WWE wrestler’s new name confirmed

Following the recently trademarked names, an upcoming WWE wrestler has undergone a name change.

On Wednesday, February 18, WWE filed a variety of new trademarks, including WWE Eras Collide, WWE Generations, and WWE Domination for video game purposes, alongside the names Tristan Angels and Dorian Van Dux.

Earlier last year, in October 2025, WWE NXT announced several new signings, including Nathaniel Cranton, who previously wrestled under the name Nathan Angel. However, after joining WWE, he started wrestling live event matches under his real name. It is now confirmed that Tristan Angels is the new name for Cranton, which is visible on his social media platforms.

However, it is still not confirmed which WWE wrestler will be using the name Dorian Van Dux. In the same list of wrestlers signed by WWE alongside Angels was Cyril Coquerelle, aka Aigle Blanc, who now wrestles in NXT as Elio LeFleur. Mike Derudder is also a part of that same class of signings.
