The USA Network has renewed Miz & Mrs. for a new season.
During The Miz’s appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show today, it was announced that Miz & Mrs. has been renewed for season three. The season, which will consist of 10 episodes, is expected to air on the USA Network in 2022.
“We are overjoyed that we are able to continue giving fans a front row seat into our crazy lives,” The Miz and Maryse said. “Season three is going to be AWESOME!”
Miz & Mrs. premiered in 2018, with the first season of the reality show airing in 2018 and 2019. Season two aired in 2020 and 2021.
“At the end of Season 2, which aired earlier this year, Mike and Maryse celebrated an anniversary, had a pregnancy scare and took a step to ensure they wouldn’t have any more false alarms. While that is usually more than enough for a family to navigate, both their moms decided they were ready to date, Mike helped his dad find a hobby-turned-business and Maryse achieved entrepreneurial success,” the press release announcing the show’s renewal said.
Miz & Mrs. is produced by WWE and Bunim/Murray Productions.
The Miz is currently a contestant on season 30 of ABC’s Dancing with the Stars. Before taking time away from WWE television to be part of Dancing with the Stars, Miz was involved in a storyline where he turned against John Morrison.

Michael Cole and Corey Graves started SmackDown by running down the line up for tonight.
The KO Show With Daniel Bryan
Owens and Bryan were great in this segment.
Kevin Owens was already in the ring. He noted the dust settled, and now everyone is where they’re supposed to be. Owens is happy to be on SmackDown and is excited for the first KO Show on the blue brand.
Owens wasted no time and introduced his guest Daniel Bryan. Owens praised Bryan and called him the leader of the Yes Movement. Bryan is excited to be on The KO Show and praised the set. They’re super friendly with each other.
Owens pointed out that Bryan included his name on the list of people he wants to face. Bryan explained his vision for the future of SmackDown. He believes they have the best fresh talent, and people like Big E and Jey Uso are stepping up.
Bryan also has a vision for the Intercontinental Championship. He feels that the I.C. title should be defended every single week. Owens was flattered that Bryan thinks he should take the role. Bryan was confused and almost said he’s not talking about him. Owens cut him off and noted he’s never been a tag team champion. Bryan stated that Owens turns on a lot of people. They both agreed. That was funny.
Owens wants to form a team with Bryan named Team Hell KO. Bryan pointed out that would make him Kane’s partner. Owens didn’t get it at first but agreed. That was funny too. Regardless, Owens thinks they’ll make a great team.
Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode interrupted and made their way to the ring. Ziggler noted they’re the hottest new thing on SmackDown. They were upset that they started the party without them.
The SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Street Profits then made their way to the ring as well. They pointed out they’re the tag team champions and are here to start the party.
Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura then interrupted. They pointed out that they lost the titles and Street Profits had the titles handed to them.
Bryan interjected and told Owens that this is their chance to prove they’d make a great team. A brawl broke out between all four teams. The bell started ringing as officials jumped in the ring.
Bryan and Owens were awesome in this segment. They were both hilarious. They obviously teased forming a team but also seemed to tease a possible feud in the future. By the end, it turned into a typical segment with all the teams coming out.
Kevin Owens, Daniel Bryan & The Street Profits defeated Dolph Ziggler, Robert Roode, Cesaro & Shinsuke Nakamura
This was a really good eight-man tag match.
Graves pointed out that Bryan was in his street clothes, so the match started without him because he had to change. That was a nice touch. Bryan joined the match after a few minutes.
Back from the break, and the heels were firmly in control. The faces had a brief advantage, but the heels took back over. They isolated Montez Ford on their side of the ring and cut him off from his partners.

Bryan hit a dive off the apron onto the heels at ringside. The finish came when Dawkins hit a spine buster on Cesaro, and Ford hit the frog splash for the win.
Michael Cole and Corey Graves briefly discussed The Miz and John Morrison trying to get the Money In the Briefcase from Otis.
Law & Otis
They spoofed the opening of Law & Order, which was funny.
