Ivar, The Final Testament appear on WWE NXT

Main roster stars made an appearance on NXT.

Oba Femi was challenged by Ivar on Tuesday, leading to a brawl that saw Ivar lay out the North American Champion. The Final Testament (Karrion Kross, Scarlett, Paul Ellering, and AOP) also made an appearance, with AOP attacking new champions Axiom & Nathan Frazer.

Femi was in the ring talking about successfully defending the title at Stand & Deliver when Ivar’s music hit. Ivar said he was jealous about Femi’s match at Stand & Deliver as he wanted to be part of it. He told Femi that he wanted to be the one to take the title from him. As Femi started to leave, Ivar attempted to stop him from doing so but Femi responded with a headbutt. Ivar connected with a flying crossbody and posed with the title.

After Nathan Frazer & Axiom won the NXT Tag Team titles from Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin, The Final Testament came out and jumped Frazer & Axiom. AOP gave both the Super Collider before posing over the new champions with the titles.

Philadelphia street fight official for WWE WrestleMania 40

A stipulation match has been made official for WWE WrestleMania 40.

WWE confirmed today that Bobby Lashley & The Street Profits will clash with The Final Testament’s Karrion Kross & AOP in a Philadelphia street fight at WrestleMania 40. Dave Meltzer first reported over the weekend that the match was planned to take place at WrestleMania.

SmackDown general manager Nick Aldis said the street fight will take place at night two of WrestleMania 40 this Sunday.

The Final Testament was formed when The Authors of Pain and Paul Ellering returned to WWE this January. Since Kross & AOP attacked Lashley & The Street Profits that night, the two factions have been at war.

On SmackDown last Friday, The Street Profits lost to Grayson Waller & Austin Theory after being distracted by The Final Testament. It was revealed on the video screen that Kross and Scarlett had attacked Lashley and B-Fab backstage during the match. The Final Testament then beat down The Street Profits as well.

Lashley cut a post-SmackDown promo where he promised to destroy The Final Testament.

Lincoln Financial Field is hosting WrestleMania 40 this weekend. Here are the 13 matches scheduled to take place over the two-night event:

WWE reveals name of Karrion Kross-Authors of Pain faction

The new group consisting of Karrion Kross, Akam & Rezar of Authors of Pain, Scarlett, and Paul Ellering was given a name on WWE SmackDown.

Ellering interrupted an in-ring promo segment with Bobby Lashley & The Street Profits to introduce a video package christening the Kross-AOP group as “The Final Testament” on Friday’s SmackDown episode.

Kross & Scarlett spoke during the video package and explained that their testament for the last several years has been to show the world how corrupt they are “by hurting them on the inside,” but that this new group is going to hurt people on the outside.

The video then recapped the angle from last week’s SmackDown where AOP and Kross attacked Lashley & The Street Profits. Kross said that Lashley & The Profits are at the top of their list as they reshape WWE.

Kross also referred to Ellering as “The most sadistic and inhumane person this world has ever had the displeasure of knowing,” before revealing The Final Testament name.

AOP returned to WWE on last week’s SmackDown and aligned with Kross as they attacked The Street Profits & Lashley two weeks after a vignette aired teasing the arrival of the new group.
