AEW returning to Cedar Park, Texas, for December Dynamite

As the end of the year approaches, AEW has announced their first December event.

For the first time since March, AEW will return to the H-E-B Center in Cedar Park, Texas, for the Wednesday, December 7th Dynamite. This will be their fourth-ever Dynamite in the venue (February 2020, July 2021, March 2022).

This will likely not be the Winter is Coming edition of the show even though AEW head Tony Khan strongly hinted it will be returning to Texas. It’s likely that show will be the following week in Garland, Texas, where it was held last year.

AEW returning to Indianapolis in November

For the first time in a year, AEW Dynamite will return to Indianapolis, Indiana, for a live Dynamite.

Announced during Wednesday’s show, Dynamite will emanate from the Indiana Farmers Coliseum on Wednesday, November 30th — their first appearance in the city since November 10, 2021.

The new date rounds out the company’s schedule through November.

AEW to make Seattle debut in January 2023

Announced during Wednesday’s Dynamite, AEW will make their highly-anticipated debut in Seattle, Washington, on January 4th, 2023, for a live Dynamite.

It will be their first-ever time in the Pacific Northwest and third time ever on the West Coast following this year’s California shows in Los Angeles and Ontario, respectively.

The event is being held at the 18,000-seat Climate Pledge Arena with tickets going on-sale on Friday, September 23rd.

January 4th is already a big day in pro wrestling with New Japan Pro Wrestling holding their annual Wrestle Kingdom event in Tokyo.

AEW also announced that their annual Thanksgiving eve Dynamite on Wednesday, November 23rd will return to Chicago’s Wintrust Arena. It will also be the fallout show following November’s Full Gear.

AEW announces Dynamite & Rampage dates for four East Coast cities

AEW will be sticking to the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic United States for part of November.

During Wednesday’s Dynamite, they announced four new dates — all in cities they have appeared in before. One of them is another live Rampage, continuing an October trend where three Rampages will also be live.

  • Friday, November 4th Rampage at Atlantic City, New Jersey’s Boardwalk Hall

AEW announces Tuesday Dynamite, third live October Rampage

Due to the MLB playoffs, a mid-October edition of AEW Dynamite will be held on a Tuesday.

AEW quietly announced the news via an on-screen graphic during Wednesday’s main event, along with two other new October dates.

The show is set for Tuesday, October 18th in Cincinnati, Ohio, at the Heritage Bank Center. It’s unknown if the show will air live that night or if it will be taped to air on Wednesday the 19th after game one of the American League Championship Series on TBS has concluded.

AEW also announced a Wednesday, October 26th Dynamite from Norfolk, Virginia’s Chartway Arena and their third live Rampage of October, set for their debut at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut, on Friday, October 28th.

All three events go on sale on Friday, August 26th.

AEW Dark tapings set for Orlando’s Universal Studios this Sunday

AEW will continue their run at Orlando’s Universal Studios with a doubleheader of Dark tapings this Sunday, August 21st.

Session one begins at 2 PM Eastern while session two begins at 7 PM Eastern with both lasting three hours each. As of this writing, tickets for the first show are already sold out.

In the advertising for the tapings, AEW departed from featuring specific talent, simply going with the the event details instead.

The company is coming up on their one-year anniversary of running shows at Universal Studios as they kicked off there last September. They have consistently run Dark tapings there monthly ever since.

AEW returning to Jacksonville in October for live Rampage

AEW will return to its home during the pandemic — Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida — on Friday, October 21st.

Khan revealed the news during a Jacksonville Jaguars NFL preseason game.

While he didn’t specify the details, it’s assumed to be for a live edition of Rampage. 

AEW last appeared in the venue in March 2022 for the Revolution go-home edition of Dynamite. That was also the same night Khan revealed that he had purchased Ring of Honor.

Daily’s Place was the home of AEW during the closed-set/limited audience era of Dynamite during the height of the pandemic.

It will be the second live Rampage of October as they run in Washington, DC, on Friday, October 7th for a combo taping with Battle of the Belts IV.

AEW returning to Philadelphia in September

AEW is returning for the fourth time to the City of Brotherly Love.

A live Dynamite and taped Rampage will take place at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania’s Liacouras Center on Wednesday, September 28th with tickets going on sale this Friday.

It will be the second time AEW has run Philadelphia this year following the April 27th Dynamite, headlined by then-TNT Champion Sammy Guevara vs. Scorpio Sky in a ladder match.

This will be their fourth show in the venue as they debuted in October 2019 and returned for a pandemic-delayed show in October 2021.

AEW to make Albany, New York debut in September

AEW will be in a New York state of mind for three straight weeks in September.

During Dynamite, the company announced their debut in Albany, New York, for Wednesday, September 14th. The live Dynamite and taped Rampage will take place at the 16,000-seat MVP Arena.

Tickets go on-sale Friday, July 22nd.

The news comes on the same night they officially confirmed that September 4th’s All Out, plus the preceding Dynamite and Rampage, will take place at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

The news comes a week after they announced their debut in Buffalo, New York, for Wednesday, September 7th — days after All Out. 

The Albany event marks the third straight week of AEW action in New York State in September as they return to Queens, New York, on Wednesday, September 21st for both Dynamite and Rampage Grand Slam.

AEW to debut in Savannah, Georgia, on July 13

As announced on Dynamite Wednesday, AEW will make their debut in Savannah, Georgia, on Wednesday, July 13.

The live Dynamite paired with a Rampage taping will be held at the 9,500 seat Enmarket Arena with tickets going on sale next Friday, May 13.

It’s another new city AEW will debut in this summer as they head to Los Angeles and Ontario, California, in early-June and Detroit, Michigan, in late-June.
