Ring of Honor taped matches last night from the Esports Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Mina Shirakawa returned to Ring of Honor for the first time since April on the show. She will miss Stardom’s 5Star Grand Prix this summer as a result. Shirakawa wrestled Rachael Ellering on last night’s show.

Sammy Guevara’s run in ROH continued last night as well. He wrestled Ariya Daivari in singles action.

  • Mariah May & AEW World Women’s Champion Toni Storm defeated Leyla Hirsch & Lady Frost when Storm pinned Hirsch after Storm Zero.
  • The Patriarchy (Christian Cage, Nick Wayne & Killswitch) defeated the Iron Savages. Christian spent the whole match at the commentators desk until one of the Savages was completely helpless, and then he walked from the desk (at the entrance ramp) to a huge ovation, tagged in & hit the Killswitch for the pin.
  • Chris Jericho & Big Bill defeated Private Party. Afterward Joe, Shibata & Hook ran in to break up a post-match attack on Private Party. Joe challenged Jericho to a trios match for Forbidden Door.
  • Kings of the Black Throne (Brody King & Malakai Black) defeated LSG and MSG.
  • Hechicero defeated Matt Menard by submission
  • Kazuchika Okada defeated Ultimo Guerrero in an AEW Continental title eliminator match. Guerrero lost his mask on a superplex spot. This played into the finish. Okada pulled off Guerrero’s mask again and while Guerrero struggled to cover his face, Okada hit the rainmaker for the pinfall. Crowd was into Okada and this was likely the Collision main event.

AEW Rampage spoilers for June 28 —

  • Orange Cassidy defeated The Outrunners in a 2-on-1 match
  • Gabe Kidd & Roderick Strong defeated The Infantry
  • El Phantasmo defeated AR Fox
  • Shingo Takagi defeated Dalton Castle
  • Queen Aminata defeated Skye Blue. The women hugged after the match and then Blue hit Aminata with a superkick. Red Velvet ran out for the save.

Ring of Honor TV spoilers —

  • Juice Robinson & The Gunn Club defeated The Dark Order (Evil Uno, Alex Reynolds, John Silver).
  • Mark Briscoe defeated Kyle Fletcher to retain the ROH World title.
  • Wheeler Yuta drew with Lee Moriarty in an ROH Pure title Proving Ground match by going the distance in the 10 minute time limit.
  • Matt Taven & Mike Bennett defeated Komander & Metallik in an ROH Tag Team title Proving Ground match. After the match, the heels beat on Metallik and The Infantry made the save. Then The Outrunners attacked The Infantry. Finally, Orange Cassidy made the save and took out Taven and Bennett. The Outrunners went after referee Bryce Remsburg. The Infantry low-blowed the Outrunners. Remsburg hit them both with stunners, and Orange Cassidy counted a pin for Remsburg (while wearing Remsburg’s ref shirt) on both Outrunners to send the crowd home happy.

CMLL’s Titan wrestled his first match for ROH since 2018 on the show, wrestling Aaron Solo. His previous ROH match was a loss to Cody Rhodes on June 2, 2018 in Hammerstein Ballroom.

ROH spoilers from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Four matches were taped at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on the same night AEW presented Dynamite from the venue.

Canadian wrestlers Matt Menard and London Lightning were featured at the taping. Lightning also wrestled in Winnipeg for AEW last week and took part in AEW shows from Ottawa, London, and Toronto earlier this year.

There are online reports that an unruly fan was allegedly harassing Skye Blue and others during the show on Wednesday. A post on Reddit states the fan was making vulgar comments at Blue, leading to Aubrey Edwards calling for security to remove the fan after the match finished. Blue defeated Rachael Ellering on the show. Saraya also pointed out two fans at ringside during Dynamite and referred to them as “creeps.” It’s not clear if she was talking about the same fans, however.

ROH spoilers from Toronto, Ontario

Ring of Honor matches were taped on Wednesday night before AEW Dynamite and Rampage. 

The show took place at the Coca-Cola Coliseum in Toronto and featured Anna Jay, Nyla Rose, Evil Uno, Top Flight, and more. 

Several local talents were featured as well. After wrestling Athena in Ottawa on Saturday, Toronto’s Nikita wrestled Anna Jay in the opening match. It was her third match in ROH after having also wrestled Athena on AEW’s show in Calgary last July. 

Alexia Nicole wrestled her third match under the AEW/ROH banner last night as well, losing to Nyla Rose in the second match. It was her first match in ROH since 2018’s War of the Worlds tour. She also lost a match to Ruby Soho on an episode of Dynamite from Hamilton last year. 

London Lightning, who lost to Lee Johnson on Saturday in Ottawa, was back on Wednesday’s show too. He dropped a match to Evil Uno.
