A TNT Championship match has been added to the AEW All In lineup.
TNT title holder Jack Perry will defend against Darby Allin in London at Wembley Stadium at AEW All In on Sunday, August 25 as announced during Wednesday’s Blood & Guts edition of Dynamite.
Allin handcuffed Perry to the cage wall during the Team AEW vs. Team Elite Blood & Guts match on Wednesday’s episode, then doused the champion with gasoline.
Allin extorted both an All In title bout and the submission victory for Team AEW from EVP Matthew Jackson of Team Elite by threatening to set Perry on fire.
Allin previously set Perry on fire with a flamethrower during the Anarchy in the Arena match at Double or Nothing in May.
Four bouts, all title matches, are set for All In to this point. The current pay-per-view lineup:
AEW All In, Sunday, August 25 —
AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland defends against Bryan Danielson
AEW Women’s World Champion Toni Storm defends against Mariah May
AEW American Champion MJF defends against Will Ospreay
TNT Champion Jack Perry defends against Darby Allin
In his first match back since Double or Nothing, Allin defeated The Beast Mortos on Collision. After the match, he talked about the upcoming Blood & Guts match on the next AEW Dynamite then directed his attention to Jack Perry and the TNT title, saying the title meant everything to him. He said he knew All In was right around the corner and challenged Perry to a match, saying if Perry had the balls, let’s play.
After recovering from a broken ankle and being hit by a bus, Allin returned to the ring at Anarchy in the Arena back in May. His legs ended up being tied to the steel cage hanging above the ring as Perry, who had previously been set on fire by Allin during the match, pinned Danielson to win the match for The Elite.
In the weeks following Double or Nothing, Perry qualified for the ladder match to determine a new TNT Champion, winning the title at Forbidden Door.
AEW has added a fan event to its schedule for All In 2024 weekend.
The promotion announced today that All In Celebration will take place at Boxpark Wembley on Saturday, August 24. It will last from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. local time. General admission tickets are priced at £56.25 each.
Boxpark Wembley also hosted a fan fest/welcome party before AEW made its London debut last year with All In 2023. Here’s the description for this year’s event:
“Join us as we celebrate the return of AEW All In: London at Box Park Wembley! Enjoy DJ & music, prize giveaways, your first opportunity to buy 2024 AEW All In merch and over 90 minutes of stage shows, interviews, and content featuring many of your favourite AEW stars! Come celebrate with us!“
The celebration event is taking place one day before Wembley Stadium hosts All In.
With Bryan Danielson and Mariah May winning the Owen Hart Foundation tournaments, the first two matches have been made official for All In. The pay-per-view will feature Swerve Strickland vs. Danielson for the AEW World Championship and Toni Storm vs. May for the AEW Women’s World Championship.
The company announced on Wednesday that they will hold a double taping of Dynamite and Collision on August 21 at Utilita Arena Cardiff as part of All In weekend.
This will be the first time that the shows have been held in the United Kingdom. Tickets go on sale next Friday at 10 am BST via LiveNation UK, Ticketmaster UK, and AEWTix.com.
“We are excited for the historic United Kingdom debuts of AEW: Dynamite and AEW: Collision in Wales at Utilita Arena Cardiff on August 21,” AEW head Tony Khan said in the press release. “The event will serve as the perfect kick off to what will be an amazing week for AEW fans in the United Kingdom, culminating with All In London at Wembley Stadium on August 25.”
AEW has begun preparing for All In weekend by kicking off the Owen Hart Foundation tournament matches on Wednesday’s Dynamite. The winners of the men’s and women’s tournaments will earn a World title match at All In.
Last year’s All In became one of the highest-attended shows in pro wrestling history with over 72,000 announced as filling Wembley Stadium with a live gate of over $10 million.
A little something extra will be on the in the 2024 editions of the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament.
Dr. Martha Hart (the widow of the late Owen Hart) and AEW owner/president/CEO/GM/head of creative Tony Khan made a joint appearance on Sunday’s Double or Nothing pay-per-view pre-show and revealed that the winners of this year’s Owen Hart Foundation Men’s and Women’s Tournaments will receive AEW World title shots at August’s All In pay-per-view at Wembley Stadium in London on Sunday, August 25.
Furthermore, Khan confirmed Friday’s report that this year’s tournament finals will be held in Calgary, Alberta, Canada on Wednesday, July 10.
AEW has yet to announce start dates or participants for this year’s tournaments.
This marks the third consecutive year that AEW will hold tournaments to honor the late Owen Hart. The inaugural editions in 2022 were won by Adam Cole and Dr. Britt Baker, while Ricky Starks and Willow Nightingale were the 2023 winners of the Owen Cup.
Two AEW stars are set to perform at a concert in London during All In weekend.
On August 23, Chris Jericho’s band Fozzy will be playing the O2 Forum Kentish Town. It’s been announced that AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland and rapper Flash Garments will be special guests at the concert. It’s taking place on the Friday before All In.
