Nick Hogan arrested for DUI in Florida

Nick Hogan has been arrested for DUI in Florida.

TMZ reported the son of Hulk Hogan was arrested around 4 am on Saturday in Clearwater, Florida for suspicion of driving under the influence, a misdemeanor. Hogan allegedly refused to submit to a sobriety test before being arrested.

It was noted in TMZ’s report that Hogan was arrested in the same city back in 2007 for reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. The passenger in that car accident, John Graziano, suffered a serious brain injury as a result of the accident. Hogan served eight months in jail following felony charges. The Graziano family sued the Hogan family as a result of the accident, which was settled out of court.

Along with his father, mother, and sister Brooke, Hogan starred in the reality show Hogan Knows Best from  2005 through 2007.

According to the Georgia Gazette, Former WCW star Buff Bagwell was arrested on November 16 for speeding and driving under the influence of drugs. Both are misdemeanors. Bagwell was previously arrested in May of 2021 in Cobb County, Georgia for charges that included speeding, hit and run, and giving a false name, address, or birthdate to law enforcement officers.

Teddy Hart charged with strangulation resulting in bodily harm

Teddy Hart has been arrested for the third time this year.

Hart, real name Edward Annis, was arraigned this morning in Richmond, Virginia on charges of strangulation resulting in bodily harm following his arrest yesterday. Under Virginia law, strangulation is considered a class six felony and could lead to 1-5 years of imprisonment and a $2,500 fine. He is currently held without bail at the Richmond County Jail and is scheduled for a April 24 hearing.

This comes following a video posted on independent wrestler Ace Montana’s Facebook page where he accused Hart of physically assaulting ROH star Maria Manic.

“Literally had to pull my gun on Teddy Hart and throw him out of my friends house,” Montana wrote. “This piece of **** literally choked out and physically assaulted Maria Manic and would not let her get help. she texted me I’m in danger never ever did I think I would meet a piece of **** like this guy who has now been arrested with a felony against him. I don’t think this guy knew how close to death he was. This video is me kick him out before the cops came and arrested him.”

Hart continually denied the allegations in the video.

This is the third arrest for Hart this year. He was first arrested on February 12 for possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and possession with the intent to distribute. He was then arrested on March 4 due to a violation of his house arrest. He is scheduled for a April 23 court date for the February arrest.

Hart had most recently been appearing for Major League Wrestling, but was released from his contract in December.

Jimmy Uso arrested for disorderly conduct, obstruction

Jimmy Uso is free on bond following an arrest for disorderly conduct and obstruction.

According to TMZ Sports Uso, real name Jonathan Solofa Fatu, was arrested after being pulled over near downtown Detroit. Uso’s wife Trinity Fatu, aka Naomi, was allegedly driving in the wrong direction on a one-way street when they were pulled over. Police noted that their car smelled of alcohol.

As the police were talking to Naomi, Uso allegedly exited the car despite commands from police and took off his shirt and jacket, as if he were about to engage in a fight. The police officer was said to have taken out his taser in fear for his safety.

Uso was eventually calmed down and complied with police, then was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction. He was taken to jail, where he later posted bond and was released.

WWE has since released a statement saying “Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions.”

The Usos are scheduled to face The Miz and Shane McMahon in a SmackDown tag team title match this Sunday at the Elimination Chamber.
