  • This past Sunday’s episode of ‘Family Guy’ featured characters wearing Excalibur and Matt Classic masks. Colt Cabana wrote on social media: “When your brother is the director of @FamilyGuyonFOX, sometimes your favorite masked wrestlers make an appearance.”
  • Cabana also shared concept art of the crossover.
  • Kyle Fletcher gave an airplane spin to the host of NBC Chicago Today.
  • Nick Wayne was on Close Up with Renee Paquette.
  • Barstool Sports covered a viral clip featuring Ninja Mack performing multiple consecutive backflips in and out of the ring during his Best of the Super Juniors match against Robbie X from this past weekend.
  • Deadline is reporting that Kevin Nash will join the cast of the upcoming independent dramedy film ‘Caroline’.
  • Jake Roberts provided an update following his heart surgery: “I’m out of surgery, recovering well, and feeling good. Appreciate everyone who prayed and gave their words of encouragement. Back in action again soon. #TrustMe”
  • Paul Walter Hauser is out of Defy Fatal Fantasy due to injury. A replacement will be announced soon.
  • Jack Price announced he is now a free agent after his TNA contract expired: “My TNA contract is officially up. Your favorite Diamond is a free agent. I won Gut Check in 2022. Pitched stories. Waited for opportunity. It never came. Now I write my own story. Diamonds are forever… and so is Jack Price. See you soon.”
  • The former Gigi Dolin, Priscilla Kelly, has been announced for two GCW events in July.

Jack Evans vs. Ninja Mack set for GCW You Wouldn’t Understand

Jack Evans is returning to GCW. 

The promotion announced on Thursday that he’s booked to face Ninja Mack at GCW You Wouldn’t Understand. The event takes place Saturday, June 18 from the Melrose Ballroom in New York. It will air live on FITE TV. 

Only one other match has been announced for the show thus far. The SAT (Joel Maximo, Jose Maximo & Will Maximo) will face ASF, Gringo Loco, & Drago Kid in trios action. Blake Christian, Joey Janela, Marko Stunt, AJ Gray, and the Second Gear Crew have all been advertised for the show as well. 

The last time Evans was in GCW he lost a world title match to Nick Gage on November 24, 2018. He is coming off a three year run in AEW. Evans debuted at Double or Nothing 2019 and did not have his contract renewed when it expired at the end of last month. 

The announced matches for GCW You Wouldn’t Understand are as follows:

  • ASF, Drago Kid, & Gringo Loco vs. The Sat (Joel Maximo, Jose Maximo & Will Maximo)
  • Jack Evans vs. Ninja Mack

New Tully Blanchard client to debut at ROH Supercard of Honor

A new Tully Blanchard client will be revealed at ROH Supercard of Honor this Friday night.

During a promo that aired on Fite TV’s Fite Fest Event Center: Day 1, Blanchard revealed that he has a new client that will face Ninja Mack at Supercard of Honor. The identity of Blanchard’s client wasn’t revealed.

“April 1, Dallas, Texas. I used to talk about Dallas, Texas in a lot of different ways, but I was always coming to be in the ring. This time, I’m coming to stand outside the ring,” Blanchard said. “I’ve taken Ninja Mack’s open contract, and I’m going to put my new client against him. And guys, we’re going to walk out with our hands raised and our heads held high.”

On an episode of AEW Dynamite earlier this month, Blanchard was fired as FTR’s manager.

Ninja Mack was announced for Supercard of Honor prior to Khan purchasing ROH.

Supercard of Honor is being held at Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas on Friday. The show will air live on HonorClub, pay-per-view, and Fite TV. The main card starts at 8 p.m. Eastern time. There will also be an hour-long pre-show airing for free on YouTube at 7 p.m. Eastern.

  • ROH Tag Team Champions The Briscoes defend against FTR
