WWE planning to have live crowd for both nights of WrestleMania 37

WWE is planning on selling tickets for both nights of WrestleMania 37.

It isn’t known how many fans will allowed in for both April 10th and 11th, but it would mark the first shows that WWE has sold tickets for since last March when they stopped touring due to the pandemic.

From a Saturday press release and event: “In coordination with local partners and government officials, WWE will announce ticket availability and safety protocols for WrestleMania 37 in the coming weeks. Information on additional WrestleMania Week events is forthcoming.”

As part of the announcement, WWE made it official that this year’s WrestleMania will be held at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, the originally planned location for last year’s event. The pandemic necessitated its move to the Orlando-based Performance Center instead and was spread over two nights for the first time ever.

WWE also confirmed Saturday that WrestleMania 38 will take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on April 3, 2022, with WrestleMania 39 happening at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on April 2, 2023 — the originally planned location for this year’s event.

AEW Double or Nothing ticket onsale dates announced

This story was updated at 10:50 PM Eastern.

During the AEW Double or Nothing press conference Thursday night in Las Vegas, NV, Cody announced when tickets will officlally go on sale for the group’s second pay-per-view event.

Registration is now open for a presale that will begin on Monday, February 11th at 3 PM Eastern/12 PM Pacific with the public onsale starting on Wednesday, February 13th at noon Eastern/9 AM Pacific. Prices were not announced.

As of 10:15 PM Eastern, they had received nearly 12,000 requests for presale codes, virually ensuring a sellout if they don’t leave any tickets available for the public onsale.

Fans can register on AEW’s website to get a unique code from now through February 10th at 10 PM Eastern with unique codes being sent on February 11th.

Double or Nothing is scheduled for Saturday, May 25th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Officially announced at the presser was Hangman Page vs. PAC with matches involving the Young Bucks, Cody, SCU, and more expected to be announced shortly.

The group’s first PPV event All In sold out in just over 30 minutes at the Sears Centre in Chicago, IL. The venue held 10,000 while the MGM is expected to be scaled for around 14,000.

WWE NXT tickets remain white-hot with multiple pre-sale sellouts

1500 tickets for a 1/16 NXT house show in Chicago at the Portage Theater, the group’s debut in the market, sold out in one minute today.

At this writing, there are 48 tickets left on Stubhub with a cheapest ticket price at $145.  There are also tickets available in other secondary market sites and through area ticket brokers, but are for well above face value and there are not a great deal of them available.

Tickets for a 1/30 NXT show in Royal Oak, MI, just outside of Detroit, sold out their pre-sale allotment on the first day as well.

Also, it appears as if the entire pre-sale allotment for the NXT event on April 1st in Dallas, TX, is also sold out. The show, set for the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, seats about 7,000. A public on-sale is scheduled for Saturday, but it’s likely only a small amount of tickets will be made available which is usually the case in these situations.
