WWE crowns women’s Royal Rumble 2026 winner

Liv Morgan is set for a big 2026 with a WrestleMania title shot already secured.

Morgan was crowned the winner of the 2026 women’s Royal Rumble match on Saturday, entering the bout at number 14 and last eliminating Tiffany Stratton to get the victory. This is the first time Morgan has ever won the Rumble. She joins Asuka, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, Ronda Rousey, Rhea Ripley, and Bayley on the list of wrestlers who have won the women’s edition of the match since it was introduced in 2018.

The final four in this year’s Rumble were Morgan, Stratton, Sol Ruca, and Raquel Rodriguez. Dissension within The Judgment Day looks like it will be a story heading into WrestleMania after Morgan took advantage of an opportunity to eliminate her fellow faction member Rodriguez.

We then saw Stratton eliminate Ruca, but Morgan followed up on that by connecting with Oblivion on Stratton for the victory.

After spending several months out of action with a shoulder injury, Morgan made her return to WWE programming at Survivor Series in November 2025. She’s now set to challenge for either the Women’s World Championship or WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 42 this April. Those respective titles are currently held by Stephanie Vaquer and Jade Cargill.

Morgan challenging for the Women’s World Championship would make the most sense given that she and Vaquer are both on Raw — and Vaquer is already feuding with Rodriguez over the title. Vaquer is set to defend against Rodriguez in a Philly Street Fight on Raw this coming Monday.

Brie Bella, Tiffany Stratton among surprises in women’s WWE Royal Rumble match

Brie Bella was among the notable names in this year’s women’s Royal Rumble end.

Bella entered at number 29, making her first appearance in a WWE ring since 2022 when she competed in that year’s Royal Rumble. She reunited with her sister Nikki Bella, who has been on television for most of the last year, but both ended up being eliminated by Lash Legend.

Another notable return was Tiffany Stratton, who had been off television since losing the WWE Women’s Championship to Jade Cargill last fall. She entered at number 30 and made it to the final two.

NXT stars in this year’s match included Lola Vice, Sol Ruca, Kelani Jordan, and NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne. A sequence toward the end of the match had Jayne eliminate Jordan. Ruca immediately followed with a sol snatcher on Jayne and eliminated her.

The final three participants in the match were Ruca, Stratton, and Liv Morgan. Stratton eliminated Ruca as all three were on the apron, but Morgan used the opening to hit oblivion on Stratton, eliminating her to win the Rumble match.

Natalya’s alter ego, Nattie, also had her in-ring debut on Saturday. Coming out to a new theme, she went after Maxxine Dupri but also confronted Becky Lynch, who she ended up eliminating in a surprise. She was eventually eliminated by Morgan.

Updated list of WWE Royal Rumble participants

More participants have been announced for the men’s Royal Rumble.

During Friday’s WWE SmackDown, it was revealed that Damien Priest would be entering the Royal Rumble match, picking his number from a tumbler. When Priest saw his number, he seemed to indicate that he had a low number, dismissing it by saying it would give him more time to throw people out. Later, Trick Williams also indicated he was in the Royal Rumble match.

While promoting tomorrow’s Rumble, more names were also revealed including Ilja Dragunov and The Miz. No new participants were announced for the women’s Royal Rumble match.

Earlier on Friday, Brock Lesnar revealed on the Pat McAfee Show that he would be entering this year’s Rumble.

Possible Royal Rumble spoiler inadvertently airs during WWE SmackDown

An error may have spoiled who the first entrant is in one of tomorrow’s Royal Rumble matches.

On the live edition Friday’s SmackDown in Saudi Arabia that streamed on Netflix internationally, Fraxiom were making their way to the ring when suddenly a graphic was shown at the bottom of the screen indicating Bron Breakker drew number 1 in the men’s Royal Rumble match. The graphic was taken down just as quickly as it was put up.

During the USA Network airing, the error was removed.

A somewhat similar situation took place last year when WWE decided to reshoot an angle between Logan Paul and John Cena that closed out SmackDown, with two different versions of Paul’s sucker punch airing on Netflix and the USA Network respectively.

