You didn’t think we could let February end without another installment of your favorite WrestleMania Preview/Radio Soap Opera, did you? No, of course not!

Alan, Justin and, Dave are back in their big rig rolling down the road on the way to Orlando, having a good ol’ chat about all things WWE heading into the big show.

The guys talk the Elimination Chamber, the Festival of Friendship’s standing among great Mania season angles of the past, the differing fortunes of the Fatu household, SmackDown commentary, and much more.

Plus, we just so happen to run into a surprise guest who catches us completely off guard on the side of the road! DR. KEITH PRESENTS: ‘I was there when…’

This week’s DKP sees us, for the first time, look at a single match from wrestling history with someone who “was there when…” Yes, it’s yet another new mini-series in the DKP portfolio, and the first guest will be Brendan Quinn who was there when Kota Ibushi tore the house down at the ECW Arena against El Generico, Nick Jackson, and Jigsaw.

It was from night two of Chikara’s King of Trios 2009 and it is a match which they have for free on their YouTube channel with over 110,000 views! This was a huge match in indie wrestling at the time and Brendan & Alan dissect every aspect of it this week on the DKP!!! CHECK IT!!

Under a shroud of mystery and a cloud of controversy, the DKP brings to you the opening leg of its annual ROAD TO WRESTLEMANIA!!!

We won’t go into details, you’ll just have to listen, but once things get calmed down and the shiny new Lincoln Hawk eat your heart out DKP TRUCK hits the road, there is some wonderful WrestleMania themed discussion to be had. The lads discuss the Royal Rumble, the impact of the draft on this year’s card, multiple pre-Mania PPVs and much much more.

DR. KEITH PRESENTS: The 2016 Capsule Comp, pt. 2!

The DKP is back this weekend to put a lid on 2016 with the second part of our Capsule Comp special! Mixtape, Scrapbook, Best Of, whatever you want to call it, it’s our way of remembering what was one heck of a year for wrestling.

2017 may have started out hot but it’s going to have a lot to do to eclipse the magic of 2016. Matt McEwen joins Alan to attempt to describe that magic as we run down his Capsule Comp which includes some matches and names you might not have expected!

Plus, Alan completes his comp with a run through “Disc 2!” A really fun show following up on last week’s edition with Joey Bay. CHECK IT!!!

The DKP is back continuing our Year In Review series with a bit of a new concept as Joey Bay returns to the show tasked with creating a 2016 Capsule Compilation!

The matches, moments, and interviews that defined the year are discussed as Joey plots out what he’d want to show someone 20 years from now. Alan of course had to give his two cents, and he also provides you the dear listener with a rundown of the first half of his personal compilation, with the second half to follow next week along with another guest who’ll have a comp of their own!

Omega, Naito, Hero, Ospreay, and all the heavy hitters are discussed as we move towards wrapping a bow on 2016!!! CHECK IT!

DR. KEITH PRESENTS: FSM 50!

We kick off the new year of the DKP early with the first show of a month-long look back at the year that was 2016.

Alan is joined by Fighting Spirit Magazine editor Brian Elliott and the honorable Joe Gagne to discuss the 2016 FSM 50 in detail. The guys run down the list from 50 to 1, discuss the process, controversial selections, and tough omissions.

You won’t get a better reminder of how great the talent was in wrestling last year than this. There were so many incredible wrestlers around the world and we celebrate the 50 best this week on the DKP. CHECK IT!!!

DR. KEITH PRESENTS: The Christmas Party Wrap-Up!

Bellies are full after a lovely roast and more Roses, Celebrations, and other mini chocolates than you should eat in one go. Unfortunately that means the time has come to wrap-up the 2016 Dr. Keith Christmas Party, but fear not, the lads at the mansion go out with a bang.

Yes, as always we have Eamo and Justin on cleanup duty as the First Triumvirate of The DKP gather for the first time in FOUR MONTHS to discuss the letter “O” in wrestling (continuing Just A to Z’s) and as it’s Christmas they also go OVER THE TOP and break out the big screen movie projector to see Sly Stallone, Scott Norton, and Terry Funk in all their glory.

