WWE star Alexa Bliss and her husband Ryan Cabrera are expecting a baby girl.

The couple announced the news with a gender reveal that aired on Tuesday’s edition of Entertainment Tonight. Cabrera smashed a pink and blue guitar to reveal that the baby would be a girl.

Bliss and Cabrera had a gender reveal party for friends and family prior to publicly announcing the news.

Bliss first announced her pregnancy in May. The baby is due to arrive this December.

The 31-year-old Bliss (Lexi Cabrera) and 41-year-old Cabrera have been married since April 2022. This will be their first child.

In an interview with E! News in May, Bliss said her pregnancy was a “total surprise” because they weren’t actively trying to have a baby. Bliss and Cabrera said they couldn’t have been more excited about the news.

Cabrera is a musician who is famous for the 2004 hit song “On the Way Down.”

Bliss hasn’t wrestled since January, when Bianca Belair defeated her in a Raw Women’s Championship match at the Royal Rumble.

Bliss wasn’t included in this year’s WWE Draft due to her pregnancy.

WWE star Alexa Bliss is expecting the arrival of her first child.

On Tuesday, Bliss (Alexis Cabrera) revealed that she and her husband Ryan Cabrera are expecting their first child. The baby is due this December.

Bliss told E! News that she and Cabrera were “shocked” when they found out she was pregnant.

“It was a total surprise, as we weren’t trying at all,” Bliss said.

Bliss and Cabrera said they “couldn’t be more excited” about the baby’s arrival.

The 31-year-old Bliss and 40-year-old Cabrera got married in April 2022. Cabrera is a singer who performed the 2004 hit song “On the Way Down.”

Along with their announcement, Bliss and Cabrera released a comedic YouTube video revealing the news.

Bliss hasn’t been on WWE programming since unsuccessfully challenging Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship at the Royal Rumble this January. She posted a tweet in March clarifying that she wasn’t on a hiatus from WWE: “Tired of seeing these tweets. I am not on a hiatus. They know where to find me. also need to remember – you only see what parts of life I want you to see.”

Bliss announced later that month that she was “all clear” of skin cancer after undergoing a procedure to remove a spot on her face that was found to be basal cell carcinoma.

Also in March, Bliss was unmasked as a contestant on Fox’s The Masked Singer.

Alexa Bliss and singer Ryan Cabrera have tied the knot. 

The couple were married on Saturday in Palm Desert, California. Guests were only notified of the exact location of the ceremony the day of. 

Bliss described her wedding to PEOPLE as “very non-traditional” and “rockstar” themed, including guests needing to show “backstage passes” to get in. She would later reveal on social media that NSYNC, Bowling For Soup, Yellow Card, Nash from Hot Chelle Rae, and Travis Clark from We The Kings all played at the event. DJs White Shadow, Sega Genecide, Blake Lewis and Ashley Parker Angel also performed. 

A wine bar featuring Bonita Bonita Wine created by the Bella Twins was also present at the reception. In lieu of a sit-down meal, the couple brought in their two-favorite Los Angeles-based food trucks, Heavy Handed Burgers and Fries, and Yamashiro Japanese.

“We wanted it to be more laid back,” Cabrera said of the food choice. “A chicken or steak dinner is not really us.”

The couple’s first dance was to James Arthur’s “Falling Like the Stars.”

The Miz, Maryse, Liv Morgan, Braun Strowman, Mojo Rawley, Nia Jax, Sonya Deville, CJ Perry, Kayla Braxton, and more can be seen in pictures of the wedding posted to social media.

Alexa Bliss is set to be married to singer Ryan Cabrera this weekend. 

According to a report from PW Insider, a private ceremony will be held in California with guests only being notified of an exact location shortly beforehand. 

With her wedding upcoming, Bliss has not been involved in WWE storylines since the Elimination Chamber on February 19. She made it to the final two of the women’s chamber match before being eliminated by winner, Bianca Belair. 

“Bliss hasn’t been on television of late with the wedding upcoming so no point in starting her back with no Mania match,” wrote Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter. 

In August 2020, Bliss appeared on an episode of The Bellas Podcast and noted that she and Cabrera actually first met because of a rumor that they were already dating. 

“He was liking some of my tweets and a fan saw that and started a whole Instagram that we were dating and tagged everyone in the company. I had people calling me and texting me and coming up to me saying, oh, you’re dating Ryan. I said, ‘I never met the guy.’” 

They became engaged in November of 2020.