Breakker was put into the Royal Rumble match on Raw after Adam Pearce chose to lift his indefinite suspension, saying it was himself that got physical first by grabbing Breakker during their altercation. He also put all the members of The Vision into the Royal Rumble match. After Austin Theory beat Rey Mysterio in a match, the rest of the Vision took out Penta and Dragon Lee. Announcers pushed that a phone call Pearce got last week may be leading the group into getting preferential treatment moving forward.

Triple H hypes ‘epic’ WWE Royal Rumble, says ‘a lot of surprises in store’

While appearing on ESPN’s Get Up this morning, Paul “Triple H” Levesque hyped that WWE has an “epic” Royal Rumble in store this weekend.

Saturday’s PLE is being held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and will be the first Royal Rumble since WWE’s new PLE deal with ESPN began. When asked what casual fans can expect, Levesque said there will be surprises like the Royal Rumble has always been known for. He also said both the men’s and women’s Rumble matches will feature stacked lineups of established stars.

“The Royal Rumble is one of those events that’s amazing to see, because every couple of minutes there is a new entrant that enters into the fray, right? So as this match goes on over the course of the hour that it takes or so, you’re getting constantly surprised by who is next,” Levesque said. “And the strategy of what happens when that person comes out. This year is going to be no different.

“There’s a lot of surprises in store, but also it’s one of the most star-studded Rumbles that I can recall. You’ve got Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Jey Uso, Bron Breakker, Logan Paul’s going to be in there. On the women’s side, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan. They’re just stacked cards. This one is going to be epic.”

The NFL has its Super Bowl coming up soon, and Levesque told Get Up that WWE is now starting its own playoff season with the Royal Rumble. It will begin the road to WrestleMania 42, which takes place in Las Vegas this April.

Saturday’s Rumble PLE has a 2 p.m. Eastern start time, airing live on the ESPN app in the United States and Netflix everywhere else.

Oba Femi, Je’Von Evans, Becky Lynch among latest to declare for WWE Royal Rumble match

More wrestlers have declared for the WWE Royal Rumble.

During the Adam Pearce – Bron Breakker summit that took place on Raw, the brand’s GM not only reinstated Breakker but placed him, along with the rest of The Vision, into Saturday’s Royal Rumble match. In a backstage segment later in the night, Logan Paul suggested they all focus on making sure Breakker ends up winning the Rumble.

It was also announced that Oba Femi would be appearing in the Royal Rumble match. Vignettes have been airing on the main roster ever since he laid the NXT Championship in the ring following a successful title defense at New Year’s Evil.

Je’Von Evans also declared for the Royal Rumble during a commercial break, saying he was fine after his match on Raw last week was stopped due to a possible injury.

Becky Lynch declared in a backstage segment while talking about retaining the Women’s Intercontinenal title on last week’s Raw against Maxxine Durpri. She also exchanged words with Asuka, who has already declared for the match.

Kingdom Arena Venue Guide for WWE Royal Rumble 2026

If you are heading to WWE Royal Rumble 2026 in Riyadh, Kingdom Arena is a fully covered venue built for big ticket sports and entertainment. It sits in the Hittin area next to the Boulevard City and Boulevard World entertainment zones, so you will be arriving in a busy district with lots of foot traffic on major event nights.

Kingdom Arena seating tips for WWE Royal Rumble 2026

Kingdom Arena’s capacity can change based on configuration. Different sources list it in the low to mid tens of thousands, which is normal for a flexible venue that hosts multiple event types.

For WWE, seating usually breaks down into floor seats, lower bowl, and an upper level. Floor can look premium on the ticket map, but sightlines depend on how many rows are on the floor and whether you are behind taller fans or production positions. If you want a “safer” view of the ring and entrances, the first elevated rows in the lower bowl often give you cleaner angles than deep floor sections.

Kingdom Arena also includes premium hospitality options like skyboxes and lounge style areas, which can be worth considering if you want more space and easier access to food and restrooms. Although bear in mind that these will cost into the tens of thousands.

Kingdom Arena parking for WWE Royal Rumble 2026

Expect event parking in and around the Boulevard City complex, plus clearly marked drop off zones for taxis and rideshare. Arrive early, follow staff directions, and use your ticketing details for the best entry point since gate plans can change by event setup.

