WWE Sydney, AU, live results: Finn Balor vs. Chris Jericho

Submitted by James Stanios and Dann from the Qudos Bank Arena

– Apollo Crews defeated Sheamus

Crews pinned Sheamus with a roll-up.

– Braun Strowman defeated Jey Uso

Strowman won with the reverse chokeslam in what was basically a squash match.

– WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day (Xavier Woods & Kofi Kingston) defeated The Club to retain their titles

Big E came out during the match to distract The Club, which allowed Woods to pin Anderson.

– Finn Balor defeated Chris Jericho

Jericho came out to a big pop but his heel mic work turned the crowd. Balor got the win with the Coup de Grace.

– United States Champion Rusev defeated Titus O’Neil to retain his title

Rusev won with the Accolade.

– John Cena defeated AJ Styles

This was the best match on the show. Cena got a huge reaction but the crowd was into both guys. Anderson and Gallows interfered and gave Cena the Magic Killer while the referee was distracted, but Cena got the win with the AA.

– WWE Women’s Champion Sasha Banks defeated Charlotte to retain her title

The match started with mat wrestling until Dana Brooke interfered and pushed Banks off the apron. Banks was able to overcome the interference and won with the Banks Statement.

– Sami Zayn defeated Kevin Owens

Zayn took a lot of offense but came back to get the pinfall victory.

– Roman Reigns defeated Seth Rollins

Reigns came out to a lot of boos but was able to turn the crowd by the end of the match. He pinned Rollins after hitting the spear.

WWE Adelaide, AU, live results: John Cena vs. AJ Styles

Submitted by Charles Harris and James Rawlings from the Adelaide Entertainment Centre

– Apollo Crews defeated Sheamus

Sheamus got a lot of boos here. Crews got the victory via pinfall. Just a match and nothing much to it.

– Braun Strowman defeated Jey Uso w/Jimmy Uso

Strowman won with the reverse chokeslam, but got superkicked by both Usos after.

– United States Champion Rusev defeated Titus O’Neil

– WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day (Xavier Woods & Kofi Kingston) defeated Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows

New Day won after Big E came out for the distraction.

– Roman Reigns & Finn Balor defeated Seth Rollins & Chris Jericho

This was the best match of the night. Crowd wasn’t fully into it at first, but the sheer hard work of the wrestlers got them excited. The heels tried to cut a promo on the town but they’re so entertaining that they got kind of cheered.

Reigns got a good amount of boos at first but was mostly cheered by the end of the match.

– WWE Women’s Champion Sasha Banks defeated Charlotte w/Dana Brooke

Banks successfully defended her title when she made Charlotte tap with the Banks Statement.

– Sami Zayn defeated Kevin Owens

A good house show match but nothing special. They’re both excellent workers who have done it so many times that it was just effortless for them to put on a good match.

– John Cena defeated AJ Styles

This was the second best match of the night. Cena got the biggest pop of anyone on the show. People were into all the false finishes with Styles escaping the AA and hitting the Styles Clash. Styles kicked out of an AA before all the shenanigans with run-ins and ref bumps began.

As they’ve done previously on the tour, they announced an NXT tour of Australia next year, showing Samoa Joe, Bayley, and Shinsuke Nakamura so we’ll see what happens there.

WWE Melbourne, AU, live results: Reigns & Balor vs. Rollins & Jericho

Submitted by Nic Negrepontis from the Rod Laver Arena

– Apollo Crews defeated Sheamus

Crews won with a roll-up. Crowd was hot. Sheamus was met with loud boos.

– Braun Strowman defeated Jey Uso w/Jimmy Uso

Not much of a match, crowd didn’t really care. Strowman won with the reverse chokeslam but got superkicked by both Usos after the match.

– WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day (Xavier Woods & Kofi Kingston) defeated Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows

Big E came out during the match to his usual entrance which led to the finish. Kingston pinned Anderson off the distraction. The crowd went ballistic when Big E came out.

– Roman Reigns & Finn Balor defeated Seth Rollins & Chris Jericho

Rollins and Jericho cut a promo pre-match that was incredibly funny and the crowd gave them a standing ovation. Jericho called himself the biggest wanker in the world, “not realizing” what it meant. Reigns pinned Jericho after a spear in a really good match.

– WWE Women’s Champion Sasha Banks defeated Charlotte w/Dana Brooke

Another fantastic match. Banks won with the Banks Statement and got a bigger reaction than anyone bar the main event.

– Sami Zayn defeated Kevin Owens

Great match. Zayn won after reversing a powerbomb into a roll-up.

– John Cena defeated AJ Styles

The crowd was white hot and there were dueling chants all match long. Anderson and Gallows interfered after the ref was knocked out but Cena took them out by himself. Cena won with the AA.

Cena cut a promo post-match apologizing to the crowd for missing the Australian tour in 2015. He missed due to Rollins breaking his nose.
