Max the Impaler will get the next NWA Women’s Championship match.
They last eliminated Natalya Markova to win the Burke Invitational during the first night of NWA 74 on Saturady. With the win, Max will now challenge the winner of NWA 74 night one’s NWA Women’s Championship match between Taya Valkyrie and Kamille at Sunday’s NWA 74 night two.
Other participants in the Burke Invitational include Samanta Starr, KiLynn King, Tootie Lynn, Missa Kate, Madi Wrenkowski, Angelina Love, Taryn Terrell, and Jennacide. The finish of the match had Markova going to the top rope, but Max countered and crotched her on the ropes. Max then threw her out to the mat then pinned Markova with the Welcome to the Wasteland.
After the match, Max celebrated with Miserably Faithful (Judias, Sal The Pal, and Gaagz The Gymp) and Father James Mitchell.
The NWA Women’s World Championship will headline the first night of NWA 74. The following night, Tyrus will challenge Trevor Murdoch for the NWA World Heavyweight title.
