Saturday night’s episode of AEW Collision averaged 388,000 viewers on TNT, down 21.1 percent from the previous week. Despite the decrease, this is still the second-highest audience total for the show since October 15 (which was a Wednesday night airing after Dynamite) and the second-largest in Collision’s regular time slot since August 9.

In the 18-49 demo, Collision drew the same 0.07 rating as it did last week. That matches the best rating the show has done in that category on a Saturday night since that same August 9, 2025 episode. Collision did go head-to-head with Winter Olympic coverage on various platforms on Saturday night as well as the UFC on Paramount Plus.

As compared to the same week in 2025, Collision’s overall viewership was up 0.3 percent while the 18-49 rating was down 20 percent.

Listed below are the last nine available weeks of viewership totals and 18-49 demo ratings for Collision, along with the eight-week average in both categories. This week’s show was up 31.6 percent in overall viewers and 75 percent in 18-49 as compared to the recent averages.

Note: Changes made to Nielsen’s ratings methodology beginning on January 26 have resulted in increased viewership totals and 18-49 ratings for all cable wrestling shows.

AEW Collision ratings —

Saturday night’s AEW Collision episode averaged 492,000 viewers on TNT, up 94.5 percent from the previous week. It’s the largest reported audience total for the show since September 17, which was an episode following Dynamite on a Wednesday. In its regular time slot, this is the best viewership number for Collision since May 29, 2025.

Collision drew a 0.07 rating in the 18-49 demo, which was tied for 22nd on the night on the cable charts. That’s up 250 percent from last week and matches the highest rating the show has done in that category since October 15, which was another Wednesday airing. It’s the largest rating for Collision on a Saturday since August 9.

Nielsen has once again changed the methodology it uses to determine viewership for the Big Data+ Panel rating system. The recent change has resulted in increases across the board in terms of total viewers of wrestling shows since it went into effect on January 26.

As compared to the same week in 2025, Collision’s overall viewership was up 150 percent while the 18-49 rating was up 75 percent.

AEW Collision ratings —

Saturday’s AEW Collision episode averaged 253,000 viewers on TNT, down 6.6 percent from two weeks ago (the most recent time a viewership number for the show has been reported). This marks the second-highest audience total for Collision since December 17, when the show aired after Dynamite.

Collision drew a 0.02 rating in the 18-49 demo, down 33.3 percent from the January 10 episode. This is the lowest rating Collision has done in that category in show history. It went head-to-head with UFC’s debut on Paramount Plus on Saturday night, as well as facing competition from the NBA on ABC and a college basketball game on Fox.

As compared to the same week in 2025, when Nielsen was still using its previous panel-only reporting method, Collision’s overall viewership was up 1.2 percent while the 18-49 rating was down 71.4 percent.

Numbers for the December 13 and January 17 episodes have not yet been reported. This week’s episode was down 6.1 percent in overall viewers and 50 percent in 18-49 as compared to the recent averages.

AEW Collision ratings —

The December 25 airing of AEW Christmas Collision averaged 217,000 viewers on TNT, down 34.8 percent from the previous episode that followed Dynamite on a Wednesday night. This ties the lowest audience total for Collision since September 20.

Collision drew a 0.04 rating in the 18-49 demo, finishing 44th on the primetime cable charts for the night. That’s down 20 percent from the prior week and is the second-highest rating for Collision in the month of December, although no ratings have been reported for the December 13 episode that aired in the afternoon due to TNT’s coverage of college basketball.

There is no year-over-year comparison as Collision did not air an episode this week in 2024.

This week’s show was down 23.7 percent in viewers and 20 percent in 18-49 as compared to the recent averages.

AEW Collision ratings —

Saturday night’s Fright Night episode of AEW Collision averaged 217,000 viewers on TNT, down 4.8 percent from the previous week. It’s the lowest audience total for Collision since September 20, when it aired in the afternoon prior to the All Out pay-per-view.

In the 18-49 demo, the show drew a 0.03 rating. That’s down 25 percent from last week and matches the lowest rating Collision has ever done in that category regardless of date or time slot.

Collision went against big competition from sports and other wrestling. Game seven of the MLB World Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays was the highest-rated baseball game in seven years, ranking first on television with 24.8 million viewers and a 5.85 rating in the 18-49 demo. There was also a slate of college football games, along with Collision going against WWE’s Saturday Night’s Main Event on Peacock.

As compared to the same week in 2024, under Nielsen’s old panel-only ratings system, Collision’s overall viewership was down 37.8 percent while its 18-49 rating was down 66.7 percent.

Note: Starting on October 1, Nielsen began using the Big Data + Panel ratings measurement system, which has generally resulted in lower-than-usual ratings for most wrestling programming but has not affected Collision as much as others.

Saturday night’s AEW Collision episode averaged 228,000 viewers on TNT, down 43 percent from the previous week (which aired after AEW Dynamite on Wednesday night). The viewership number is down 20.3 percent from the last time Collision aired in its regular time slot on October 11.

In the 18-49 demo, Collision finished 12th on the prime time cable charts with a 0.04 rating. That’s down 63.6 percent from the October 15th episode following Dynamite and down 33.3 percent from the October 11 broadcast. This ties the third-lowest rating the show has ever done in that category.

The show had much stronger than usual competition which included WWE NXT’s Halloween Havoc airing head-to-head on Peacock as well as the MLB World Series on Fox and college football on various cable and network channels.

As compared to the same week in 2024, under the old panel-only Nielsen ratings system, Collision’s viewership was down 29 percent while the 18-49 rating was down 55.6 percent. This year’s numbers do not include viewers on HBO Max.
