Announce team revealed for WWE Evolve

The commentary team for WWE Evolve has been revealed ahead of its debut next week.

After Shawn Michaels announced on ESPN Radio that Pete Rosenberg would be the voice for the upcoming show, Rosenberg on social media wrote that Mr. Stone would also be part of the announce team when the show debuts next Wednesday on Tubi, going head-to-head with AEW Dynamite.

“I have wanted to do play by play my whole life and I am so so excited to be the voice of @WWE Evolve alongside my man @MrStoneWWE…wrestling fans are going to love this show…First episode airs Wednesday night at 8 pm on @Tubi!!! Thank you @ShawnMichaels for this amazing announcement!,” he wrote.

The show was first announced during the Royal Rumble PLE and will showcase young talent looking to make their way to NXT and eventually the main roster. It was reported recently in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the show would be headed creatively by Gabe Sapolsky and would be similar to WWE’s previous program Level Up, though it will have its own angles and storylines.

He’s a former NXT world champion. He almost ended my best friend’s career, you know, is this the right guy that I should be going in the ring with? I don’t know but it’s happening. And you know now I’ve gotten to a point where I’m kind of empty minded about it. I’m just, I’m excited about it. I’m going to see what happens and I think I am going to be able to perform at my best.
