DR. KEITH PRESENTS: The Christmas Party Wrap-Up!

Bellies are full after a lovely roast and more Roses, Celebrations, and other mini chocolates than you should eat in one go. Unfortunately that means the time has come to wrap-up the 2016 Dr. Keith Christmas Party, but fear not, the lads at the mansion go out with a bang.

Yes, as always we have Eamo and Justin on cleanup duty as the First Triumvirate of The DKP gather for the first time in FOUR MONTHS to discuss the letter “O” in wrestling (continuing Just A to Z’s) and as it’s Christmas they also go OVER THE TOP and break out the big screen movie projector to see Sly Stallone, Scott Norton, and Terry Funk in all their glory.

Of course it’s Alan, Eamo, and Justin so expect all kinds of Christmas capers and good times. CHECK IT!!!

The lads join Alan to discuss 2016 Awards, 2017 breakout stars, match recommendations and a whole lot more along the way. Now let’s all take a minute and be thankful that Case was alive to do this show — as we hear about his harrowing near-death experience today.

Yes these two “blue eyes” are a stark contrast from the villain we discussed last time but they are every bit as interesting. The lads break down matches featuring Grey and Jones against the likes of Fit Finlay, Bull Blitzer, Dynamite Kid, Roy Regal, Jim Breaks, Ken Joyce, and many more.

It’s a trip down memory lane this week on the DKP as we tackle a subject and a man that we should have a long time ago. If we were going to do this we had to do it right, and that meant drafting in one of the most knowledgable wrestling minds we know, Kris Zellner!

Yes, Kris makes his DKP debut to sit down with Alan and talk the career of Rodney Anoa’i aka The Great Kokina aka Kokina Maximus aka YOKOZUNA! One of the most iconic wrestlers of all time, Yoko is remembered fondly by everyone who was around during the height of his fame. But before he even landed in the WWF, Yoko had a very interesting diverse career and we break it all down this week on the DKP.

A really fun show that is chock full of great memories! CHECK IT!!!

DR. KEITH PRESENTS: King Of Gate!!!

With the NJPW Best Of Super Juniors, All Japan’s Champion Carnival, BJW’s Strong Climb, wXw 16 Carat Gold and PROGRESS’ Super Strong Style 16 – it’s been the year of the great wrestling tournaments but the leader in the clubhouse thus far, and the tournament that has set the marker down for the G1, the CWC and the Super J Cup, was Dragon Gate’s King Of Gate!

Alan watched it all as did his guest this week: THE GURU OF GRAPPLING Mr. Joe Lanza! Alan and Joe talk all the best matches, the breakout stars, the stories of the tournament and so much more. The Dragon Gate wrestlers are among the best in the world and they don’t get enough credit. This week, the DKP shines a light on a very deserving promotion! It’s a must for DG fans but also a show worth checking out if you just wanna get excited about pro wrestling!

DR. KEITH PRESENTS: The Wrestling Trip Of A Lifetime!

Alan4L, your host of the DKP, is generally known as a rather excitable man when it comes to the ProWres. Well, he’s never been this excited so he had to do a show, and he had to make it a FREE show for all the fine people!

This week, Alan jumps on a plane to head to the land of the best wrestling on earth – Japan! It’s a first time trip, and it’s the trip of a lifetime. The schedule has come together so that the 10 days of the trip are jam-packed with amazing wrestling. It’s so incredible that we needed to preview it all. Joining Alan for the show is a DKP regular who’ll be joining him in Tokyo — the great Joey Bay!!!

The lads run through all the amazing matches that lie ahead for them. They’ll be seeing Big Japan, DDT, NOAH, New Japan, Dragon Gate, Sendai Girls, All Japan, WRESTLE-1 and NOSAWA Produce. So essentially…everything!!! If you like listening to people be crazy excited about wrestling, this is the show for you!

After the roaring success of the first annual Joe Gagne Christmas Draft where Alan, Joe and the Voices Of Wrestling lads drafted EVERY SINGLE WRESTLER IN JAPAN….. what better way to kick off the 2015 DKP Christmas Party than with the sequel! We flew in Rich and the two Joes to the Dr. Keith Christmas Mansion, we broke out the draft board and we proceeded to draft four rosters of WCW’s finest from the Nitro era. Who devised the best show?
