MLW is teaming with Live Nation owned-VEEPS, a ticketed livestream platform, on a deal that includes weekly access to MLW Fusion starting this Saturday for anyone to watch with VEEPS All Access members getting first looks and opportunities at merchandise, giveaways and special offers during those streams.
The partnership includes four quarterly live PPVs that will be available for All Access subscribers. There is also going to be archive content available for subscribers as well.
The launch date for the PPVs and which ones will be tabbed for VEEPS were not disclosed.
According to MLW’s website, Fusion will continue to be available on YouTube and beIN Sports every Saturday. It’s unclear if the PPVs will make their way to YouTube and if so, how soon after they air on VEEPS.
It’s VEEPS’ first-ever foray into pro wrestling but they have broadcast combat sports before with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship and the hybrid fighting/heavy metal Blood4Blood events.
From the release:
“As part of the deal, VEEPS will launch exclusive limited-edition merchandise collections for MLW fans, drawing on the platform’s direct-to-fan commerce infrastructure that has powered some of the most successful fan-driven live event campaigns in music. VEEPS will also work with MLW to infuse music culture into future events, creating crossover moments connecting wrestling audiences with artists across metal, country, punk, hardcore, and alternative communities.”
Former MLW World Heavyweight Champion Mads Krule Krugger has reportedly departed MLW, aka Major League Wrestling.
According to a recent report by Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Krugger has now left MLW. A former MLW World Heavyweight Champion, Krugger first joined MLW in 2019 and stayed with the promotion till February 2020.
He later made a return in November 2020 with his masked gimmick and stayed with the company till 2023 before getting released. A few months later, in January 2024, he again returned to MLW. This marked his second return to the promotion, which lasted Thursday, May 21, 2026, when reports of his leaving emerged.
Krugger, 40, has wrestled across several promotions and used multiple different names and gimmicks. However, he is extremely well known as Mads Krule Krügger in MLW.
While there has been no confirmation, it is now to be seen if he will again return to MLW in the near future.
MLW Fusion has announced its return date, and it will air in a time slot MLW CEO Court Bauer refers to as “sacred ground.”
MLW Fusion will return on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 6:05 p.m. on YouTube and 10 p.m. on beIN Sports. It will be the first episode of the show to air since December 14, 2023.
“6:05 is sacred ground,” said Bauer in a press release. “That time slot belongs to the history of this sport as made famous by legendary Ted Turner. We’re not just bringing back a weekly show — we’re planting our flag and celebrating wrestling’s southern soul. MLW Fusion is back, it’s free, and it’s built for the fans who remember what Saturday night wrestling felt like.”
Fightful Select reported last week that Fusion was set to return, but a date was not revealed.
MLW has unaired 2026 tapings
MLW has taped multiple events in 2026 that have yet to air, which could potentially be used for new episodes of Fusion. These events include one held at Center Stage in Atlanta on March 14, as well as one taped from The Signal in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on May 9.
Up next, MLW will run three nights in a row from June 11 to June 13, with the June 11 event taking place at the Melrose Ballroom in New York City, and the June 12 and 13 events taking place at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia.
MLW and Stardom’s working relationship will officially begin next month with two Stardom wrestlers coming to New York City and Philadelphia.
It was announced today that Stardom’s Saya Kamitani and RINA will debut for MLW at the Melrose Ballroom in New York City on Thursday, June 11. The two will then compete at MLW’s events in Philadelphia that weekend (June 12-13). Details regarding their matches have not been revealed yet.
Kamitani and RINA are both members of the H.A.T.E. faction in stardom. Last year, Kamitani made history by becoming the first women’s wrestler to win MVP in the long-running Tokyo Sports Awards. She is a former World of Stardom Champion and NJPW Strong Women’s Champion.
With a focus on talent exchange and creative collaboration, MLW & Stardom unveiled their new strategic partnership over the weekend. The move fits in with Stardom’s international expansion strategy, which is to partner with existing promotions instead of staging standalone Stardom events in foreign countries. Shotzi Blackheart, Lady Frost, and Scarlett Bordeaux are some of the top names in the MLW women’s division who could potentially play a role in this partnership.
MLW is currently in the process of relaunching its weekly Fusion TV series. There’s no word on a return date yet, but that announcement is said to be imminent. The promotion has been holding TV tapings for a few months now in preparation of the relaunch and will continue to film content at these NYC/Philly events.
The news was announced at Stardom’s show at Korakuen Hall on Sunday, May 17. Stardom later released a statement noting that the partnership between the two companies will be based on talent exchanges and creative collaboration.
Stardom wrote, “This partnership will emphasize talent exchanges, creative collaboration, and platforming athletes on new stages in Japan and America!”
According to MLW’s website, more details on the alliance will be revealed in the coming weeks.
MLW’s Court Bauer and Stardom’s Taro Okada comment on partnership
An MLW press release on Sunday included comments from MLW CEO Court Bauer and Stardom CEO Taro Okada.
“STARDOM has built a roster and presentation that set the standard for excellence in women’s wrestling,” said MLW CEO and Owner Court Bauer. “I have tremendous respect and admiration for the level of competition and the athletes who define STARDOM. We’re grateful to Mr. Okada and everyone at World Wonder Ring STARDOM for their partnership. This alliance is about creating fresh matchups, new experiences, and meaningful opportunities for athletes and fans alike.”
Taro Okada, CEO of STARDOM, commented, “MLW has established a firm position in the United States, one of the most developed markets in the professional wrestling business. In addition, we continue to accelerate global development through partnerships with organizations with history and tradition such as New Japan Pro Wrestling and CMLL.
Through cooperation with MLW, STARDOM will further convey the charm of women’s professional wrestling culture from Japan to the United States as well as to various regions where MLW’s broadcasting and distribution networks are expanding.
In addition, we intend to promote the improvement of the competition and further development on the world-class stage of both organizations by strengthening player exchanges and creating new opportunities to participate in the competition.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to MLW and President Court Bauer for their great efforts in making this partnership possible.“

