Tanahashi, Okada & Naito confirmed for NJPW Royal Quest

Last week, New Japan Pro Wrestling hyped that they’d soon be announcing “three of [their] top Japanese wrestlers” for August’s Royal Quest show in London, England.

That was followed up on today, with NJPW confirming that Hiroshi Tanahashi, Kazuchika Okada, and Tetsuya Naito are all set for Royal Quest. The show is taking place at the Copper Box Arena in London on Saturday, August 31.

NJPW noted that ticket information for Royal Quest will be announced after they make a few final seating adjustments. NJPW has a mailing list for pre-sale details.

Royal Quest will take place after the conclusion of this year’s G1 Climax. The G1 will begin at American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas on Saturday, July 6 and conclude with three straight nights at Budokan Hall in Tokyo from August 10-12.

NJPW held two Strong Style Evolved shows in the United Kingdom last summer, and they have a partnership with Revolution Pro Wrestling in the UK.
