– Stacey Ervin Jr. won a Halloween Costume Rumble for the right to face Ricochet for the North American championship later in the night

During the match, Johnny Gargano sat in the ring and said that while other people were dressed as superheroes, he was the true super hero of NXT and that if anyone wanted to know why he attacked Aleister Black, they could just ask him. Black then came out and ran Johnny off.

Other costume battle royal participants with outfits were:

EC3 as Batman, Drake Maverick as Robin, Shane Thorne as Catwoman, Nick Miller as Author Of Bane (seen above), Forgotten Sons as themselves, Mohammed as The Mummy, Babatunde as a Minion, Suarav as an Indian warrior, Nasser as Popeye, Mars as Super Mario, Tucker Knight as Otis Dozovic, Otis Dozovic as Mandy Rose, Montez Ford as Slender Man, Angelo Dawkins as Keith Lee, Boa as Goku, Keith Lee as Bear, Luke Menzies as Mr. Incredible, Matt Riddle as Chicken Riddle, and Kassius Ohno as a giant inflated T-Rex.

This was a spectacle and the crowd loved it.

– Vanessa Borne (w/Kona Reeves) defeated Deonna Purrazzo

– Velveteen Dream defeated Kona Reeves (w/ Vanessa Borne)

– EC3 defeated Shane Thorne

– Aliyah defeated Lacey Lane

– NXT North American Champion Ricochet defeated Stacey Ervin Jr. to retain his title

There were approximately 350 people in attendance at tonight’s show

– No Way Jose defeated Ming (w/ Kona Reeves)

This was an entertaining opener with a lot of crowd reaction. Jose won it with the pop-up punch. During the match, a cameraman was recording ringside footage of this one.

When it was over, Reeves told Ming that he’s going to show him how it’s done in his match

– Jason defeated Kona Reeves (w/ Ming)

The crowd loved Jason, who would pose and play to the people. He won it with a roll-up.

– Dan Matha defeated Tian Bing

Matha won with a chokeslam backbreaker after a back-and-forth match that got a lot of time.

– Shayna Baszler (dressed as Darth Vader) won a 15-woman Halloween costume rumble

The final elimination was Ruby Riot (dressed up like Waldo from “Where’s Waldo?”), which came after they had a Lightsaber battle earlier. Others in the match included Pajama Party Liv Morgan, Scarecrow Dakota Kai, Nikki Cross dressed as No Way Jose, Wesley Blake dressed as Piggles (Liv Morgan’s pet pig), Riddick Moss as Batwoman, and Rhea Ripley and Lacey Evans as the Street Profits.

This was unbelievably fun nonsense, with the crowd going wild for the finish. At one point, Baszler used the Force to chokeslam Moss.

– Lio Rush defeated Buddy Murphy

They had an excellent match. It was up there with anything else from the Florida house shows this year. There were dives to the outside, they used their speed, and they countered each other’s moves.

– Hideo Itami defeated Adrian Jaoude

Itami played to the crowd and demanded respect, eventually winning a physical match.

– The Street Profits defeated Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch

The Street Profits won with a frog splash in another quality match that was given time. The teams embraced after it was over, closing a great show in a new venue.