Ron Simmons is the bailiff and introduced the judge JBL. JBL ran down the charges, including emotional distress. Miz’s lawyer tried to speak, but Miz cut her off. He’s disgusted that Otis has the MITB briefcase and believes somebody like him should have it.
Otis pointed out that he should have the briefcase because he won Money In The Bank. Miz’s lawyer noted he has a point, so Miz fired her.
Bianca Belair made her way to the ring for a match.
In the back, Daniel Bryan, Kevin Owens, and The Street Profits were celebrating their win. Bryan yelled that he wants the smoke too. He stuck his fists out and yelled, “fist me guys” Owens and the Street Profits were shocked. That was funny.
Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn approached Bryan as the others walked off. Zayn was upset that Bryan called him out before. Bryan tried saying he didn’t call him out, but Zayn didn’t care. Zayn has no plans to defend the title every week and is going to do things his way.
They announced Seth Rollins against Murphy for later tonight.
Bianca Belair defeated Zelina Vega
Belair and Vega had a good match. They worked hard, but it was mostly a showcase for Belair. She had a good debut with some impressive moments.
Vega had the early advantage, but Belair took over. She did a flip and ended up on her feet and took out Vega.
Vega tried to get away, but Belair dragged her back into the ring. Vega rocked Belair with a kick to the head. Belair quickly regained control. In an impressive spot, she picked up Vega from the met into a press slam and dropped her on the turnbuckle. Belair then hit the KOD for the win.
They aired a video looking at Lars Sullivan.
Lars Sullivan defeated Shorty G
Kayla Braxton interviewed Shorty G before the match in the ring. She asked him why he wants to face Sullivan. He pointed out that he can’t get drafted to Raw or SmackDown. He’s about to prove how good he is and called out Sullivan.
This was a total squash match with Sullivan dominating the majority of it.
Shorty G attempted a crossbody off the middle turnbuckle, but Sullivan caught him and hit a fallaway slam. Sullivan then launched Shorty G in the air and slammed him on the mat. Shorty G fought back and poked Sullivan in the eyes. Shorty G hit a rolling Liger kick in the corner. He attempted a second Liger kick, but Sullivan moved.
Sullivan tossed Shorty G across the ring and hit a vicious clothesline. He then hit the Freak Accident for the win.
After the match, Braxton tried to interview Shorty G again. She asked him what’s next, and he quit.
Michael Cole barely acknowledged that Shorty G just quit.
In the back, Alyse Ashton felt bad for Shorty G. She brought in her guest Seth Rollins. Rollins noted he’s a leader, but Murphy is a follower. Tonight, Rollins is going to define Murphy’s role.
Backstage, they showed Roman Reigns sitting at a table in his locker room. Paul Heyman tried to say something to him, but Reigns doesn’t want to be bothered.
Shorty G was in the trainer’s room getting checked on. Adam Pearce walked in and wanted to know if he heard him right that he quit. Shorty G noted he does quit. He quits being Shorty G. He’s tired of being the smiling face above a public service announcement. He mocked the Shorty G character and said he couldn’t get anything done.
However, there is an Olympian and State Champion that can get things done. His name is Gable. Chad Gable. Gable was great in this segment. Hopefully, this goes somewhere.
Bayley Promo
This was a really good segment. Bayley and Banks were both excellent in their roles.
Bayley was already in the ring. She noted everyone wants to know why she didn’t sign the contract last week. She refused to sign the contract because Banks can’t tell her what to do.
Sasha Banks made her way to the ring with the contract in her hand. Bayley still refused to sign it. She dropped the title when she tried to hit Banks with a chair.
Banks ducked the chair shot and picked up the title. Bayley wanted the title back, but Banks refused unless she signs the contract. They battled over the belt. Banks rocked Bayley with a knee and put Bayley’s head in the chair.
She threatened to stomp on the chair unless Bayley signs the contract. Bayley fought back, but Banks grabbed her while still in the chair. Banks forced Bayley to sign the contract.
Law & Otis
These segments were well done and had funny moments.
Back in the courtroom, Miz cross-examined his first witness John Morrison. Morrison talked about Otis assaulting him.
Rey Mysterio took the stand next. He noted that he was in the MITB match, and Otis won the match. He deserves to cash-in whenever he wants.