Is Kingdom Arena cash or cashless?

Saudi entertainment events have pushed hard toward contactless payments. Riyadh Season has used prepaid and wearable payment options designed to speed up purchases on site, and WeBook promotes cashless style payment tools for the wider festival experience. In practice, you should plan for card and mobile wallet payments and keep a backup card on you.

Kingdom Arena public transport and getting there

Most visitors use taxi or rideshare in Riyadh for door to door travel, especially late at night after a major show. Riyadh Metro options are expanding, and routes connecting the airport area to KAFD and onward toward central corridors are commonly mentioned in trip planning resources, but the last mile to Kingdom Arena may still require a short taxi depending on where you start.

FAQ

Where is Kingdom Arena in Riyadh?

It is in the Hittin area near Boulevard City and Boulevard World. Many listings also show an address in Hittin, Riyadh 13516.

How early should I arrive for Royal Rumble 2026?

Aim for at least 60 to 90 minutes early if you are picking up tickets, clearing security, or parking on site, since arrival surges are common for WWE stadium style shows.

What should I bring for entry?

Bring a charged phone for digital tickets and payments, plus a small bag if the event allows it. Bag rules can vary by promoter, so check the WWE event page and your ticket provider on the day.

Drew McIntyre’s opponent for WWE Royal Rumble confirmed

Sami Zayn is going for the WWE title again.

Zayn emerged victorious in the four-way number one contender’s match that headlined Saturday Night’s Main Event in his hometown of Montreal. The finish had Priest laying out Zayn with the Razor’s Edge. Trick Williams emerged on the apron but Priest took him out. Zayn took the opening and connected with the helluva kick on Priest, covering him for the win before Randy Orton could interrupt the count.

As Zayn was celebrating Drew McIntyre entered the ring and attempted to take out Zayn, who saw the attack coming and instead dodged and threw McIntyre out of the ring. McIntyre seethed on the outside as Zayn closed out the show standing tall.

After everyone won their qualifying matches on SmackDown last week, McIntyre on this week’s show continued to go low, targeting Zayn by saying his son was used to being disappointed by his father, because his father was Sami Zayn. When Zayn met McIntyre later in the night backstage, he responded by slapping the WWE Champion right where he stood.

Updated list of WWE Royal Rumble participants

Jacob Fatu is heading to the Royal Rumble.

It was confirmed during the opening segment of Saturday Night’s Main Event that Fatu has been confirmed for the upcoming match that will take place next weekend. This follows a wild brawl between Cody Rhodes and Fatu on Saturday that failed to settle any of their issues, as the match never officially took place.

As Rhodes was making his entrance, Fatu jumped him and the two proceeded to fight all over the arena, brawling into the crowd and into the concession area inside the Bell Centre. They eventually found their way to ringside once again and fought on a platform near some tables. It was there that Drew McIntyre emerged, taking out Fatu and low blowing Rhodes. He then sent Rhodes into one of the nearby tables as the segment ended with the new WWE Champion standing tall.

Here is the updated list for the WWE Royal Rumble:

Roman Reigns declares for WWE Royal Rumble, updated list of participants

Roman Reigns is the latest to declare for the Royal Rumble.

During Friday’s SmackDown, a video aired showing Reigns’ previous Royal Rumble appearances. It was then confirmed that he would be participating in next weekend’s Royal Rumble match in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This would mark Reigns’ first appearance in WWE since the events of Survivor Series, where his team lost to the Vision’s team in the annual War Games match.

After the loss, Reigns seemed to make peace with CM Punk over the loss, but not so much with Cody Rhodes. The two exchanged words, hinting that a future match between the two might take place. But it is also worth noting that new reports indicate plans for WrestleMania have changed with Drew McIntyre’s WWE Championship win earlier this month.

In addition to Reigns, Jordynne Grace, Chelsea Green, Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair, Lash Legend, Nia Jax, and Giulia all brought up during Friday’s show in Montreal that they would be in the upcoming Royal Rumble match. Solo Sikoa also declared for the men’s Royal Rumble.

Here is the updated list of declarations for the men’s and women’s Royal Rumble:
