DR. KEITH PRESENTS: Grade One Season!!!

The Mid-Summer Magic is about to begin! Yes, it’s time for the G1 Climax 2017 and it’s got as much excitement surrounding it as ever before. New Japan is in the midst of a historic in-ring year and the G1 could potentially take it to an even higher level (as ludicrous as that seems).

The lineup is great, there’s a ton of great matchups, sleeper matchups, and fresh matchups. Plus there are some really interesting stories from top guys to newcomers to veterans. This has the potential to be an unforgettable month of wrestling and Alan and Matt McEwen attempt to do it justice with an in-depth preview this week on the DKP! CHECK IT!!!

Classic Audio: Kevin Steen talks his career on the DKP in 2010

With the upcoming release of “Fight Owens Fight: The Kevin Owens Story” on DVD, it was brought to Alan 4L’s attention that an interview that he conducted with the then-Kevin Steen was mentioned in the documentary.

Alan spoke to Kevin on an episode of the DKP in December 2010 shortly after Ring of Honor’s Final Battle show. Kevin spoke candidly for almost 90 minutes about his feud with El Generico and his leaving ROH, breaking in at 14 years old in Quebec, making his name in CZW and JAPW, moving on to PWG, touring Dragon Gate, his false start in ROH and coming back two years later, and much more.

For those that appreciate professionalism well…. this is… probably not the show for you. Otherwise a GREAT show! CHECK IT!!!

Joey also got to see EVOLVE and Michael Elgin’s Glory Pro during this span of time and we talk all that and so much more in a whopper edition of the DKP. CHECK IT!!!

DR. KEITH PRESENTS: Wrestling as medicine!

Hello one and all! Yes, the DKP is still alive and thankfully ol’ Alan4L is too!!! After a couple of weeks in the hospital which put our dear show on hiatus, Alan is back with a solo show this week to recap what’s been going on in his life.

And of course by that we mean, the absolute swathes of professional wrestling he got to watch in between shots of morphine, operations, and tasty hospital meals (seriously they were REALLY good!!!).

A bit of everything gets covered in this short and snappy 45 minute show. Whether it be PROGRESS in London, CWF Mid-Atlantic in North Carolina, Dragon Gate in Tokyo or Gran Apache baby stealing in Mexico City — chances are Alan watched it in the hospital and shares his thoughts with you guys this week!

We’ll be back on the horse going forward, and this will be a great summer for the DKP! CHECK IT!!!

The dust has settled on WrestleMania week and the dust has settled on the wheels of the DKP Big Rig. DR. KEITH PRESENTS: Your non-WWE guide to WrestleMania week!!!

It’s the most exciting time of the year for wrestling fans, and it’s the biggest week of the year for independent wrestling in America. Yep, it’s WrestleMania week and this year is the craziest ever in terms of indie shows.

Orlando will be flooded with wrestling for a full week, many of the best wrestlers in the world will be there and a zillion promotions are running (including THREE from the UK). It’s so crazy we needed two segments to preview it and we drafted in two US indie experts of the last decade-plus.

First Travis McNeill joins Alan to talk EVOLVE’s two big shows, the WWN Supershow, Beyond, ROH, and the craziness going down at WrestleCon. Then “THE FALCON” Mike Falcone soars in to go in depth on JOEY JANELA’S SPRING BREAK, CZW (including a Best of the Best history lesson) and his most anticipated matches of the week.

A huge show as we get all set for Orlando! CHECK IT!!!