Of course it’s Alan, Eamo, and Justin so expect all kinds of Christmas capers and good times. CHECK IT!!!

DR. KEITH PRESENTS: Kent Walton’s Christmas!

Alan and Jamesie meet up by the fireplace of the Dr. Keith Christmas Mansion to eat some mince pies and continue the “Two Falls, Two Submissions or a Knockout” series where we go in depth on two of the finest from the World Of Sport era.

On this edition, the lads look at gritty technical supremo Jon Cortez and the truly one of a kind, messer extraordinaire Les Kellett! There’s an addition to the list of top tier matches that we’ve seen in our viewing, we meet some whacky new friends and we find out where Mr. Cortez and Mr. Kellett fall in our overall ranks so far! A bit of classy festive fun in the middle of the DKP Christmas Party for you all to enjoy! CHECK IT!!!

DR. KEITH PRESENTS: The Joe Gagne Christmas Draft!!!

Yes, it’s back!!! For the third year in a row, the War Rooms in the Dr. Keith Christmas Mansion were opened up and four wise men engaged in THE JOE GAGNE CHRISTMAS DRAFT!!!

Joe himself joins Alan and the Voices Of Wrestling head honchos Rich Kraetsch and Joe Lanza. This year we go deep into Mr. Lanza’s wheelhouse and loads of fun is had with the draft topic and draftees!

Never one to shy away from speaking his mind, the former right hand man of The Dream comes firing out of the gate in his return to the show. Rob talks to Alan about all manner of things past, present, and future. The lads delve into Rob’s memory bank of going to ROH in the mid 2000s and talk the electricity provided by Low Ki, Homicide, and The Rottweilers plus the incredible run of KENTA and the specialness of the THREE THIRTY ONE TWO THOUSAND AND SIX Dragon Gate trios.

With Akira Tozawa’s Dragon Gate career coming to a close, we here at the DKP couldn’t let the moment pass without marking it in the best way we can.

Alan recruited THE YOUNG BOY Case Lowe (don’t worry he went right back to his squats and kitchen chores afterwards) to discuss the journey of Tozawa to this point where he heads to America as WWE’s latest signee.

The lads discuss the Tozawa-Juku days, the Metabolic Brothers, Tozawa’s US excursion and the incredible matches he had in PWG & DGUSA, and his incredible portfolio of work put together in the last 5 years since he returned to Japan.

If you aren’t sure what to expect from Tozawa when he shows up on Monday (and Tuesday) nights, well this is the show for you! CHECK IT!!!

The DKP is back with a special ON THE ROAD edition as Alan was in attendance (and at the commentary booth!) for wXw’s World Tag Team League this past weekend in Oberhausen.

Following an amazing three days of action, we’re joined by one of the legend of online graps, your friend and ours — STRIGGA!!! The great man chats with Alan about all the action which featured at least one strong MOTYC, a number of breakout performances, the best heel in wrestling (Jinny!!!) and much more.

In this case “much more” may include both kebab talk and artistic hindu squats! Following that, Alan talks with JT Dunn at the end of a tremendous weekend for himself and his partner Chris Hero which saw Death By Elbow go international! JT gives us a great insight into what makes him tick as a man and a wrestler. CHECK IT!!!

The Queen rejoices as Jamesie joins Alan to resume the latest addition to the DKP family — our new series discussing the greats of the World of Sport era.

The best of British are finely represented this week as we look at two fine upstanding gents. Peckham’s Steve Grey and Oldham’s Marty Jones! Yes these two “blue eyes” are a stark contrast from the villain we discussed last time but they are every bit as interesting. The lads break down matches featuring Grey and Jones against the likes of Fit Finlay, Bull Blitzer, Dynamite Kid, Roy Regal, Jim Breaks, Ken Joyce, and many more.
