Update on Roman Reigns’ WWE schedule

World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns is set to work five more WWE dates before the end of the month.

WWE posted a social media graphic today confirming Reigns’ schedule for the remainder of May. Along with this weekend’s Backlash event, he’ll be working Clash in Italy at the end of the month. He’ll also be appearing at all three episodes of Raw between the PLEs.

Here is the full list of dates:

  • Saturday, May 9: Backlash at Benchmark International Arena in Tampa, Florida
  • Monday, May 11: Raw at Food City Center in Knoxville, Tennessee
  • Monday, May 18: Raw at Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina
  • Monday, May 25: Raw at Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio
  • Saturday, may 31: Clash in Italy at Inalpi Arena in Turin, Italy

Reigns, who won the World Heavyweight title from CM Punk at WrestleMania 42, will be making his first title defense at Backlash against Jacob Fatu. It shouldn’t take too long for Reigns’ plans for Clash in Italy to be confirmed after that match.

At one point, WWE’s website was advertising Reigns for a slate of Raw episodes in June. He’s since been removed from those listings, with it now expected that Reigns will not be working the June 27 Night of Champions PLE in Saudi Arabia.

Reigns is not advertised for the WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event episode that’s being held in Fort Wayne, Indiana on May 23.

WWE Clash in Italy poster unveiled

WWE unveiled the poster for Clash in Italy set for May 31, 2026 at the Inalpi Arena in Turin.

The poster shared by WWE Italy’s official social media accounts features Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Oba Femi, CM Punk, Rhea Ripley, Seth Rollins, Liv Morgan, Trick Williams and Gunther. The WWE website advertises Stephanie Vaquer, Jade Cargill, Sami Zayn and more for the Italy tour. While these wrestlers have been promoted on the poster and the tour, WWE cards are subjective to change.

WWE officially announced that individual event tickets for Clash in Italy and the following edition of Monday Night Raw will go on general sale on April 10. Exclusive presale will take place on April 9. For more details see WWE website

The first installment of this Premium Live Event, Clash at the Castle, took place in Cardiff Wales in 2022. Two years later, it was held at OVO Hydro in Scotland. Clash in Italy will mark WWE’s first Premium Live Event in the country.

WWE reveals date and location for first-ever Italy PLE

Italy is officially set to host its first-ever WWE PLE.

The shows are part of a larger European tour that includes stops in Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, and the United Kingdom.

This Italy PLE was expected to be part of WWE’s 2026 plans ever since Nick Khan first mentioned it last September. WWE confirmed the news today via a video from Paul “Triple H” Levesque.

“Ladies and gentlemen, the Clash is back,” Levesque said. “For the first time ever, a WWE PLE will take place in Italy. Sunday, May 31 from the Inalpi Arena in Turin, Italy, it will be Clash in Italy. It’s all part of a massive European tour through May and June. Tickets will go on sale March 13. Your pre-sale will be March 11. Italy, I just have to know one thing — are you ready?”

Barcelona, Strasbourg, Lisbon, Madrid, Bologna, Rome, Florence, Paris, and London are the other cities WWE is visiting on this summer 2026 European tour. Three Raw episodes, two SmackDowns, and five house shows are taking place in addition to the PLE.