Asuka took the stand next and screamed in Japanese. JBL turned to the courtroom stenographer, Teddy Long, and asked if he got that.
Tucker was on the stand next. He said that Miz sending Mandy Rose to Raw was wrong. Miz asked JBL if he could treat the witness as hostile. JBL responded that it’s about time things get hostile.
Tucker noted that since Rose left, all Otis cares about is beating up Miz. He feels like beating up Miz right now. They all started arguing with each other. JBL tried to get control, but nobody would listen. Simmons then yelled at everyone to shut up.
JBL’s going to be back with his decision.
Back from the break, JBL returned. He noted that Miz’s charges of causing emotional distress and assault are part of being a WWE Superstar. He also pointed out that Otis has a full year to cash-in the MITB contract. It’s stated in the contract of the match.
JBL ruled in Otis’ favor, but Miz forgot to introduce a key piece of evidence. Miz gave JBL a briefcase with money. JBL literally heard dollar signs and ruled in Miz’s favor instead. He ordered Otis to defend the MITB contract at Hell in a Cell against The Miz.
Simmons was disappointed and walked to the center of the room. He looked around and yelled, Damn!
They recapped the Seth Rollins and Murphy feud.
Seth Rollins defeated Murphy
This was a great match. Rollins and Murphy both worked hard and told a good story.
They showed Aalyah Mysterio watching the match backstage.
They started with some back and forth mat wrestling. Rollins took Murphy down with a side headlock to gain control. Murphy fought back and sent Rollins to the floor.
Murphy teased a dive, but Rollins tried to avoid it. Murphy changed course and slid over Rollins. He then gave Rollins a huge back body drop onto the announce table.
Back from the break, Murphy attempted a tornado DDT, but Rollins put him on the apron. Murphy tried to climb the corner, but Rollins cut him off.
In the back, Rey and Dominik Mysterio approached Aalyah. They tried to get her to stop watching and to leave, but she refused.
Rollins slowed the pace down, but Murphy fought back and hit a dropkick off the middle turnbuckle. Murphy ran wild and sent Rollins to the floor. He then hit a huge senton to the floor but barely hit Rollins.
Murphy then hit a Meteora, but he hurt his shoulder when he landed on it awkwardly. He rolled to the floor and tried to pop his shoulder back in. Rollins took advantage and hit a suicide dive. He followed up with a springboard knee for a close near fall.
Rollins continued to work over Murphy’s arm. They went back to The Mysterio family backstage. They did a close-up of Aalyah, who was devastated that Murphy injured his shoulder, and Rollins is working it over.
Back from the break, Murphy hit a superkick in the corner and attempted a running powerbomb, but his shoulder gave out. Rollins recovered and hit a buckle bomb in the corner. Rollins attempted the curb stomp, but Murphy countered with a dropkick.
Murphy’s shoulder gave out again, and Rollins regained control. Rollins screamed in Muphy’s face. Murphy heard enough and rocked Rollins.
Murphy rolled up Rollins for a near fall. Rollins fought back and hit a broken arrow for a very close near fall. Rollins attempted the stomp again, but Murphy avoided. Murphy lifted Rollins, but his shoulder gave out again. Rollins slammed Murphy down by the shoulder and hit the curb stomp for the win.
After the match, Rollins grabbed a kendo stick from under the ring.
In the back, Aalyah begged Rey and Dominik to help Murphy, but they both refused. Rey said this isn’t their business, and they need to stay out of it. She decided to help Murphy since they won’t.
In the ring, Rollins teased hitting Murphy when Aalyah came out. She entered the ring and tried to protect Murphy. Rollins stood over her. Dominik ran out, so Rollins left the ring.
Dominik kept asking Aalyah why she came to the ring. Rollins jumped Dominik from behind until Rey made the save. They were both upset with Aalyah for getting involved and said it’s none of their business. Dominik kept saying that she shouldn’t be there.
Aalyah walked away and checked on Murphy. Rey and Dominik stopped arguing and stared at Murphy and Aalyah. The angle after the match was well done as well.
