, but got posted and planted in position for Ivar to finish him off with the top rope moonsault.

WWE changes Sarah Logan’s name to Valhalla

Sarah Logan has undergone a WWE name change.

It was revealed on SmackDown on Friday that Logan’s new ring name will be Valhalla.

The Valhalla name was used in a series of vignettes promoting Logan and The Viking Raiders’ return to television beginning on the October 7 WWE SmackDown episode. Logan returned alongside the Raiders on the November 11 show.

Logan was released by WWE in April 2020 following a three-year run with the company. After her release, Logan stated that she was taking a hiatus from the business and ultimately welcomed her first child in February 2021. Logan is married to Erik of the Viking Raiders.

Logan returned to the ring as a one-off at the 2022 Royal Rumble event, then made another appearance on an August SmackDown episode as part of a Viking Rules match between the Viking Raiders and The New Day ahead of her full-time return.