The announcement noted that this will be Strickland and Flash Garments’ first concert as a rap duo in the United Kingdom:
FOZZY have announced their hugely anticipated return to the UK capital with a date at London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town. Promising an explosive Friday evening of rock and rap, the show kickstarts a weekend that culminates in the return of AEW to London’s Wembley Stadium on Sunday 25th August.
If it’s not enough for fans to have FOZZY, with their heavy melodic groove and fronted by 8 time World Champion Chris Jericho headlining the night, fans will go crazy knowing that direct support comes from current AEW World Champion: Swerve Strickland. Swerve Strickland & Flash Garments will be performing their first concert as a rap duo in the UK.
Music is one of Strickland’s outside-the-ring pursuits. He and Flash Garments also performed together at the Rolling Loud music festival in California this March.
Strickland’s “Big Pressure” theme music is by him and Flash Garments.
At AEW Dynasty last month, Strickland defeated Samoa Joe to win the AEW World Championship. Strickland has a title defense against Christian Cage at Double or Nothing this Sunday.
Jericho won the FTW title from Hook at Dynasty and will be defending against the winner of an FTW Contender Series at Double or Nothing.
Fozzy also played a concert in London prior to All In 2023. They were involved in the All In event itself as well, performing Jericho’s “Judas” entrance music live prior to his loss against Will Ospreay.
“All In All Night” is the name of the Fozzy concert. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday.
Before he wraps up his career as a full-time wrestler, Bryan Danielson wants to compete at London’s Wembley Stadium.
AEW is returning to Wembley for All In 2024 on Sunday, August 25. It’s the second straight year AEW has run the stadium. When AEW made its Wembley debut last summer, Danielson was out of action at the time and couldn’t wrestle at the show.
Danielson told Casual Conversations with The Classic this week that his AEW contract actually expires before All In 2024. Despite that, he really wants to wrestle at the show before ending his full-time run.
He responded when asked what milestones are left on his checklist:
The big one is Wembley. I want to make it to Wembley. My contract actually expires before Wembley. But I want to make it to Wembley. Because as a wrestling fan — one, last year’s All In was incredible. But then as a wrestling fan, that’s like a defining moment, when the British Bulldog beats Bret Hart. So you think of Wembley almost in these mythical terms.
AEW All In 2023 and WWF SummerSlam 1992 are the only wrestling shows Wembley Stadium has ever hosted.
Danielson mentioned that he’d like his last match as a full-time wrestler to take place at AEW’s WrestleDream pay-per-view this October, but he isn’t sure if he’ll make it that far before the end of his run:
But I really want to be able to do Wembley and just see what that’s like, see what that feels like. So, yeah, that’s a big one for me.
I’m not sure if I’ll make it, but one thing that would be a nice way to like kind of close everything out for me is to do my last match as a full-time wrestler at WrestleDream at the Tacoma Dome.
Washington is Danielson’s home state, and the Tacoma Dome is the venue where he saw his first wrestling show. It was a WWF event headlined by Ultimate Warrior vs. Rick Rude.
WrestleDream is being held on Saturday, October 12.
Tony Khan is hailing AEW All In 2024 as a ‘huge success’.
Khan wrote on X Friday that the company has already sold over $4 million in tickets for next year’s All In event at Wembley Stadium on August 25.
“Thank you all who made today’s #AEWAllIn on-sale a huge success for AEW + @wembleystadium! Our 2023 ticket on sale was in May; this time we began 5 months sooner! On day 1, AEW’s already sold over $4 million in tickets (over £3M), just getting started: All In is 9 months away!,” he wrote.
WrestleTix is reporting that the initial number of tickets distributed for next year’s event currently stands at 33,923 in a setup for 44,452 . The presale for All In started on November 27.

While people were told that the layoffs were done with, like with what happened with UFC, there was still more. Five major executives were let go, including Michael Weitz, the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning, who had been with the company 17 years and was on every quarterly investors call and was head of investor relations. Karen Mullane, the Controller and Chief Accounting Officer was let go. Other names mentioned by Wrestlenomics were Craig Stimmell, the Head of Global Sales and Partnerships, Stewart Frey, Senior Vice President of Streaming Technology and Matt Geyer, Senior Vice President of Gaming. The only name on camera we know of let go was McKenzie Mitchell from NXT, who posted about it earlier today.
Tony Khan did not give a ticket number but listed more than $4 million as the first day advance for Wembley Stadium. He noted it was five months earlier than the last first day of sales. That’s probably in the 30,000 ticket range. WrestleTix has the day one number as 33,923. Last year was closer to 60,000 but it was also much closer to the show and I didn’t see how this year was going to do what last year did because it was the first show ever in Europe and you can never duplicate that. It’s at the pace of Clash at the Castle as far as kicking off.
Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jamahal Hill was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence after allegedly assaulting his brother from a TMZ report.