A backstage worker knocked on Roman Reigns’ locker room door. Paul Heyman answered and was annoyed. He said Reigns would go to the ring when he’s ready.
They recapped the angle between Reigns and Jey Uso from last week.
Tribal Consequences
This was another great segment and angle. Jey Uso and Roman Reigns were both excellent in their roles.
Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman made their way down to the ring.
Reigns was about to speak when Jey Uso interrupted on the big screen wearing a mask. He was sitting in Reign’s locker room at his table. Uso noted the room is excellent and thought they use to be cousins. He mocked Reigns but told him not to ask him. He should ask his brother.
Uso took off his mask to reveal that it’s actually Jimmy Uso.
Jey Uso appeared behind Reigns in the ring and attacked him. Jey ran wild and grabbed a chair. Reigns rocked Jey with a boot to the face. Jey recovered and rocked Reigns with a superkick and hit the splash off the top.
Jey and Jimmy celebrated on the top of the ramp. Reigns was in pain as he grabbed the mic and spoke. He noted if he quits, he won’t be the champion, the face of the WWE, or the head of the table, but he’ll be good.
Reigns said that when he makes Jey quit, it’s all over for him. He noted that Jey and Jimmy would be out of the family. Not only will they be out, but so will their wives and children. Reigns stated those are the consequences of the Hell in a Cell match on Sunday.
Reigns stood in the ring, and the cell was lowered. Jey walked back to the ring and climbed up the side of the cage.
Michael Cole and Cory Graves stressed that if Jey says I quit, then the Usos are out of the dynasty.

The Miz and Maryse are expecting their second child.
Before the start of the SmackDown tag team title match at tonight’s Elimination Chamber event, The Miz introduced Maryse, who made the announcement. She made a similar announcement when she became pregnant for the first time.
Maryse would later gave birth to their first child, Monroe Sky, in March of last year. Although she managed the Miz at one point during his career, she has been mostly off the road since her first pregnancy.
The birth of Monroe Sky, as well as the events leading to it, was featured in the first season of Miz and Maryse’s reality show, Miz and Mrs. Shortly after the first season, which aired last summer, USA Network announced the show would be picked up for a second season that will air sometime this year.
Miz and Shane McMahon went on to lose the tag team titles to the Usos following the announcement, with the Usos becoming six time tag team champions.
Ahead of their mixed tag match at Hell in a Cell, Brie Bella will be facing Maryse in the main event of this week’s go-home show. Brie is set to team with Daniel Bryan against Maryse & The Miz at Hell in a Cell on September 16.
Maryse hasn’t wrestled since WrestleMania 33, where she teamed with Miz against Nikki Bella & John Cena.
R-Truth vs. Andrade “Cien” Almas has also been announced for Tuesday’s SmackDown. Truth (who was accompanied by Carmella) defeated Miz in last week’s main event due to a distraction from Bryan. Bryan and Brie attacked Miz and Maryse after the match, Almas and Zelina Vega interrupted them, and Bryan and Brie ended the show by putting Almas and Vega in the Yes Lock.
Cesaro & Sheamus vs. Rusev & Aiden English for a shot at The New Day’s Tag Team titles at Hell in a Cell and SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair vs. Sonya Deville in a non-title match have also been confirmed for Tuesday’s go-home show.
A mixed tag match is the first thing to be officially announced for WWE’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view.
Daniel Bryan & Brie Bella will be teaming against The Miz & Maryse at Hell in a Cell, which is taking place at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas on September 16. WWE began building to the match at SummerSlam before it was confirmed during the opening segment of tonight’s SmackDown.
The Miz and Maryse started tonight’s episode by mocking Bryan’s retirement speech from 2016, with Miz saying he’s retiring from ever facing Bryan again after defeating him at SummerSlam. Bryan ended up interrupting them and calling Miz a coward. Maryse said Bryan should change his name to “Daniel Bella,” and the storyline led to Brie coming out and punching Miz in the face. Bryan then announced the mixed tag match between the real-life married couples for Hell in a Cell.
