Chris Harris appears on Impact Wrestling

Chris Harris appeared on tonight’s episode of Impact Wrestling, accompanying James Storm for his 1,000th match in the promotion.

Jake Something and Chris Sabin introduced Harris in a backstage promo early on tonight’s episode. The three accompanied Storm for his match against Eric Young in the main event. The finish had Young contronting Harris at ringside. Harris laid out Young with a punch and was thrown back into the ring, where Storm picked up the win with a superkick. The four celebrated the win as the show closed.

Together, Storm and Harris formed America’s Most Wanted, one of the more prolific teams in NWA-TNA during the promotion’s early years. The team held the NWA World Tag Team titles six times between 2002 and 2006, and also won the Wrestling Observer Award for Tag Team of the Year in 2005. The team disbanded in late 2006, with Storm turning on Harris.

Storm later formed another successful team in Impact Wrestling, Beer Money, with Bobby Roode.