Earlier, Sean Ross Sapp reported on Fightful Select that Major League Wrestling (MLW) had signed Savage to a multi-year deal. He is set to make his MLW debut at this weekend’s Chattanooga TV taping.
MLW was reportedly impressed with Savage’s physical roughhouse style and had identified him as a key member of their new class of talent, which also included Zamaya. MLW confirmed that it has signed Big Damo (formerly known as Killian Dain in WWE), who will debut at the promotion’s TV taping in Chattanooga, Tennessee on May 9.
Trevor Lee, formerly known as Cameron Grimes in WWE, has signed with Major League Wrestling (MLW).
Lee told Fox News about his signing with MLW and that he looks forward to the opportunities the promotion can provide especially with their association with CMLL and NJPW.
“I’m just excited to be able to really kinda do anything. These past couple of years I’ve just been kinda waiting on a good opportunity and I feel like MLW is kind of presenting that opportunity. I really like the ability to be able to work with CMLL, to be able to work with New Japan. So, it’s really cool to see what what’s going to come out of this.”
Lee discussed the promotion’s efforts towards crowd engagement influencing his decision to sign with them.
“I think what really entices me to want to work with MLW is they do have a great production. When you watch the product, it looks good, the crowds are big, the crowds are loud. You know that’s really what you’re asking for, when you take a kind of a step down, MLW isn’t WWE but they’re not an indie either, you know what I mean? They’re right there. So, it’s nice to be able to be in a place that can represent you well, show you well and also give you a good batch of talent to work with as well with so many different companies that can come through there.”
Lee emphasized his goals for MLW is to have elite tier matches while proving he’s more than a comedy act.
“My goals for MLW is just to keep showing what I’m good at, right. 32-years-old with still a lot of time left on the clock, hopefully. So, with MLW I want to be able to show that I’m more than just a comedy promo act. I can have these elite tier matches.”
Lee has been competing on MLW since 2024 not long after his WWE release. He was mostly associated with NXT before being drafted to SmackDown in 2023 for barely a year before his exit.
During the show it was announced that Rosa, who was in the ring, had signed a dual contract with CMLL. Earlier on Friday, Fightful had reported that the “working plan” was for Rosa to be offered a dual deal.
Rosa expressed hopes to secure such a deal in a recent interview with Sports Illustrated.
“Really you gonna ask me that question? Of course I’m interested in something like that,” Rosa said at the time. “It’s a big deal, it is such a big deal and it’s such an honor when they recognize you to be somebody to be part of their organization. Absolutely, it would be an honor.”
Elsewhere on the show, it was announced that CMLL will have its joint show with MLW on Friday, May 1 at Arena Mexico. The two promotions have enjoyed a strong working relationship in recent years, with Ultimo Guerrero and Blue Panther battling for the National Openweight title in Mexico last year.
CMLL held a similar joint event with MLW last May. Top matches from that card had Mistico defeating KUSHIDA, Ultimo Guerrero defeating Matthew Justice for the National Openweight title, and Neon taking on Paul London in a match that ended in a no contest.

Lady Frost is now officially signed to MLW a few hours after confirming her AEW exit.
Speaking with Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, Lady Frost cited she was a free agent for a matter of hours before putting pen to paper with MLW.
“I was only a free agent for a matter of hours, we can say, which feels pretty good.”
Lady Frost detailed what led to her decision to sign with the promotion. MLW had been following her career for quite a while and they remembered her from a taping attended nearly six years ago.
“Honestly, they called right away and it was the phone call that I think I needed to hear. They have been following me for a long time. I showed up to a taping about six years ago. I wasn’t even an extra, just to get my name out there. They remembered me and have been following my journey. I posted, I think, which created a good amount of interest, a promo package and vignette, and they said, ‘We love your work.’ I said, ‘That’s the direction that I want to go. This is kind of where I see my career going.’ They wanted to be on board with letting me be creative and who I want to be as an artist and pro wrestler. So I loved the call and I thought it was a really great fit for right now. So that’s where I landed.”
Frost last competed on AEW in January this year against Mina Shirakawa. She penned a heartfelt message appreciating Tony Khan’s support in light of her departure from the promotion.
Lady Frost explains to us why she signed with MLW.

Frost revealed on social media on Wednesday that her AEW contract had expired, thanking Tony Khan for her time with the promotion.
According to a report from Fightful, Major League Wrestling had immediate interest in Frost following the expiration of her contract, and the two sides have reached a deal.
Sean Ross Sapp wrote:
“MLW immediately made a play to sign Lady Frost upon her reaching free agency and signed her, @FightfulSelect has learned”
Details on the length of Frost’s deal with MLW have not been disclosed, but she is said to be booked for several upcoming tapings. Upcoming events for the promotion include April 12 in Charleston, South Carolina, May 9 in Chattanooga, Tennessee, June 11 in New York, and two shows on June 12 and 13 in Philadelphia.
Frost’s last match for AEW was a loss to Mina Shirakawa on the January 10, 2026 AEW Collision taping in Arlington. Prior to that, she lost to Diamante on the ROH Supercard of Honor 2025 pre-show.