Miz defeated Bryan at SummerSlam when Maryse, who was sitting in the front row, gave him brass knuckles to use as a weapon. A segment with Brie encouraging Bryan backstage aired later in the show.
This will be Maryse’s first match since her and Miz faced Nikki Bella & John Cena at WrestleMania 33 in 2017. Brie last wrestled in the women’s Royal Rumble match this January.
Despite the show premiering only a few weeks ago, Miz and Mrs. has already been picked up for a second season.
The Miz and Maryse announced tonight on SmackDown that the reality show had been picked up for a second season. A press release sent after the announcement confirmed that 14 new episodes will be coming in 2019 on the USA Network. The show usually airs right after SmackDown on Tuesdays, though obviously that will change next fall.
Miz and Mrs. is a reality show based on the lives of Miz and Maryse as they face the experiences and challenges of becoming first time parents. They also deal with a move from Los Angeles to Houston. Episodes aired so far have focused on WrestleMania, photo shoot mishaps and Maryse’s baby shower.
Last week’s episode placed third for the night in the 18-49 demographic, scoring 1.2 million viewers. USA Network touted the premiere episode as its highest rated reality show premiere since 2011, when that year’s Tough Enough season aired.
WWE’s next entry into reality television will be making its debut this summer.
It was announced last night that “Miz & Mrs.” would be premiering on the USA Network at 10 p.m. Eastern time on July 24th. With that being a Tuesday, the series will be airing right after SmackDown and is scheduled against 205 Live.
“Miz & Mrs.” has a six-episode order, and each episode will be 30 minutes long. It’s being produced by WWE and Bunim/Murray Productions.
The reality show was announced this January, with the concept being that it will chronicle Miz and Maryse’s lives through Maryse’s pregnancy and them becoming parents for the first time. The couple welcomed the birth of their daughter, Monroe Sky Mizanin, on March 27th.
WWE had Miz reveal the premiere date on television as he opened last night’s SmackDown with a Miz TV segment where all three members of The New Day appeared.
Mike and Maryse Mizanin are now parents to a healthy baby girl.
The Miz announced this afternoon on Instagram that his wife Maryse gave birth to Monroe Sky Mizanin on March 27 at 11:40 p.m. WWE congratulated them on the birth not too long after The Miz’s announcement. The baby weighed in at seven pounds, five ounces. The WWE.com article mentioned that both mother and daughter are resting comfortably.
Maryse announced publicly that she was pregnant back on the September 11, 2017 edition of Monday Night Raw. Normally managing her husband, she has been off the road since the announcement. She did appear recently on the 25th anniversary of Raw in a short cameo that featured women of Raw’s past.
Miz and Maryse’s chronicles in becoming parents will be documented in the upcoming reality series Miz & Mrs. The show is set to air on the USA Network at some point in 2018.
Following the addition of Apollo Crews earlier in the day, four more wrestlers have already joined the Raw roster as part of WWE’s “Superstar Shakeup.”
The Miz, Maryse, and Dean Ambrose were added to Raw in the opening segment of tonight’s episode. No corresponding moves have been announced yet, but one of Raw’s champions joining SmackDown naturally seems like a possibility given that Ambrose currently holds the Intercontinental title.
Kevin Owens later cut a promo claiming to be Raw’s top champion as the United States title holder even with Ambrose joining the brand.
Miz and Maryse continued to impersonate John Cena and Nikki Bella even after switching shows. Ambrose came out and went along with it until eventually laying out Miz with Dirty Deeds.
Raw got another new roster member soon after that, with Curt Hawkins also making his way over from SmackDown. Big Show came to the ring and leveled Hawkins with a knockout punch before leaving.
The “Superstar Shakeup” is a two-night event that will continue on tomorrow’s SmackDown as well.
The Miz and Maryse presented the final parts of their “Total Bellas” footage on SmackDown last night, which led to John Cena cutting a promo on them ahead of their mixed tag team match at WrestleMania.
Also on the show, Naomi returned and was added to the SmackDown Women’s Championship match on Sunday, AJ Styles and Shane McMahon signed the contract to make things official for WrestleMania, and Randy Orton sent one final message to Bray Wyatt.
